图1是示出根据本发明的第一实施例的车辆用后座椅的图。图2和图3是用于说明图1所示的车辆用后座椅的驱动杆和连接杆的联动结构的图。图4和图5是用于说明图1所示的车辆用后座椅的操作状态的图。图6至图8是用于说明图1所示的车辆用后座椅的图。图9至图11是示出根据本发明的第二实施例的车辆用后座椅的图。图12至图14是示出根据本发明的第二实施例的车辆用后座椅的图。
如图1所示,根据本发明的车辆用后座椅包括:靠背框架200,通过倾斜器R可旋转地连接到座椅支架100;以及垫框架300,可旋转地安装在座椅支架100,并且与靠背框架200的倾斜操作联动,以在靠背框架200向后倾斜时通过靠背框架200向前旋转移动。
如上所述,在本发明中,靠背框架200通过倾斜器R向前后方向可旋转地连接到座椅支架100,并且垫框架300安装在座椅支架100以向前后方向旋转并且在向前后方向旋转时进行升降。在此,座椅支架100被安装成可沿导轨G移动以使座椅能够向前后方向移动。
尤其,垫框架300被构造成与靠背框架200的倾斜操作联动。即,当靠背框架200向后倾斜时,垫框架300通过靠背框架200向前旋转移动,从而使得坐在座椅上的乘客处于倚靠并躺在座椅上的姿势,从而减轻疲劳。
对上述的本发明进行详细说明,如图2和图3所示,在靠背框架200的下端部设置有向下延伸并与靠背框架200一起旋转的驱动杆210,在垫框架300的后端部设置有向上延伸并与驱动杆210匹配的连接杆310,从而连接杆310被在靠背框架200的向后倾斜操作时旋转的驱动杆210推动,使得垫框架300向前旋转移动。
在此,驱动杆210一体地结合到靠背框架200的下端部,因此具有与靠背框架200相同的旋转路径,连接杆310一体地结合到垫框架300的后端部,因此具有与垫框架300相同的旋转路径。因此可以具有当靠背框架200旋转时驱动杆210推动连接杆310以使垫框架300与靠背框架200联动而旋转移动的操作关系。
具体地,如图3所示,驱动杆210设置在连接杆310的后方,在驱动杆210形成有从前端向后凹陷的连接槽211,并且在连接杆310设置有插入到连接槽211中的连接销311。
如上所述,由于驱动杆210设置在连接杆310的后方,因此在靠背框架200向后倾斜时,驱动杆210的下端部向前旋转,并且向前推动连接杆310,从而垫框架300可以向前移动。另外,当靠背框架200向前旋转并折叠时,驱动杆210向后旋转并与连接杆310间隔开,从而可以保持垫框架300的位置。因此,即使靠背框架200向垫框架300侧折叠,由于垫框架300的位置没有改变,因此容易连接到后备箱内的行李板。
另一方面,由于被构造成使得连接杆310的连接销311插入驱动杆210的连接槽211中,因此可以平稳地保持驱动杆210和连接杆310的接触状态,从而可以稳定地执行驱动杆210和连接杆310之间的联动。
另一方面,如图1、图4和图5所示,车辆用后座椅可以进一步包括:第一旋转连杆410,可旋转地连接到垫框架300的后端部和座椅支架100的后端部;以及第二旋转连杆420,可旋转地连接到垫框架300的前端部和座椅支架100的前端部。在此,每个连杆可以通过铰链结构可旋转地连接以彼此可旋转地组装。
第一旋转连杆410和第二旋转连杆420可以以各种实施方式应用。
作为一个实施例,第一旋转连杆410可以形成为直杆形状,第一旋转连杆410的一端可旋转地连接到垫框架300的后端部,另一端可旋转地连接到座椅支架100的后端部,第二旋转连杆420可以形成为直杆形状,第二旋转连杆420的一端可旋转地连接到垫框架300的前端部,另一端可旋转地连接到座椅支架100的前端部。
另外,第一旋转连杆410和第二旋转连杆420在初始位置处于平躺的状态,当向前旋转而转换为竖立时,垫框架300执行向前旋转并移动的同时上升的操作。
如上所述,垫框架300和座椅支架100可以通过第一旋转连杆410和第二旋转连杆420可旋转地连接,因此,垫框架300可以由座椅支架100支撑,并且垫框架300可以通过第一旋转连杆410和第二旋转连杆420的旋转而旋转移动,以从座椅支架100向前上升。
