背景技术
“三高症”是指高血压、高血糖(糖尿病)和高脂血症。高血脂可以引起血管栓塞;高血压可以引起脑出血和脑血管破裂;高血糖可以引起糖尿病。它们是现代社会所派生出来的“富贵病”,可能单独存在,也可能相互关联。如:糖尿病人很容易同时患上高血压或高血脂症,而高血脂又是动脉硬化形成和发展的主要因素,动脉硬化患者血管弹性差加剧血压升高。所以,出现这三种疾患中的任何一种,后期都易形成了“三高症”。在中国人的十大死亡原因中,与代谢疾病相关的死亡率就高达35.7%,与“三高”相关的死亡人数也占总死亡人数的27%。
对于三高患者的治疗,首先是药物治疗,尤其是高血压和高血糖。其次是饮食方面,主要是低脂低胆固醇低糖低盐饮食,多吃点富含膳食纤维的蔬菜、粗粮等。三高患者的日常要合理作息,保证充足的睡眠。现在药物治疗时,一般用西药降压降糖降脂药,这些药物往往一旦服用便需终生服用,不能达到标本兼治的目的,而且有些药物还有停药反应,导致副作用大。在丰富的祖国医药宝库中,运用药食同源的中草药对三高症进行保健调理具有独到之处,目前市场上此类保健品种类繁多,但真正起到良好效果的则很少。

有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮配方及其制备方法,其具有清肝降脂、降低血糖、扩张血管、降低血压、抗肿瘤等功效,能够有效改善三高症状,且能够保持清爽的口感,延长保存时间。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述技术问题:
一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮配方,所述清植饮配方包括以下原料,蓝莓粉、葡萄籽提取物、绿茶粉、枸杞粉、蔓越莓粉、山楂粉、燕麦β-葡聚糖、雨生红球藻、葡萄糖酸亚铁、葡萄糖、黄原胶、柠檬酸、酒石酸、维生素C和水。
山楂具有消食健胃,行气散瘀,化浊降脂的功能。蓝莓果实中含有丰富的营养成分,尤其富含花青素,它不仅具有良好的营养保健作用,还具有防止脑神经老化、强心、抗癌、软化血管、增强人体免疫等功能。葡萄籽提取物是从葡萄籽中提取分离得到的一类多酚类物质,主要由原花青素,儿茶素,表儿茶素,没食子酸,表儿茶素没食子酸酯等多酚类物质组成,葡萄籽提取物是纯天然物质,是迄今发现的植物来源最高效的抗氧化剂之一。绿茶粉具有良好的抗氧化和镇静作用,可减轻疲劳。枸杞性甘、平,归肝肾经,具有滋补肝肾,养肝明目的功效,现代医学研究表明,它含有胡萝卜素、甜菜碱、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C和钙、磷、铁等,具有增加白细胞活性、促进肝细胞新生的药理作用,近代药理实验表明:枸杞子具有增强机体免疫功能,抑制肿瘤,降血糖,降血脂,抗疲劳等功能作用。蔓越莓中含有金丝桃苷、五羟黄酮、杨梅酮等多种黄酮醇类化合物,黄酮醇具有很强的抗氧化活性,能抑制低密度脂蛋白—胆固醇的氧化,降低血液中甘油三酯的水平,有助于促进人体的心血管健康。

具体的,所述常清饮配方包括以下重量份的原料,13份蓝莓粉、15份葡萄籽提取物、4份绿茶粉、4份枸杞粉、10份蔓越莓粉、8份山楂粉、12份燕麦β-葡聚糖、4份雨生红球藻、15份葡萄糖酸亚铁、2份葡萄糖、4份黄原胶、2份柠檬酸、2份酒石酸、5份维生素C和80份水。
本发明还公开了一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮的制备方法,包括以下步骤,
A1:对绿茶和枸杞进行预处理;
A2:对预处理后的绿茶进行降鞣酸处理,降鞣酸处理后,制备成绿茶粉备用;对预处理的枸杞进行浸提,浸提后的枸杞制备成枸杞粉备用;
A3:称取定量的蓝莓粉、葡萄籽提取物、绿茶粉、枸杞粉、蔓越莓粉、山楂粉溶解,制备成溶液,备用;
