Abstract

本发明涉及注塑技术领域,尤其是一模两腔注塑模具及其注塑方法;它包括下模和上模;其中下模包括下模腔、定位柱、导柱和清洗喷嘴,其中上模包括上模腔、定位套、导套、浇口、脱模喷嘴和卡接件形成腔,定位柱插入对应的定位套内,导柱插入对应的导套内。一次成型一整套产品,便于后续的包装、质检等工序;通过上下模的设计以及脱模喷嘴形成柔和而有效的脱模方式,避免卡接件与卡接件形成腔勾结。

一模两腔注塑模具及其注塑方法
技术领域
本发明涉及注塑技术领域,尤其是一模两腔注塑模具及其注塑方法。
背景技术
由于城市停车场所用地越发昂贵,现在停车位越来越紧凑,车门防擦条(如图1所示)应运而生。由于左右车门外侧面外观上是对称的,故防擦条也是对称设置的,生产商通常采用一模两腔的注塑方式来生产。其生产流程通常是:首先利用上下模注塑成型,开模后利用机械手吸盘吸住注塑件(1)的光滑面,而后将其与模具分离。但由于防擦条通常具有齿边(11)、卡接件(12),机械手将注塑件吸住并脱离模具时容易发生注塑件上的卡接件与卡接件形成腔勾结的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种容易脱模的注塑模具。
本发明的技术方案为:
一模两腔注塑模具,它包括下模和上模;
其中下模包括下模腔、定位柱、导柱和清洗喷嘴,下模上形成有左右两个对称的下模腔,下模上且位于下模腔两侧的位置上设置有定位柱,下模的四角设置有导柱,下模上且位于两个下模腔之间的位置上设置有多个清洗喷嘴;
其中上模包括上模腔、定位套、导套、浇口、脱模喷嘴和卡接件形成腔,上模上形成有左右两个对称的上模腔,上模上且位于上模腔两侧的位置上设置有定位套,上模的四角设置有导套,上模腔内设置有浇口、脱模喷嘴和卡接件形成腔;
定位柱插入对应的定位套内,导柱插入对应的导套内。
进一步地,所述上模腔边缘设置有用于形成齿边的齿部。
进一步地,所述脱模喷嘴为电离空气喷嘴,提高脱模效果。
在一些实施例中,所述上模的上模腔连通有排气结构。便于排出多余空气。
一模两腔注塑模具的注塑方法,它包括以下步骤:
步骤一,使用外部液压设备将下模和上模合模(下模在下);
步骤二,使用注塑件将热熔胶液从上模的浇口处注入型腔直至注塑件成型;
步骤三,使用外部液压设备将下模和上模开模;
步骤四,使用外部空压设备连通脱模喷嘴向注塑件喷出空气,加速注塑件冷却并将注塑件柔和地向下推动,由于注塑件瞬间冷却,根据热胀冷缩原理,其卡接件会稍微缩小,减少了它与卡接件形成腔勾结的概率;
步骤五,注塑件落入下模的下型腔内,由于下型腔较光滑故便于机械手吸盘吸取注塑件(吸盘吸取注塑件具有卡接件一面);
步骤六,待机械臂取走注塑件后使用外部空压设备连通清洗喷嘴向上模喷射清洁空气,吹走上模上的碎屑、多余油脂、灰尘等异物。
本发明的有益效果为:一次成型一整套产品,便于后续的包装、质检等工序;通过上下模的设计以及脱模喷嘴形成柔和而有效的脱模方式,避免卡接件与卡接件形成腔勾结。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
实施例1
如图2-4所示,一模两腔注塑模具,它包括下模和上模;
其中下模包括下模腔、定位柱、导柱和清洗喷嘴,下模上形成有左右两个对称的下模腔,下模上且位于下模腔两侧的位置上设置有定位柱,下模的四角设置有导柱,下模上且位于两个下模腔之间的位置上设置有多个清洗喷嘴;
其中上模包括上模腔、定位套、导套、浇口、脱模喷嘴和卡接件形成腔,上模上形成有左右两个对称的上模腔,上模上且位于上模腔两侧的位置上设置有定位套,上模的四角设置有导套,上模腔内设置有浇口、脱模喷嘴和卡接件形成腔;
定位柱插入对应的定位套内,导柱插入对应的导套内。
所述上模腔边缘设置有用于形成齿边的齿部。
所述脱模喷嘴为电离空气喷嘴,提高脱模效果。
一模两腔注塑模具的注塑方法,它包括以下步骤:
步骤一,使用外部液压设备将下模和上模合模(下模在下);
步骤二,使用注塑件将热熔胶液从上模的浇口处注入型腔直至注塑件成型;
步骤三,使用外部液压设备将下模和上模开模;
步骤四,使用外部空压设备连通脱模喷嘴向注塑件喷出空气,加速注塑件冷却并将注塑件柔和地向下推动,卡接件与卡接件形成腔脱离,水口与浇口脱离,由于注塑件瞬间冷却,根据热胀冷缩原理,其卡接件会稍微缩小,减少了它与卡接件形成腔勾结的概率;
步骤五,注塑件落入下模的下型腔内,由于下型腔较光滑故便于机械手吸盘吸取注塑件;
步骤六,待机械臂取走注塑件后使用外部空压设备连通清洗喷嘴向上模喷射清洁空气,吹走上模上的碎屑、多余油脂、灰尘等异物。
实施例2
所述上模的上模腔连通有排气结构。便于排出多余空气。所述排气结构可参考中国专利一种用于模具型腔注塑的排气结构,专利号201620573795.X。
本实施例的其他结构与实施例1相同。

1.一模两腔注塑模具,其特征在于,它包括下模和上模;
其中下模包括下模腔、定位柱、导柱和清洗喷嘴,下模上形成有左右两个对称的下模腔,下模上且位于下模腔两侧的位置上设置有定位柱,下模的四角设置有导柱,下模上且位于两个下模腔之间的位置上设置有多个清洗喷嘴;
其中上模包括上模腔、定位套、导套、浇口、脱模喷嘴和卡接件形成腔,上模上形成有左右两个对称的上模腔,上模上且位于上模腔两侧的位置上设置有定位套,上模的四角设置有导套,上模腔内设置有浇口、脱模喷嘴和卡接件形成腔;
定位柱插入对应的定位套内,导柱插入对应的导套内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一模两腔注塑模具,其特征在于:所述上模腔边缘设置有用于形成齿边的齿部。

步骤一,使用外部液压设备将下模和上模合模;
步骤二,使用注塑件将热熔胶液从上模的浇口处注入型腔直至注塑件成型;
步骤三,使用外部液压设备将下模和上模开模;
步骤四,使用外部空压设备连通脱模喷嘴向注塑件喷出空气;
步骤五,注塑件落入下模的下型腔内,机械手吸盘吸取注塑件;
步骤六,待机械臂取走注塑件后使用外部空压设备连通清洗喷嘴向上模喷射清洁空气,吹走上模上的碎屑、多余油脂、灰尘等异物。
