Abstract
本发明涉及祛斑产品领域,具体涉及一种适合产妇用的祛斑及缓解腰痛的组合物及其应用。所述组合物包括如下重量份数的原料:番茄红素20‑60份、杜仲10‑20份、葡萄籽20‑50份、赤芍10‑20份、阿胶10‑25份和叶酸类化合物0.01‑0.02份;其制备方法包括将葡萄籽和赤芍混合提取浓缩干燥为干膏粉,将阿胶制成阿胶提取物之后,将干膏粉、阿胶提取物与其余原料混合即得。该组合物各原料来源丰富,无任何毒副作用,可以长期服用,通过各种原料的协同作用,改善产妇体质,功效持久。

本发明涉及祛斑技术领域,具体涉及一种适合产妇用的祛斑及缓解腰痛的组合物及其应用。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对自己的外表越来越重视,黄褐斑成了生活中长时间困扰人们的问题。黄褐斑好发于女性,特别是妊娠期、产后和口服避孕药的妇女。皮疹对称性分布于颜面、额、两颊、鼻背两侧、唇周围、颏部皮肤,呈指盖至钱币大小或呈手掌大小、形状不规则的淡褐色或暗褐色沉斑,境界明显或模糊不清,可融合成大片。无自觉症状,慢性经过,日晒后加重。一部分由于分娩后或停用避孕药后可缓慢消退。目前市场上的淡斑产品多种多样,但是大部分的淡斑产品的安全性与可靠性难以保证,使用不当时会造成皮肤的严重损伤,而且目前大部分产品不会对已经损伤的细胞进行修复,而是直接利用“层层剥皮”的方式进行美白,效果难以预测,且容易对皮肤造成损伤。
目前市面上的大部分祛斑产品并不适合产妇使用。考虑到产妇体质的特殊性,在制备供产妇使用的祛斑产品时,最好是不含激素和化学物质的天然成分。
番茄红素主要存在于茄科植物西红柿的成熟果实中,是目前在自然界植物中被发现的最强抗氧化剂之一,杜仲清除自由基的功效远胜于其他类胡萝卜素和维生素E。葡萄籽提取物能有效清除体内多余的自由基,保护人体细胞组织免受自由基的氧化损伤,防止过敏、癌症、衰老等100多种与自由基有关的疾病,还具有加强和保护人体活性组织、稳定细胞膜以及抗酶活性等生物特性。
中国发明专利申请CN104621431A公开了一种帮助女性延缓衰老的美容分散片复方制剂及制备方法,其活性成分含有胶原蛋白、多种抗氧化剂、复合维生素、复合矿物质和辅料,多种抗氧化剂包括葡萄籽提取物(花青素)、杜仲、维生素E、维生素C;复合维生素包括β-胡萝卜素、维生素A、维生素D、叶黄素、叶酸、维生素B、维生素B2(1%),复合矿物质包括葡萄糖酸锌、碳酸钙、碳酸镁、富马酸亚铁、富硒酵母,辅料包括赋形剂、崩解剂、润滑剂、甜味剂、着色剂和香精。该发明组方成分多种多样,包含中药活性成分和营养物质,但是组方复杂,其组合物对产妇的祛斑效果、抗氧化能力及安全性有待验证。
中国发明专利申请CN108785459A公开了一种适合产妇用的祛斑组合物及其应用,按照重量份计,该祛斑组合物含有0.5-7.5份番茄红素、10-30份葡萄籽提取物和5-50份银耳多糖,此外,按照重量份计,该祛斑组合物中还添加有0.01-0.05份叶酸、10-30份玫瑰花提取物和1-20份透明质酸钠,玫瑰花提取物和透明质酸钠的添加,使该组合物在祛斑的同时,还能帮助产期女性改善睡眠质量。该发明药味简单,但祛斑效果有待进一步提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明欲解决的问题是现有技术中没有专门针对适合产妇用的、处方简单、无毒副作用的祛斑产品的技术问题。本发明提供一种适合产妇用的祛斑组合物,其组方中含有番茄红素、杜仲、葡萄籽、赤芍、阿胶与叶酸配伍,遵循中医辨证施治的原则,配方各味药相辅相成,具有明显的祛斑、美白、缓解产后腰痛的效果,并且安全可靠。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种适合产妇用的祛斑及缓解腰痛组合物,包括如下原料:番茄红素、杜仲、葡萄籽、赤芍、阿胶和叶酸类化合物。
优选地,该组合物包括如下重量份数的原料:番茄红素20-60份、杜仲10-20份、葡萄籽20-50份、赤芍10-20份、阿胶10-25份和叶酸类化合物0.01-0.02份。
