Description

A Chinese medicinal composition for preventing and treating diarrhea of livestock, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating livestock diarrhea and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Diarrhea has been a very troublesome problem in the swine industry and has been a bottleneck limiting the development of the swine industry. Diarrhea in piglets can lead to growth retardation, even growth retardation, loss of weight in adult pigs and reduced feed return rate. The morbidity is up to more than 80%, the mortality is 50-80%, the prevalence of the disease is very wide, and the large-scale pig farm almost has the prevalence of the disease, so that great economic loss is caused to the pig raising industry. With the intensive development of the pig industry, the pig diarrhea is increasingly high, which becomes an important problem restricting the development of the pig industry.
Diarrhea is commonly called diarrhea, is also the most common disease in cultivation, is caused by various pathogenic causes, is common as many as dozens of diseases, and has the largest loss of viral diarrhea to the cultivation industry in diarrhea caused by all pathogens. Epidemic porcine diarrhea (PEDV), transmissible gastroenteritis virus (TGEV), porcine rotavirus (PoRV) infection are the most common of diarrhea occurring, and are extremely harmful. In addition, bacterial diarrhea such as pig gastroenteritis, pig colibacillosis, pig paratyphoid fever, pig dysentery, and pig clostridial enteritis is also common. Clinically, mixed infection is often present. At present, no effective drug treatment is available for the diarrhea of pigs, the treatment effect of antibiotics with temporary and permanent treatment is not obvious, the drug resistance and drug residues are easy to generate, and from the current conditions of domestic livestock breeding environment, mode and technical level, livestock almost generate drug resistance to all antibiotics, thereby bringing hidden troubles to food safety and human health. Because of the numerous serotypes of the disease and different dominant serogroups in different regions, the traditional vaccine has poor protective effect and high cost no matter the vaccine is a weak vaccine or a inactivated vaccine. Therefore, the pure Chinese medicinal compound preparation for treating the porcine diarrhea, which has the advantages of definite curative effect, safety, reliability, small toxic and side effect and low cost, is provided for clinical medication, has unique curative effect and has important significance.

1. Clinical symptoms:
the diarrhea latency of the pig is short, the disease is fast, and the death rate is high. The main clinical symptoms are the cause of vomiting and diarrhea to varying degrees. Sows, breeding boars and fattening pigs are frequently infected once and recover about 1 week with slight symptoms; piglets show vomiting, diarrhea, severe watery diarrhea in jet form, severe bloody stool, listlessness, anorexia, rough and disorganized fur, loose anus, continuous yellow-green or grey-white watery or egg flower-like feces discharge, are rapidly dehydrated and emaciated, die after failing within 1 week, the body temperature can reach more than 39 ℃, and the cured piglets have poor growth and development.
2. Pathological changes are as follows:
the cesarean examination of the dead piglet is changed into the symptoms of small intestinal tube fullness and flatulence, thinned and bright intestinal wall, liquid or paste contents with different colors in the intestine (TGEV and PEDV are yellow green or grey white, and PoRV is dark black or yellow white), lymph node swelling, milk clotting in the stomach, congestion of partial gastric mucosa and small intestinal mucosa, bleeding and swelling. The histological changes mainly include atrophy and shortening of intestinal villi, even shedding of intestinal villi and vacuolization of intestinal villus epithelial cells.
3. Laboratory examination:
the viral diarrhea is determined by performing amplification detection on feces of piglets with diarrhea, intestinal contents of pigs died of diseases and mesenteric lymph nodes by adopting an RT-PCR method. The diarrhea of the bacteria is prepared by inoculating a disease material on a blood plate culture medium according to a conventional streak bacteria separation method, culturing at 37 ℃ for 14h, selecting a single colony for purification culture, performing biochemical identification, and performing a glass plate agglutination test by using Escherichia coli O-type serum and salmonella serum to identify the serotype of the separated bacteria.
4. The treatment method comprises the following steps:
prevention amount: 2 kg of the traditional Chinese medicine compound leaven is mixed with 1 ton of feed for feeding.
② the treatment amount: 500g of the Chinese herbal compound starter is mixed with 100 kg of feed to feed, and the mixture is fed for 7 days, and 1% of Chinese herbal compound starter water (5 g of the Chinese herbal compound starter is dissolved in 1 jin of water) needs to be drunk in a matching way during the treatment period.
In the treatment period, the traditional Chinese medicine compound leaven can be applied in an appropriate amount to the case with serious disease nature, and the pigs with no appetite can be drenched by people according to 0.5 g/kg of body weight, and oral tonic liquid (formula: 3.5 g of salt, 20 g of glucose, 2.5 g of baking soda, l.5 g of potassium chloride and 1000 g of water) is matched to improve the cure rate.
5. Grouping tests:
the RT-PCR method is adopted to detect the genes of the porcine epidemic diarrhea, the porcine transmissible gastroenteritis and the porcine rotavirus which are treated by the outpatient service and are determined to be positive. The etiology of bacterial diarrhea is determined by isolated culture of bacteria and serotype identification.