A4:在A3制备的溶液中加入燕麦β-葡聚糖、雨生红球藻、葡萄糖、维生素C,搅拌至完全溶解,陈化,过滤,取滤液,备用;
A5:在滤液中加入葡萄糖酸亚铁、黄原胶、柠檬酸、酒石酸,搅拌至溶解,静置1天,取上层清液,加入水,定容,灌装、灭菌、得到成品的饮剂。
通过将绿茶进行预处理,预处理之后再进行降鞣酸处理,使绿茶中的鞣酸含量大大降低。通过将枸杞预处理,预处理之后再通过浸提,降低枸杞中的微量元素含量,使枸杞粉与绿茶粉在配合使用时,绿茶粉不会在吸收枸杞粉中的微量元素,从而影响枸杞和绿茶的各自功效,进而使枸杞粉与绿茶粉均能够各自生效,配合蓝莓粉、葡萄籽提取物、蔓越莓粉、山楂粉、燕麦β-葡聚糖、雨生红球藻,从而降低使用者的血压、血糖和血脂,同时还能扩张血管,抗肿瘤、保护肝脏等功效。这些植物粉末与提取物相互配合,再加入葡萄糖酸亚铁、葡萄糖、黄原胶、柠檬酸、酒石酸、维生素C,从而制备成饮剂具有清爽的口感,能够延长保存时间。
具体的,所述所述A1步骤中,对绿茶进行预处理,所述预处理的具体操作为:对新鲜绿茶叶采用红外线照射2-5H,红外线光强度180W/㎡,照射完成后,置于35℃的温水中,浸泡3-5H,浸泡完后,置于液态二氧化碳中,于20-35MPa的条件下,保持5-8min后,泄压,取出备用。
通过红外线照射,使新鲜绿茶叶中的细胞吸收能量,细胞变得活跃,从而使细胞壁变薄,再通过将细胞活跃的绿茶叶放入温水中,使细胞吸水,将细胞中的鞣酸进行稀释,使鞣酸变得更容易分离,再通过液态二氧化碳和加压的条件下,使细胞的内外压强保持平衡,但不会使细胞破裂,且将绿茶表面的水分去除,便于下一步的使用。
具体的,所述A1步骤中,对枸杞进行预处理,所述预处理的具体操作为:将枸杞置于清水中浸泡1-2H,至枸杞发胀,然后将枸杞置于130-150℃的条件下保持0.5-1min,取出备用。
通过先将枸杞泡胀,使枸杞中的细胞吸水,使枸杞中的微量元素开始活跃,从而使微量元素尽可能的均匀分散,然后通过快速过高温,去除枸杞中的多余水分,且使枸杞表面干燥,便于下一步使用。
具体的,所述A2步骤中,降鞣酸处理的具体步骤为:将预处理的绿茶置于葡萄糖酸亚铁溶液中,加入葡萄籽提取物,搅拌均匀,超声0.5-1H,超声完成后,过滤、洗涤,得到降鞣酸的绿茶叶。
通过将预处理的绿茶置于葡萄糖酸亚铁溶液中,然后加入葡萄籽提取物,使绿茶中的酸性氧化剂与葡萄籽提取物反应,将细胞壁打开,且葡萄糖酸亚铁溶液中亚铁离子进一步被还原,成为三价铁离子,三价铁离子与绿茶中的鞣酸发生络合反应,于超声波条件下,络合物发生沉淀,通过过滤、洗涤,得到鞣酸降低的绿茶。
具体的,所述A2步骤中,浸提的具体步骤为:将预处理的枸杞置于容器中,然后加入浸提液,以10℃/H,升温至60℃,过滤,洗涤,得到浸提后的枸杞。
通过预处理的枸杞,使枸杞中的微量元素均匀分布,再将枸杞进行浸提,在浸提时,采用酒石酸复合液对枸杞进行梯度浸提,将枸杞中的生物碱、微量元素浸出,得到生物碱、微量元素减少的枸杞,使枸杞打粉后与绿茶粉不会再相会作用,减少二者的有益物质的损失。在进行梯度浸提的过程中,通过调制酒石酸复合液的PH,从而使枸杞中的生物碱以及微量元素被大部分浸出,通过控制酒石酸复合液PH在6-4的逐步变化,即通过加入不同量的酒石酸溶液来调制酒石酸复合液的PH,进而控制枸杞中生物碱和微量元素的提取量,避免将枸杞中的生物碱与微量元素全部提取,导致枸杞失效。
