背景技术
视疲劳又称为眼疲劳,多是长时间用眼后导致出现眼部不适、视觉障碍、疲倦等症状的疾病,如近距离用眼时,视力模糊、重影、字行重叠、文字跳跃等;看远处时,需片刻才能逐渐看清。视疲劳无器质性病变,与用眼习惯、所处环境和自身体质等有关。

一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片,包括以下重量份的原料:蓝莓粉6~8份,植脂末3~8份,叶黄素酯9~11份,抗性糊精3~4份,D-甘露糖醇4~8份,微晶纤维素2~4份,硬脂酸镁2~3份,胡萝卜素1~2份,抗坏血酸钙2~3份,薄荷脑1~2份,枸杞2~4份,胶原蛋白粉2~3份,玉米淀粉6~9份,DHA藻油粉3~5份。
进一步的,包括以下重量份的原料:蓝莓粉7份,植脂末5份,叶黄素酯10份,抗性糊精3.5份,D-甘露糖醇6份,微晶纤维素3份,硬脂酸镁1.5份,胡萝卜素1.5份,抗坏血酸钙2.5份,薄荷脑1.5份,枸杞粉3份,胶原蛋白粉2.5份,玉米淀粉7份,DHA藻油粉4份。

一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述原料重量比例称取各组分原料;
(2)制备混合粉末:将上述蓝莓粉,植脂末,叶黄素酯,D-甘露糖醇,微晶纤维素,硬脂酸镁,胡萝卜素,抗坏血酸钙,薄荷脑,枸杞,胶原蛋白粉原料加入混合机中,混合搅拌均匀后,出料,制备得到混合粉末,备用;
(3)将抗性糊精、DHA藻油粉与玉米淀粉进行等量梯度加法稀释3次后加入步骤(2)制得的混合粉末中,搅拌充分混合均匀,得到混匀粉末;
(4)过筛:将步骤(3)中得到的混匀粉末干燥后过筛;
(5)压片成型:将步骤(4)中干燥过筛的混匀粉末加入到压片机内,制备得到蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片,包括以下重量份的原料:蓝莓粉7份,植脂末5份,叶黄素酯10份,抗性糊精3.5份,D-甘露糖醇6份,微晶纤维素3份,硬脂酸镁1.5份,胡萝卜素1.5份,抗坏血酸钙2.5份,薄荷脑1.5份,枸杞粉3份,胶原蛋白粉2.5份,玉米淀粉7份,DHA藻油粉4份。
一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按实施例1的原料重量比例称取各组分原料;
(2)制备混合粉末:将上述蓝莓粉,植脂末,叶黄素酯,D-甘露糖醇,微晶纤维素,硬脂酸镁,胡萝卜素,抗坏血酸钙,薄荷脑,枸杞,胶原蛋白粉原料加入混合机中,混合搅拌均匀后,出料,制备得到混合粉末,备用;其中混合机采用V型混合机,混合机的混合时间为35~40min。
(3)将抗性糊精、DHA藻油粉与玉米淀粉进行等量梯度加法稀释3次后加入步骤(2)制得的混合粉末中,搅拌充分混合均匀,得到混匀粉末;
(4)过筛:将步骤(3)中得到的混匀粉末干燥后过筛;干燥处理时的温度为45~50℃,干燥时间为2~3h。
(5)压片成型:将步骤(4)中干燥过筛的混匀粉末加入到压片机内,制备得到蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片,包括以下重量份的原料:蓝莓粉6份,植脂末8份,叶黄素酯11份,抗性糊精3份,D-甘露糖醇4份,微晶纤维素4份,硬脂酸镁3份,胡萝卜素2份,抗坏血酸钙2份,薄荷脑2份,枸杞粉2份,胶原蛋白粉3份,玉米淀粉6份,DHA藻油粉5份。
一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按实施例2的原料重量比例称取各组分原料;
(2)制备混合粉末:将上述蓝莓粉,植脂末,叶黄素酯,D-甘露糖醇,微晶纤维素,硬脂酸镁,胡萝卜素,抗坏血酸钙,薄荷脑,枸杞,胶原蛋白粉原料加入混合机中,混合搅拌均匀后,出料,制备得到混合粉末,备用;其中混合机采用V型混合机,混合机的混合时间为35~40min。
(3)将抗性糊精、DHA藻油粉与玉米淀粉进行等量梯度加法稀释3次后加入步骤(2)制得的混合粉末中,搅拌充分混合均匀,得到混匀粉末;

