Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能性复合涂层,包括依次设置的基材、底漆层和面漆层,所述基材为建筑基材、石膏制品基材、金属基材、玻璃钢复合材料或老旧氟碳铝幕墙板,所述底漆层为水性丙烯酸涂层、水性聚氨酯涂层或环氧涂层,所述面漆层为无机涂层;所述无机涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:纳米二氧化硅溶胶25‑45份、有机硅烷25‑45份、功能性填料5‑10份、水5‑15份、无机颜料10‑20份、功能性助剂0.1‑3份、增稠剂0.1‑2份。本发明中的多功能性复合涂层具有高耐候性、耐盐雾性、耐紫外线老化性、自洁、耐高温、阻燃、不易褪色等性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及表面工程技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能性复合涂层及其制备方法。
背景技术
家庭、建筑、工业用途中会使用到各种类型的材料,其中包括建筑材料、金属材料和有机化学材料。建筑材料主要包括水泥制品、混凝土制品、砖墙等,这些材料需要通过表面喷涂涂料来保护墙体,美化外观,但有机涂料有易老化、不耐酸雨、易褪色、寿命短等缺点。金属材料具有良好的耐火性能,坚硬,耐用,可以长时间使用,但缺点是容易生锈、易变色、不耐腐蚀。有机聚合物材料重量轻且易于加工,与金属材料相比价格低廉,近年来,玻璃纤维增强塑料(FRP)已被广泛用于现实生活和工业应用,这种材料也适用于恶劣环境,但其寿命和功能容易受到紫外线、空气盐度、二氧化硫等污染物的影响,特别是容易海水、酸和碱的影响。通常为了克服上述建筑材料、金属材料及有机化学材料的弱点,采用油漆涂覆于材料表面形成涂层以起到保护作用。
然而,传统的常规涂料仅具有简单的防护作用,无法提供其他功能,如传统涂料不能有效的对基材产品在恶劣环境下使用时提供有效的防护作用,使用一段时间后,在紫外线的作用下涂层的防护功能逐渐减弱,无法使基材产品功能得到长期保持或无法提高基材产品本身的功能。因此,迫切需要研发出一种高品质和优异性能的多功能性复合涂层。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能性复合涂层,其具有高耐候性、耐盐雾性、耐紫外线性、自洁、耐高温、阻燃等性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的第一方面,提供一种多功能性复合涂层,包括依次设置的基材、底漆层和面漆层,所述底漆层为水性丙烯酸涂层、水性聚氨酯涂层或环氧涂层,所述面漆层为无机涂层。
优选地,所述基材为建筑基材、石膏制品基材、金属基材、玻璃钢复合材料或老旧氟碳铝幕墙板。其中,所述建筑基材为水泥制品基材、混凝土基材或砖墙基材;所述金属基材为碳钢、不锈钢、铝、铝合金或白铁;所述铝幕墙板为老旧建筑物幕墙上的铝幕墙板。
优选地,所述无机涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:纳米二氧化硅溶胶25-45份、有机硅烷25-45份、功能性填料5-10份、水5-15份、无机颜料10-20份、功能性助剂0.1-3份、增稠剂0.1-2份。

优选地,所述增稠剂为粒径小于1μm的气相二氧化硅。
功能性填料为钛酸钾、云母粉、氧化铝、铝溶胶中的两种或多种组合,加入功能性填料可以防止涂膜破裂并控制涂料的粘度。无机颜料为钴蓝、锰紫、二氧化钛、钛铬棕、镉黄、镉红、氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、铜铬黑中的一种或多种混合。
功能性助剂包括流平剂,消泡剂和有机硅烷,以提高涂料的性能。其中,流平剂可用来改善膜表面的流平性,可选用聚醚改性的二甲基聚硅氧烷共聚物、聚酯改性的二甲基聚硅氧烷共聚物或聚醚改性的甲基烷基聚硅氧烷共聚物;消泡剂和有机硅烷采用市售产品即可;使用有机硅烷以增强形成涂膜时与基材的粘合强度。
优选地,所述水性丙烯酸涂层包括水性丙烯酸涂料、水性多彩涂料、真石漆、水包沙涂料、乳胶漆。
优选地,所述底漆层的厚度为15-45μm,所述面漆层的厚度为10-45μm。
本发明的第二方面,提供一种上述多功能性复合涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、基材表面处理;
S2、底漆喷涂与打磨:
