Abstract

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料及其生产工艺。所述的纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料:原料采用100%长绒棉,纱支为40英支单纱、50英支单纱或60英支单纱,面料组织为芝麻点,纺纱方式为紧密赛络纺。本发明采用100%长绒棉,不添加任何弹力纤维和弹力丝,通过紧密赛络纺纺纱方式,能更有效改善纱线条干、减少毛羽,提高面料尺寸稳定性;同时搭配高针距针织圆机进行织造,生产面料结构紧密、挺括性好、弹性回复性好。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
色织梭织面料结构密实、尺寸稳定性及挺括性好,花型色彩丰富,但弹性小、透气性差、穿着和洗涤易起皱,穿着舒适性不理想。针织面料弹性和透气性好、穿着舒适度佳、生产工艺灵活、生产效率高,但整体结构疏松、尺寸稳定性、挺括性、弹性回复性、起毛起球性均相对较差。
中国专利CN106120129A公开一种高弹高回复针织面料及其织造方法,该针织面料为单面纬平针结构,针织面料由涤纶长丝和氨纶针织形成,针织面料的单位面积质量为140~180g/m2,氨纶在针织面料的占比为14~17%。织造方法包括以下步骤:选择单面圆纬机作为织造机器;设置单面圆纬机的各路三角全出针;接涤纶长丝并衬氨纶进行织造,涤纶长丝和氨纶的牵伸倍数控制为2.8~3.1,涤纶长丝的张力设置为4~5gf,氨纶的张力设置为3~4gf。该专利是通过添加涤纶长丝和氨纶达到高弹和高回复性的,其中的氨纶弹力丝本身的弹性和弹性回复就特别好,不需要特殊工艺和技术就能达到良好的弹性和回复性。
中国专利CN111485321A公开一种仿梭织针织衬衫面料及其生产工艺。所述的仿梭织针织衬衫面料,采用纱支为粘胶/涤纶/腈纶混纺40英支单纱或80/2英支双股纱,面料组织为2/1斜纹、2/2斜纹、3/1斜纹或芝麻点。生产流程为纺纱→纱线染色→织造→烧毛→水洗→液氨→磨毛→拉幅→预缩。该专利主要是采用粘胶、涤纶、腈纶多组分原料混纺,多组分原料本身特别软,无骨感,再结合针织织造,挺括感特别差,采用合适的生产工艺,达到梭织面料的挺括感和外观,并不是突出优异的弹性回复性能。
目前,纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料在高档色织针织衬衫面料领域还是空白。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料,具有抗皱、吸湿等功能,同时具有色织工艺色牢度高、花型丰富的特点,梭织面料缩水率低、保型性、挺括性好的特点,该针织衬衫面料舒适度高,具有极佳的弹性回复性,本发明同时提供其生产工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
所述的纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料:原料采用100%长绒棉,纱支为40英支单纱、50英支单纱或60英支单纱,面料组织为芝麻点,纺纱方式为紧密赛络纺。
其中:
所述的100%长绒棉为100%SUPIMA棉或100%新疆长绒棉。
所述的40英支单纱的捻度为26~27捻,50英支单纱的捻度为28~29捻,60英支单纱的捻度为30.5~31.5捻。
本发明的纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料采用的紧密赛络纺纺纱方式,不添加任何弹力纤维和弹力丝,能更有效改善纱线条干、减少毛羽,提高面料尺寸稳定性和挺括性能,弹性回复性好。
本发明所述的纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料的生产工艺,其生产工序为纺纱→纱线染色→织造→烧毛→水洗→丝光→液氨→拉幅→预缩,采用色织工艺能够丰富花型、色彩,提高色牢度。
其中:
织造时:40英支单纱的百圈线长为13.9~14.1cm,50英支单纱的百圈线长为13.1~13.3cm,60英支单纱的百圈线长为11.9~12.1cm;坯布克重为132~137g/m2,成品克重为155~160g/m2
采用高针距针织圆机进行织造:纱支为40英支单纱时,针织圆机的规格为30"/36G;纱支为50英支单纱时,针织圆机的规格为30"/40G;纱支为60英支单纱时,针织圆机的规格为30"/44G。
烧毛工序中:烧毛车速为90~105m/min,烧毛方式采用切烧或直烧,火焰强度为8~12毫巴。
丝光工序中:丝光碱浓度为25~28BE,丝光车速为35~40m/min,张力辊壁厚为3.0~3.2mm,浸碱区张力为70~90N,淡碱直棍区张力为75~95N,水洗区张力为50~60N,超喂为10~20%,能够有效提升弹性回复性和尺寸稳定性。
液氨工序中:液氨车速为25~35m/min,液氨后面料的pH值为6.5~8.0,碱含量为0.07~0.08%,吸水性为10S以内。
拉幅工序中,超喂为20~30%,轧槽内有机硅类柔软剂SMI-50和聚氨酯类柔软剂PU的浓度分别为1.0~2.0wt.%和4.0~5.0wt.%,落布含水率为6.5±0.5%,拉幅温度为110~130℃;所述的有机硅类柔软剂SMI-50和聚氨酯类柔软剂PU均选自淄博鲁瑞精细化工有限公司的产品。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明采用100%长绒棉,不添加任何弹力纤维和弹力丝,通过紧密赛络纺纺纱方式,能更有效改善纱线条干、减少毛羽,提高面料尺寸稳定性;同时搭配高针距针织圆机进行织造,生产面料结构紧密、挺括性好、弹性回复性好。
2、本发明采用纱线染色方法,花型丰富、色牢度高;采用面料丝光和面料液氨的双重前处理工艺,使得面料光泽好,且具有极佳的尺寸稳定性和一定的抗皱性。
3、本发明生产的纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料:纵向和横向弹性伸长率保持在25~40%(ASTM D2594法),弹性回复率在90%以上(ASTM D2594法),缩水率在+1~-3%(AATCC135法),耐水色牢度在4级以上(AATCC 107法),平整度在3.2级以上(AATCC124法),成品面料具有抗皱、吸湿等功能,同时具有色织工艺色牢度高、花型丰富的特点,梭织面料缩水率低、保型性、挺括性好的特点,该针织衬衫面料舒适度高,且具有极佳的弹性回复性,其生产工艺灵活,成本低,生产效率高。
4、由本发明工艺所生产的面料缝制而成的针织衬衫,外观具有梭织衬衫的挺括度和保型性,穿着具有针织衬衫的舒适度,产品弹性适中、回复性好,集抗皱、吸湿透气、挺括性于一体,且花型丰富、色牢度好,可耐手洗、洗衣机洗涤等水洗方式。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料:原料、纱支、面料组织参数如下,纺纱方式为紧密赛络纺。
用纱 100%SUPIMA长绒棉纱线
纱支 40英支单纱
捻度 26捻
组织结构 芝麻点
颜色 白、蓝相间
纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料的生产工艺,依次为纺纱→纱线染色→织造→烧毛→水洗→丝光→液氨→拉幅→预缩。
其中:
织造时:百圈线长为14.0cm,坯布克重为137g/m2,成品克重为159g/m2,采用高针距针织圆机进行织造,针织圆机的规格为30"/36G。
烧毛工序中:烧毛车速为95m/min,烧毛方式采用切烧,火焰强度为12毫巴。
丝光工序中:丝光碱浓度为25BE,丝光车速为40m/min,张力辊壁厚为3.1mm,浸碱区张力为70N,淡碱直棍区张力为75N,水洗区张力为50N,超喂为16%。
液氨工序中:液氨车速为25m/min,液氨后面料的pH值为6.5,碱含量为0.075%,吸水性为8S。
拉幅工序中,超喂为22%,轧槽内有机硅类柔软剂SMI-50和聚氨酯类柔软剂PU的浓度分别为1.5wt.%和4.5wt.%,落布含水率为6.6%,拉幅温度为120℃。
其它工序均为常规工序。
实施例2
纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料:原料、纱支、面料组织参数如下,纺纱方式为紧密赛络纺。

