Abstract
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, and particularly discloses an anti-aging composition, a preparation method and application, wherein the anti-aging composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-10% of Spanish sage seed extract and 1-5% of isosorbide dimethyl ether. Under the compound scheme provided by the invention, the isosorbide dimethyl ether can promote the transdermal absorption of the spanish sage seed extract and enhance the repairing and anti-aging effects of the spanish sage seed extract. Meanwhile, the isosorbide dimethyl ether is colorless and odorless liquid, so that the skin care product applied on the skin cannot generate unpleasant odor and influence the skin color.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, in particular to an anti-aging composition, a preparation method and application.
Background
Aging is an inevitable natural law in the life process, and as a first barrier of a human body, the skin is aged all the time, the elasticity of the skin is slowly reduced, the skin becomes thinner and weaker, and the skin becomes loose and wrinkled with visual impression. Skin aging is generally natural aging and photoaging. The former mainly refers to aging caused by non-resistant factors existing in the body such as heredity, gravity, endocrine and immune functions with the aging; the latter is mainly due to the action of ultraviolet rays, which accelerates the process of natural aging.
Skin aging is the prevention of gradual functional and degenerative changes of the skin over time, mainly the prevention of sagging and wrinkles. The anti-aging cosmetics are cosmetics for realizing anti-aging effect, are one of important functional cosmetics, are many in the current market, but most of the anti-aging cosmetics have unobvious effect, cannot meet the requirements of consumers, and are difficult to absorb by skin. Therefore, the invention of an anti-aging composition with good absorption effect and effectiveness is a problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The first purpose of the invention is to provide an anti-aging composition, which solves the problem that the anti-aging products on the market have poor absorption effect and anti-aging effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an anti-aging composition, comprising by mass percent: 1-10% of a Xiban salvia seed extract and 1-5% of isosorbide dimethyl ether.
Further, the anti-aging composition also comprises an emulsifier, and the anti-aging composition also comprises an emulsifier, wherein the emulsifier comprises one or more of polyglycerol-10 dipalmitate, hydrogenated lecithin, PEG-20 behenyl behenate, potassium cetyl phosphate, ceteareth-20, sucrose stearate, polysorbate-60, polysorbate-20, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, caprylic/capric glyceride polyglycerol-10 ester.
Further, the anti-aging composition also comprises a thickening agent, wherein the thickening agent comprises one or more of hydroxyethyl cellulose, carbomer, xanthan gum, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, polyacrylate cross-linked polymer-6, ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/behenyl alcohol polyether-25 methacrylate cross-linked polymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, sclerotium rolfsii gum, carrageen powder and agarose.
Further, the anti-aging composition further comprises an emollient comprising one or more of cetyl stearyl alcohol, squalane, isopropyl palmitate, ethylhexyl palmitate, dimethicone, cyclomethicone, octyl methicone, caprylic/capric triglyceride, isocetyl, mineral oil, oat kernel oil, octyldodecanol, avocado oil, emu oil, isopropyl myristate, saffron oil, neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate.
Further, the anti-aging composition also comprises a humectant which comprises one or more of glycerin, butanediol, 1, 3-propylene glycol, betaine, dipropylene glycol, glyceryl polyether-26, erythritol, methyl propylene glycol, hydroxyethyl urea, sodium polyglutamate, panthenol, levan and trehalose.
Further, the anti-aging composition further comprises a skin conditioning agent comprising one or more of bisabolol, tocopherol, beta-glucan, niacinamide, biogum-1, glycerol glucoside, polyquaternium-51, glutathione, saccharide isomerate, purslane extract, avenin, acetyl chitosamine, lactic acid bacteria fermentation lysate, yeast dehiscence lysate.
Further, the anti-aging composition also comprises a ph regulator, wherein the ph regulator comprises one or more of triethanolamine, potassium hydroxide, arginine, sodium hydroxide, citric acid and sodium citrate.
Further, the anti-aging composition also comprises a preservative, wherein the preservative comprises one or more of methyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, chlorphenesin, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, hexamidine dihydrochloride and benzyl alcohol.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing the antiaging composition as described above, which comprises a step of mixing the components of the antiaging composition.