采用滚涂、空气喷涂法或静电喷涂法在基材表面喷涂水性丙烯酸涂料、水性聚氨酯或环氧树脂底漆,干膜厚度为10-20μm,静置固化,产品干燥24小时后可直接喷涂面漆,或者用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,并用空气喷枪除尘后待用;
S3、面漆喷涂:
使用滚涂、空气喷涂法或静电喷涂法将无机涂料喷涂在底漆层表面,干膜厚度为10-45μm,静置进行固化;其中,所述步骤S3中,喷涂前,使用300-600目的筛网对无机涂料进行过滤;在喷涂过程中,需要对无机涂料进行不断搅拌。
优选地,所述基材为建筑基材时,所述步骤S1中基材表面处理过程如下:在基材表面涂覆水泥砂浆用于找平,干燥3-7天后涂覆腻子层,干燥2-3小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,再用空气喷枪除尘后待用。
优选地,所述基材为石膏制品基材时,所述步骤S1中基材表面处理过程如下:在基材表面涂覆粘结剂用于加固,干燥24小时后涂覆腻子层,干燥2-3小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,再用空气喷枪除尘后待用。
优选地,所述基材为玻璃钢复合材料或老旧氟碳铝幕墙板时,所述步骤S1中基材表面处理过程如下:将基材表面进行打磨,清洗去除基材表面上的灰尘、异物、油和其他成分,然后用腻子修补细小的孔隙,干燥2-3小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,再用空气喷枪除尘后待用。
优选地,所述基材为老旧氟碳铝幕墙板时,在对基材表面进行打磨前,需要先清除老旧铝幕墙板之间的密封硅胶,然后通过打磨清除老旧铝幕墙板表面上的氟碳漆,最后用空气喷枪除尘后待用。
优选地,所述基材为金属基材时,所述步骤S1中基材表面处理过程如下:预脱脂-脱脂-水洗I-酸洗-水洗II-中和-水洗III-表调-磷化-水洗IV-钝化。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过在基材上喷涂水性丙烯酸涂料、水性聚氨酯或环氧树脂底漆作为基材表面的界面剂,保证了层间的粘合强度,然后在底漆层上喷涂无机涂层,由于该无机涂层不含有机成分及有害物质,具有不燃性,还能阻断基材及底漆层中有毒物质的缓释,为客户提供安全健康的产品和生产环境,含有该无机涂层的基材具有高抗粘污性能和高耐侯性,并且易于清洁。本发明中由无机涂料、底漆层和基材复合形成的复合材料,具有高耐候性、耐盐雾性、耐紫外线性、自洁、耐高温、阻燃等优异的性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种多功能性复合涂层,包括依次设置的基材、底漆层和面漆层,基材为玻璃钢复合材料,底漆层为水性聚氨酯涂层,面漆层为无机涂层。底漆层的厚度为15μm,所述面漆层的厚度为20μm。
其中,无机涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:纳米二氧化硅溶胶45份、有机硅烷42份、功能性填料5份、水8份、无机颜料15份、功能性助剂2份、增稠剂0.1份。
有机硅烷为甲基三甲氧基硅烷。增稠剂为粒径小于1μm的气相二氧化硅。功能性填料为钛酸钾和氧化铝。
无机涂料的制备方法如下:
S1、将按照相应的配比称取纳米二氧化硅溶胶、水加入至密闭的反应容器中以150-300rpm的速度分散10分钟,液面温度控制在15-45℃;
S2、向密闭反应容器中加入功能性填料、无机颜料,以5000-7000rpm的速度高速分散40-50分钟,液面温度控制在15-45℃,形成均匀分散的混合溶液;
S3、向步骤S2中得到的混合溶液中加入功能性助剂、增稠剂和有机硅烷,密闭反应容器,液面温度控制在20-50℃,以5000-7000rpm的速度高速分散与均质2-5小时,当混合物的粘度达到12-16秒(福特杯检测)时,反应完成,冷却后再经300-900目钢丝网过滤,得到无机涂料。
多功能性复合涂层的制备方法如下:
S1、基材表面处理:
将基材表面进行打磨,清洗去除基材表面上的灰尘、异物、油和其他成分,然后用腻子修补细小的孔隙,干燥2-3小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,再用空气喷枪除尘后待用。
S2、底漆喷涂与打磨:
采用空气喷涂法在基材表面喷涂水性聚氨酯底漆,在10-45℃的干燥间内静置24小时进行固化,产品干燥24小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,并用空气喷枪除尘;
S3、面漆喷涂:
