Experimental example 1
(1) Test of efficacy in treating bee brood
Dividing Chinese bees suffering from the rotten son disease into four groups according to the number of the bees, wherein the four groups are respectively as follows: experimental group, comparative group 1, comparative group 2, blank group, group to group sufficient distance, will not be mutual infection.
Experimental groups: the group of bee colonies are fed with the traditional Chinese medicine nutrient solution of the embodiment 1, and the feeding method comprises the following steps: the Chinese medicinal nutrient solution of the embodiment 1 is poured into a feeder of sick bee colonies, the amount of each frame of bees corresponding to the Chinese medicinal nutrient solution of the embodiment 1 is 50g, the feeding is carried out for 1 time every other day, and the feeding is carried out for 3-5 times continuously.
Comparative group 1: the bee colony is fed according to a pure traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the sacbrood disease of the bees, which is disclosed in Chinese patent No. CN201210549180.X.
Comparative group 2: the group of bee colonies are fed with chloramphenicol by the following feeding method: chloromycetin is added into white sugar water to attract bees to eat, and 0.25g of amoxicillin is fed to 20 swarm bees.
Blank group: the swarms of the group were not fed with any drug.
The number of deaths of four groups of worker bees was recorded after 15 consecutive days of observation, and the statistical data are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 number of deaths from four groups of worker bees for the treatment of bee rotten son disease
Figure BDA0002987268470000121
As can be seen from table 1:
a. the number of deaths in the four groups at the beginning of drug use (day 2 of the test) was comparable, indicating that no drug effect was apparent.
b. In the middle stage of drug use (test day 5, test day 10), the drug effects of the test group, the control group 1 and the control group 2 are shown, the death number of the test group is suddenly reduced from 120 to 18, and the drug effects are excellent and remarkably effective compared with those of the control group and the blank group; although the death numbers of the comparative group 1 and the comparative group 2 are reduced slightly, the death numbers rise back to the 10 th day of the experiment, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the comparative group 1 and the amoxicillin of the comparative group 2 are used, the symptoms are treated, the root causes are not treated, and the sick bee colony generates drug resistance.
c. By the end of the drug application (day 16 of the test), the test group had no longer produced dead worker bees, indicating a complete cure of the rotten son disease of the colony.
The data of the experimental group show that the death number of worker bees is continuously reduced from the 2 nd day of the experiment without rebounding, and the death number is reduced to 1/10 at the beginning by the 10 th day, which shows that the threat of the rotten son disease to the sick bee colony is relieved, and only the 15 th day is spent from the treatment to the cure, thereby showing that the traditional Chinese medicine nutrient solution has quick drug effect and good treatment effect. The more quickly the rotten son disease is treated, the more the bee colony can be preserved, the more the loss can be saved, and the cost is reduced. Compared with the prior art, by the 10 th day, the death number of the comparison group 1 is reduced more and more slowly, so that the drug effect is slow to play, even the drug effect is almost completely played, the treatment effect on the rotten son disease is not good, and the quick radical treatment cannot be realized; the number of deaths of the comparative group 2 is greatly increased, and the number of deaths is half of that of the blank group, so that the treatment effect is poor.
In conclusion, the Chinese medicinal nutrient solution for treating bee rotten son disease has quick response, stable and continuous medicinal effect and short curing time, adopts natural Chinese medicinal materials, has no medicament residue on bee products, and meets the production safety requirement of nuisanceless food.
Experimental example 2
(2) Test for efficacy in preventing bee brood
Four healthy Chinese bee fields are selected and divided into four groups, which are respectively: experimental group, comparative group 1, comparative group 2, blank group, group to group sufficient distance, will not be mutual infection.
Experimental groups: the bee space of the group is provided with a bee 39 spleen, and the bee colony is fed with the traditional Chinese medicine nutrient solution of the embodiment 2, and the feeding method comprises the following steps: the traditional Chinese medicine nutrient solution of the embodiment 2 is poured into a feeder of a bee colony, the amount of the traditional Chinese medicine nutrient solution put into each frame of bees is 30g, and the traditional Chinese medicine nutrient solution is put into the feeder for 1 time in one month.
