Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described clearly and completely below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The African swine fever is an acute contact, widely hemorrhagic and virulent infectious disease, has extremely high pathogenicity to pigs of all ages, and has a mortality rate of up to 100 percent after the disease occurs, and the disease is an animal epidemic disease which is mainly prevented in China; at present, no African swine fever vaccine approved for sale in China exists in all countries including China; farms can only eliminate and control the disease by strict prevention and control measures such as disinfection, isolation, extinguishment and innocent treatment, absolute prevention cannot be realized, and once pigs only infect african swine fever, effective treatment is difficult.
Based on the above, the application provides a Chinese herbal medicine composition for preventing and treating diseases of pigs, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-22 parts of honeysuckle, 4-25 parts of isatis root, 3-24 parts of reed rhizome, 1-19 parts of Chinese pulsatilla root, 3-20 parts of liquorice, 5-25 parts of amaranth, 8-30 parts of gelsemium elegans, 3-23 parts of houttuynia cordata and 3-25 parts of Chinese knotweed herb.
According to the invention, the addition and subtraction compatibility is reasonably carried out according to the effects of the honeysuckle, the isatis root, the reed rhizome, the Chinese pulsatilla root, the liquorice, the amaranthus spinosus, the gelsemium elegans and the houttuynia cordata, so that the medicinal materials complement each other, the African swine fever can be obviously prevented and treated, and meanwhile, other common pig diseases such as blue ear disease, hoof epidemic disease, swine fever, pseudorabies and the like can be effectively prevented; the composition has the advantages of few components, easy acquisition and no toxic or side effect on pigs.
The main transmission route of the African swine fever is that healthy pigs are directly contacted with sick pigs or pollutants, and the possibility of infecting the African swine fever is also existed when the pigs are bitten by vector insects such as poisonous ticks and the like. The pathogenesis of the virus is that the virus can enter a pig body through the mouth and an upper respiratory tract system, the infection occurs in a nasopharynx part or a tonsil, and the virus quickly spreads to a mandibular lymph node and spreads to the whole body through lymph and blood. Cells change rapidly in virulent infection and die before a significant stimulatory response is exhibited. In the case of a mild infection, the stimulation response is easily observed, the nucleus becomes large, and mitosis generally occurs. The symptoms are natural infection latency period of 5-9 days, which is often shorter, clinical experimental infection is 2-5 days, the body temperature is raised to 40.5-42 ℃ during onset of disease, the body temperature lasts for about four days until 48 hours before death, and the body temperature begins to drop. Rapid pulse, cough, about one third of rapid respiration, dyspnea, serous fluid or mucopurulent conjunctivitis, bloody diarrhea, vomiting and swine fever caused by some strains, and 50 percent of leucocyte reduction phenomenon is shown in three to five cases, the lymphocyte is also reduced, leucocyte anemia occurs when the body temperature is raised, the leucocyte number is not reduced until the leucocyte number is reduced to 40 percent on the fourth day, the immature leucocyte number is increased and can be observed, the leucocyte dies usually on the seventh day after fever, or the symptom dies only on one or two days.
Based on the comprehensive consideration of the characteristics of African swine fever and other common diseases of pigs, the basic principle of prevention and treatment of diseases in Chinese traditional medicine is that the diseases are prevented before first, the diseases are prevented, and both symptoms and root causes are treated, wherein the prevention before the diseases is the most ideal positive measure. The invention adopts the traditional Chinese medicine 'treating with poison' as the principle to carry out prevention and treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine 'treating with poison' is a method principle of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment, namely, the poison of the etiology of the disease is treated by adopting the poison drug with the opposite property to the poison drug to carry out the countercheck treatment and prevention. For example, the "plain questions, five major political treatises" are called: treat heat with cold and warm; treating cold with heat, cold and moving; treating the disease with warm nature and cold nature; it is indicated for clearing heat with warm nature. In addition, the earliest monograph in pharmacology, Shen nong Ben Cao Jing, explains the principle of treating diseases with toxic drugs in more detail. Nowadays, the therapy of "attacking poison with poison" has become a method of common attention in medical circles worldwide, and is widely applied, showing obvious curative effect and valuable value.

Experimental example 1
Live pigs are cultured in a certain farm for more than 30 years, and the scale of the pigs in the farm is about 1000-; during the period of outbreak of common pig diseases such as blue ear disease, hoof blight, swine fever and African swine fever which occur in the farm in the past 30 years, the live pigs in the farm are generally three types, the first type of live pigs take the Chinese herbal medicine composition of any one of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2 of the invention as a health care and prevention medicine daily, and the live pigs are not inoculated with any disease vaccine; the second type of live pigs do not take any health-care medicine, the prevention of common diseases of the pigs is carried out by means of vaccination, and the third type of live pigs have not been inoculated with relevant preventive vaccines of the diseases in the disease period and do not take any health-care medicine in daily life; the infection rates of the pigs during the period of the above-mentioned several common diseases in the farm are shown in Table 1.
