Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine biological preparation for promoting growth and enhancing immunity of poultry and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of the chicken industry in large scale and intensification, various diseases often occur, and veterinary drugs are used increasingly frequently. Antibiotics are widely used in animal production as feed additives, but simultaneously bring about a plurality of problems, such as the generation of drug resistance, antibiotic residues in livestock and poultry products, and the negative effects of imbalance of normal flora in livestock and poultry bodies. Chicks are generally chickens below 7 weeks old and have the physiological characteristics of incomplete body temperature regulation mechanism, incomplete digestive system development, weak resistance, strong sensitivity and the like. The weak resistance makes the chicks easy to invade the body by exogenous pathogenic factors, thereby causing the diseases. Common bacterial diseases such as colibacillosis, pullorum disease and the like seriously affect the growth and development of chicks and bring great economic loss to the poultry industry. In order to meet the requirements of consumers, the traditional Chinese medicine chicken raising technology is produced. The traditional Chinese medicine not only has the effects of preventing and treating diseases, improving immunity, promoting growth and development and the like, but also has small toxic and side effects compared with western medicines, is not easy to generate drug resistance, has no residue and is low in cost. Relevant researches show that Chinese herbal medicine resources are reasonably developed and utilized, and the traditional Chinese medicines are used for gradually replacing conventional antibiotics, somatotropin and chemical medicine additives, so that the Chinese herbal medicine composition has a wide prospect for reducing veterinary medicine residues, developing the antibiotics, somatotropin and chemical medicine additives of the green chicken raising industry, reducing the veterinary medicine residues and developing the green chicken raising industry. The use of Chinese herbal medicines, enzyme preparations and probiotics in animal production is predicted to be an inevitable way to replace antibiotics. If a product integrating Chinese herbal medicines, enzyme preparations and probiotics is prepared by fermenting the Chinese herbal medicines by utilizing some beneficial microorganisms, the development of animal husbandry can be more powerfully promoted.
The Chinese medicine has a long fermentation history, as early as more than four thousand years, Chinese people have learned to use fermentation technology to brew wine and then are used for producing foods such as sauce, vinegar, fermented soya beans and the like in sequence. Modern biotechnology started to be applied to fermentation in the 80 th 20 th century, and the process and mechanism of fermentation processing were explored from the perspective of modern science, which is a typical biological conversion process. The modern Chinese medicine fermentation technology, also called Chinese medicine biotransformation technology, is a new Chinese medicine modern pharmacy technology formed by combining modern micro-ecology, bioengineering, fermentation engineering technology and other subjects on the basis of inheriting the traditional Chinese medicine fermentation processing method. The cell of the plant Chinese herbal medicine has cell walls, the main components of the cell walls comprise fibers, proteins and the like, the cell walls are difficult to damage by some conventional extraction methods, and active ingredients in the cell are difficult to dissolve out, so that the effective ingredients of the Chinese herbal medicine are not fully extracted, and the extraction rate is low. The microbial fermentation can produce various enzyme substances, such as cellulase, amylase, protease and the like, and can destroy plant cell walls, so that active ingredients in cells are separated out in a large amount, and the extraction rate of effective ingredients of Chinese herbal medicines is improved.