酒石酸复合液的具体制备方法如下:将酒石酸粉末搅拌溶解于去离子水中,制备成0.43mol/L的溶液,然后在酒石酸溶液中加入0.2mol/L的乙酸溶液,搅拌均匀,然后于43℃的条件下加入山梨糖醇液,搅拌均匀,加热0.5H,然后升高温度,于56℃的条件下加入多孔活性炭,然后慢慢降温至常温,以每小时降温4℃,将至常温,取上层清液,得到酒石酸复合液。通过在酒石酸中加入山梨糖醇液,在一定温度下和酸性条件下,山梨糖醇溶液将酒石酸表面活化,在酸性条件下,酒石酸表面的钾离子容易脱离,形成络合沉淀物,通过多孔活性炭将沉淀物吸附,得到活化的酒石酸复合液,使酒石酸复合液在对枸杞进行浸提时,能够只对枸杞中的生物碱以及微量元素进行提取,避免影响枸杞中的其他有效物质,且在浸提的过程中,能够进一步活化枸杞中的其他有效成分,使枸杞中的有效成分能够更方便被人体利用。
具体的,所述A4步骤中,陈化的条件为:避光条件下,于3-5℃的条件下,静置1天。
通过陈化,使蓝莓粉、葡萄籽提取物、绿茶粉、枸杞粉、蔓越莓粉、山楂粉、燕麦β-葡聚糖、雨生红球藻、葡萄糖、维生素C充分混匀,且将相互反应的物质充分结合,形成沉淀,使得到的滤液澄澈、清亮,既强化了口感,又保持了有效成分的活性。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮配方及其制备方法,通过将多种植物精华混配而成,使其具有清肝降脂、降低血糖、扩张血管、降低血压、抗肿瘤等功效,能够有效改善三高症状,且能够保持清爽的口感,延长保存时间。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明:
本发明的一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮配方,所述清植饮配方包括以下原料,蓝莓粉、葡萄籽提取物、绿茶粉、枸杞粉、蔓越莓粉、山楂粉、燕麦β-葡聚糖、雨生红球藻、葡萄糖酸亚铁、葡萄糖、黄原胶、柠檬酸、酒石酸、维生素C和水,通过将绿茶进行预处理,再进行降鞣酸处理,使绿茶中的鞣酸含量得到有效降低,再将枸杞进行预处理,预处理后进行浸提,使枸杞中的生物碱与微量元素得到降低,使枸杞粉与绿茶粉在配合使用时,既能够各自生效,又不会相会影响,且再通过将蓝莓粉、葡萄籽提取物、绿茶粉、枸杞粉、蔓越莓粉、山楂粉、燕麦β-葡聚糖、雨生红球藻、葡萄糖、维生素C陈化,既强化了口感,又保持了有效成分的活性,使植物配合葡萄糖酸亚铁、葡萄糖、黄原胶、柠檬酸、酒石酸和水,从而制备得到的饮剂,具有清肝降脂、降低血糖、扩张血管、降低血压、抗肿瘤等功效,能够有效改善三高症状,同时,能够保持清爽的口感,延长保存时间。
实施例1,清植饮的制备一
A1:对12g新鲜绿茶叶采用红外线照射2H,红外光照射强度为180W/㎡,照射完成后,置于35℃的温水中,浸泡3H,浸泡完后,置于液态二氧化碳中,于20MPa的条件下,保持8min后,泄压,取出备用;将12g枸杞置于清水中浸泡1H,至枸杞完全发胀,然后将枸杞置于150℃的条件下保持0.5min,取出备用;
A2:将预处理后的绿茶置于0.2mol/L的葡萄糖酸亚铁溶液中,加入3g葡萄籽提取物,搅拌均匀后,超声0.5H,超声完成后,过滤,用去离子水洗涤绿茶,得到降鞣酸处理的绿茶叶,然后将绿茶叶阴干,通过打粉机打粉,得到5-8目的超细绿茶粉,备用;将预处理的枸杞置于容器中,然后加入酒石酸复合浸提液,并以10℃/H进行梯度升温,升温至60℃,过滤取经过浸提的枸杞,去离子水洗涤至中性,得到浸提后的枸杞,然后阴干,阴干后的枸杞通过打粉机打粉,得到5-8目的超细枸杞粉,备用;
A3:称取40g蓝莓粉、40g葡萄籽提取物、12g绿茶粉、12g枸杞粉、32g蔓越莓粉、24g山楂粉置于300g去离子水中溶解,搅拌均匀,制备成溶液,备用;
A4:在溶液中加入40g燕麦β-葡聚糖、8g雨生红球藻、4g葡萄糖、16g维生素C,搅拌至完全溶解,在避光条件下,于3℃的室温下,静置一天后,过滤,取滤液,备用;
A5:在滤液中加入40g葡萄糖酸亚铁、12g黄原胶、4g柠檬酸、4g酒石酸,搅拌至完全溶解,静置一天,取上层清液,加入去离子水,定容,灌装、灭菌、即可得到成品饮剂,每袋饮剂为30ml。