优选地,该组合物包括如下重量份数的原料:番茄红素20-40份、杜仲10-20份、葡萄籽20-40份、赤芍10-15份、阿胶10-20份和叶酸类化合物0.01-0.02份。
优选地,该组合物包括如下重量份数的原料:番茄红素20-35份、杜仲15-20份、葡萄籽35-40份、赤芍13-15份、阿胶10-15份和叶酸类化合物0.01-0.015份。
优选地,叶酸类化合物为叶酸、甲酰四氢叶酸、L-甲基叶酸、叶酸可药用盐、叶酸或叶酸可药用盐的活性代谢产物和可在体内代谢和/或生成叶酸的物质中的一种或几种。
本发明对以上原料来源没有特殊限制,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售商品即可。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种上述祛斑及缓解腰痛组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取阿胶,用沸水烊化阿胶,撇去油层,得阿胶溶液,浓缩为清膏,再干燥得阿胶提取物;
(2)将葡萄籽、杜仲、赤芍分别粉碎,过筛,得葡萄籽粉、杜仲粉和赤芍粉;
(3)将赤芍粉和杜仲粉混合均匀,加入8-10倍量的0.1%氨水的65-75%乙醇溶液提取,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得干膏粉1;
优选地,将赤芍粉和杜仲粉混合均匀,加入8-10倍量的含有0.1%氨水的65-75%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75-90℃,提取时间为1-3h,过滤得滤液1;滤渣加6-8倍量含0.1%氨水的65-75%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75-90℃,提取时间为1-3h,过滤得滤液2;合并滤液1和滤液2,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得干膏粉1;
(4)将番茄红素、葡萄籽粉、阿胶提取物、叶酸类化合物和干膏粉1混合均匀,即得。
优选地,步骤(1)中浓缩前将阿胶溶液冷却至5-7℃,所述浓缩为浓缩至相对密度为1.25±0.05,所述干燥的具体操作为将清膏在80~85℃下干燥消毒4~6小时,得阿胶提取物。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中所述过筛为过10-24目筛。
优选地,步骤(3)中所述浓缩均为减压浓缩所述浓缩为减压浓缩,浓缩至滤液相对密度为1.20-1.50;所述干燥均为减压干燥,干燥至干膏粉含量≤5%。
优选地,步骤(4)混合后还包括在75~85℃下干燥消毒1~3小时,经粉碎,过筛,即得。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种上述祛斑及缓解腰痛组合物或上述制备方法制备的祛斑组合物在制备祛斑食品、保健品或药品中的应用。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的组合物中番茄红素、杜仲、赤芍、葡萄籽、阿胶与叶酸配伍,可以充分发挥原料间的协同增效作用,获得了良好的祛斑、美白的效果。
2、本发明通过联合使用阿胶、杜仲和赤芍,能够与葡萄籽粉和番茄红素有效协同来清除人体多余的自由基,减缓衰老及由自由基引起的亚健康问题,此外番茄红素还可以促进杜仲和赤芍来缓解产妇产后恶风腰痛等症状,全方位的调理产妇的身体及改善皮肤状况。
3、本发明研究中还发现,在溶剂中加入一定量的碱溶液可明显提高杜仲-赤芍有效成分的提取率,提高祛斑抗氧化功效,相比不同浓度的苏打水等碱性溶液,加入0.1%的氨水效果最佳。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步说明。
实施例1
本实施例祛斑组合物的原料及组成为:番茄红素20份、杜仲20份、葡萄籽35份、赤芍15份、阿胶15份和叶酸0.015份。
本实施例祛斑组合物的制备方如下:
(1)称取阿胶,用沸水烊化阿胶,撇去油层,得阿胶溶液;将阿胶溶液冷却到5℃,浓缩至相对密度为1.25;将清膏在80℃下干燥消毒4小时,得阿胶提取物;
