Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔热热敏纸预涂层及其制备方法。所述隔热热敏纸预涂层的原料包括以重量份数计的60‑80份填料、5‑25份已膨胀微球、8‑13份胶黏剂、0.2‑1份分散剂、3‑10份润滑剂及0.2‑0.5份消泡剂。制备方法为将填料、已膨胀微球、胶黏剂、分散剂与水混合均匀,配制成浆料,然后加入润滑剂和消泡剂;用涂布机将浆料涂布于热敏原纸上,干燥压光,即得隔热热敏纸预涂层。本发明采用已膨胀微球作为隔热填料,少量添加即可达到好的隔热效果,提高纸基层的保温隔热性,增加显色的灵敏性和显色的饱和性;引入小粒径的已膨胀微球,涂层表面更加平滑,能够改善图文的鲜明度和显色的灵敏度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔热热敏纸预涂层及其制备方法,属于热敏纸技术领域。
背景技术
热敏记录纸作为一类信息记录材料,在纸张表面涂布成色材料涂层,经热信号激发能够自身显色的一种信息记录纸,当在热敏纸表面涂层给予热能时候,其中的显色物质发生物理或化学变化产生变色而得到图像。具有打印装置小巧灵活、打印耗材单一便宜、打印操作简单方便、打印过程安静快速、打印产品精细清晰特点,在传真通信、医学成像、金融票据、物流标签等领域得到了广泛的应用。
热敏纸在使用时通过热敏打印机的打印头传递热量,大多热敏纸的纸基隔热性较差,热量极易向纸基层或无需成像区域迁移,造成热量的损失,大大降低显色的灵敏性,打印出来的图像不够清晰,需要更高的热量来增加显色的饱和性,造成资源的极大浪费。专利CN209479150U采用包覆纳米二氧化硅的微胶囊作为预涂层,隔热性不足。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何降低热敏层涂料向纸基层的迁移,提高纸基层的保温隔热性,增加显色的灵敏性和显色的饱和性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种隔热热敏纸预涂层,其特征在于,原料包括以重量份数计的60-80份填料、5-25份已膨胀微球、8-13份胶黏剂、0.2-1份分散剂、3-10份润滑剂及0.2-0.5份消泡剂。
优选地,所述填料为碳酸钙、二氧化硅、高岭土、煅烧高岭土、氢氧化铝和二氧化钛中的任意一种或几种。
优选地,所述胶黏剂为丁苯胶乳、苯丙胶乳、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸胶乳和淀粉中的任意一种或几种。
优选地,所述已膨胀微球呈核-壳结构,其中的壳材料为热塑性聚合物,核材料为沸点不高于壳材料沸点的发泡剂;已膨胀微球的粒径为15-30μm。
优选地,所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和聚羧酸盐中的任意一种或几种。
优选地,所述润滑剂为石蜡、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸钙、聚乙烯蜡和硬脂酸酰胺中的任意一种或几种。
优选地,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
本发明还提供了上述隔热热敏纸预涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,将填料、已膨胀微球、胶黏剂、分散剂与水混合均匀,搅拌20-40min,配制成固体质量含量35-55%的浆料,然后加入润滑剂和消泡剂继续搅拌10-20min;用涂布机将浆料涂布于热敏原纸上,干燥压光,即得隔热热敏纸预涂层。
优选地,所述涂布机的涂布量为6-9g/m2。
本发明采用已膨胀微球作为隔热填料,少量添加即可达到好的隔热效果,提高纸基层的保温隔热性,增加显色的灵敏性和显色的饱和性;引入小粒径的已膨胀微球,涂层表面更加平滑,能够改善图文的鲜明度和显色的灵敏度。

