Abstract
一种推片机及其控制方法,包括用于装载玻片和加载血样,并将血样抹平以制备涂片(200)的玻片装载机构(10)、加样机构(20)和推片机构(30)。推片机(100)还包括染色机构(40)和移片机构(50),染色机构(40)包括试剂盒(41)和第一驱动系统(42),所述试剂盒(41)用于贮存染液试剂,所述第一驱动系统(42)用于带动所述试剂盒(41)沿第一方向往复平移。移片机构(50)包括机械手(51)和第二驱动系统(52),所述第二驱动系统(52)用于带动所述机械手(51)沿第二方向往复平移。当所述试剂盒(41)与所述机械手(51)分别平移至对应的配合位后,所述第二驱动系统(52)还带动所述机械手(51)朝向所述试剂盒(41)移动以在所述试剂盒(41)中放置或提取所述涂片(200)。通过所述机械手(51)和所述试剂盒(41)的配合运动以实现所述涂片(200)的染色,可以简化推片机(100)的内部机构。