(2)将葡萄籽、杜仲、赤芍,过10目筛,得葡萄籽粉、杜仲粉和赤芍粉;
(3)将赤芍粉和杜仲粉混合均匀,加入8倍量的含有0.1%氨水的65%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75℃,提取时间为3h,过滤得滤液1;滤渣加6倍量含0.1%氨水的75%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75℃,提取时间为1h,过滤得滤液2;合并滤液1和2,减压浓缩,浓缩至滤液相对密度为1.5,减压干燥,粉碎,得干膏粉1;
(4)将番茄红素、葡萄籽粉、阿胶提取物、叶酸和干膏粉1混合均匀,在85℃下干燥消毒1小时,经粉碎,过筛,即得。
实施例2
本实施例祛斑组合物的原料及组成为:番茄红素50份、杜仲10份、葡萄籽20份、赤芍20份、阿胶10份和左亚叶酸钙0.02份。
本实施例祛斑组合物的制备方如下:
(1)称取阿胶,用沸水烊化阿胶,撇去油层,得阿胶溶液;将阿胶溶液冷却到7℃,浓缩至相对密度为1.25,药汁量为原阿胶溶液量的1/3的清膏;将清膏在85℃下干燥消毒6小时,得阿胶提取物;
(2)将葡萄籽、杜仲、赤芍,过10目筛,得葡萄籽粉、杜仲粉和赤芍粉;
(3)将赤芍粉和杜仲粉混合均匀,加入10倍量的含有0.1%氨水的75%乙醇溶液提取,温度为90℃,提取时间为3h,过滤得滤液1;滤渣加8倍量含0.1%氨水的65%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75℃,提取时间为3h,过滤得滤液2;合并滤液1和2,减压浓缩,浓缩至滤液相对密度为1.2,减压干燥,粉碎,得干膏粉1;
(4)将番茄红素、葡萄籽粉、阿胶提取物、左亚叶酸钙和干膏粉1混合均匀,在75℃下干燥消毒3小时,经粉碎,过筛,即得。
实施例3
本实施例祛斑组合物的原料及组成为:番茄红素20份、杜仲10份、葡萄籽50份、赤芍10份、阿胶20份和叶酸0.01份。
本实施例祛斑组合物的制备方如下:
(1)称取阿胶,用沸水烊化阿胶,撇去油层,得阿胶溶液;将阿胶溶液冷却到7℃,浓缩至相对密度为1.25,药汁量为原阿胶溶液量的1/3的清膏;将清膏在80℃下干燥消毒4小时,得阿胶提取物;
(2)将葡萄籽、杜仲、赤芍,过24目筛,得葡萄籽粉、杜仲粉和赤芍粉;
(3)将赤芍粉和杜仲粉混合均匀,加入8倍量的含有0.1%氨水的65%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75℃,提取时间为1h,过滤得滤液1;滤渣加6倍量含0.1%氨水的65%乙醇溶液提取,温度为90℃,提取时间为3h,过滤得滤液2;合并滤液1和2,减压浓缩,浓缩至滤液相对密度为1.5,减压干燥,粉碎,得干膏粉1;
(4)将番茄红素、葡萄籽粉、阿胶提取物、叶酸和干膏粉1混合均匀,在85℃下干燥消毒3小时,经粉碎,过筛,即得。
实施例1-1
本实施例与实施例1的区别是,将杜仲20份去掉,赤芍调整为25份,阿胶调整为25份,其余与实施例1保持一致。
具体制备方法如下:
(1)称取阿胶,用沸水烊化阿胶,撇去油层,得阿胶溶液;将阿胶溶液冷却到5℃,浓缩至相对密度为1.25,药汁量为原阿胶溶液量的1/3的清膏;将清膏在80℃下干燥消毒4小时,得阿胶提取物;
(2)将葡萄籽、赤芍,过10目筛,得葡萄籽粉和赤芍粉;
(3)将赤芍粉加入8倍量的含有0.1%氨水的65%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75℃,提取时间为3h,过滤得滤液1;滤渣加6倍量含0.1%氨水的75%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75℃,提取时间为1h,过滤得滤液2;合并滤液1和2,减压浓缩,浓缩至滤液相对密度为1.5,减压干燥,粉碎,得干膏粉1;
(4)将番茄红素、葡萄籽粉、阿胶提取物、叶酸和干膏粉1混合均匀,在85℃下干燥消毒1小时,经粉碎,过筛,即得。
实施例1-2