实施例2,清植饮的制备二
A1:对16g新鲜绿茶叶采用红外线照射3.5H,红外光照射强度为180W/㎡,照射完成后,置于35℃的温水中,浸泡4H,浸泡完后,置于液态二氧化碳中,于30MPa的条件下,保持6min后,泄压,取出备用;将16g枸杞置于清水中浸泡1.5H,至枸杞完全发胀,然后将枸杞置于140℃的条件下保持0.8min,取出备用;
A2:将预处理后的绿茶置于0.2mol/L的葡萄糖酸亚铁溶液中,加入5g葡萄籽提取物,搅拌均匀后,超声0.8H,超声完成后,过滤,用去离子水洗涤绿茶,得到降鞣酸处理的绿茶叶,然后将绿茶叶阴干,通过打粉机打粉,得到5-8目的超细绿茶粉,备用;将预处理的枸杞置于容器中,然后加入酒石酸复合浸提液,并以10℃/H进行梯度升温,升温至60℃,过滤取经过浸提的枸杞,去离子水洗涤至中性,得到浸提后的枸杞,然后阴干,阴干后的枸杞通过打粉机打粉,得到5-8目的超细枸杞粉,备用;
A3:称取52g蓝莓粉、60g葡萄籽提取物、16g绿茶粉、16g枸杞粉、40g蔓越莓粉、32g山楂粉置于560g去离子水中溶解,搅拌均匀,制备成溶液,备用;
A4:在溶液中加入48g燕麦β-葡聚糖、16g雨生红球藻、8g葡萄糖、20g维生素C,搅拌至完全溶解,在避光条件下,于4℃的室温下,静置一天后,过滤,取滤液,备用;
A5:在滤液中加入60g葡萄糖酸亚铁、16g黄原胶、8g柠檬酸、8g酒石酸,搅拌至完全溶解,静置一天,取上层清液,加入去离子水,定容,灌装、灭菌、即可得到成品饮剂,每袋饮剂为30ml。
实施例3,清植饮的制备三
A1:对20g新鲜绿茶叶采用红外线照射5H,红外光照射强度为180W/㎡,照射完成后,置于35℃的温水中,浸泡5H,浸泡完后,置于液态二氧化碳中,于35MPa的条件下,保持8min后,泄压,取出备用;将20g枸杞置于清水中浸泡2H,至枸杞完全发胀,然后将枸杞置于130℃的条件下保持0.5min,取出备用;
A2:将预处理后的绿茶置于0.2mol/L的葡萄糖酸亚铁溶液中,加入10g葡萄籽提取物,搅拌均匀后,超声1H,超声完成后,过滤,用去离子水洗涤绿茶,得到降鞣酸处理的绿茶叶,然后将绿茶叶阴干,通过打粉机打粉,得到5-8目的超细绿茶粉,备用;将预处理的枸杞置于容器中,然后加入酒石酸复合浸提液,并以10℃/H进行梯度升温,升温至60℃,过滤取经过浸提的枸杞,去离子水洗涤至中性,得到浸提后的枸杞,然后阴干,阴干后的枸杞通过打粉机打粉,得到5-8目的超细枸杞粉,备用;
A3:称取60g蓝莓粉、80g葡萄籽提取物、20g绿茶粉、20g枸杞粉、48g蔓越莓粉、40g山楂粉置于800g去离子水中溶解,搅拌均匀,制备成溶液,备用;
A4:在溶液中加入60g燕麦β-葡聚糖、20g雨生红球藻、12g葡萄糖、28g维生素C,搅拌至完全溶解,在避光条件下,于5℃的室温下,静置一天后,过滤,取滤液,备用;
A5:在滤液中加入80g葡萄糖酸亚铁、20g黄原胶、12g柠檬酸、12g酒石酸,搅拌至完全溶解,静置一天,取上层清液,加入去离子水,定容,灌装、灭菌、即可得到成品饮剂,每袋饮剂为30ml。
随机选取40位三高的志愿者,将志愿者随机分为4组,其中一组为对照组,其余三组早中晚饭前各服用一袋本实施例1-3的饮剂,对照组在相同的时间内,服用相同计量的温开水,以一周为节点,连续服用四周后,对四组志愿者进行血压、血糖和血脂的检测,检测结果如下:
从中,我们明显可以看出,连续服用本饮剂一个月后,实验组的志愿者的血压、血糖和血脂与对照组相比有明显的降低,说明本饮剂具备改善三高的功能,三高功能改善的同时,能够扩张血管、抗肿瘤。
将实施例1-3的饮剂和市面上常见的改善三高的饮剂进行存储时间对比,存储的条件一致,均为背光条件,温度为15℃,结果如下:

