Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The skin is a layered structure composed of an epidermal layer, a dermal layer and a basement membrane from outside to inside, wherein the dermis and the epidermis are divided and connected by the basement membrane, the epidermis is positioned at the outermost layer of the skin and is divided into 4 layers from inside to outside: basal layer, spinous layer, granular layer and stratum corneum. The stratum corneum consists of cells that have cornified and barrier lipids located between the cells. The moisture retention of the skin is mainly determined by the water content of the epidermis, particularly the water content of the stratum corneum, which plays a decisive role in the appearance of the skin, and when the water content of the stratum corneum is sufficient, the skin appears soft, smooth, fine and elastic. Under normal conditions, the water content of the stratum corneum is 10-20%, when the water content of the stratum corneum is lower than a normal value for a long time, a moisturizing system of the skin can be damaged, and the problems of dehydration and dryness, impaired barrier function, skin aging, increased skin sensitivity and the like can occur due to water shortage of the skin. The existing essence can help the horny layer of the skin to repair a waterproof barrier and prevent the water in the skin and the horny layer from evaporating and losing. The existing essence comprises an oil phase and a water phase, and after the essence is used, the skin can keep moisture and certain oil content, so that the skin looks glossy, soft and smooth, and the oil content can form a closed environment on the skin, so that the moisture is not easy to evaporate.
The existing essence has the technical problems that: 1. in the process of preparing the essence, an oil phase is usually added into a water phase, and the water phase and the oil phase need to be prepared respectively, so the production efficiency is low; 2. the oil phase and the water phase in the essence are two immiscible phases, the existing essence enables the oil phase and the water phase to be uniformly mixed by adding the emulsifier and other additives, but the phenomenon of oil-water stratification is easy to occur after long-time storage, and the existing essence contains the emulsifier and other additives, so that the using effect of the essence can be influenced once the oil-water stratification occurs.

The following description will be given with reference to specific examples.
Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides an essence which comprises yeast extract and ALOE BARBADENSIS (ALOE BARBADENSIS) leafpolysaccharides.
Aloe vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) leaf polysaccharides have good antioxidant activity, are beneficial to improving the effect of removing free radicals and anti-inflammatory effect of products, and citric acid is added into the essence to effectively improve the stability of the ALOE BARBADENSIS (ALOE BARBADENSIS) leaf polysaccharides in an essence system. The yeast extract is a filtrate obtained by fermenting rice serving as a raw material through yeast, is rich in various amino acids such as glutamine, glutamic acid, proline and the like, and can promote the expression of aquaporin AQP-3 and semilight aspartase-14, so that the yeast extract has the effects of moisturizing, brightening the skin and homogenizing the skin color, and simultaneously improves the whitening effect of the product. The phenoxyethanol and the ethylhexyl glycerol can effectively improve the stability of the yeast extract in an essence system. According to the ALOE vera skin-care product, the ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) leaf polysaccharides and the yeast extract are compounded to realize synergistic antioxidation, so that the ALOE vera skin-care product has a skin soothing effect, can effectively relieve discomfort of the skin caused by various external factors, can effectively supplement moisture required by the skin, and has a good skin-color brightening effect.
As a preferred embodiment of the essence provided by the present invention, the ALOE vera (ALOE BARBADENSIS) leaf polysaccharides are 0.1 to 10% by mass of the F component, and the yeast extract is 0.1 to 10% by mass of the F component. The mass of phenoxyethanol and the mass of ethylhexyl glycerol in the second mixed solution described in the present invention are based on the mass of the yeast extract, and the addition amount of phenoxyethanol and the addition amount of ethylhexyl glycerol are only required to be sufficient to allow the yeast extract to be uniformly dissolved and dispersed in water and to be stable. The ALOE BARBADENSIS (ALOE BARBADENSIS) leaf polysaccharides and citric acid disclosed in the present invention are based on the ALOE BARBADENSIS (ALOE BARBADENSIS) leaf polysaccharides, and the citric acid is added in an amount sufficient to uniformly dissolve and disperse the ALOE BARBADENSIS (ALOE BARBADENSIS) leaf polysaccharides in water and to maintain the stability of the ALOE BARBADENSIS (ALOE BARBADENSIS) leaf polysaccharides.