Comparative group 1: the bee field is fed with a pure traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the sacbrood disease of bees, which is disclosed in Chinese patent CN201210549180. X.
Comparative group 2: the bee field of the group is provided with a bee 40 spleen, and the bee colony is fed with amoxicillin by the feeding method: the amoxicillin is mixed into white sugar water with the ratio of 1:1 to attract bees to eat, and 0.25g of amoxicillin is fed to 12-splenic bees.
Blank group: the bee space of the group is provided with a bee 40 spleen, and the bee colony does not feed any medicine.
After continuously observing for 15 days, the number of the colonies with the rotten son disease of four groups of bees is recorded, and the statistical data are shown in table 2.
TABLE 2 number of four bee colonies suffering from rotten son's disease
Figure BDA0002987268470000141
As can be seen from table 2:
a. in the initial stage of the test (test day 2), only one diseased bee colony appears in the blank group, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine nutrient solution of the example 1, the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the comparative group 1 and the amoxicillin of the comparative group 2 have the effect of preventing the rotten son disease.
b. In the middle period of the test (test day 5 and test day 10), the diseased bee colonies in the blank group are gradually enlarged and difficult to control, and the control group 1 and the control group 2 also generate a small amount of diseased bee colonies and have an increasing trend, which indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine composition in the control group 1 and the amoxicillin in the control group 2 can not effectively inhibit the occurrence of the rotten son disease. In contrast, no diseased bee colonies still appeared in the experimental group, which shows that the nutrient solution of the traditional Chinese medicine in the example 2 can continuously and effectively prevent the rotten son disease.
c. By the end of the test (day 16 of the test), no diseased bee colonies appear in the test group, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine nutrient solution in the example 2 can continuously and effectively prevent the rotten son diseases. The diseased bee colonies are respectively surged to 14 spleens and 30 spleens by observing the contrast group 1, the contrast group 2 and the blank group, which shows that the prevention and cure of the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the contrast group 1 and the amoxicillin of the contrast group 2 are not good.
In conclusion, the Chinese medicinal nutrient solution can effectively prevent bee rotten son diseases, the medicinal effect is continuous and stable, and the Chinese medicinal nutrient solution adopts natural Chinese medicinal materials, has no medicament residue on bee products, and meets the production safety requirements of pollution-free food.
Experimental example 3
(3) Test for accelerating bee breeding effect
Three healthy swarms are selected to be divided into four groups in the honey lacking season, which are respectively: experiment group, comparison group 1, comparison group 2, blank group, have enough distance between the group, can not advance the wrong case each other.
Experimental groups: the bee colony of the group comprises 5000 bees, and the bee colony is fed with the traditional Chinese medicine nutrient solution of the embodiment 3, and the feeding method comprises the following steps: the Chinese medicine nutrient solution of the embodiment 3 is poured into the bee colony feeder, the amount of each frame of bees is 30g corresponding to the Chinese medicine nutrient solution of the embodiment 3, and the feeding is carried out once every three days and 5 times continuously.
Comparative group 1: the bee field is fed with a pure traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the sacbrood disease of bees, which is disclosed in Chinese patent CN201210549180. X.
Comparative group 2: 5200 bees exist in the swarm of the group, and the swarm is fed with 1:1 common amoxicillin white sugar water, and the feeding method comprises the following steps: white sugar water is poured into the bee colony feeder for the bees to eat.
Blank group: 5100 bees are in the swarm of the group, and no food or medicine is fed to the swarm.
The number of healthy larvae fed by four groups of bees was recorded after 15 consecutive observations, and the statistical data is shown in table 3.
