preferably, the composite auxiliary material is a mixture of vinasse, bean pulp, husk and EM (effective microorganisms), and the mass ratio of the vinasse to the bean pulp to the husk to the EM is as follows: 40:40:20:7.
In one or more embodiments of the invention, in the step (3), the retention time of the organic solid residues in the ultraviolet disinfection box is 2-3 min.
In one or more embodiments of the invention, in the step (4), the feed enzyme preparation is one or a mixture of two of xylanase and cellulase;
preferably, the addition amount of the feed enzyme preparation is determined according to the mass of the organic solid residues, and the specific ratio relation of the organic solid residues to the feed enzyme preparation is 1 g: 15-23U.
In order to make the technical solution of the present invention more clearly understood by those skilled in the art, the technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples and comparative examples.
Example 1
This embodiment provides a system that aseptic kitchen garbage handles heisui river horsefly and raises in coordination, specifically includes:
the device comprises a sorting and filter-pressing integrated machine 1, a three-phase separator 3, a storage box 5, a mixing box 7, a distribution groove 14, an ultraviolet killing box 18, a feed enzyme preparation spraying box 19 and a black soldier fly breeding device 21;
the kitchen waste separation and filter pressing integrated machine 1 is connected with the three-phase separator 3 through a screw pump 2, solid impurities, (organic) solid-liquid matters and flexible solid matters are separated from the kitchen waste through the separation and filter pressing integrated machine 1, and the obtained (organic) solid-liquid matters are sent into the three-phase separator 3 through the screw pump 2 to realize the separation of solid, liquid and oil;
the three-phase separator 3 is connected with a storage tank 5 through an organic solid slag feed pump 4, and organic solid matters (fine slag) obtained after separation by the three-phase separator 3 enter the storage tank 5 for storage.
The material storage box 5 is connected with the mixing box 7 through the feeding pump 6, and organic solid matters in the material storage box 5 enter the mixing box 7 to be mixed through the conveying of the feeding pump 6; wherein, mixing box 7 includes storage compartment 8, auxiliary material room 9, teeter chamber 10 and agitator 11, organic solid matter deposits in storage compartment 8, stores compound auxiliary material in the auxiliary material room 9, and agitator 11 stirs the material of discharging in storage compartment 8 and the auxiliary material room 9 at the drive work of motor 12, and the solid sediment of organic of stirring sets up the toper slag notch from teeter chamber 10 below and flows, carries on cloth groove 14 through the screw pump under motor 12's drive.
The distributing chute 14, the ultraviolet sterilizing box 16 and the feed enzyme preparation spraying box 19 are sequentially arranged on the conveying crawler 15; the inlet of the ultraviolet sterilization box 16 is provided with a height-fixing baffle 17, the height of the height-fixing baffle 17 and the crawler 15 is 0.1m, the material height in the distribution groove 14 is leveled through the height-fixing baffle 17, the distribution groove 14 and the organic solid residues enter the ultraviolet sterilization box 16 along with the conveying crawler for surface sterilization, the sterilized organic solid residues are conveyed into a feed enzyme preparation adding box 19, a rotary spray head 20 is installed in the feed enzyme preparation adding box 19 to spray the feed enzyme preparation to the surface of the organic solid residues in the distribution groove, and the treated organic solid residues are continuously conveyed to a black soldier fly breeding device 21 to realize feeding of black soldier flies.
Example 2
A method for treating sterilized kitchen waste and feeding hermetia illucens in a synergic manner comprises the following steps:
(1) the collected kitchen/kitchen garbage is sent into a sorting and filter-pressing integrated machine 1, and solid impurities, (organic) solid-liquid matters and flexible solid matters are separated. The obtained (organic) solid-liquid matter is sent into a three-phase separator 3 through a screw pump 2 to realize the separation of solid, liquid and oil, and the organic solid matter (fine slag) enters a storage tank 5 through a feed pump 4 to be stored.
(2) Organic solid matters (fine slag) in the storage box 5 enter the mixing box 7 through the feeding pump 6 and are stored in the storage chamber 8, composite auxiliary materials are stored in the auxiliary material chamber 9, the water content of the organic solid matters (fine slag) in the storage chamber 8 is 75%, the mass of the composite auxiliary materials adopted in the auxiliary material chamber 9 is 25% of the mass of the organic solid matters (fine slag) in the storage chamber 8, and the composite auxiliary materials comprise 40% of vinasse, 40% of bean pulp and 20% of shell bran. EM bacteria 7% is added. The stirrer 11 is driven by a motor 12 to stir so that the organic solid matters are uniformly mixed with the composite auxiliary materials, and the uniformly stirred organic solid slag flows out from a conical slag outlet arranged below the stirring chamber 10 and is conveyed to a distributing trough 14 by a screw pump 13.
