Abstract
本申请公开了一种舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺,舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料为双层布,经向为全棉,纬向一面为全棉,另一面为涤纶长丝,制备方法依次包括松筒工艺、染色工艺、浆纱工艺、织造工艺、后整理工艺,所述后整理工艺依次包括焙烘工艺、松式退浆工艺、松烘工艺、定型工艺。本发明贴身面纬纱用全棉,外表面用100D涤纶长丝。染色后对涤纶长丝进行防水处理,整理过程中赋予面料贴身面吸湿快干+抗菌的功能性,当人体出汗时,贴身面能快速吸湿,并及时把水分传递到外表面,避免产生出汗的湿冷感,保持人体干爽舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,特别涉及一种舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
所谓面料的舒适新指的是人体穿着后,服装具有满足人体要求并排除任何不舒适因素的性能。人类懂得穿衣蔽体已有几万年的历史,但真正开始对纺织品和服装的舒适性的科学研究仅有十年的历史。随着生活水平的提高,人们对于服装功能性、舒适性提出了越来越高的要求。消费者对于服装的要求不仅要时尚、美观,而且要穿着自然、舒适,具有吸湿导湿、透气、抗菌等功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案。
本申请实施例公开了一种舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺,舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料为双层布,经向为全棉,纬向一面为全棉,另一面为涤纶长丝,制备方法依次包括松筒工艺、染色工艺、浆纱工艺、织造工艺、后整理工艺,所述后整理工艺依次包括焙烘工艺、松式退浆工艺、松烘工艺、定型工艺。
优选的,在上述舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺中,所述染色工艺中,对所述涤纶长丝进行所述染色工艺,染色后依次进行水洗工艺、酸洗工艺、防水剂处理工艺。
优选的,在上述舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺中,所述水洗工艺中,采用表面活性去除剂清洗干净,所述表面活性去除剂为鲁道夫的RUCOGEN FWK,主要成分为脂肪醇乙氧基化合物,用量为3-6g/L,处理温度为60-80℃,处理时间为20-40min。
优选的,在上述舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺中,所述酸洗工艺中,采用含量99%的冰醋酸,用量为0.2-0.5g/L。
优选的,在上述舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺中,所述防水剂处理工艺中,采用无氟防水剂和无醛交联剂,所述无氟防水剂为鲁道夫的无氟防水剂RUCO-DRYECO,用量为0.2%-0.4%(o.w.f),所述无醛交联剂为鲁道夫的RUCO-LINK EIT,用量为无氟防水剂用量的5%-10%,冷水处理30-40min后,脱水,带液率为90%-120%。
优选的,在上述舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺中,所述焙烘工艺中,温度为155-165℃,时间为1-2min。
优选的,在上述舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺中,所述松式退浆工艺中,温度为50-60℃,淀粉酶为3-5g/L,渗透剂为3-5g/L,水洗时间为20-40min;热水洗,时间为10-20min,温度为70-80℃;酸洗,温度为30-40℃,冰醋酸为0.5-1g/L,脱水。
优选的,在上述舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺中,所述松烘工艺中,温度为120-130℃,时间为2-3min,吸湿速干整理剂为NT-H550N 30-50g/L,锌离子抗菌剂为AM-008 5-8g/L。
优选的,在上述舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺中,所述定型工艺中,温度为100-120℃,车速为30-50min/分。
