Abstract

本发明涉及一种阻燃锦纶面料及其制备方法,其特征是该面料可由如下方法制得:首先,将氯丙基‑POSS与丙烯酰胺反应,制得含双键的POSS化合物;将含双键的POSS化合物、2‑丙烯酰胺‑2‑甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯磺酸钠聚合反应,制得改性液;最后,将锦纶面料通过改性液进行改性制得阻燃锦纶面料。本发明制备的阻燃锦纶面料的初始极限氧指数达到了35%以上,属于难燃材料范围;经过10次水洗后,其极限氧指数没有明显下降,仍然达到了30%以上;此外,本发明制备的阻燃锦纶面料的阻燃性能超过了采购的阻燃锦纶面料的阻燃性能。

技术领域
本发明属于面料的制备技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃锦纶面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着纺织新材料新技术的不断发展,纺织品种类日益增多,人们对功能性纺织品的需求也日趋旺盛,阻燃纺织品作为保障人身财产安全的保护伞,受到人们更加广泛的关注,并实现较快发展。
锦纶是一种能够进行工业化生产的合成纤维,具有优良的物理性质和纺织性能,其耐磨耐油、耐低温、耐化学药品以及耐变形,在常温下还具有优异的抗拉伸、抗冲击以及抗弯曲强度的性能。此外,锦纶纤维还易染色、强度大、弹性好,因此其制成的面料在生产生活中应用广泛。锦纶面料可用来制成室内装饰织物、床上用品、沙发、地毯、帐篷及降落伞等,但和其他化学纤维一样,具有易燃的缺陷,其燃烧时易产生熔滴滴落而引起火灾,因此极大地限制了锦纶面料的应用范围和发展。关于锦纶面料的阻燃性研究以及工业化生产在国内外都鲜有报道。这主要由于锦纶的原料—聚酰胺中的酰胺键比较活泼,容易与阻燃剂在纺丝温度下发生化学反应,导致聚酰胺的降解,使锦纶的纺丝难以进行。
目前,据查阅文献可知,阻燃锦纶面料的制备主要是将锦纶面料浸泡到配置好的阻燃溶液中,使面料具有高效的阻燃性能;如:中国发明专利申请号201710404926.0公布了一种阻燃锦纶纺织品及其制备方法,其通过以下方法制备而成:将锦纶浸泡在含有阻燃剂的浸泡溶液中,阻燃剂由有机磷衍生物、氮化合物以及硼化合物复配而成。该方法制备的阻燃锦纶面料的阻燃性能仍有许多不足之处,如:阻燃的持久性、阻燃处理后的锦纶面料是否还能维持锦纶的优良物理性能和纺织性能等。
从阻燃剂的分类出发,锦纶面料中阻燃剂的选择一般以溴系、磷系或磷、氮系列阻燃剂为主。由于锦纶中活泼的酰胺键易与阻燃剂发生化学反应,同时高温下添加剂所产生的卤化氢等,会导致锦纶降解,色泽深沉等问题。阻燃锦纶面料的制备中,对于阻燃体系和添加剂的选择,相比其他面料,要求更为严格;因此,寻求一种赋予锦纶面料高效阻燃性能的方法是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述弊端,本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃锦纶面料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的在于提供用于一种阻燃锦纶面料,该面料可由如下方法制得:首先,将氯丙基-POSS与丙烯酰胺反应,制得含双键的POSS化合物;将含双键的POSS化合物、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯磺酸钠聚合反应,制得改性液;最后,将锦纶面料通过改性液进行改性制得阻燃锦纶面料。
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃锦纶面料的制备方法,具体方法包括如下步骤:
(1)氯丙基-POSS与丙烯酰胺反应:在四口烧瓶中将5~7g氯丙基-POSS和1~2g三乙胺溶于150mL四氢呋喃,冰浴搅拌并通N2保护,将4~6g丙烯酰胺溶于100mL四氢呋喃,将溶有丙烯酰胺的四氢呋喃滴加入溶有氯丙基的四氢呋喃,滴加速度为1滴/秒,滴加完成后,冰浴恒温反应,反应完成后,减压抽滤,旋蒸,干燥得到含双键的POSS化合物。
作为优选地,所述反应时间为:5~9h。
(2)聚合反应:称取1~3克步骤(1)制得的含双键的POSS化合物,将其溶于50mL二甲基甲酰胺;在四口烧瓶中加入200mL蒸馏水,加入2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯磺酸钠,于50~60℃下搅拌溶解制得混合溶液;将0.5~0.7克过硫酸铵溶于50mL蒸馏水;将溶有过硫酸铵的水溶液和溶有含双键的POSS化合物的二甲基甲酰胺分别同时滴加入装有混合溶液的四口烧瓶,滴加时间为:30~60分钟,滴加完成后,保温反应2~4h,制得改性液。
作为优选地,所述步骤(1)制得的含双键的POSS化合物(g)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(g)、丙烯酸(mL)和甲基丙烯磺酸钠(g)的用量比为:1∶2~4∶1~2∶2~4。
(3)阻燃锦纶面料的制备:将步骤(2)制得的改性液用自来水稀释5~7倍,制得稀释液,将氯化钠加入稀释液,用醋酸调控稀释液的pH为5~6;在95~100℃下,将锦纶面料浸入稀释液,浸入时间为10~20分钟,浸入结束后,用自来水冲洗2~4次,烘干,制得阻燃锦纶面料。
作为优选地,所述氯化钠(g)与稀释液(mL)的用量比为:1∶100~120。
本发明具有如下显著特点:
(1)本发明制备的阻燃锦纶面料的初始极限氧指数达到了35%以上,属于难燃材料范围;经过10次水洗后,其极限氧指数没有明显下降,仍然达到了30%以上;此外,本发明制备的阻燃锦纶面料的阻燃性能超过了采购的阻燃锦纶面料的阻燃性能。
(2)本发明将POSS化合物通过聚合反应制得含POSS的改性液,通过化学反应将其与锦纶面料反应;POSS化合物是一种优良的有机硅阻燃材料,从而,制备的锦纶面料也具有优异的阻燃性能。本发明制备的改性液中的含有氮元素,其对阻燃也具有一定的促进作用。
(3)本发明制备的改性液中的改性剂含有羧酸根和磺酸根,其可以有效地与锦纶面料发生化学反应,实现两者的结合。
(4)本发明方法制备的阻燃锦纶面料具有较强的阻燃性,全部生产工艺简单,价格低廉,生产过程对环境污染小。