(3) The distributing chute 14 conveys the organic solid residues to the ultraviolet sterilizing box 16 under the action of the conveying crawler 15, and the distributing chute 14 enters the ultraviolet sterilizing box 16 along with the conveying crawler 15 for surface sterilization with the retention time of 2 min.
(4) The distributing chute 14 is transferred into a feed enzyme preparation adding box 19 after being sterilized by an ultraviolet sterilizing box 16, and the feed enzyme preparation is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the organic solid slag in the distributing chute 14 through a rotating nozzle 20.
(5) And (5) conveying the organic solid residues treated in the step (4) to black soldier fly breeding equipment 21, and breeding black soldier fly larvae.
The results show that the feed prepared by the method of the invention has the crude protein content increased by about 17%, the crude fat content increased by about 15%, the amino acid content increased by about 14%, and the ash content decreased by 10%, and the specific data are shown in fig. 2.

1. the sorting and filter-pressing integrated machine, the three-phase separator, the storage box, the mixing box, the distributing groove, the ultraviolet killing box, the feed enzyme preparation spraying box and the black soldier fly breeding equipment are sequentially connected;
the mixing box comprises a storage chamber, an auxiliary material chamber, a stirring chamber and a stirrer.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein: the sorting and filter pressing integrated machine is connected with the three-phase separator through a screw pump; the three-phase separator is connected with a material storage box through an organic solid slag feeding pump, and the material storage box is connected with the mixing box through a feeding pump.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein: in the mixing box, the stirring chamber is positioned below the storage chamber and the auxiliary material chamber, a gap is formed between the storage chamber and the auxiliary material chamber, and the stirrer is accommodated through the gap; the bottom of the mixing box is provided with a 10-15-degree inclined bottom plate;
a conical slag outlet is arranged below the stirring chamber and is connected with the distributing trough through a screw pump;
the top of the mixing box is provided with a motor, and the motor drives the stirrer and the screw pump to operate respectively.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein: the distributing groove, the ultraviolet sterilizing box and the feed enzyme preparation spraying box are sequentially arranged on the conveying track.
5. The system of claim 4, wherein: a darkroom is arranged in the ultraviolet sterilizing box, and 6 ultraviolet lamps are arranged at the top of the ultraviolet sterilizing box;
the inlet of the ultraviolet sterilizing box is provided with a height-fixing baffle, and the height of the height-fixing baffle and the height of the crawler belt are 0.1 m.
6. The system of claim 4, wherein: a rotary spray head is arranged in the feed enzyme preparation adding box.
7. A method for treating sterilized kitchen waste and feeding hermetia illucens in cooperation is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method is carried out by adopting the system of any one of claims 1 to 6, and comprises the following specific steps:
(1) pretreating kitchen waste; firstly, carrying out two-stage automatic screening on collected kitchen/kitchen waste to separate solid impurities, organic solid-liquid matters and flexible solid matters, then carrying out three-phase separation on the solid-liquid matters to realize solid-liquid-oil separation, and putting the obtained organic solid matters into a storage box for storage;
(2) dehydrating the fine slag; extracting the organic solid matters in the storage box into a mixing box, mixing the organic solid matters with the composite auxiliary materials in the mixing box, and conveying the organic solid residues formed after uniform stirring to a distribution groove;
(3) ultraviolet sterilization; the distributing chute and the organic solid slag are sent into an ultraviolet lamp box for disinfection and sterilization;
(4) adding feed enzyme preparation; conveying the organic solid residues subjected to ultraviolet sterilization to a feed enzyme preparation spraying box, and spraying the feed enzyme preparation to the surface of the organic solid residues in the distributing groove;
(5) feeding hermetia illucens; and (4) feeding the organic solid residues added with the feed enzyme preparation to black soldier fly breeding equipment to breed black soldier fly larvae.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein: in the step (2), the proportion of the composite auxiliary materials is adjusted according to the moisture content of the fine slag, and the mass addition ratio of the moisture content of the fine slag to the composite auxiliary materials is 13: 3;
the composite auxiliary materials comprise: two or more of distiller's grains, bean cake, hull bran, rapeseed cake, wheat bran, and EM bacteria;
preferably, the composite auxiliary material is a mixture of vinasse, bean pulp, husk and EM (effective microorganisms), and the mass ratio of the vinasse to the bean pulp to the husk to the EM is as follows: 40:40:20:7.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein: in the step (3), the retention time of the organic solid residues in the ultraviolet sterilizing box is 2-3 min.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein: in the step (4), the feed enzyme preparation is one or a mixture of two of xylanase and cellulase;