Wherein, the infection rate = (number of pigs infected with a certain disease after taking a certain drug/total number of pigs taking a certain drug) × 100%; in addition, the infection rates in Table 1 are the average values of the infection rates of individual diseases in several cases, since the number of times of onset of each disease is not less than 1 for 30 years.
Wherein, the administration mode of the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the examples 1 to 4 as the preventive medicine is as follows: adding the Chinese herbal medicine composition into drinking water and feed to be mixed into wet mixture, wherein the mass ratio of the Chinese herbal medicine composition to the feed to the drinking water in the wet mixture is 30-40:50000: 75000; the Chinese herbal medicine composition is administrated once every 3-7 days, 2 meals each time, and each meal is ingested in the form of the wet mixture.
The administration of the herbal composition of example 5 as a prophylactic agent was as follows: adding the Chinese herbal medicine composition into drinking water and feed to be mixed into a wet mixture, wherein the mass ratio of the Chinese herbal medicine composition to the feed to the drinking water in the wet mixture is 150: 50000: 75000; the Chinese herbal medicine composition is administrated once every 3-7 days, 2 meals each time, and each meal is ingested by eating the wet mixture.
TABLE 1
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
From table 1 it can be seen that:
(1) in the prevention of African swine fever: the recorded data of the African swine fever in the Table 1 are only the data during the outbreak of the African swine fever in 2018-2019, and the African swine fever infection phenomenon does not appear in the rest of the years. During the outbreak of the African swine fever, the African swine fever virus appears in the farm, the infection rate of the daily pigs taking the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the embodiment 1-5 as a health-care medicine is relatively low, the infection rate is up to 16 percent, namely the lowest effective prevention rate (the effective prevention rate =100 percent to the infection rate) of the Chinese herbal medicine composition on the pigs is 84 percent; even in the daily pigs taking the herbal composition of examples 4 and 5 as a health care medicine, one pig does not have infection, namely the effective prevention rate of the herbal composition of examples 4 and 5 on African swine fever is 100%; while the pigs of the second, third and comparative examples 1 and 2 in the first category were only rapidly infected during the outbreak of african swine fever and died extensively; it is worth mentioning that although the second type of live pigs are vaccinated against diseases other than african swine fever, it is difficult for vaccines against other diseases to effectively prevent african swine fever; in addition, although the preparation method of the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the embodiment 5 is different from that of the embodiment 4, the control of the African swine fever can still be obviously realized by adjusting the dosage of the pigs;
(2) in the prevention of other diseases: the Chinese herbal medicine composition of examples 1-5 had a minimum effective prevention rate of 65% in terms of blue ear disease, 65% in terms of swine fever, 73.5% in terms of pseudorabies, and 67% in terms of foot and mouth disease; the effective prevention rate of the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the example 3 on the blue ear disease, the swine fever, the pseudorabies and the hoof blight is higher than that in the examples 1-2 and is equivalent to that of the vaccine, while the effective prevention rate of the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the examples 4 and 5 on the blue ear disease, the swine fever, the pseudorabies and the hoof blight is up to 100 percent, namely, the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the examples 4 and 5 is taken as a live pig for daily health care during the last 30 years, and one end of the live pig is not infected with the hoof blight, the blue ear disease, the swine fever and the pseudorabies; the Chinese herbal medicine compositions in the comparative examples 1 and 2 are not prepared according to the optimal formula and the optimal proportion in the invention, so that the capability of preventing the common diseases of the pigs is obviously reduced; it should be noted that although the herbal composition in example 5 is different from the preparation method in example 4, the prevention of common diseases in pigs can still be significantly achieved by adjusting the administration amount of pigs.
To sum up: the Chinese herbal medicine composition has good prevention effect on African swine fever, blue ear disease, swine fever and hoof blight; wherein, the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the embodiment 1-5 has better prevention effect on African swine fever; compared with the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the embodiment 1-2, the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the embodiment 3 has better prevention effect on the aspects of foot-and-mouth disease, blue ear disease, pseudorabies and swine fever; compared with the Chinese herbal medicine compositions in the examples 1-3, the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the examples 4 and 5 has the best prevention effect on the foot-and-mouth disease, the blue ear disease, the pseudorabies, the swine fever and the African swine fever, and the prevention effect can reach 100 percent.
In addition, in the half month before the application of the invention, the farm discovers African swine fever virus, blue-ear disease virus and swine fever virus in the field environment through self-examination, and then the serum of the pigs given the Chinese herbal medicine composition is subjected to spot examination, and the detection reports are shown in tables 2 to 5.