主要原料来源:采购的阻燃涤纶面料购于新乡市卓诚特种纺织品有限公司;氯丙基-POSS购于上海麦克林生化科技有限公司,其分子结构如下:

实施例1
本实施例的一种阻燃锦纶面料的制备方法,所述制备方法包含如下步骤:
(1)氯丙基-POSS与丙烯酰胺反应:在四口烧瓶中将6g氯丙基-POSS和1.5g三乙胺溶于150mL四氢呋喃,冰浴搅拌并通N2保护,将5g丙烯酰胺溶于100mL四氢呋喃,将溶有丙烯酰胺的四氢呋喃滴加入溶有氯丙基的四氢呋喃,滴加速度为1滴/秒,滴加完成后,冰浴恒温反应,反应时间为:7h,反应完成后,减压抽滤,旋蒸,干燥得到含双键的POSS化合物。
(2)聚合反应:称取2克步骤(1)制得的含双键的POSS化合物,将其溶于50mL二甲基甲酰胺;在四口烧瓶中加入200mL蒸馏水,加入6g 2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、3mL丙烯酸和6g甲基丙烯磺酸钠,于55℃下搅拌溶解制得混合溶液;将0.6克过硫酸铵溶于50mL蒸馏水;将溶有过硫酸铵的水溶液和溶有含双键的POSS化合物的二甲基甲酰胺分别同时滴加入装有混合溶液的四口烧瓶,滴加时间为:45分钟,滴加完成后,保温反应3h,制得改性液。
(3)阻燃锦纶面料的制备:将步骤(2)制得的改性液用自来水稀释6倍,制得稀释液,将氯化钠加入稀释液,用醋酸调控稀释液的pH为5.5;在98℃下,将锦纶面料浸入稀释液,浸入时间为15分钟,浸入结束后,用自来水冲洗3次,烘干,制得阻燃锦纶面料;所述氯化钠(g)与稀释液(mL)的用量比为:1∶110。
实施例2
本实施例的一种阻燃锦纶面料的制备方法,所述制备方法包含如下步骤:
(1)氯丙基-POSS与丙烯酰胺反应:在四口烧瓶中将5g氯丙基-POSS和1g三乙胺溶于150mL四氢呋喃,冰浴搅拌并通N2保护,将4g丙烯酰胺溶于100mL四氢呋喃,将溶有丙烯酰胺的四氢呋喃滴加入溶有氯丙基的四氢呋喃,滴加速度为1滴/秒,滴加完成后,冰浴恒温反应,反应时间为:5h,反应完成后,减压抽滤,旋蒸,干燥得到含双键的POSS化合物。