The third purpose of the invention is to provide the application of the anti-aging composition in skin care products, wherein the skin care products comprise water-type skin care products, gel-type skin care products, emulsion-type skin care products or cream-type skin care products.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The invention provides an anti-aging cosmetic composition and a preparation method and application thereof. In order that the invention may be more readily understood, reference will now be made to the following more particular description of the invention taken in conjunction with the accompanying examples, wherein like reference numerals refer to like parts throughout. The invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete. All types of raw materials used in the examples are, unless otherwise specified, common commercial products.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The numerical values set forth in the examples of the present invention are approximations, not necessarily values. All values within the error range may be included without limiting the specific values disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, where the error or experimental conditions allow.
The numerical ranges disclosed in the examples of the present invention are intended to indicate the relative amounts of the components in the mixture and the ranges of temperatures or other parameters recited in the other method examples.
The invention provides an anti-aging composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-10% of Spanish sage seed extract and 1-5% of isosorbide dimethyl ether.
In this example, the extract of the seeds of Spanish sage is available under the trade name Phytouse Rejuvenanate and is a product of Active receptors, USA. The extract of Salvia Spanish seed contains a large amount of polysaccharide, has good film forming and moisture keeping effects, and can promote cell regeneration and keep skin young and elastic. The extract of Salvia Spanish seed is polysaccharide obtained by separating mucus through special process, and fermenting. The polysaccharide is helpful for cell proliferation, wound healing, and collagen synthesis. Can repair the tiny wound of the skin caused by environmental exposure, strengthen the barrier function of the skin and delay the aging of the skin. Therefore, the composition developed by extracting the extract of the salvia sclarea can be widely applied to skin care products to achieve excellent anti-aging effect.
Although the anti-aging effect can be achieved by adding the extract of the chia seed into the anti-aging composition, the anti-aging effect which can be achieved by applying the anti-aging composition prepared by only using the extract of the chia seed into the skin care product is limited, because the extract of the chia seed is rich in macromolecular polysaccharide, is difficult to penetrate through the skin and be absorbed by the human body, and cannot exert the effect of the extract of the chia seed to the maximum extent, therefore, in order to improve the problem, the anti-aging composition is also added with isosorbide dimethyl ether which is colorless and tasteless liquid, can dissolve free fat in the skin, can effectively penetrate through a skin membrane, can enhance the conveying capacity of other components in a cosmetic formula, thereby enhancing the using effect of the cosmetic, and is colorless and tasteless, does not cause the skin care product smeared on the skin to generate unpleasant smell and influence the skin color. So that the anti-aging composition provided by the invention has more excellent anti-aging effect.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the antiaging composition further comprises an emulsifier, the emulsifier comprising one or more of polyglycerol-10 dipalmitate, hydrogenated lecithin, PEG-20 behenyl behenate, potassium cetyl phosphate, ceteareth-20, sucrose stearate, polysorbate-60, polysorbate-20, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, caprylic/capric glyceride polyglycerol-10 esters. The addition amount of the emulsifier is 0.1-5.0% by mass of the anti-aging composition.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the anti-aging composition further comprises a thickener comprising one or more of hydroxyethylcellulose, carbomer, xanthan gum, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, polyacrylate crosspolymer-6, ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/behenyl polyether-25 methacrylate crosspolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, sclerotium gum, carrageen powder, agarose. The addition amount of the thickening agent is 0.1-2.0% by mass of the anti-aging composition.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the anti-aging composition further comprises an emollient comprising one or more of cetostearyl alcohol, squalane, isopropyl palmitate, ethylhexyl palmitate, dimethicone, cyclomethicone, octyl methicone, caprylic/capric triglyceride, isocetyl, mineral oil, oat kernel oil, octyldodecanol, avocado oil, emu oil, isopropyl myristate, saffiower oil, neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate. The addition amount of the emollient is 1.0-30.0% by mass of the anti-aging composition.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the anti-aging composition further comprises a humectant comprising one or more of glycerin, butylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, betaine, dipropylene glycol, glyceryl polyether-26, erythritol, methyl propylene glycol, hydroxyethyl urea, sodium polyglutamate, panthenol, levan, trehalose. The adding amount of the humectant is 5.0-20.0% by mass of the anti-aging composition.