As can be seen from tables 2-5, the selective examination of pigs does not show related viral infection, and further shows that the Chinese herbal medicine composition has extremely remarkable effect in preventing African swine fever and common diseases of pigs.
Experimental example 2
In a pig farm about 500 m away from the farm in the experimental example 1, in 2018 and 2019, 33 pigs only have infection symptoms of African swine fever, such as high fever, dyspnea, cough, rhinorrhea, unstable walking, cyanosis of skin, swelling, mental depression, anorexia and the like, and the African swine fever virus exists in the pig farm proved by test paper; immediately isolating the 33 pigs by breeders, dividing the pigs into 2 groups, wherein the first group is 10 pigs, injecting cooling medicines into the horses, killing the pigs for 6 pigs after 2 days, and killing all pigs after four days; the second group is 23 pigs treated with the herbal composition of example 4 only, once a day during the treatment period; after the administration for 3 days, about 80 percent of the pigs have no disease deterioration, and the symptoms of the rest pigs with diseases are relieved; after 7 days of administration, about 80% of sick pigs have relieved symptoms, and the rest pigs have no obvious diseases; after 10 days of administration, all symptoms of sick pigs are resolved or no obvious African swine fever symptom is seen, the medicine is administered once every 3 days, after 10 days of administration, the mental states of 18 pigs are completely recovered, and the pigs are healthy, smooth in fur and ruddy in meat color; then daily prevention and health care are carried out on the pigs by the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the embodiment 4, during the prevention and health care period, the Chinese herbal medicine composition is administrated once every 3-7 days, and finally all infected pigs are cured; when the cured live pig grows up and is slaughtered, the taste of the pig is not different from that of a normal pig, and even the taste is better; in addition, after isolation of 33 pigs, the prevention period in which the herbal composition of example 4 was administered to 62 uninfected pigs in the equine was first 10 days per day, 10 days later, 3-7 days later, and finally, no African swine fever was infected to any one pig.
The experimental examples prove that the Chinese herbal medicine composition has extremely remarkable effect on preventing and treating swine fever.
Experimental example 3
When the medicine is specifically administered, the 252 sick pigs are randomly divided into 8 groups and are respectively treated by the Chinese herbal medicine compositions in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3, the administration is carried out 1 time per day, the administration is changed to once every 3 days after 12 days of continuous administration, the preventive administration is started after 15 days, and the administration is carried out once every 3-7 days during the preventive administration. The cure rates of the sick pigs in each group are shown in table 6.
Wherein, the cure rate = (number of cured pigs per group/total number of pigs per group) × 100%.

As can be seen from table 6: the Chinese herbal medicine composition prepared by adopting the formula and the proportion and the two preparation methods provided by the invention has an extremely obvious effect on treating African swine fever, the cure rate is as high as 93.75%, while the effect on treating African swine fever is not obvious in comparative example 1 without the proportion according to the invention, the effect on treating African swine fever is difficult to exert after gelsemium is removed in comparative example 2, gelsemium is changed into bighead atractylodes rhizome in comparative example 3, although both gelsemium and bighead atractylodes rhizome have the effect of tonifying spleen, the Chinese herbal medicine composition after gelsemium is changed into white still has no obvious effect on treating African swine fever, and the Chinese herbal medicine composition is derived from effective components in gelsemium, such as gelsemine, gelsemine and the like, and the gelsemium has the characteristic of toxic attack; in addition, in addition to table 6, other medicinal components in the farm are replaced by some traditional Chinese medicines with corresponding effects, and the results show that the treatment effect of the farm is far inferior to that of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, even the farm has no treatment effect at all; it can be seen from comparative examples 2 and 3 that the 9 medicines in the invention can exert effects rather than simple replacement of medicines after being combined, and show uniqueness of medicine selection, and further show that the Chinese herbal medicine composition prepared according to the formula, the proportion and the preparation method in the invention has extremely remarkable effects in treating African swine fever. It should be noted that 7 sows out of the pigs cured in examples 1 to 5 were not only healthy but also normal born.
The comparison between experiment example 2 and experiment example 3 shows that: in the experimental example 2, the cure rate of the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the example 4 is 100%, and the cure rate of the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the experimental example 3 is 93.75% at most, because the infected pigs in the experimental example 2 are short in infection time and are taken within 24 hours of disease discovery, and the treatment is timely, so that the cure rate of 100% can be achieved, while part of the pigs in the experimental example 3 only have relatively long African swine fever infected time, the time of administration is more than 24 hours, even if the time of administration is more than 72 hours, the internal organs of the part of pigs are seriously damaged, and the Chinese herbal medicine composition in the invention is difficult to cure in time; however, as long as the treatment time is appropriate, the Chinese herbal medicine composition has a remarkable effect of treating the African swine fever.
