Description

Solid-state fermentation traditional Chinese medicine additive for controlling respiratory diseases of laying fowls and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed additives, in particular to a solid-state fermentation traditional Chinese medicine additive for controlling respiratory diseases of laying fowls and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The causes of diseases in the respiratory tract of poultry are many. For example, in winter and spring, the temperature is low, so that a large group of poultry can generate great stress. Under stress conditions, the body resistance of poultry is reduced, and various diseases are accompanied: 1. viral infectious diseases: infectious bronchitis, infectious laryngotracheitis, newcastle disease, avian influenza; 2. bacterial infectious diseases: mycoplasma, escherichia coli, staphylococcus, and the like; 3. and (3) mould: aspergillus; 4. the condition is as follows: poor ventilation, harmful gas NH3, and the like.
Current conventional practices for controlling respiratory tract disease: firstly, the vaccine is made regularly, immune antibodies are increased, and diseases are prevented; secondly, after the immune failure occurs, a large amount of antibiotics are used, the symptomatic treatment is carried out, and the death rate is reduced. With the use of a large amount of antibiotics, the external environment deteriorates, the organism generates drug resistance, and the treatment effect is gradually reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a solid fermentation traditional Chinese medicine additive for controlling respiratory diseases of laying fowls and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a method for preparing a solid fermentation Chinese medicinal additive for controlling respiratory diseases of egg-laying poultry,
the method comprises the following steps:

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) notopterygium root, rhizoma Et radix Notopterygii, being pungent and warm in flavor, is the monarch drug because it is good at dispelling wind-cold-damp pathogen on the surface. Fang Feng enters jueyin, especially dispersing wind of the whole body; the rhizoma atractylodis is taken into the sun, the dehumidifying effect is strong, and the two ingredients help notopterygium root to sweat and remove rheumatism, and are used as ministerial drugs. Asarum herb, herba asari governs entering shaoyin, dispersing cold and unblocking collaterals, especially relieving pain; bai Zhi enters yang-brightness, dispels wind and cold, and can disperse arthralgia; chuan Xiong enters shao yang mainly and dispels wind to promote qi and blood circulation; fructus Aurantii is dry immature fruit of Citrus aurantium L.of Citrus of Rutaceae and its cultivar, has slightly cold nature, bitter and sour taste, and slightly cold nature, enters lung, spleen, stomach and large intestine channels, has effects of regulating qi-flowing, relieving epigastric distention, activating stagnancy and relieving flatulence, and is mainly used for treating qi stagnation in chest and hypochondrium, fullness and pain, dyspepsia, regulating qi-flowing, relieving epigastric distention, activating qi-flowing and relieving flatulence; hou Po is bitter and pungent in flavor and warm in nature, entering spleen, stomach and large intestine meridians. The functions of drying dampness, dispersing fullness and descending qi; the five flavors are used as adjuvant drugs for assisting monarch drugs and ministerial drugs in dispelling wind, dispelling cold and removing dampness to remove exterior pathogens and clearing and activating channels and collaterals to relieve pain. Prepared licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae Praeparata, acts as a guiding drug to harmonize the effects of the other drugs in the recipe. The combination of the herbs can induce sweating and dispel dampness, dispel arthralgia and alleviate pain, and clear interior heat.
2) The practical application proves that the additive shows better clinical effect;
enhancing the immunity of the organism: the health-care food stimulates and mobilizes the immune defense system of the organism to play the role of antivirus, and is very in line with the traditional Chinese medicine that the vital qi exists in the interior and the pathogenic factors cannot be dried. The traditional Chinese medicines have important regulation effect on the immunity of the organism, and various traditional Chinese medicines act on the organism in a multi-layer, multi-path and multi-target way, identify the organism and eliminate the non-self components, thereby maintaining the stability of the internal environment of the organism and improving the immunity of the organism.
Promoting immune organ development: the immune organ is a group of mechanisms that generate immune responses and perform immune functions, and the quality of the immune organ is closely related to the immune functions.
The function of enhancing immune cells: the antivirus of Chinese medicine has different influence on T lymphocyte, killer cell, natural killer B cell, monocyte macrophage and leukocyte etc. immunocyte.
