As can be seen from table 3, the cure rates of the high, medium and low dose groups of the herbal composition were very different from those of the infection control group (P < 0.01); the high and medium dosage groups of the Chinese herbal medicine composition have obvious difference in cure rate (P < 0.05) compared with enrofloxacin; the cure rate of the low dose group was not significantly different compared to enrofloxacin (P > 0.05).
Test example 3 test of curative effect of naturally infecting foxes, raccoon dogs and martens pneumonia
The natural onset mink (taking mink pneumonia as an example to count onset cases, the pathogenesis is pseudomonas aeruginosa) is respectively provided by farmers in Changli county, leting county, funing county in Hebei province, and finally the diagnosis is finished according to clinical symptoms, section change, animal inoculation test and laboratory examination results. Taking the infected mink groups as test groups, and taking reference to a pneumonia test of artificially infected foxes, raccoons and martens for administration, wherein the daily ration of the infected minks is added with a Chinese herbal medicine composition (the medicine concentration is 1 g/mL) according to 2%, and the daily ration is added with the Chinese herbal medicine composition for 2 times a day, and the administration is 7d as a treatment course. And continuing to observe for 3-5 days after stopping the medicine, judging that the patient with the disappearance of clinical symptoms, ingestion and normal state recovery is cured, determining the prevention and treatment effect by combining the pathological section detection sampling detection result, and counting the cure rate. The treatment results are shown in Table 4.