实施例3
本实施例的一种阻燃锦纶面料的制备方法,所述制备方法包含如下步骤:
(1)氯丙基-POSS与丙烯酰胺反应:在四口烧瓶中将7g氯丙基-POSS和2g三乙胺溶于150mL四氢呋喃,冰浴搅拌并通N2保护,将6g丙烯酰胺溶于100mL四氢呋喃,将溶有丙烯酰胺的四氢呋喃滴加入溶有氯丙基的四氢呋喃,滴加速度为1滴/秒,滴加完成后,冰浴恒温反应,反应时间为:9h,反应完成后,减压抽滤,旋蒸,干燥得到含双键的POSS化合物。
(2)聚合反应:称取3克步骤(1)制得的含双键的POSS化合物,将其溶于50mL二甲基甲酰胺;在四口烧瓶中加入200mL蒸馏水,加入12g 2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、6mL丙烯酸和12g甲基丙烯磺酸钠,于60℃下搅拌溶解制得混合溶液;将0.7克过硫酸铵溶于50mL蒸馏水;将溶有过硫酸铵的水溶液和溶有含双键的POSS化合物的二甲基甲酰胺分别同时滴加入装有混合溶液的四口烧瓶,滴加时间为:60分钟,滴加完成后,保温反应4h,制得改性液。
(3)阻燃锦纶面料的制备:将步骤(2)制得的改性液用自来水稀释7倍,制得稀释液,将氯化钠加入稀释液,用醋酸调控稀释液的pH为6;在100℃下,将锦纶面料浸入稀释液,浸入时间为20分钟,浸入结束后,用自来水冲洗4次,烘干,制得阻燃锦纶面料;所述氯化钠(g)与稀释液(mL)的用量比为:1∶120。

为了更好地检测本发明中制备的锦纶面料的阻燃性,将本发明中上述具体实施例1~3和对比例A~C制备得到的锦纶面料和采购的阻燃锦纶面料的阻燃性能进行测试,测试方法采用氧指数测试方法,即按照GB/T 5454-1997《纺织品燃烧性能试验氧指数法》,参照GB/T 20944.1-2007耐洗色牢度试验机洗涤方法对锦纶面料进行标准洗涤。测试结果如表1所示。

极限氧指数LOI是阻燃材料重要指标之一,普通粘胶纤维的氧指数不到20%,十分容易燃烧,一般极限氧指数大于28%的材料均属难燃材料。由表1可见,本发明制备的阻燃锦纶面料的初始极限氧指数达到了35%以上,属于难燃材料范围;经过10次水洗后,其极限氧指数没有明显下降,仍然达到了30%以上;此外,本发明制备的阻燃锦纶面料的阻燃性能超过了采购的阻燃锦纶面料的阻燃性能。阻燃性能实验测试表明:本发明制备的阻燃锦纶面料具有很好的阻燃效果,是一种合格的阻燃锦纶面料。

Claims (5)

1.一种阻燃锦纶面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)氯丙基-POSS与丙烯酰胺反应:在四口烧瓶中将5~7g氯丙基-POSS和1~2g三乙胺溶于150mL四氢呋喃,冰浴搅拌并通N2保护,将4~6g丙烯酰胺溶于100mL四氢呋喃,将溶有丙烯酰胺的四氢呋喃滴加入溶有氯丙基-POSS的四氢呋喃,滴加速度为1滴/秒,滴加完成后,冰浴恒温反应,反应完成后,减压抽滤,旋蒸,干燥得到含双键的POSS化合物;
(2)聚合反应:称取1~3克步骤(1)制得的含双键的POSS化合物,将其溶于50mL二甲基甲酰胺;在四口烧瓶中加入200mL蒸馏水,加入2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯磺酸钠,于50~60℃下搅拌溶解制得混合溶液;将0.5~0.7克过硫酸铵溶于50mL蒸馏水;将溶有过硫酸铵的水溶液和溶有含双键的POSS化合物的二甲基甲酰胺分别同时滴加入装有混合溶液的四口烧瓶,滴加时间为:30~60分钟,滴加完成后,保温反应2~4h,制得改性液;
(3)阻燃锦纶面料的制备:将步骤(2)制得的改性液用自来水稀释5~7倍,制得稀释液,将氯化钠加入稀释液,用醋酸调控稀释液的pH为5~6;在95~100℃下,将锦纶面料浸入稀释液中,浸入时间为10~20分钟,浸入结束后,用自来水冲洗2~4次,烘干,制得阻燃锦纶面料;其中,所述阻燃锦纶面料的初始极限氧指数高于35%,十次水洗后,其极限氧指数高于30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃锦纶面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中反应时间为:5~9h。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃锦纶面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中含双键的POSS化合物、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯磺酸钠的用量比为:1g∶(2~4)g∶(1~2)mL∶(2~4)g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃锦纶面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中氯化钠与稀释液的用量比为:1g∶(100~120)mL。
5.一种阻燃锦纶面料,其特征在于,采用权利要求1~4任一项所述的一种阻燃锦纶面料的制备方法制备而成。