实施例3
本实施例提供了一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片,包括以下重量份的原料:蓝莓粉8份,植脂末3份,叶黄素酯9份,抗性糊精4份,D-甘露糖醇8份,微晶纤维素2份,硬脂酸镁2份,胡萝卜素1份,抗坏血酸钙3份,薄荷脑1份,枸杞粉4份,胶原蛋白粉2份,玉米淀粉9份,DHA藻油粉3份。
一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按实施例3的原料重量比例称取各组分原料;
(2)制备混合粉末:将上述蓝莓粉,植脂末,叶黄素酯,D-甘露糖醇,微晶纤维素,硬脂酸镁,胡萝卜素,抗坏血酸钙,薄荷脑,枸杞,胶原蛋白粉原料加入混合机中,混合搅拌均匀后,出料,制备得到混合粉末,备用;其中混合机采用V型混合机,混合机的混合时间为35~40min。
(3)将抗性糊精、DHA藻油粉与玉米淀粉进行等量梯度加法稀释3次后加入步骤(2)制得的混合粉末中,搅拌充分混合均匀,得到混匀粉末;
(4)过筛:将步骤(3)中得到的混匀粉末干燥后过筛;干燥处理时的温度为45~50℃,干燥时间为2~3h。
(5)压片成型:将步骤(4)中干燥过筛的混匀粉末加入到压片机内,制备得到蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片。
实验例
1、受试者选择
选择长期用眼,视力易疲劳的成人作为受试人群。凡符合上述条件而自愿参加并保证配合者均纳入试验;对不符合纳入年龄标准的受试者,对保健食品过敏者,患有感染性眼部疾病者,患有心血管慢性疾病等均不纳入数据统计。其中,对照组200例,试验组200例。
2、试验组与对照组给样
试验组1:给予由实施例1制成的蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片,每次1片,每日3次。
试验组2:给予由实施例2制成的蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片,每次1片,每日3次。
试验组3:给予由实施例3制成的蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片,每次1片,每日3次。
对照组:一种压片糖果,包括以下重量份的原料:大蒜多糖8-12份、中药提取物10-15份、硬脂酸镁3-7份;中药提取物是由马齿苋、淡竹叶、茯苓和金银花按照1:1:0.9:0.6的重量比制得的。
制备方法包括如下步骤:
1)将马齿苋、淡竹叶、茯苓和金银花按照重量份混合,加入4倍原料总重量的浓度为80%的乙醇,过滤获得第一提取液;向药渣中再加入3倍药渣重量的浓度为90%的乙醇,过滤得第二提取液;将第一提取液和第二提取液合并,减压浓缩除去乙醇,干燥,得干膏;将干膏放置在超微粉碎机中粉碎2.5h,过筛,得200目的中药提取物;
2)混合:将大蒜多糖、中药提取物和硬脂酸镁混合均匀,得混合料;
3)制粒:将混合料放入摇摆颗粒机中,过14目尼龙筛进行制粒,然后干燥,干燥后的颗粒再次放入摇摆制粒机中进行整粒,过60目筛;
4)压片:将制好的颗粒,用旋转式压片机进行压片,压片进行包装,制得压片糖果。
给予由对照组制成的压片糖果,每次1片,每日3次。
3、效果对比
试验组1-3与对照组的使用效果对比,参见表1。

由表1可知,试验组和对照组受试者视疲劳的症状均得到了良好的改善。试验组与对照组相比,其改善视疲劳症状的效果远远优于对照组。本发明的蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片具有显著的改善视疲劳的作用,并且口感好,味道佳,还具有促消化,美容养颜,增强免疫力,改善骨质疏松的功效。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:蓝莓粉6~8份,植脂末3~8份,叶黄素酯9~11份,抗性糊精3~4份,D-甘露糖醇4~8份,微晶纤维素2~4份,硬脂酸镁2~3份,胡萝卜素1~2份,抗坏血酸钙2~3份,薄荷脑1~2份,枸杞2~4份,胶原蛋白粉2~3份,玉米淀粉6~9份,DHA藻油粉3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:蓝莓粉7份,植脂末5份,叶黄素酯10份,抗性糊精3.5份,D-甘露糖醇6份,微晶纤维素3份,硬脂酸镁1.5份,胡萝卜素1.5份,抗坏血酸钙2.5份,薄荷脑1.5份,枸杞粉3份,胶原蛋白粉2.5份,玉米淀粉7份,DHA藻油粉4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:蓝莓粉6份,植脂末8份,叶黄素酯11份,抗性糊精3份,D-甘露糖醇4份,微晶纤维素4份,硬脂酸镁3份,胡萝卜素2份,抗坏血酸钙2份,薄荷脑2份,枸杞粉2份,胶原蛋白粉3份,玉米淀粉6份,DHA藻油粉5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:蓝莓粉8份,植脂末3份,叶黄素酯9份,抗性糊精4份,D-甘露糖醇8份,微晶纤维素2份,硬脂酸镁2份,胡萝卜素1份,抗坏血酸钙3份,薄荷脑1份,枸杞粉4份,胶原蛋白粉2份,玉米淀粉9份,DHA藻油粉3份。
5.一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按权利要求1-4任一项的原料重量比例称取各组分原料;
(2)制备混合粉末:将上述蓝莓粉,植脂末,叶黄素酯,D-甘露糖醇,微晶纤维素,硬脂酸镁,胡萝卜素,抗坏血酸钙,薄荷脑,枸杞,胶原蛋白粉原料加入混合机中,混合搅拌均匀后,出料,制备得到混合粉末,备用;
(3)将抗性糊精、DHA藻油粉与玉米淀粉进行等量梯度加法稀释3次后加入步骤(2)制得的混合粉末中,搅拌充分混合均匀,得到混匀粉末;
(4)过筛:将步骤(3)中得到的混匀粉末干燥后过筛;
(5)压片成型:将步骤(4)中干燥过筛的混匀粉末加入到压片机内,制备得到蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,混合机采用V型混合机,混合机的混合时间为35~40min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,干燥处理时的温度为45~50℃,干燥时间为2~3h。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种蓝莓叶黄素酯咀嚼片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,过筛为过40~60目筛。
