Abstract
本发明公开了一种ERCP取石球囊及取石装置,其特征在于:取石球囊包括球囊本体,所述球囊本体充盈状态呈子弹形结构,所述子弹形结构的一端为圆弧面,另一端为与胰胆管道壁贴合的圆柱形,所述圆弧面和圆柱形平滑过渡连接,圆柱形的末端设有用于推动结石的开口。取石装置包括取石球囊和导管,所述导管与球囊本体连接用于向球囊本体充气。本发明通过对球囊外形重新设计后,可解决取石过程中球囊与管壁形成的夹角问题,克服传统球状球囊易于与管壁形成夹角的缺陷,方便临床操作。结构简单可靠,成本低廉,易于生产,临床意义大,便于推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种ERCP取石球囊及取石装置。
背景技术
内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)己成为临床诊断和治疗胆道、胰腺疾病的重要方法。ERCP是将十二指肠镜插至十二指肠壶腹部,经内镜钳道插入造影导管至乳头开口部,注入造影剂后通过X线透视,逆行显示胰胆管情况的医疗技术。取石球囊是实施ERCP取石手术的主要器械之一,取石球囊整体为导管形状,可充盈的球囊固定在导管前端,使用前球囊为缩瘪折叠状态,使用时在导丝引导下沿着十二指肠内镜腔道将取石球囊推送到操作位置,然后在导管末端连接体外压力设备充盈球囊,使球囊壁与胆管内管壁贴合,并借助X线显影,拖拽取石球囊,从而取出结石。
临床实际工作中,因为传统球状球囊易于和管壁形成夹角,导致结石常常嵌顿于此处,从而增加了取石的难度。若根据临床实际需要研发一种特殊外形的取石球囊,克服球囊与管壁形成的夹角,可使临床工作事半功倍,减轻患者痛苦也节省医疗资源。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:目前ERCP临床工作中所使用的球囊存在取石过程中因球囊外形限制导致结石嵌顿于夹角中不易取出,增加了手术难度以及风险。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种ERCP取石球囊,其特征在于:包括球囊本体,所述球囊本体充盈状态呈子弹形结构,所述子弹形结构的一端为圆弧面,另一端为与胰胆管道壁贴合的圆柱形,所述圆弧面和圆柱形平滑过渡连接,圆柱形的末端设有用于推动结石的开口。
优选地,所述开口为V形。
优选地,所述开口的夹角为120°。
优选地,所述开口为圆柱形的末端向内凹陷形成。
优选地,所述球囊本体上设有用于注射的侧孔。
本发明的另一个技术方案是提供了一种ERCP取石装置,其特征在于:包括如上所述的一种ERCP取石球囊,还包括导管,所述导管与球囊本体连接用于向球囊本体充气。
优选地,所述导管穿过球囊的中心线与球囊本体连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过对球囊外形重新设计后,可解决取石过程中球囊与管壁形成的夹角问题,克服传统球状球囊易于与管壁形成夹角的缺陷,方便临床操作。结构简单可靠,成本低廉,易于生产,临床意义大,便于推广应用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明更明显易懂,兹以优选实施例,并配合附图作详细说明如下。
如图1所示,本发明一种ERCP取石球囊包括球囊本体1,球囊本体1充盈状态呈子弹形结构,子弹形结构的一端为圆弧面101,另一端为与胰胆管道壁3贴合的圆柱形102,圆弧面101和圆柱形102平滑过渡连接,圆柱形102的末端向内凹陷形成用于推动结石的开口103,开口103为V形,夹角范围为90°~150°,优选120°,单侧60°。球囊本体1前端加工有可以注射的侧孔104,ERCP手术的时候通过侧孔104注入造影剂,从而在X光下可以观察胆管走形及病灶。
本发明一种ERCP取石装置包括一次性塑料导管2和附于导管2前端的子弹形球囊,导管2穿过球囊的中心线与球囊本体1连接,用于向球囊本体1充气。
下面以胆总管结石ERCP下取石病例为例说明本发明一种ERCP取石装置的应用过程:十二指肠镜插入壶腹部后,经导丝逆行插管成功,导丝引导下置入本发明取石球囊,在透视下调整球囊本体1位置,使其位于结石上方,同时根据结石大小以及十二指肠乳头区的情况,合理切开或扩张胆总管壶腹部,最后使用本发明的子弹形取石球囊充气后完整取出全部结石。
本发明主要用于方便内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrogradecholangiopancreatography,ERCP)下胆管取石或者胰管取石等,可以克服常规取石球囊因外形所致的球囊与管壁之间夹角处易嵌顿结石的不足。
Claims (7)
1.一种ERCP取石球囊,其特征在于:包括球囊本体(1),所述球囊本体(1)充盈状态呈子弹形结构,所述子弹形结构的一端为圆弧面(101),另一端为与胰胆管道壁(3)贴合的圆柱形(102),所述圆弧面(101)和圆柱形(102)平滑过渡连接,圆柱形(102)的末端设有用于推动结石的开口(103)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种ERCP取石球囊,其特征在于:所述开口(103)为V形。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种ERCP取石球囊,其特征在于:所述开口(103)的夹角为120°。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种ERCP取石球囊,其特征在于:所述开口(103)为圆柱形(102)的末端向内凹陷形成。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种ERCP取石球囊,其特征在于:所述球囊本体(1)上设有用于注射的侧孔(104)。
6.一种ERCP取石装置,其特征在于:包括如权利要求1至5任意一项所述的一种ERCP取石球囊,还包括导管(2),所述导管(2)与球囊本体(1)连接用于向球囊本体(1)充气。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种ERCP取石装置,其特征在于:所述导管(2)穿过球囊的中心线与球囊本体(1)连接。
