Technical Field

The invention discloses essence and a preparation method thereof, particularly relates to double-layer moisturizing essence, and belongs to the technical field of cosmetics.

Background

Commonly used basic skin care products mainly contain water, essence, lotion, cream, etc. The essence is usually used after basic lotion in cosmetics, and is supplemented with emulsion to achieve better skin care effect. The whole skin care procedure is relatively complex and is not suitable for people on a short-term business trip or needing time saving. In addition, most of the traditional essence products are aqueous or slightly thick liquid products with low viscosity and good fluidity, the dosage form is mainly single, the appearance is single, and the moisturizing effect is poorer than that of the emulsion. The emulsion has a high viscosity due to the addition of a large amount of the emollient component, and is inferior in feeling of use and touch.

In order to satisfy the demand of people who need to simplify skin care procedures and make skin care products have better moisturizing effect, it is necessary to develop a skin care product with both water state and milky state. At present, double-layer products in the market are mainly focused on makeup removing products, and the makeup can be removed by shaking the upper layer and the lower layer uniformly when the makeup removing product is used. For the double-layer essence products, relatively few researches are currently available on the market. The existing double-layer essence product mainly achieves the purpose of layering by using the difference between oil-water incompatibility and specific gravity, and although the appearance of the product achieves a two-layer state, a better layered appearance cannot be formed after the product is used and is still, namely, a water phase layer cannot be recovered to a transparent state for a long time, and the product stability is poor. In addition, some products have too high layering speed, need to be shaken up for use for many times, and need to be improved in the aspect of use convenience.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop a skin care product with novel dosage form, good layering effect and good moisturizing effect.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above disadvantages, the present invention aims to provide a dual-layer moisturizing essence, which has a white emulsion on the upper layer when the essence is static, and a transparent water-like lower layer, and can be shaken up when in use, and has the use feeling of both the makeup water and the emulsion, low viscosity, strong water-moistening feeling, and good moisturizing effect. The essence can be quickly layered after being shaken up for use, the interface is clear, and the appearance is beautiful.

Therefore, the first technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

a double-layer moisturizing essence is mainly composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:

humectant 3-15%

Emulsifier 0.6-2.4%

Emollient 10-35%

1 to 2 percent of preservative

Skin conditioner 0.1-0.3%

Chelating agent 0.01-0.1%

Sodium chloride 0.3-0.9%

Water and proper amount.

Wherein the emulsifier is one or a combination of Solubiisant LRI and PPG-13-decyl tetradecyl alcohol polyether-24. The humectant is one or combination of glycerol, glyceryl polyether-26, and sodium hyaluronate.

Preferably, the emollient in the present invention is a combination of any four of polydimethylsiloxane, isododecane, isohexadecane, hydrogenated polyisobutene, cyclopentadecyldimethylsiloxane, cyclohexasiloxane, squalane, cetyl polydimethylsiloxane, with a combination of isododecane, isohexadecane, hydrogenated polyisobutene, squalane being particularly preferred. When the four combinations are combined with the emulsifier, the layering speed of the double-layer essence after shaking up for use can be further improved, the two-layer appearance of the upper layer milky and the lower layer watery can be quickly formed, meanwhile, the clarification time of the lower layer is shortened, and the product stability is better.

In the present invention, when the ratio of the content of the emulsifier Solubiisant LRI to the content of PPG-13-decyltetradecanol polyether-24 is preferably 2: 1-4: 1, the double-layer essence can be quickly layered after being used, and meanwhile, the lower layer can keep a better transparent state.

The preservative is any one or combination of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, caprylyl hydroximic acid// 1, 3-propanediol and ethylhexyl glycerol. The chelating agent is any one of disodium EDTA and tetrasodium EDTA.

In order to enable the essence to have more skin care effects, one or a combination of more of rose water, yeast essence extract, LS 9832 and IrrisSooths II is/are added as a skin conditioner.

In the technical scheme of the invention, the essence can also contain 0.01-0.2% of essence.

The second technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

the preparation method of the double-layer moisturizing essence mainly comprises the following steps:

1) mixing and stirring the emollient uniformly for later use to obtain a first mixture;

2) adding humectant, emulsifier, chelating agent, sodium chloride, and water into emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 deg.C, homogenizing for 3min, and keeping the temperature for 20-25min to obtain a second mixture;

3) adding the first mixture into an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing for 2-10 min;

4) cooling to 70-75 deg.C, adding antiseptic, and stirring for 10-15 min;

5) cooling to 45-50 deg.C, adding skin conditioner, and stirring for 10-15min to obtain double-layer moisturizing essence.

When the essence is static, the upper layer is white emulsion, the lower layer is transparent water-like, and the white emulsion with good compatibility is formed when the essence is shaken up and used. The double-layer essence is not sticky when in use, has moist texture, good moisturizing effect and stable system, and can be widely applied to the field of skin care products.