本发明贴身面纬纱用全棉,外表面用100D涤纶长丝。染色后对涤纶长丝进行防水处理,整理过程中赋予面料贴身面吸湿快干+抗菌的功能性,当人体出汗时,贴身面能快速吸湿,并及时把水分传递到外表面,避免产生出汗的湿冷感,保持人体干爽舒适。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行详细的描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明涉及一种舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺,组织为双层布,经向为全棉,纬向一面为全棉,另一面为涤纶长丝。
工艺流程:松筒工艺、染色工艺、浆纱工艺、织造工艺、后整理工艺。
其中染色工艺,仅涤纶长丝进行:染色、水洗工艺、酸洗工艺、防水剂处理工艺。
其中水洗工艺,采用去表面活性剂清洗干净,所述表面活性剂去除剂为鲁道夫的RUCOGEN FWK,主要成分脂肪醇乙氧基化合物,用量为3-6g/L,处理温度为60-80℃,处理时间为20-40min;
其中酸洗工艺,采用含量99%的冰醋酸,用量为0.2-0.5g/L;
其中防水处理工艺,采用无氟防水剂和无醛交联剂,所述无氟防水剂为鲁道夫的无氟防水剂RUCO-DRY ECO,用量为0.2%-0.4%(o.w.f),所述无醛交联剂为鲁道夫的RUCO-LINK EIT,用量为无氟防水剂用量的5%-10%,冷水处理30-40min,脱水,带液率为90%-120%;
其中后整理工艺,焙烘工艺、松式退浆工艺、松烘工艺、定型工艺。
其中焙烘工艺,温度155-165℃,时间为1-2min;
其中松式退浆工艺,温度50-60℃,淀粉酶3-5g/L,渗透剂3-5g/L,水洗时间20-40min。热水洗,时间10-20min,温度70-80℃。酸洗,温度30-40℃,冰醋酸0.5-1g/L,脱水;
其中松烘工艺,温度120-130℃,时间2-3min,吸湿速干整理剂NT-H550N 30-50g/L,锌离子抗菌剂AM-008 5-8g/L;
其中定型工艺,温度为100-120℃,车速为30-50min/分。
织物规格120*100 40*40+100D双层布
其中贴身面纬纱用全棉,外表面用100D涤纶长丝。染色后对涤纶长丝进行防水处理,整理过程中赋予面料贴身面吸湿快干+抗菌的功能性,当人体出汗时,贴身面能快速吸湿,并及时把水分传递到外表面,避免产生出汗的湿冷感,保持人体干爽舒适。

Claims (9)
1.一种舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料为双层布,经向为全棉,纬向一面为全棉,另一面为涤纶长丝,制备方法依次包括松筒工艺、染色工艺、浆纱工艺、织造工艺、后整理工艺,所述后整理工艺依次包括焙烘工艺、松式退浆工艺、松烘工艺、定型工艺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述染色工艺中,对所述涤纶长丝进行所述染色工艺,染色后依次进行水洗工艺、酸洗工艺、防水剂处理工艺。
3.根据权利要求2所述的舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述水洗工艺中,采用表面活性去除剂清洗干净,所述表面活性去除剂为鲁道夫的RUCOGENFWK,主要成分为脂肪醇乙氧基化合物,用量为3-6g/L,处理温度为60-80℃,处理时间为20-40min。
4.根据权利要求2所述的舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述酸洗工艺中,采用含量99%的冰醋酸,用量为0.2-0.5g/L。
5.根据权利要求2所述的舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述防水剂处理工艺中,采用无氟防水剂和无醛交联剂,所述无氟防水剂为鲁道夫的无氟防水剂RUCO-DRY ECO,用量为0.2%-0.4%(o.w.f),所述无醛交联剂为鲁道夫的RUCO-LINKEIT,用量为无氟防水剂用量的5%-10%,冷水处理30-40min后,脱水,带液率为90%-120%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述焙烘工艺中,温度为155-165℃,时间为1-2min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述松式退浆工艺中,温度为50-60℃,淀粉酶为3-5g/L,渗透剂为3-5g/L,水洗时间为20-40min;热水洗,时间为10-20min,温度为70-80℃;酸洗,温度为30-40℃,冰醋酸为0.5-1g/L,脱水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的舒适性棉涤交织双层布色织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述松烘工艺中,温度为120-130℃,时间为2-3min,吸湿速干整理剂为NT-H550N 30-50g/L,锌离子抗菌剂为AM-008 5-8g/L。