本实施例与实施例1的区别是,将赤芍15份去掉,杜仲调整为27.5份,阿胶调整为22.5份,其余与实施例1保持一致。具体制备方法如下:
(1)称取阿胶,用沸水烊化阿胶,撇去油层,得阿胶溶液;将阿胶溶液冷却到5℃,浓缩至相对密度为1.25,药汁量为原阿胶溶液量的1/3的清膏;将清膏在80℃下干燥消毒4小时,得阿胶提取物;
(2)将葡萄籽、杜仲,过10目筛,得葡萄籽粉、杜仲粉;
(3)将杜仲粉加入8倍量的含有0.1%氨水的65%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75℃,提取时间为3h,过滤得滤液1;滤渣加6倍量含0.1%氨水的75%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75℃,提取时间为1h,过滤得滤液2;合并滤液1和2,减压浓缩,浓缩至滤液相对密度为1.5,减压干燥,粉碎,得干膏粉1;
(4)将番茄红素、葡萄籽粉、阿胶提取物、叶酸和干膏粉1混合均匀,在85℃下干燥消毒1小时,经粉碎,过筛,即得。
实施例1-3
本实施例与实施例1的区别是,将阿胶15份去掉,杜仲调整为27.5份,赤芍调整为22.5份,其余与实施例1保持一致。具体制备方法如下:
(1)将葡萄籽、杜仲、赤芍,过10目筛,得葡萄籽粉、杜仲粉和赤芍粉;
(2)将赤芍粉和杜仲粉混合均匀,加入8倍量的含有0.1%氨水的65%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75℃,提取时间为3h,过滤得滤液1;滤渣加6倍量含0.1%氨水的75%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75℃,提取时间为1h,过滤得滤液2;合并滤液1和2,减压浓缩,浓缩至滤液相对密度为1.5,减压干燥,粉碎,得干膏粉1;
(3)将番茄红素、葡萄籽粉、叶酸类化合物和干膏粉1混合均匀,在85℃下干燥消毒1小时,经粉碎,过筛,即得。
实施例1-4
本实施例与实施例1的区别是,将番茄红素去掉,其余与实施例1保持一致;制备方法具体步骤如下:
(1)称取阿胶,用沸水烊化阿胶,撇去油层,得阿胶溶液;将阿胶溶液冷却到7℃,浓缩至相对密度为1.25,药汁量为原阿胶溶液量的1/3的清膏;将清膏在80~85℃下干燥消毒4小时,得阿胶提取物;
(2)将葡萄籽、杜仲、赤芍,过10目筛,得葡萄籽粉、杜仲粉和赤芍粉;
(3)将赤芍粉加入8倍量的含有0.1%氨水的65%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75℃,提取时间为3h,过滤得滤液1;滤渣加6倍量含0.1%氨水的65-75%乙醇溶液提取,温度为90℃,提取时间为3h,过滤得滤液2;合并滤液1和2,减压浓缩,浓缩至滤液相对密度为1.5,减压干燥,粉碎,得干膏粉1;
(4)将杜仲粉、葡萄籽粉、阿胶提取物、叶酸类化合物和干膏粉1混合均匀,在85℃下干燥消毒3小时,经粉碎,过筛,即得。
实施例1-5
本实施例与实施例1的区别是,制备方法步骤(3)中将0.1%氨水调整为0.1%碳酸氢钠,其余与实施例1保持一致。
实施例1-6
本实施例与实施例1的区别是,祛斑组合物的原料及组成为:番茄红素35份、杜仲5份、葡萄籽15份、赤芍35份、阿胶5份和叶酸0.05份。
试验例1
1.1目的:研究本发明药物对黄褐斑大鼠的治疗作用,对相关生化指标的影响;
1.2方法:腿部注射黄体酮复制黄褐斑大鼠模型,灌胃给药各实施例5周后,分别测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛的含量及皮肤超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、酪氨酸的含量;
1.3实验材料:黄体酮(1ml/20mg):浙江医药股份有限公司仙琚制药厂;SOD、MDA试剂盒:南京建成生物工程研究所;
1.4实验动物:SD大鼠,体重200±50g,普通级,雌性未产,共55只;购自北京维通利华试验技术有限公司,许可证编号:生产许可SCXK(沪)2017-0011。于清洁环境中自由进食。
1.5实验步骤:
