1.2 Experimental methods
Referring to the research guidelines for new traditional Chinese medicines, in a laboratory at the room temperature of 23 ℃, the mice are repeatedly pre-tested to be infused with 300mg/kg of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, the toxic reaction and death condition of the mice are observed for one week, half of the lethal dose cannot be measured, and the maximum tolerance is selected for the experiment.
The weight of the mice is taken as standard, the mice in the experimental group and the comparative group are continuously taken once every 6h according to the dosage of 0.6mg for one month; the control group had free access to water and foraging without feeding the Chinese medicinal composition, and during the period of feeding the Chinese medicinal composition and after stopping feeding for two weeks, the state of the mice was observed, and the health status of the mice was judged by blood collection and analysis, biopsy of visceral organs, and other items.
1.3 results of the experiment
When the mice were fed with the Chinese medicinal composition prepared in examples 1 to 3, none of the mice died within 3 months, the biopsy result of the organ tissue showed normal, and the mental state of the mice was good.
When the traditional Chinese medicine compositions prepared in the comparative examples 2-4 are fed, mice die for 3 months at different degrees, and gastrointestinal problems and diarrhea occur at different degrees.