The emulsifier Solubiisant LRI is slightly white viscous liquid, is a mixture of PPG-26-butanol polyether-26, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and water, and can leave soft and smooth feeling on the skin surface without sticky feeling. PPG-13-decyl tetradecyl alcohol polyether-24 is colorless liquid, is used as a co-emulsifier in the invention, is matched with Solubiisant LRI, can be well dissolved with a water phase, prepares a unique bilayer system, and simultaneously ensures that a lower water phase in the bilayer system is recovered to be in a transparent state within a short time and has a beautiful appearance state.

In the skin conditioner of the present invention, the yeast extract is a trade name, and the main component is a yeast extract.

Similarly, skin conditioner LS 9832 is a trade name, and is mainly a mixture of ingredients such as Ruscus aculeatus root extract, centella asiatica leaf extract, calendula officinalis flower extract, etc., and has anti-allergy, soothing, and repairing effects.

Irrisoths II as skin conditioner is also trade name, and mainly comprises radix Ophiopogonis extract, caulis Opuntiae Dillenii stem extract, and radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract, and has effects of preventing allergy and relieving.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention has the following technical advantages:

(1) according to the invention, the proper emulsifier is selected and the proportion is optimized, so that the formed double-layer essence liquid has a milky white emulsion on the upper layer and a colorless transparent liquid on the lower layer, the interface is clear, and the lower layer liquid can be recovered to be in a transparent state in a short time after shaking up for use, so that the double-layer essence liquid has beautiful appearance. Particularly, when the contents of the main emulsifier Solubiisant LRI and the co-emulsifier PPG-13-decyltetradecanolpolyether-24 are within a specific range, the time for the lower layer liquid to return to transparency is shorter. Meanwhile, the essence is reasonably combined by components such as the emollient, the humectant, the emulsifier and the like, so that the whole product is low in viscosity, good in moisturizing effect and excellent in use experience.

(2) The moisturizing agent glycerin, the glyceryl polyether-26 and the sodium hyaluronate in the formula are compounded to have an excellent moisturizing effect, and have soft, lubricating and non-greasy skin feeling. After the skin moisturizing cream is used, the skin moisturizing cream can provide moisture and lasting moisturizing capability to the skin, and the skin is endowed with soft and smooth texture.

(3) The rose water, the yeast extract, the LS 9832, the IrriSooths II and other components in the invention are reasonably combined, so that the formula has better anti-allergy and relieving effects, can effectively relieve external allergic stimulation while preserving moisture, and keeps skin moist and healthy.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. For process parameters or conditions not specifically mentioned, it can be carried out with reference to conventional techniques. The raw materials used in the present invention may be obtained by home-made or purchased from commercial sources. Tables 1 and 2 are some examples in the technical solutions of the present invention, but the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.

The preparation method of the essence of example 1 comprises the following steps:

(1) mixing, stirring and dissolving the phase B uniformly for later use to obtain a first mixture;

(2) adding the phase A into an emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 80 ℃, homogenizing for 3min, and then preserving heat for 20min to obtain a second mixture;

(3) adding the first mixture into an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing for 2 min;

(4) cooling to 70 deg.C, adding phase C into emulsifying pot, and stirring for 10 min;

(5) cooling to 45 deg.C, adding phase D into emulsifying pot, and stirring for 10min to obtain double-layer moisturizing essence.

The essence of examples 2 to 9 was prepared as follows:

(1) mixing, stirring and dissolving the phase B uniformly for later use to obtain a first mixture;

(2) adding the phase A into an emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 80 ℃, homogenizing for 3min, and then preserving heat for 20min to obtain a second mixture;

(3) adding the first mixture into an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing for 5 min;

(4) cooling to 70 deg.C, adding phase C into emulsifying pot, and stirring for 10 min;

(5) cooling to 45 deg.C, adding phase D into emulsifying pot, and stirring for 10min to obtain double-layer moisturizing essence.

The essence of example 10 was prepared as follows:

(1) mixing, stirring and dissolving the phase B uniformly for later use to obtain a first mixture;

(2) adding the phase A into an emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 85 ℃, homogenizing for 3min, and keeping the temperature for 25min to obtain a second mixture;

(3) adding the first mixture into an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing for 10 min;

(4) cooling to 75 deg.C, adding phase C into emulsifying pot, and stirring for 15 min;

(5) cooling to 50 deg.C, adding phase D into emulsifying pot, and stirring for 15min to obtain double-layer moisturizing essence.

The preparation of the above products of comparative examples 1 to 3 was as follows:

(1) mixing, stirring and dissolving the phase B uniformly for later use to obtain a first mixture;

(2) adding the phase A into an emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 80 ℃, homogenizing for 3min, and then preserving heat for 20min to obtain a second mixture;

(3) adding the first mixture into an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing for 5 min;

(4) cooling to 70 deg.C, adding phase C into emulsifying pot, and stirring for 10 min;

(5) cooling to 45 deg.C, adding phase D into emulsifying pot, and stirring for 10min to obtain the final product.

In order to better prove the technical effects of the invention, the application carries out relevant tests on the stability, the layering speed, the lower layer liquid clearing speed and the moisturizing efficacy aiming at the examples and the comparative examples respectively.

1. Stability test

1) Test samples: examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 3.