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the anti-aging composition further comprises a skin conditioning agent comprising one or more of bisabolol, tocopherol, beta-glucan, niacinamide, bioglycan-1, glycerol glucoside, polyquaternium-51, glutathione, saccharide isomerate, purslane extract, avenin, acetyl chitosamine, a lactic acid bacteria fermentation lysate, a yeast dehiscence lysate. The addition amount of the skin conditioner is 3.0-10.0% by mass of the anti-aging composition.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the anti-aging composition further comprises a ph modifier comprising one or more of triethanolamine, potassium hydroxide, arginine, sodium hydroxide, citric acid, sodium citrate. The added amount of the ph regulator is 0.1-0.6% by mass of the anti-aging composition.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the anti-aging composition further comprises a preservative comprising one or more of methylparaben, propylparaben, chlorphenesin, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, hexamidine dihydrochloride, benzyl alcohol. The addition amount of the preservative is 0.1-1.0% by mass of the anti-aging composition.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the anti-aging composition further comprises a solvent, wherein the solvent comprises one or more of water and ethanol. Convenient material obtaining and low cost. And the addition amount of the solvent is the balance of the total addition amount in percentage by mass of the anti-aging composition.
The invention reasonably mixes the extract of the seeds of the Spanish sage and the isosorbide dimethyl ether according to a specific proportion to obtain the anti-aging composition which is applied to cosmetics. The salvia miltiorrhiza bunge seed extract is rich in macromolecular polysaccharide, has remarkable moisturizing and repairing effects, and can strengthen the skin barrier function and delay skin aging. The macromolecular polysaccharide has good film forming property, but is difficult to be absorbed through skin, and the absorption degree limits the efficacy of the product. The dimethyl isosorbide can enhance the delivery capacity of other ingredients in the cosmetic formula, thereby enhancing the using effect of the cosmetic. Under the compound formula provided by the invention, the isosorbide dimethyl ether can promote the transdermal absorption of the spanish sage seed extract and enhance the repairing and anti-aging effects of the spanish sage seed extract. Meanwhile, the isosorbide dimethyl ether is colorless and odorless liquid, and can not cause the skin care product smeared on the skin to generate bad smell and influence the skin color. The anti-aging composition can be applied to various anti-aging cosmetic product forms, and has the characteristics of simple preparation method, wide application and capability of meeting market requirements.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing an anti-aging composition, comprising the step of mixing the components of the anti-aging composition.
The invention also provides application of the anti-aging composition in skin care products, wherein the skin care products comprise aqueous skin care products, gel skin care products, emulsion skin care products or cream skin care products.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3, but those skilled in the art will understand that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. Those whose specific conditions are not specified in the examples are carried out according to the conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.
According to the content of each component in the following table 1, the anti-aging essences of the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 are prepared according to the total weight part.

The preparation method of the anti-aging essence in the above examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 includes the following steps:
(1) accurately weighing various raw materials in the formula, and placing the raw materials in a clean and sterilized vessel;
(2) adding phase A raw materials (water, hydrogenated lecithin, sucrose stearate, docosyl PEG-20 esters, sclerotium rolfsii gum, methyl hydroxybenzoate, agarose, dipropylene glycol and methyl propylene glycol) into a vacuum emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, fully and uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature for later use;
(3) adding B-phase raw materials (isomeric hexadecane, squalane, bisabolol and octyl dodecanol) into an oil pan, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, fully and uniformly stirring, and keeping the temperature for later use;
(4) pumping the phase B raw material into a vacuum emulsifying pot, mixing and stirring uniformly, homogenizing and emulsifying for 5-8 minutes, fully stirring uniformly, stirring at constant temperature for defoaming for 10 minutes, and cooling;
(5) cooling to below 40 deg.C, adding C phase raw materials (tocopherol, erythritol, arginine, biogel-1, Spanish sage seed extract, and isosorbide dimethyl ether), stirring, and cooling;
(6) cooling to below 35 deg.C, adding D phase material (benzyl alcohol), stirring, discharging, and standing;
(7) after the inspection is qualified, filling, packaging and code spraying are carried out;
(8) and warehousing after the inspection is qualified.