为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,作详细说明如下。
各实施例中使用的已膨胀微球均为快思瑞科技(上海)有限公司生产的已膨胀微球。
实施例1
1.将60份碳酸钙、25份已膨胀微球、8份丁苯胶乳、5份聚乙烯醇、1份六偏磷酸钠和水混合均匀,高速搅拌20min,配制成固含55wt%的浆料。
2.加入10份石蜡和0.2份有机硅消泡剂继续搅拌10min。
3.用涂布机将预涂浆料涂布于热敏原纸上,干燥压光形成热敏预涂层,涂布量为6g/m2。
对比例1
1.将85份碳酸钙、8份丁苯胶乳、5份聚乙烯醇、1份六偏磷酸钠和水混合均匀,高速搅拌20min,配制成固含55wt%的浆料。
2.加入10份石蜡和0.2份有机硅消泡剂继续搅拌10min。
3.用涂布机将预涂浆料涂布于热敏原纸上,干燥压光形成热敏预涂层,涂布量为6g/m2。
实施例2
1.将80份煅烧高岭土、5份已膨胀微球、8份苯丙胶乳、2份聚乙烯醇、0.2份聚丙烯酸钠和水混合均匀,高速搅拌40min,配制成固含35wt%的浆料。
2.加入3份硬脂酸锌和0.5份有机硅消泡剂继续搅拌20min。
3.用涂布机将预涂浆料涂布于热敏原纸上,干燥压光形成热敏预涂层,涂布量为9g/m2。
对比例2
1.将85份煅烧高岭土、8份苯丙胶乳、2份聚乙烯醇、0.2份聚丙烯酸钠和水混合均匀,高速搅拌40min,配制成固含35%的浆料。
2.加入3份硬脂酸锌和0.5份有机硅消泡剂继续搅拌20min。
3.用涂布机将预涂浆料涂布于热敏原纸上,干燥压光形成热敏预涂层,涂布量为9g/m2。
实施例3
1.将67份碳酸钙、15份已膨胀微球、8份苯丙胶乳、0.5份六偏磷酸钠和水混合均匀,高速搅拌30min,配制成固含45%的浆料。
2.加入6份硬脂酸锌和0.3份有机硅消泡剂继续搅拌20min。
3.用涂布机将预涂浆料涂布于热敏原纸上,干燥压光形成热敏预涂层,涂布量为7g/m2。
对比例3
1.将82份碳酸钙、8份苯丙胶乳、0.5份六偏磷酸钠和水混合均匀,高速搅拌30min,配制成固含45%的浆料。
2.加入6份硬脂酸锌和0.3份有机硅消泡剂继续搅拌20min。
3.用涂布机将预涂浆料涂布于热敏原纸上,干燥压光形成热敏预涂层,涂布量为7g/m2。

1.一种隔热热敏纸预涂层,其特征在于,原料包括以重量份数计的60-80份填料、5-25份已膨胀微球、8-13份胶黏剂、0.2-1份分散剂、3-10份润滑剂及0.2-0.5份消泡剂。
2.如权利要求1所述的隔热热敏纸预涂层,其特征在于,所述填料为碳酸钙、二氧化硅、高岭土、煅烧高岭土、氢氧化铝和二氧化钛中的任意一种或几种。
3.如权利要求1所述的隔热热敏纸预涂层,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂为丁苯胶乳、苯丙胶乳、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸胶乳和淀粉中的任意一种或几种。
4.如权利要求1所述的隔热热敏纸预涂层,其特征在于,所述所述已膨胀微球呈核-壳结构,其中的壳材料为热塑性聚合物,核材料为沸点不高于壳材料沸点的发泡剂;已膨胀微球的粒径为15-30μm。

7.如权利要求1所述的隔热热敏纸预涂层,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
8.权利要求1-7任意一项所述的隔热热敏纸预涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,将填料、已膨胀微球、胶黏剂、分散剂与水混合均匀,搅拌20-40min,配制成固体质量含量35-55%的浆料,然后加入润滑剂和消泡剂继续搅拌10-20min;用涂布机将浆料涂布于热敏原纸上,干燥压光,即得隔热热敏纸预涂层。
9.如权利要求8所述的隔热热敏纸预涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,所述涂布机的涂布量为6-9g/m2。