喷涂前,使用300-600目的筛网对无机涂料进行过滤,再使用空气喷涂法或静电喷涂法将无机涂料喷涂在底漆层表面,在10-45℃的干燥间内静置24小时进行固化,然后放置在干燥、防水、干净的空间干燥至少7天。在喷涂过程中,需要对无机涂料进行不断搅拌。
采用无机涂料和水性聚氨酯涂料或环氧涂料底漆对玻璃钢复合材料进行防护,适合在雷达罩、军舰、轮船、海岸和海岛上需要采用玻璃钢材料的产品上。
实施例2
一种多功能性复合涂层,包括依次设置的基材、底漆层和面漆层,基材为老旧氟碳铝幕墙板,底漆层为环氧涂层,面漆层为无机涂层。底漆层的厚度为45μm,所述面漆层的厚度为20μm。
其中,无机涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:纳米二氧化硅溶胶36份、有机硅烷45份、功能性填料8份、水5份、无机颜料20份、功能性助剂0.1份、增稠剂2份。
有机硅烷为甲基三甲氧基硅烷。增稠剂为粒径小于1μm的气相二氧化硅。功能性填料为钛酸钾、铝溶胶的混合物。
无机涂料的制备方法参考实施例1。
多功能性复合涂层的制备方法如下:
S1、基材表面处理:
先将老旧铝幕墙板之间的密封硅胶及老旧铝幕墙板表面上的氟碳漆进行打磨清除,再对铝幕墙板表面进行抛光磨平,清除铝幕墙板表面上的灰尘、异物、油和其他成分,然后用腻子修补细小的孔隙,干燥2-3小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,再用空气喷枪除尘后待用;
S2、底漆喷涂与打磨:
采用静电喷涂法在铝幕墙板表面喷涂环氧树脂底漆,常温干燥48小时以上,并采用硅胶密幕墙铝板之间的连接缝,干燥24小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,并用空气喷枪除尘后待用;
S3、面漆喷涂:
喷涂前,使用300-600目的筛网对无机涂料进行过滤,在确保施工后3小时内不会下雨的情况下,使用空气喷涂法将无机涂料喷涂在底漆层表面,常温干燥后形成无机涂层,表干时间2-3小时,完全干燥时间为7天,在喷涂过程中,需要对无机涂料进行不断搅拌。
本实施例中采用无机涂料、环氧涂料底漆对老旧幕墙铝板进行修护,可以在不拆除现有幕墙铝板、不破坏幕墙铝板结构的情况下进行修复,具有易操作性,经济性和环保性,此技术还特别适合对彩钢板、工业管道和工业设备的日常修护。
实施例3
一种多功能性复合涂层,包括依次设置的基材、底漆层和面漆层,基材为厚度为0.2mm的铝板材料,底漆层为水性聚氨酯涂层,面漆层为无机涂层。底漆层的厚度为20μm,所述面漆层的厚度20μm。
其中,无机涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:纳米二氧化硅溶胶25份、有机硅烷25份、功能性填料10份、水15份、无机颜料10份、功能性助剂3份、增稠剂0.5份。
各组分的选择参考实施例1。
无机涂料的制备方法参考实施例1。
多功能性复合涂层的制备方法如下:
S1、基材表面处理:
将基材表面通过预脱脂-脱脂-水洗I-酸洗-水洗II-中和-水洗III-表调-磷化-水洗IV-钝化处理;
S2、底漆喷涂与打磨:
采用空气喷涂法在基材表面喷涂水性聚氨酯底漆,流平后在130℃下干燥30分钟;
S3、面漆喷涂:
喷涂前,使用300-600目的筛网对无机涂料进行过滤,再使用空气喷涂法或静电喷涂法将无机涂料喷涂在底漆层表面,在10-45℃的干燥间内静置24小时,然后放入鼓风式干燥箱,在50℃下烤20分钟,逐渐升温至120℃烤45分钟。
上述技术还适合采用无机涂层的金属管道或设备的表面涂层施工。
实施例4
一种多功能性复合涂层,包括依次设置的基材、底漆层和面漆层,基材为混凝土基材,底漆层为水性丙烯酸涂层,面漆层为无机涂层。底漆层的厚度为30μm,所述面漆层的厚度10μm。
其中,无机涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:纳米二氧化硅溶胶39份、有机硅烷31份、功能性填料6份、水10份、无机颜料20份、功能性助剂2份、增稠剂1.5份。
各组分的选择参考实施例1。
无机涂料的制备方法参考实施例1。
多功能性复合涂层的制备方法如下:
S1、基材表面处理:
先在混凝土基材表面涂覆水泥砂浆用于找平,干燥3-7天后涂覆腻子层,然后干燥2-3小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,最后用空气喷枪除尘后待用。
S2、底漆喷涂与打磨:
采用滚涂法在基材表面滚涂水性丙烯酸涂料底漆,干燥24小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,并用空气喷枪除尘后待用;
S3、面漆喷涂:
