As can be seen from the moisturizing efficacy test data in table 1, the triple-layer essence with moisturizing and whitening effects prepared in example 3 has more excellent moisturizing efficacy than the products prepared in comparative example a, comparative example B, comparative example C, and comparative example D.
(II) whitening efficacy test
The procedure and results of the whitening efficacy test of example 3 and comparative examples a, B, C, D are as follows:
1. test products: example 3, comparative example a, comparative example B, comparative example C, comparative example D;
2. testing the population: 50 persons;
3. age: between 20-35 years old;
4. the test requirements are as follows: the test sample can be used regularly according to requirements in cooperation with a test, and any other whitening product cannot be used in the test period;
5. testing an instrument: multifunctional skin tester MPA6, germany CK company, Mexameter MX18 melanin and heme test probe;
6. the test method and the judgment standard are as follows: the designated part of the face of the subject is used as a test area. The 50 persons were divided into 5 groups corresponding to example 3 and comparative example a, comparative example B, comparative example C, and comparative example D, and the skin melanin content change was measured on day 1, day 7, day 14, and day 28 after the start of the experiment using MPA6 skin tester together with Mexameter MX18 melanin and heme test probes, and the average of 10 persons per group was counted for each test.

As can be seen from the skin melanin content change rate test data in table 2, the triple-layer essence with moisturizing and whitening effects prepared in example 3 has more excellent whitening effects than the products prepared in comparative examples a, B, C and D.
Therefore, as can be seen from the above two data tables, example 3 is superior to comparative example a, comparative example B, comparative example C, and comparative example D in both moisturizing performance and whitening effect. Although the body finally presented in comparative example C is also a three-layer essence, the appearance was not very good due to the poor aesthetic value of the layering ratio, too fast to be layered, and the appearance was not layered, as described above, the composition and content of example 3 were optimized.

4. The preparation method of the triple-layer essence with the dual effects of moisturizing and whitening according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the triple-layer essence comprises the following steps: it comprises the following steps:
step one, mixing the isohexadecane, isononyl isononanoate, polydimethylsiloxane and cetostearyl alcohol, heating, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture for later use;
step two, mixing the water, the glycerol, the hydroxyethyl cellulose, the sodium hyaluronate, the trehalose, the betaine, the nicotinamide, the tween 20 and the sodium chloride, heating, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture II for later use;
step three, adding the mixture I into the mixture II under a certain temperature condition, homogenizing, then stirring in vacuum, and cooling after stirring to obtain a mixture III;
and step four, adding the yeast extract, the vitamin C ethyl ether and the preservative into the mixture III, uniformly stirring, discharging and standing to obtain the three-layer essence with the double effects of moisturizing and whitening.

The preparation method of the triple-layer essence with the dual effects of moisturizing and whitening according to claim 4, characterized by comprising the following steps: in the first step, the isohexadecane, isononyl isononanoate, polydimethylsiloxane and cetostearyl alcohol are mixed, heated to 80-85 ℃, and uniformly stirred to obtain a first mixture for later use.

The preparation method of the triple-layer essence with the dual effects of moisturizing and whitening according to claim 4, characterized by comprising the following steps: in the second step, the water, the glycerol, the hydroxyethyl cellulose, the sodium hyaluronate, the trehalose, the betaine, the nicotinamide, the tween-20 and the sodium chloride are mixed, heated to 80-85 ℃, and stirred uniformly to obtain a second mixture for later use.

The preparation method of the triple-layer essence with the dual effects of moisturizing and whitening according to claim 4, characterized by comprising the following steps: and in the third step, the mixture I is added into the mixture II at the temperature of 80-85 ℃, high-speed homogenization is carried out for 5-15 min, then low-speed vacuum stirring is carried out for 12-20 min, and the temperature is reduced to 38-42 ℃ after the stirring is finished, so that a mixture III is obtained.