从中,我们可以明显看出,实施例1-3制备得到的饮剂在长时间保存时,不会产生变化,说明本饮剂能够长时间保存。

Claims (9)
1.一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮配方,其特征在于,所述清植饮配方包括以下原料,蓝莓粉、葡萄籽提取物、绿茶粉、枸杞粉、蔓越莓粉、山楂粉、燕麦β-葡聚糖、雨生红球藻、葡萄糖酸亚铁、葡萄糖、黄原胶、柠檬酸、酒石酸、维生素C和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮配方,其特征在于,所述常清饮配方包括以下重量份的原料,10-15份蓝莓粉、10-20份葡萄籽提取物、3-5份绿茶粉、3-5份枸杞粉、8-12份蔓越莓粉、6-10份山楂粉、10-15份燕麦β-葡聚糖、2-5份雨生红球藻、10-20份葡萄糖酸亚铁、1-3份葡萄糖、3-5份黄原胶、1-3份柠檬酸、1-3份酒石酸、4-7份维生素C和60-100份水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮配方,其特征在于,所述常清饮配方包括以下重量份的原料,13份蓝莓粉、15份葡萄籽提取物、4份绿茶粉、4份枸杞粉、10份蔓越莓粉、8份山楂粉、12份燕麦β-葡聚糖、4份雨生红球藻、15份葡萄糖酸亚铁、2份葡萄糖、4份黄原胶、2份柠檬酸、2份酒石酸、5份维生素C和80份水。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
A1:对绿茶和枸杞进行预处理;
A2:对预处理后的绿茶进行降鞣酸处理,降鞣酸处理后,制备成绿茶粉备用;对预处理的枸杞进行浸提,浸提后的枸杞制备成枸杞粉备用;
A3:称取定量的蓝莓粉、葡萄籽提取物、绿茶粉、枸杞粉、蔓越莓粉、山楂粉溶解,制备成溶液,备用;
A4:在A3制备的溶液中加入燕麦β-葡聚糖、雨生红球藻、葡萄糖、维生素C,搅拌至完全溶解,陈化,过滤,取滤液,备用;
A5:在滤液中加入葡萄糖酸亚铁、黄原胶、柠檬酸、酒石酸,搅拌至溶解,静置1天,取上层清液,加入水,定容,灌装、灭菌、得到成品的饮剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述A1步骤中,对绿茶进行预处理,所述预处理的具体操作为:对新鲜绿茶叶采用红外线照射2-5H,红外线光强度180W/㎡,照射完成后,置于35℃的温水中,浸泡3-5H,浸泡完后,置于液态二氧化碳中,于20-35MPa的条件下,保持5-8min后,泄压,取出备用。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述A1步骤中,对枸杞进行预处理,所述预处理的具体操作为:将枸杞置于清水中浸泡1-2H,至枸杞发胀,然后将枸杞置于130-150℃的条件下保持0.5-1min,取出备用。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述A2步骤中,降鞣酸处理的具体步骤为:将预处理的绿茶置于葡萄糖酸亚铁溶液中,加入葡萄籽提取物,搅拌均匀,超声0.5-1H,超声完成后,过滤、洗涤,得到降鞣酸的绿茶叶。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述A2步骤中,浸提的具体步骤为:将预处理的枸杞置于容器中,然后加入浸提液,以10℃/H,升温至60℃,过滤,洗涤,得到浸提后的枸杞。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种改善三高症状的鲜活清植饮的制备方法,其特征在于,所述A4步骤中,陈化的条件为:避光条件下,于3-5℃的条件下,静置1天。
