本发明公开了可镭射模压聚酯薄膜,主要涉及聚酯薄膜领域。包括依次包括有模压层、薄膜基层、涂布层;所述模压层采用的树脂为改性树脂A与改性聚酯B的混合物,所述改性树脂A是1,4‑丁二醇和间苯二甲酸的聚酯改性材料;所述改性聚酯B是间苯二甲酸和1,4‑环己烷二甲醇改性的聚酯改性材料;所述涂布层采用丙烯酸类涂层材料和聚酯类涂层材料的混合物,并添加异氰酸酯类交联剂交联。本发明的有益效果在于:解决了薄膜实现镭射工序复杂,成本高且存在污染的问题,本申请的薄膜可直接进行模压、UV油墨印刷,减少了镭射印刷工序,省时省力、减少污染。

Description

可镭射模压聚酯薄膜
技术领域
本申请涉及聚脂薄膜领域,具体是可镭射模压聚酯薄膜。
背景技术
在高端的包装领域,要求薄膜色彩鲜艳,具有镭射效果。现在薄膜的镭射主要是通过在薄膜表面涂布一层功能性材料,然后再在功能性材料上进行模压,从而实现镭射效果。高端包装后续的印刷采用的是UV油墨印刷,但UV油墨与聚酯薄膜的附着力较差,在印刷之前,需要在薄膜表面涂布一层清漆,然后在清漆表面进行印刷。不管是涂布模压所用的功能材料,还是涂布一层清漆,均有溶剂挥发,存在污染,并且加工过程存在电费和人工方面的成本。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供可镭射模压聚酯薄膜,它解决了薄膜实现镭射工序复杂,成本高且存在污染的问题,本申请的薄膜可直接进行模压、UV油墨印刷,减少了镭射印刷工序,省时省力、减少污染。
本申请为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
可镭射模压聚酯薄膜,依次包括有模压层、薄膜基层、涂布层;所述模压层采用的树脂为改性树脂A与改性聚酯B的混合物,所述改性树脂A是间苯二甲酸和1,4-环己烷二甲醇改性的聚酯改性材料,熔程为130~18℃;所述改性聚酯B是间苯二甲酸和1,4-环己烷二甲醇改性的聚酯改性材料,熔程为160~220℃;所述涂布层采用丙烯酸类涂层材料和聚酯类涂层材料的混合物,并添加异氰酸酯类交联剂交联,所述丙烯酸类涂层材料的玻璃化转变温度为40℃,所述聚酯类涂层材料的玻璃化转变温度为55℃。
进一步的,所述模压层的厚度比例为10~30%。
进一步的,所述涂布层的厚度为0.02~0.1g/m²,优选为0.03~0.08g/m²。
进一步的,所述改性树脂A与改性聚酯B的质量比为1:1。
对比现有技术,本申请的有益效果在于:
现有的薄膜镭射需要在薄膜表面涂布功能性材料而后进行模压,而后在薄膜另一面涂布清漆后进行UV油墨印刷,费时费力,且有挥发污染。本申请在薄膜的生产过程中,其中一层采用改性的聚酯原料作为模压层,薄膜的非模压层涂布高分子材料作为印刷层。使得本申请的薄膜可以直接进行模压,无需涂布功能性材料,省时省力,且亮度高。印刷层可以直接使用UV油墨进行印刷,避免涂布清漆造成污染、浪费。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本申请。
本申请所述是可镭射模压聚酯薄膜,依次包括有模压层、薄膜基层、涂布层;加工时模压层的材料为将改性树脂A与改性树脂B进行混合,而后混合物与含二氧化硅的结晶的对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯进行共混,其中混合物的质量占有比例为90%以上,优选为95%。三层共挤,得到模压层、薄膜基层(包括主机层、辅机层)的薄膜, 而后进行纵向拉伸,纵向拉伸后在薄膜的辅机层通过涂布机涂布涂布层,后继续进行横向拉伸,形成可镭射模压聚脂薄膜。其中模压层的厚度比例为10~30%,辅机层为模压层,厚度为12~30μm,厚度占比为10~20%,涂布层的厚度为0.02~0.1g/m²,实验得出,涂布层厚度小于0.03g/m²或超过0.08 g/m²是,油墨附着力出现下降,因此涂布层厚度优选为0.03~0.08g/m²。
改性树脂A是1,4-丁二醇和间苯二甲酸的聚酯改性材料(也就是采用对苯二甲酸、乙二醇、间苯二甲酸和1,4-丁二醇共同聚合而成),熔程为130~180℃;所述改性聚酯B是间苯二甲酸和1,4-环己烷二甲醇改性的聚酯改性材料(也就是采用对苯二甲酸、乙二醇、间苯二甲酸和1,4-环己烷二甲醇共同聚合而成),熔程为160~220℃,改性树脂A与改性树脂B的质量比优选为1:1,模压层厚度占薄膜厚度比例不低于15%条件下,模压的效果最好,亮度高。
涂布层采用丙烯酸类涂层材料和聚酯类涂层材料的混合物,并添加异氰酸酯类交联剂交联,所述丙烯酸类涂层材料的玻璃化转变温度为40℃,所述聚酯类涂层材料的玻璃化转变温度为55℃。涂布层各组分比例有限选用,丙烯酸类涂层材料、聚酯类涂层材料、异氰酸酯类交联剂的质量占比为30~55%、40~65%、5~10%。
实施例1:模压层选用质量占比改性树脂A47.5%、改性聚酯B47.5%、含二氧化硅结晶的对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯5%,模压层厚度占薄膜厚度15%。
实施例2:模压层选用质量占比改性树脂A47.5%、改性聚酯B47.5%、含二氧化硅结晶的对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯5%,模压层厚度占薄膜厚度20%。
实施例3:模压层选用质量占比改性树脂A47.5%、改性聚酯B47.5%、含二氧化硅结晶的对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯5%,模压层厚度占薄膜厚度5%。
实施例4:模压层选用质量占比改性树脂A30%、改性聚酯B65%、含二氧化硅结晶的对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯5%,模压层厚度占薄膜厚度15%。
实施例5:模压层选用质量占比改性树脂A65%、改性聚酯B30%、含二氧化硅结晶的对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯5%,模压层厚度占薄膜厚度15%。
实施例6:模压层选用质量占比改性树脂A47.5%、改性聚酯B47.5%、含二氧化硅结晶的对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯5%,模压层厚度占薄膜厚度20%。
实施例7:涂布层的丙烯酸类涂层材料、聚酯类涂层材料、异氰酸酯类交联剂的质量占比为30%、65%、5%。
实施例8:涂布层的丙烯酸类涂层材料、聚酯类涂层材料、异氰酸酯类交联剂的质量占比为55%、40%、5%。
实施例9:涂布层的丙烯酸类涂层材料、聚酯类涂层材料、异氰酸酯类交联剂的质量占比为35%、45%、10%。
实施例10:涂布层的丙烯酸类涂层材料、聚酯类涂层材料、异氰酸酯类交联剂的质量占比为35%、55%、5%。