TABLE 3 healthy larva Nursery by four groups of bees
Figure BDA0002987268470000161
As can be seen from table 3:
a. in the initial period of using the medicine (test day 3), the hatching number of the larva of the swarms in the experimental group, the comparative group 1 and the comparative group 2 is slightly higher than that of the swarms which are not fed in the blank group.
b. In the middle period of using the medicine (6 th day of test and 9 th day of test), the stimulation advantages of the test group, the control group 1 and the control group 2 are shown, the number of the healthy bee larvae in the test group is increased from 1010 to 2300, and compared with the control group 1, the control group 2 and the blank group, the nutrition supplementing effect is obvious; although the number of the healthy bee larvae of the comparison group 1 and the comparison group 2 is increased slightly, by the 12 th day of the test, the number of the healthy larvae fed by the bees of the comparison group 1 is increased obviously compared with that of the experimental group, the number of the healthy larvae fed by the bees of the comparison group 2 is reduced, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition of the comparison group 1 has poor effect on the healthy larvae fed by the bees, and the amoxicillin white sugar water is used for feeding the bees in the comparison group 2, so that the nutrition of the bees cannot be kept up, the fertility of the bees is insufficient, the bee colony also generates drug resistance, and the number of the healthy larvae is reduced on the contrary; the bees in the blank group are in a broken-son nest-cleaning state because the bees cannot be kept by nutrition.
The data of the experimental group show that from the 3 rd day of the experiment, the number of healthy larvae fed by bees is not continuously reduced along with the external honey deficiency state, but the bee colony is fed actively, and the bee colony is steadily developed and continuously grows.
Experimental example 4
(3) Test of the Effect of mutual mergers between bee colonies
6 healthy queen-free bee colonies were selected and divided into 3 groups, each of which was: experiment group, contrast group, blank group have sufficient distance between group and the group, can not advance wrong case each other, prepare 3 queen bees that will intervene the bee colony again.
Experimental groups: the two swarms of the group have 2000 bees and 2100 bees respectively, and the Chinese medicinal nutrient solution of the embodiment 3 is sprayed to the swarms, and the spraying method comprises the following steps: the traditional Chinese medicine nutrient solution in the embodiment 3 is added with a proper amount of water (the water can be added for spraying), each frame of bees is sprayed until the bees are slightly wet, then two groups of bees are gathered into one group, and then one queen bee is intervened.
Comparison group: the two groups of bees in the group are 2100 and 1900 bees respectively, and the two groups of bees are gathered into a group after the honey wine is sprayed, and then a queen bee is intervened.
Blank group: the two groups of bee colonies of the group are respectively provided with 2200 bees and 2100 bees, and the two groups of bees are directly grouped into a group by any treatment of the bee colonies and then intervened in a queen bee.
The observation was carried out at 1 hour, the number of remaining healthy bees of the three groups of bees was recorded, and the statistical data are shown in table 4.
TABLE 4 number of remaining healthy bees of three groups of bees
Figure BDA0002987268470000171
As can be seen from table 4:
a. the swarms were pooled after spraying the swarms with the drug (trial hour 2), and the swarms in the experimental and control groups were much higher in the number of healthy bees than the swarms in the blank group without spraying.
b. In the later stage (test hour 4) of the drug-combined bee colony, the advantages of the experimental group and the comparison group are shown, the number of healthy bee larvae in the experimental group is basically not lost, and the queen bee is normal; compared with a comparison group and a blank group, the effects of safe combination and safe intervention on queen bees are remarkable; and the healthy bee larva quantity of contrast group does not have reduction by a wide margin yet, but alcohol has certain stimulus to the honeybee, and honeybee mood is very unstable, and the honeybee still encloses the king after the alcohol volatilizees, bites the king phenomenon and leads to the queen bee wing to be bitten into bad. The bees in the blank group are mutually put on the shelf because the odor does not conform to the standard, and the queen bee is also killed.
The data from the experimental groups showed that from the 1 st hour of the experiment, the number of healthy bees did not decrease continuously, but instead the colony protected the spleen actively, the colony was quiet and stable, and the queen ran normally.
In conclusion, the traditional Chinese medicine nutrient solution for treating bee brood has quick response, stable and continuous drug effect and short curing time, can greatly enhance the feeding capacity of bees, and can be safely and effectively used for mutual combination of bee colonies and intervention of queen loss colonies in queen bees; and the invention adopts a natural Chinese herbal medicine formula, has no medicine residue on bee products, and meets the production safety requirement of pollution-free food.