Based on the consideration of three factors of stability, use effect and cost, the invention can realize rapid water supplement, obvious water locking effect, free radical generation prevention and skin color brightening effect of the essence under the condition of keeping stability and lower cost by adjusting the compounding proportion of the component F in the essence system. If the addition proportion of the component F is lower than the range defined in the invention, the use effect of the essence is reduced although the stability of the essence is improved and the cost is reduced; if the addition proportion of the component F is higher than the range defined in the invention, the stability of the essence is reduced, the cost is improved, and the improvement of the using effect of the essence is not obvious.
According to the essence provided by the invention, the raw materials and the proportion of the component A, the component B, the component C, the component D, the component E and the component F are limited, so that the essence can keep the stability of a system in a layered state and does not reduce the using effect.
The component A has the effects of moisturizing and repairing damaged skin, protecting active substances, increasing adhesion on skin, enhancing skin color brightening, lightening melanin, resisting oxidation, and keeping moisture for a long time. The palmitic acid hexyl acetate in the component A is a viscosity regulator and plays a role in synergistic thickening, so that the upper liquid of the essence liquid generates a fine and bright appearance.
The disodium EDTA in the component B is a metal ion chelating agent which has the functions of protecting active substances and stabilizing products. The sodium chloride in the component B is inorganic salt and has the function of adjusting viscosity. Decyl glucoside in the component B is a natural non-ionic surfactant prepared from glucose derived from corn and wheat starch and fatty alcohol derived from coconut oil and palm oil, and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium laurate are amphoteric surfactants, so that decyl glucoside, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium laurate are extremely mild and non-irritant, and can obviously reduce skin irritation. And decyl glucoside, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium laurate can play a synergistic role, so that the cleaning capacity, the water replenishing capacity and the moisture retention capacity of the essence are improved, and the oil secretion of the skin is balanced. And decyl glucoside, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate and sodium laurate can keep the stability of the lower layer liquid of the essence.
The component C has antibacterial and antiseptic effects. Meanwhile, the carrier solvent in the component C has the functions of moisturizing and viscosity regulating.
The component E has the function of perfuming, refreshing, relieving and decompressing.
Compared with the prior art, the essence provided by the invention can keep an oil-water layered state for a long time and keep the whole system stable without reducing the using effect of the essence, and therefore, compared with the prior art, the content of the emulsifier is reduced.

2. Antioxidant test-DPPH free radical scavenging experiment
The principle is as follows: the DPPH method was proposed in 1958 and is widely used to quantify the antioxidant capacity of biological samples and food products. The method is based on the characteristic that DPPH free radical has single electron, strong absorption is provided at 517nm, and alcoholic solution is purple. In the presence of a free radical scavenger, its absorption gradually disappears by pairing with its single electron, and its degree of discoloration is quantitatively related to the number of electrons it receives, so that a rapid quantitative analysis can be performed with a spectrophotometer.
The experimental process comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a DPPH solution: accurately weighing 20mgDPPH, and dissolving in 250ml volumetric flask with anhydrous ethanol to obtain a concentration of 2.0 × 10-4Storing the solution of DPPH in mol/L in dark for later use.
(2) Respectively placing 2ml sample solution in a test tube with a plug, adding 2ml prepared DPPH solution, mixing, sealing and standing in water bath at 25 deg.C for 30min, pouring into a cuvette with optical diameter of 1cm, and measuring absorbance A at 517nmiSimultaneously measuring the absorbance A of 2ml sample added with 2ml ethanoljAnd absorbance A of 2ml of DPPH solution plus 2ml of redistilled water0. Three replicates were measured for each dose. The extract liquids of examples and comparative examples were used as sample liquids.
(3) DPPH clearance ═ 1- (A)i-Aj)/A0]×100%
The test results are shown in table 6.