由表1可知,在改性树脂A和改性聚酯B的比例在1:1的条件下,模压层厚度比例不低于15%的条件下,模压效果最好。

由表2可知,丙烯酸类涂层材料、聚酯类涂层材料、异氰酸酯类交联剂的质量占比为30~55%、40~65%、5~10%条件下,与UV油墨附着牢度均为强度高,可以直接进行UV油墨印刷。当薄膜需要高温条件下使用时,优先选用丙烯酸类涂层材料、聚酯类涂层材料、异氰酸酯类交联剂的质量占比为35~55%、40~55%、5~10%,此时耐温性好,在高温条件下不会出现黏连等问题。

1.可镭射模压聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:依次包括有模压层、薄膜基层、涂布层;
所述模压层采用的树脂为改性树脂A与改性聚酯B的混合物,所述改性树脂A是1,4-丁二醇和间苯二甲酸的聚酯改性材料,熔程为130~18℃;所述改性聚酯B是间苯二甲酸和1,4-环己烷二甲醇改性的聚酯改性材料,熔程为160~220℃;
所述涂布层采用丙烯酸类涂层材料和聚酯类涂层材料的混合物,并添加异氰酸酯类交联剂交联,所述丙烯酸类涂层材料的玻璃化转变温度为40℃,所述聚酯类涂层材料的玻璃化转变温度为55℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述可镭射模压聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述模压层的厚度比例为10~30%。
3.根据权利要求1所述可镭射模压聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述涂布层的厚度为0.02~0.1g/m²。
4.根据权利要求2所述可镭射模压聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述改性树脂A与改性聚酯B的质量比为1:1。