2) The test method comprises the following steps: 5 groups of experiments are respectively set for each test sample, stability tests are respectively carried out for 1 month under the conditions of heat resistance (45 ℃), cold resistance (-15 ℃), cold-heat cross (-15 ℃/45 ℃), normal temperature and illumination, and unstable phenomena such as whether each group of samples are layered and whether the lower layer liquid becomes turbid are observed.

3) And (3) testing results:

after 1 month of tests, the essence prepared in the embodiments 1 to 10 can keep the white upper layer and the clear and transparent lower layer in stable states under the conditions of high temperature, low temperature, alternating cold and heat, normal temperature and illumination, and unstable phenomena such as yellowing of products and turbidity of the lower layer do not occur, which indicates that the stable double-layer moisturizing essence can be prepared by the technical scheme provided by the invention.

The comparative examples 1 and 2 are placed at normal temperature for a period of time, and then the upper layer emulsion begins to settle, so that the interface is not clear, the lower layer liquid turns turbid, and the product is not stable. Comparative example 3 does not form a double layer essence at the initial stage of product preparation, but is a white emulsion as a whole.

Stability tests show that the technical scheme of the invention can form double-layer essence with stable state, clear interface and clear and transparent lower-layer liquid.

2. Stratified velocity test and lower liquid clear velocity test

1) Test samples: the essences prepared in examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 3.

2) The test method comprises the following steps: the essences of examples 1 to 10 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were respectively put into a 30ml sample bottle made of a transparent PE material, shaken gently to completely mix the two phases, allowed to stand, and the time required for the sample to start to delaminate and the time required for the lower layer to become completely transparent were recorded, with the test time being 8 hours. The first half hour, every 5 minutes; half an hour to 4 hours, observed every 10 minutes; 4 to 8 hours, and observed every 1 hour.

3) The test results are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from the results of the delamination effect test in Table 1, examples 1 to 10 began to delaminate within half an hour, comparative examples 1 to 2 began to delaminate after two hours, and comparative example 3 did not show delamination for the entire test time of 8 hours. Examples 1-10 were able to change to a completely clear state within two hours, whereas the lower liquids of comparative examples 1-3 did not change to a transparent state during this test period. As can be seen from examples 4-7, 9 and 10, when the formula contains the emulsifier with specific components and content, the time for the lower layer liquid in the double-layer essence to become transparent is shorter, and the double-layer essence with beautiful appearance can be formed in a shorter time after shaking up for use, so that better use experience is provided for consumers.

3. Moisture retention efficacy test

1) Test samples: the essences prepared in examples 1,3, 5 and 7 and comparative example 1.

2) The test method comprises the following steps: 30 volunteers with the average age of 20-40 years are selected, wherein 10 volunteers are male and 20 volunteers are female. 2.5cm by 2.5cm test areas 6 pieces were drawn on the inner side of the arm of the volunteer, and an equal and appropriate amount of essence was uniformly applied to the arm test areas in the samples of examples 1,3, 5, 7 and comparative example 1, and gently massaged until absorption. The water content of the skin was measured 3 times before use using 1h, 2h and 6h skin water content meter (CorneometerCM825), and the average value was taken.

3) The test results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the water content of the skin of the volunteers was greatly increased after applying the essences of examples 1,3, 5 and 7, and the water-keeping effect was still maintained for 6 hours after the application. After the essence in comparative example 1 was used, the moisture content of the skin was almost restored to before use after 6 hours, and the moisturizing effect was not good enough.

The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.

2. The double-layer moisturizing essence of claim 1, wherein the emollient is a combination of any four or more of polydimethylsiloxane, isododecane, isohexadecane, hydrogenated polyisobutene, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, cyclohexasiloxane, squalane, and cetyl polydimethylsiloxane.

3. The double-layer moisturizing essence according to claim 1, wherein the content ratio of SolubiisantLRI to PPG-13-decyltetradecanol polyether-24 in the emulsifier is 2: 1-4: 1.

The double-layer moisturizing essence according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is any one or a combination of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, 1, 2-pentanediol, caprylyl hydroxamic acid// 1, 3-propanediol and ethylhexyl glycerin; the chelating agent is any one of disodium EDTA and tetrasodium EDTA.

5. The double-layer moisturizing essence of claim 1, wherein the skin conditioner is one or a combination of rose water, yeast essence extract, LS 9832 and IrrioSooths II.

6. The dual-layer moisturizing essence of claim 1, wherein the essence further comprises 0.01-0.2% of essence.

7. The preparation method of the double-layer moisturizing essence according to claim 1, which mainly comprises the following steps:

1) mixing and stirring the emollient uniformly for later use to obtain a first mixture;

2) adding humectant, emulsifier, chelating agent, sodium chloride, and water into emulsifying pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 deg.C, homogenizing for 3min, and keeping the temperature for 20-25min to obtain a second mixture;

3) adding the first mixture into an emulsifying pot, and homogenizing for 2-10 min;

4) cooling to 70-75 deg.C, adding antiseptic, and stirring for 10-15 min;

5) cooling to 45-50 deg.C, adding skin conditioner, and stirring for 10-15min to obtain double-layer moisturizing essence.