颜色 粉、白相间
纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料的生产工艺,依次为纺纱→纱线染色→织造→烧毛→水洗→丝光→液氨→拉幅→预缩。
其中:
织造时:百圈线长为13.1cm,坯布克重为135g/m2,成品克重为158g/m2,采用高针距针织圆机进行织造,针织圆机的规格为30"/40G。
烧毛工序中:烧毛车速为95m/min,烧毛方式采用直烧,火焰强度为10毫巴。
丝光工序中:丝光碱浓度为28BE,丝光车速为38m/min,张力辊壁厚为3.0mm,浸碱区张力为70N,淡碱直棍区张力为80N,水洗区张力为60N,超喂为15%。
液氨工序中:液氨车速为30m/min,液氨后面料的pH值为7.0,碱含量为0.07%,吸水性为6S。
拉幅工序中,超喂为26%,轧槽内有机硅类柔软剂SMI-50和聚氨酯类柔软剂PU的浓度分别为2wt.%和4wt.%,落布含水率为6.5%,拉幅温度为125℃。

其中:
织造时:百圈线长为11.9cm,坯布克重为132g/m2,成品克重为155g/m2,采用高针距针织圆机进行织造,针织圆机的规格为30"/44G。
烧毛工序中:烧毛车速为100m/min,烧毛方式采用切烧,火焰强度为8毫巴。
丝光工序中:丝光碱浓度为28BE,丝光车速为35m/min,张力辊壁厚为3.2mm,浸碱区张力为80N,淡碱直棍区张力为80N,水洗区张力为55N,超喂为18%。
液氨工序中:液氨车速为35m/min,液氨后面料的pH值为7.8,碱含量为0.08%,吸水性为7S。
拉幅工序中,超喂为30%,轧槽内有机硅类柔软剂SMI-50和聚氨酯类柔软剂PU的浓度分别为1wt.%和5wt.%,落布含水率为7.0%,拉幅温度为130℃。
其它工序均为常规工序。
实施例1~3所得到的纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料成品面料外观效果好,对其进行内在质量测试,数据如表1,其中T代表纵向,W代表横向。

1.一种纯棉高回复性针织衬衫面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:原料采用100%长绒棉,纱支为40英支单纱、50英支单纱或60英支单纱,面料组织为芝麻点,纺纱方式为紧密赛络纺;
40英支单纱的捻度为26~27捻,50英支单纱的捻度为28~29捻,60英支单纱的捻度为30.5~31.5捻;100%长绒棉为100%SUPIMA棉或100%新疆长绒棉;
生产工序为纺纱→纱线染色→织造→烧毛→水洗→丝光→液氨→拉幅→预缩;
采用高针距针织圆机进行织造:纱支为40英支单纱时,针织圆机的规格为30"/36G;纱支为50英支单纱时,针织圆机的规格为30"/40G;纱支为60英支单纱时,针织圆机的规格为30"/44G;
液氨工序中:液氨后面料的pH值为6.5~8.0,碱含量为0.07~0.08%,吸水性为10S以内。