喷涂前,使用300-600目的筛网对无机涂料进行过滤,在确保施工后3小时内不会下雨的情况下,使用滚涂法将无机涂料滚涂在底漆层表面,常温干燥后形成无机涂层,表干时间2-3小时,完全干燥时间为7天,在滚涂过程中,需要对无机涂料进行不断搅拌。
本实施例中采用无机涂料、水性丙烯酸涂料底漆、腻子和水泥砂浆对建筑墙体进行保护和装饰,施工后的内外墙体耐候性强、使用寿命比常规有机涂料提高2倍以上,而且还具有不缓释有害物质,耐酸雨腐蚀、可清洗、不褪色和防渗水等功能。
实施例5
一种多功能性复合涂层,包括依次设置的基材、底漆层和面漆层,基材为石膏制品,底漆层为水性丙烯酸涂层,面漆层为无机涂层。底漆层的厚度为30μm,所述面漆层的厚度为45μm。
其中,无机涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:纳米二氧化硅溶胶42份、有机硅烷39份、功能性填料8份、水15份、无机颜料20份、功能性助剂1.0份、增稠剂0.3份。
各组分的选择参考实施例1。
无机涂料的制备方法参考实施例1。
多功能性复合涂层的制备方法如下:
S1、基材表面处理:
在基材表面涂覆粘结剂用于加固,干燥24小时后涂覆腻子层,干燥2-3小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,再用空气喷枪除尘后待用;
S2、底漆喷涂与打磨:
采用滚涂法在基材表面滚涂水性丙烯酸涂料底漆,干燥24小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,并用空气喷枪除尘后待用;
S3、面漆喷涂:
喷涂前,使用300-600目的筛网对无机涂料进行过滤,在确保施工后3小时内不会下雨的情况下,使用滚涂法将无机涂料滚涂在底漆层表面,常温干燥后形成无机涂层,表干时间2-3小时,完全干燥时间为7天,在滚涂过程中,需要对无机涂料进行不断搅拌。
石膏制品是建筑装饰中用于造型的重要基础材料。本实施例中采用无机涂料、水性丙烯酸涂层、腻子和粘结剂对石膏制品进行保护和装饰,施工后的内外墙体耐候性强、使用寿命比常规有机涂料提高2倍以上,而且还具有不缓释有害物质,耐酸雨腐蚀、可清洗、不褪色和防渗水等功能。
试验例
对实施例1至5得到复合涂层进行性能测试,具体测试方法如下:
(1)涂层的光泽度用光泽测试仪按GB/T9754规定执行;
(2)涂层厚度按GB/T4957的规定执行。每根型材的测量处数不少于10处,测量时的具体规定参考GB/T8014;
(3)涂膜干附着力按GB/T9286中的规定测定,划格间距1mm;
(4)涂膜硬度按GB/T6739中的B法规定测定,试验结果按GB/T6739中的4.4.6进行评定;
(5)涂层的耐磨性试验按GB5237.5中附录A的规定执行;
(6)涂层的耐沸水性、耐盐酸性、耐硝酸性、耐溶剂性、耐灰浆性、耐盐雾腐蚀性、耐洗涤剂性、人工加速耐候性试验按GB5237.5中的有关规定执行;
(7)涂层的耐湿热性按GB/T 1740中的规定执行;
(8)涂层的耐冲击性参照GB/T 1732的规定执行;
(9)抗油性笔粘污:在试样上用油性笔绘制约100mm长的线,在室温下放置24小时后,用乙醇擦拭除去油性笔油墨,并且漆膜无异样。
具体测试结果如表1所示。

由表1中测试结果可知,由无机涂料,水性丙烯酸涂料、水性聚氨酯涂料或环氧涂料和基材复合形成的复合材料,具有高耐候性、耐盐雾性、耐紫外线性、自洁、耐高温、阻燃等优异的性能,还能阻断基材及底漆层中有毒物质的缓释,为客户提供安全健康的产品和生产环境。
以上应用了具体个例对本发明进行阐述,只是用于帮助理解本发明,并不用以限制本发明。对于本发明所属技术领域的技术人员,依据本发明的思想,还可以做出若干简单推演、变形或替换。
Claims (10)
1.一种多功能性复合涂层,其特征在于,包括依次设置的基材、底漆层和面漆层,所述底漆层为水性丙烯酸涂层、水性聚氨酯涂层或环氧涂层,所述面漆层为无机涂层;所述无机涂层包括以下质量份数的组分:纳米二氧化硅溶胶25-45份、有机硅烷25-45份、功能性填料5-10份、水5-15份、无机颜料10-20份、功能性助剂0.1-3份、增稠剂0.1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能性复合涂层,其特征在于,所述有机硅烷为N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-(2-氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-(2-氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