(1)黄褐斑大鼠模型的复制:将50只雌性大鼠,采用黄体酮肌注7.5mg/kg,注射时间为30d,复制黄褐斑大鼠模型。另取5只大鼠,注射等体积生理盐水。
(2)分组及给药:将上述55只大鼠按随机数字表分为模型组、实施例1组,实施例2组,实施例3组,实施例1-1组,实施例1-2组,实施例1-3组,实施例1-4组,实施例1-5组,实施例1-6组;每组5只,按0.6g/kg剂量每天灌胃祛斑组合物1次,连续2周,每周检测一次体重。另外注射生理盐水的5只作为正常组。
(3)末次给药禁食12h,称重,切取大鼠皮肤1块、肝脏1块,各称取0.5g,加入10ml预冷生理盐水匀浆,3000r/min离心15min,制备血清,按照试剂盒操作检测血清中SOD、MDA含量,采用同步荧光分析法检测酪氨酸的含量,结果见表1。

试验例2急性毒性实验
2.1目的:评价本发明祛斑组合物的毒副作用
2.2实验材料:健康成年ICR系小鼠;灌胃针,动物体重秤,注射器,实施例1祛斑组合物;
2.3分组及给药:健康成年雌性小鼠50只,体重20±2g,按照随机数字表分成5组,称取祛斑组合物10g、50g、100g、200g、300g分别溶于100ml纯化水中,制成浓度分别为0.1g/ml、0.5g/ml、1.0g/ml、2.0g/ml、3.0g/ml的祛斑组合物溶液。5组小鼠分别灌胃不同浓度的祛斑组合物溶液,小鼠灌胃体积为0.5ml/10g。给药4h后观察1次,之后每天早晚各观察1次,连续观察7d。观察目标主要有小鼠被毛的光滑度,小鼠的活动,眼角膜血丝情况,小鼠饮食,体重,并记录小鼠的死亡数,试验中若有小鼠中毒死亡则对其进行剖检,观察各组织器官的变化。
2.4实验结果
试验例3人体试食试验
本发明按照《保健食品检验与评价规范》对面部有黄褐斑、产后腰痛的人群进行人体试食试验。
受试者纳入标准为符合下列要求的自愿受试者:
1.面部淡褐色至深褐色斑点,界限清楚的斑片,无炎性表现;
2.病情有一定的季节性,夏重冬轻;
3.除内分泌以外无明显其他疾病引起的色素沉着。
试验样品:实施例1、实施例1-4制备的祛斑组合物颗粒剂,温水冲服;
试验设计及分组:选择自愿参加的脸部有色斑、产后腰痛的产妇(均已过哺乳期10个月)志愿者30名,年龄28-42岁。分组时尽可能考虑影响结果的主要因素如户外活动情况、性别、年龄等,进行均衡性检验,以保证组间的可比性。
试验方法:各组志愿者口服祛斑组合物颗粒剂,2g/次,一日三次,连续试用2个月,试用期间不改变原来的饮食习惯。
观察指标:
安全性指标:精神、睡眠、饮食、大小便、血压等常规项目。
功效指标:
(1)颜面部黄褐斑面积大小检测用标尺测量受试前后整个颜面部黄褐斑的面积(mm2)
(2)颜面部黄褐斑颜色深浅检测按中国科学院地理研究所设计研制,测绘出版社1992年出版的《实用标准色卡》(第一版)中的棕色(Y+M+BK即黄+品红+黑的叠色)色卡为黄褐斑深浅的判断标准:Ⅰ度(15,20,5),Ⅱ度(30,40,10),Ⅲ度(40,60,15)。
数据处理和结果判定
对试食前后黄褐斑颜色积分和面积变化进行统计分析,同时计算有效率。色卡Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度分别记1分、2分和3分。
功效判定标准:
祛斑有效:黄褐斑颜色下降Ⅰ度,面积减少大于10%,且不产生新黄褐斑;
祛斑无效:黄褐斑颜色及面积无明显变化。
缓解腰痛有效:根据受试者主诉,久坐时腰痛发生的频率及程度明显降低;日常生活受腰痛影响明显减小;
缓解腰痛无效:根据受试者主诉,腰痛与试吃前未有明显缓解。
结果判定:试食组黄褐斑面积平均减少,且大于等于10%,颜色积分明显下降,自身前后比较及与对照组比较,差别均有显著性,且不产生新的黄褐斑,可判定该受试样品具有祛黄褐斑功能作用。
实验结果分析:采用t检验进行分析,自身对照资料采用配对t检验。
(1)安全性评价:试验前后两组产妇志愿者精神、睡眠、饮食、大小便、血压等均无差异。

(4)祛黄褐斑、缓解腰痛的功效试验结果比较
由结果可知,本发明的祛斑组合物颗粒剂食用2个月后,对产妇具有较明显的祛斑淡斑效果,并明显缓解产妇腰痛现象。