Physical and chemical index detection
And testing the physical and chemical indexes of the anti-aging essence prepared by the method according to QB/T2660. The results are as follows:
1. appearance: white or yellowish translucent mucus.
2. pH value: 5.5-6.8.
3. And (3) investigating heat resistance stability: keeping the temperature at (40 +/-1) ℃ for 24h, and ensuring that no obvious character difference exists between the temperature after the temperature is restored to the room temperature and the temperature before the test, so that the product is qualified.
4. And (3) cold resistance stability investigation: keeping the temperature at (5 +/-1) ℃ for 24h, and ensuring that no obvious character difference exists between the temperature after the temperature is restored to the room temperature and the temperature before the test, so that the product is qualified.
Application performance detection
1) And (3) product safety test:
the anti-aging essences prepared in examples and comparative examples were subjected to a human body patch test according to the method described in technical specifications for cosmetic safety (2015 th).
The experimental population is as follows: total 36, 30 women, 6 men, age 21-59, 6 per group, composite subject volunteer enrollment criteria;
the test method comprises the following steps: the selection area is not more than 50mm2And a suitable spot tester with a depth of about 1mm, and adding about 0.020-0.025 mL of the test object into the spot tester by a closed spot test method. The plaque test device is pasted on the curved side of the forearm of a subject, the subject is removed after 24 hours, the skin reaction is observed after 0.5 hour, 24 hours and 48 hours after the removal respectively, and the result is recorded according to the skin reaction grading standard in technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition).
And (3) test results: the 36 subjects scored 0 at 3 observation time points 0.5h, 24h, 48h after removal of the patch (negative response).
2) And (3) product efficacy test:
the anti-aging essence prepared by the method is subjected to efficacy tests, including skin texture tests and skin anti-wrinkle experiments, and the specific scheme is as follows:
skin texture test
(1) The anti-aging essence prepared in the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 is taken.
(2) The left and right cheekbones of the face, the left and right cheeks at the intersection of the nose tip and the pupil, and the left and right sides at the intersection of the temple and the mouth corner of the subject were selected as the test regions.
(3) Skin texture was first determined by a technician using a Skin image analysis system (Skin visualizer SV600) at the experimental site prior to application of the example and comparative cosmetics five times per spot and averaged.
(4) Subjects after four weeks of continuous use of the example or comparative example cosmetics, Skin texture was tested using the Skin image analysis system (Skin visualizer SV 600).
(5) The number of each measurement at the test site of the subject was counted, and the change law of skin texture was analyzed, thereby determining the efficacy of the example and comparative example cosmetics for the improvement of skin texture. (Each subject was measured by the same technician each time.)
3) Anti-wrinkle experiment on human skin
The anti-wrinkle test of human skin is the most direct method for testing the anti-wrinkle effect.
The changes in the elasticity values of the applied areas were measured by a test population using the example and comparative cosmetics and then using a skin elasticity tester (current meter dual MPA580) under the direction of the skilled person. (Each subject was measured by the same technician each time.)
(1) Take the example and comparative example cosmetics.
(2) The left and right cheekbones of the face, the left and right cheeks at the intersection of the nose tip and the pupil, and the left and right sides at the intersection of the temple and the mouth corner of the subject were selected as the test regions.
(3) The gel is applied twice a day in the morning and at night, and the photo before application is used as a control. During the experiment, the subject was unable to apply any other cosmetic.
(4) After the subjects continued to use the example and comparative example cosmetics for four weeks, the skin elasticity values before and after use were counted.
(5) And counting the values measured at each time of the experimental part of the subject, and analyzing the skin elasticity change rule of the subject to evaluate the skin elasticity change condition of the subject.
The test population: 90 wrinkled persons with the average age of 35-45 years old. Among them, 30 men and 60 women had no damage to their skin. Each of the examples and comparative examples had 15 subjects.
