3. The method of claim 1, wherein the thickener in step S2 comprises two or more of xanthan gum, VP/hexadecene copolymer, scleroglucan, pullulanase polysaccharide, carbomer, and ammonium polyacryloyldimethyltaurate.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the active extracts of step S3 include Isaria javanica extract 0.5-1.5%, algae extract (Nannochloropsis sp. extract) 0.5-1.5%, Clotrichia dioica/leaf/stem extract 0.1-1%, and Astragalus membranaceus root extract 0.5-2%.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier in step S3 comprises two or more of lecithin, cetearyl alcohol, glyceryl stearate, glyceryl oleate, cetyl alcohol, steareth-20, and polysorbate-40.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the skin-feel conditioning agent of step S3 comprises two or more of silica, nylon-12, potassium cocoyl hydrolyzed oat protein, methyl gluceth-20, and glycerin polyacrylate.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the immediate-effect firming agent in step S3 comprises 1-3% of divinyldimethicone/dimethicone crosspolymer and 1-2% of hydroxypropyl cyclodextrin.

10. The method of claim 1, wherein the preservatives of step S5 comprise two or more of caprylyl glycol, phenoxyethanol, propylparaben, methylparaben, p-hydroxyacetophenone, and ethylhexylglycerin.
11. The method for preparing an osmunda face tightening eye cream containing an apple cell extract as claimed in claim 1, wherein the surfactant in the step S3 includes one or more of PEG-75 stearate, ceteth-20, and PEG-10 dimethicone.
12. The method of claim 1, wherein the emollient of step S3 comprises two or more selected from squalane, dimethicone, polyglyceryl-3, cyclopentadimethicone, polysiloxane-11, isohexadecane, caprylic/capric triglyceride, glycerol tris (ethylhexanoate), and isononyl isononanoate.
13. The method according to claim 1, wherein the apple cell extract in step S5 is obtained by pre-soaking dried apple fruit cell culture powder in 75% ethanol at a liquid-to-solid ratio of 1:2 for 15min, and ultrasonically extracting at 25KHz and 300W for 2 times, 20min each time.