基乙氧基硅烷、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、乙基三乙氧基硅烷、四乙氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、3-[(2,3)-环氧丙氧]丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、3-(2,3-环氧丙氧丙基)三甲氧基硅烷、3-缩水甘油醚氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、N-苯基-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-巯基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三乙氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、3-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三(三甲基硅氧基)硅烷、含有丙烯酰基或含有甲基丙烯酰基的有机硅烷中的一种或多种混合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能性复合涂层,其特征在于,所述基材为建筑基材、石膏制品基材、金属基材、玻璃钢复合材料或老旧氟碳铝幕墙板。
4.根据权利要求3所示的多功能性复合涂层,其特征在于,所述建筑基材为水泥制品基材、混凝土基材或砖墙基材;所述金属基材为碳钢、不锈钢、铝、铝合金或白铁;所述铝幕墙板为老旧建筑物幕墙上的铝幕墙板。
5.一种如权利要求3所述的多功能性复合涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、基材表面处理;
S2、底漆喷涂与打磨:
采用滚涂、空气喷涂法或静电喷涂法在基材表面喷涂水性丙烯酸涂料、水性聚氨酯或环氧树脂底漆,干膜厚度为15-45μm,静置固化,产品干燥24小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,并用空气喷枪除尘后待用;
S3、面漆喷涂:
使用滚涂、空气喷涂法或静电喷涂法将无机涂料喷涂在底漆层表面,干膜厚度为10-45μm,静置进行固化;其中,所述步骤S3中,喷涂前,使用300-600目的筛网对无机涂料进行过滤;在喷涂过程中,需要对无机涂料进行不断搅拌。
6.根据权利要求5所述的多功能性复合涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基材为建筑基材时,所述步骤S1中基材表面处理过程如下:在基材表面涂覆水泥砂浆用于找平,干燥3-7天后涂覆腻子层,干燥2-3小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,再用空气喷枪除尘后待用。
7.根据权利要求5所述的多功能性复合涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基材为石膏制品基材时,所述步骤S1中基材表面处理过程如下:在基材表面涂覆粘结剂用于加固,干燥24小时后涂覆腻子层,干燥2-3小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,再用空气喷枪除尘后待用。
8.根据权利要求5所述的多功能性复合涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基材为玻璃钢复合材料或老旧氟碳铝幕墙板时,所述步骤S1中基材表面处理过程如下:将基材表面进行打磨,清洗去除基材表面上的灰尘、异物、油和其他成分,然后用腻子修补细小的孔隙,干燥2-3小时后用400-800目的砂纸打磨平整,再用空气喷枪除尘后待用。
9.根据权利要求8所述的多功能性复合涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基材为老旧氟碳铝幕墙板时,在对基材表面进行打磨前,需要先清除老旧铝幕墙板之间的密封硅胶,然后通过打磨清除老旧铝幕墙板表面上的氟碳漆,最后用空气喷枪除尘后待用。
10.根据权利要求5所述的多功能性复合涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基材为金属基材时,所述步骤S1中基材表面处理过程如下:预脱脂-脱脂-水洗I-酸洗-水洗II-中和-水洗III-表调-磷化-水洗IV-钝化。