1.一种适合产妇用的祛斑及缓解腰痛的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括如下原料:番茄红素、杜仲、葡萄籽、赤芍、阿胶和叶酸类化合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛斑及缓解腰痛的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括如下重量份数的原料:番茄红素20-60份,杜仲10-20份、葡萄籽20-50份、赤芍10-20份、阿胶10-25份和叶酸类化合物0.01-0.02份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的祛斑及缓解腰痛的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括如下重量份数的原料:番茄红素20-40份、杜仲10-20份、葡萄籽20-40份、赤芍10-15份、阿胶10-20份和叶酸类化合物0.01-0.02份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的祛斑及缓解腰痛的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括番茄红素20-35份、杜仲15-20份、葡萄籽35-40份、赤芍13-15份、阿胶10-15份和叶酸类化合物0.01-0.015份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的祛斑及缓解腰痛的组合物,其特征在于,所述的叶酸类化合物为叶酸、甲酰四氢叶酸、L-甲基叶酸、叶酸可药用盐、叶酸或叶酸可药用盐的活性代谢产物和可在体内代谢和/或生成叶酸的物质中的一种或几种。
6.一种根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的祛斑及缓解腰痛组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)取阿胶,用沸水烊化阿胶,撇去油层,得阿胶溶液,浓缩为清膏,再干燥得阿胶提取物;
(2)将葡萄籽、杜仲、赤芍分别粉碎,过筛,得葡萄籽粉、杜仲粉和赤芍粉;
(3)将赤芍粉和杜仲粉混合均匀,加入8-10倍量的0.1%氨水的65-75%乙醇溶液提取,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得干膏粉1;优选地,将赤芍粉和杜仲粉混合均匀,加入8-10倍量的含有0.1%氨水的65-75%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75-90℃,提取时间为1-3h,过滤得滤液1;滤渣加6-8倍量含0.1%氨水的65-75%乙醇溶液提取,温度为75-90℃,提取时间为1-3h,过滤得滤液2;合并滤液1和滤液2,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,得干膏粉1;
(4)将番茄红素、葡萄籽粉、阿胶提取物、叶酸类化合物和干膏粉1混合均匀,即得。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中浓缩前将阿胶溶液冷却至5-7℃,所述浓缩为浓缩至相对密度为1.25±0.05,所述干燥的具体操作为将清膏在80~85℃下干燥消毒4~6小时,得阿胶提取物。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中所述过筛为过10-24目筛。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)混合后还包括在75~85℃下干燥消毒1~3小时,经粉碎,过筛,即得。
10.一种根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的祛斑及缓解腰痛的组合物或权利要求6-9任意一项所述的制备方法制备的祛斑及缓解腰痛的组合物在制备具有祛斑功效的食品、保健品或药品中的应用。