After four weeks (28 days) of use of the product, the data are shown in tables 2 and 3.

From the above results, it can be seen that the cosmetics of comparative examples 1 to 3 do not contain 1 or more components of the antiaging composition, and the subjects showed general improvement in skin elasticity and texture after 4 weeks of use, whereas the subjects of examples 1 to 3 showed significant improvement in skin elasticity and texture after 4 weeks of use, indicating that the antiaging effect of the product was significantly improved.
In conclusion, the anti-aging composition is obtained by reasonably mixing the extract of the seeds of the Spanish sage and the isosorbide dimethyl ether according to a specific proportion, and is applied to cosmetics. The extract of the Spanish sage seed is rich in macromolecular polysaccharide, has remarkable moisturizing and repairing effects, and can strengthen the barrier function of skin and delay skin aging. The macromolecular polysaccharide has good film forming property, but is difficult to be absorbed through skin, and the absorption degree limits the efficacy of the product. The dimethyl isosorbide can enhance the delivery capacity of other ingredients in the cosmetic formula, thereby enhancing the use effect of the cosmetic. Under the compound scheme provided by the invention, the isosorbide dimethyl ether can promote the transdermal absorption of the extract of the spanish sage seeds and enhance the repairing and anti-aging effects of the extract of the spanish sage seeds. Meanwhile, the isosorbide dimethyl ether is colorless and odorless liquid, so that the skin care product applied on the skin cannot generate unpleasant odor and influence the skin color. The anti-aging composition can be applied to various anti-aging cosmetic product forms, and has the characteristics of simple preparation method, wide application and capability of meeting market demands.

Claims (10)
1. An anti-aging composition, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1-10% of Spanish sage seed extract and 1-5% of isosorbide dimethyl ether.
2. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, further comprising an emulsifier comprising one or more of polyglycerol-10 dipalmitate, hydrogenated lecithin, PEG-20 behenate, potassium cetyl phosphate, ceteareth-20, sucrose stearate, polysorbate-60, polysorbate-20, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, glyceryl caprylate/caprate polyglycerol-10 esters.
3. The anti-aging composition of claim 1, further comprising a thickener comprising one or more of hydroxyethylcellulose, carbomer, xanthan gum, sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, polyacrylate crosspolymer-6, ammonium acryloyldimethyl taurate/behenyl polyether-25 methacrylate crosspolymer, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, sclerosant, Chondrus crispus powder, agarose.
4. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, further comprising an emollient comprising one or more of cetostearyl alcohol, squalane, isopropyl palmitate, ethylhexyl palmitate, dimethicone, cyclomethicone, octyl methicone, caprylic/capric triglyceride, isocetyl hexadecane, mineral oil, oat kernel oil, octyl dodecanol, avocado oil, emu oil, isopropyl myristate, saffron oil, neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate.
5. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, further comprising a humectant comprising one or more of glycerin, butylene glycol, 1, 3-propanediol, betaine, dipropylene glycol, glyceryl polyether-26, erythritol, methyl propanediol, hydroxyethyl urea, sodium polyglutamate, panthenol, levan, trehalose.
6. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, further comprising a skin conditioning agent comprising one or more of bisabolol, tocopherol, beta-glucan, niacinamide, bioglycan-1, glycerol glucoside, polyquaternium-51, glutathione, saccharide isomerate, purslane extract, avenin, acetyl chitosamine, lactic acid bacteria fermentation lysate, yeast dehiscence lysate.
7. The anti-aging composition according to claim 1, further comprising a ph modifier comprising one or more of triethanolamine, potassium hydroxide, arginine, sodium hydroxide, citric acid, sodium citrate.
8. The anti-aging composition of claim 1, further comprising a preservative comprising one or more of methylparaben, propylparaben, chlorphenesin, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, hexamidine dihydrochloride, benzyl alcohol.
9. A method of preparing the antiaging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the preparation method comprises a step of mixing the components of the antiaging composition.
10. Use of the anti-aging composition according to any one of claims 1 to 8 in skin care products, including aqueous, gel, emulsion or cream type skin care products.
