The result shows that the Chinese herbal medicine composition is the first choice in the practice of treating the pneumonia of foxes, raccoon dogs and martens.
Test example 2 test of efficacy of the pneumonia of artificially infected foxes, raccoon dogs and martens
Taking mink as an example, taking a curative effect test of artificially infecting mink pneumonia by using bacillus pyocyaneus bacterial liquid which is a main pathogen clinically separated from the pneumonia as an example: 42 minks at 65 days of age were randomly divided into 6 groups of 7, each, and the grouping and treatment methods are shown in Table 2. Except for the healthy control group, 1mL of sterilized normal saline was injected, and each of the other groups was injected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa liquid (3.10) 6 individual/mL) 1mL, after the test mink (except the healthy control group) is subjected to toxin attack for 48 hours, the typical symptoms of pneumonia appear, the administration of the drug according to the dose shown in table 2 is started, the drug concentration is 1g/mL, 7d is used for the continuous use, the clinical change after the administration is observed, and the clinical symptoms and the death number of each group of mink are recorded every day. As can be seen from table 3, the cure rates of the high, medium and low dose groups of the herbal composition were very different from those of the infection control group (P < 0.01); the high and medium dosage groups of the Chinese herbal medicine composition have obvious difference in cure rate (P < 0.05) compared with enrofloxacin; the cure rate of the low dose group was not significantly different compared to enrofloxacin (P > 0.05).
Test example 3 test of curative effect of naturally infecting foxes, raccoon dogs and martens pneumonia
The natural onset mink (taking mink pneumonia as an example to count onset cases, the pathogenesis is pseudomonas aeruginosa) is respectively provided by farmers in Changli county, leting county, funing county in Hebei province, and finally the diagnosis is finished according to clinical symptoms, section change, animal inoculation test and laboratory examination results. Taking the infected mink groups as test groups, and taking reference to a pneumonia test of artificially infected foxes, raccoons and martens for administration, wherein the daily ration of the infected minks is added with a Chinese herbal medicine composition (the medicine concentration is 1 g/mL) according to 2%, and the daily ration is added with the Chinese herbal medicine composition for 2 times a day, and the administration is 7d as a treatment course. And continuing to observe for 3-5 days after stopping the medicine, judging that the patient with the disappearance of clinical symptoms, ingestion and normal state recovery is cured, determining the prevention and treatment effect by combining the pathological section detection sampling detection result, and counting the cure rate. The treatment results are shown in Table 4.

By treating 620 minks with natural infection and onset of pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia, the Chinese herbal medicine composition for preventing and treating the pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia of the minks has remarkable treatment effect on the pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia of the developed minks, the average cure rate is 94.7%, symptoms generally disappear after 5-7d, normal feeding is recovered, and excrement is normal.

The Chinese herbal medicine composition for treating the pneumonia of foxes, raccoon dogs and martens is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of common andrographis herb, 3-5 parts of yellow flower mother, 3-5 parts of reed rhizome, 2-4 parts of snakegourd fruit, 2-4 parts of heartleaf houttuynia herb, 2-4 parts of pilose asiabell root and 1-2 parts of liquorice.