在此,第一旋转连杆410的长度形成为比第二旋转连杆420的长度短,因此,当垫框架300旋转移动时,垫框架300的前端部比后端部上升得更高。因此,当在靠背框架200向后倾斜的同时垫框架300旋转移动时,垫框架300的前端部比后端部上升得更高,因此乘客的膝关节侧上升,从而可以为乘客提供舒适的乘坐感。
应用根据一个实施例的第一旋转连杆410和第二旋转连杆420的垫框架300可能需要用于固定垫框架300的位置的固定装置。
如图6和图7所示,作为固定装置,车辆用后座椅可以进一步包括:锁定杆510,在座椅支架100沿前后方向延伸;锁定滑动件520,可移动地设置在锁定杆510,并且位置选择性地固定在锁定杆510;以及连接连杆530,可旋转地连接到锁定滑动件520和垫框架300,以与锁定滑动件520一起固定垫框架300的位置。
在此,锁定杆510可以形成为直线延伸的杆形状以连接座椅支架100的前端部和后端部,并且可以通过设置在座椅支架100的单独的支架B安装。锁定滑动件520可移动地设置在所述锁定杆510。锁定滑动件520可以通过连接连杆530可旋转地连接到垫框架300,并且当锁定滑动件520的位置固定在锁定杆510时,垫框架300的旋转移动被限制,从而固定垫框架300的位置。
连接到锁定滑动件520和垫框架300的前端部的连接连杆530由以多个连杆彼此可旋转地连接的多节连杆构成,从而锁定滑动件520可以随着垫框架300的旋转移动而平稳地移动。
如上所述,可以设置包括锁定杆510、锁定滑动件520和连接连杆530的固定装置以固定座椅框架的旋转位置。
具体地,如图8所示,锁定滑动件520包括:锁定壳体521,被形成为包裹锁定杆510;以及锁定弹性部522,设置在锁定壳体521内部并被形成为包裹锁定杆510,并且被构造成在宽度方向上可弹性变形,从而通过包裹并锁紧锁定杆510来固定位置,并且锁定弹性部522与操作线缆C连接,当通过操作线缆C施加拉力时,发生变形以增加宽度方向上的长度,从而锁定弹性部522从锁定杆510脱离。
锁定壳体521设置有用于包裹锁定杆510的内部空间,并且被构造成锁定弹性部522在锁定壳体521内部与锁定壳体521一起移动,通过包裹并锁紧锁定杆510来固定位置,或者通过弹性变形从锁定杆510脱离。在此,可以连接操作线缆C以用于锁定弹性部522的选择性变形,并且可以将操作线缆C连接到倾斜器R以与倾斜器R联动。即,如图6所示,可以被构造成当操作单独的杆L时,倾斜器R的锁定被释放的同时拉力被施加到操作线缆C。
通过操作线缆C在宽度方向上弹性变形的锁定弹性部522可以由螺旋弹簧构成,螺旋弹簧的一端连接到锁定壳体521,另一端连接到操作线缆C,从而宽度方向上的长度可以根据是否施加操作线缆C的拉力而改变。即,当未通过线缆施加拉力时,锁定弹性部522弹性变形以收缩并包裹锁定杆510,从而在锁定杆510上的位置被固定,当通过线缆施加拉力时,锁定弹性部弹性变形以增加宽度方向上的长度,并且从锁定杆510脱离,从而变为可移动的状态。因此,锁定滑动件520可以在锁定杆510上选择性地移动后位置被固定,从而能够固定通过连接连杆530与锁定滑动件520连接的垫框架300的位置。
另一方面,如图4所示,车辆用后座椅可以进一步包括复位弹性部600,复位弹性部600连接到座椅支架100和垫框架300并提供弹性力,以使垫框架300向后旋转移动。所述复位弹性部600用于使垫框架300恢复到初始位置,并且在连接到座椅支架100和垫框架300的状态下提供弹性,以使垫框架300向后移动。
具体地,复位弹性部600可以由螺旋弹簧构成,螺旋弹簧的一端连接到座椅支架100,另一端连接到第二旋转连杆420,并且可以提供弹性力,以使第二旋转连杆420向后旋转。如上所述,复位弹性部600由螺旋弹簧构成,并且在连接到座椅支架100和第二旋转连杆420的状态下提供弹性力以使第二旋转连杆420向后旋转,从而使垫框架300恢复到初始位置。复位弹性部600可以由多个组成,复位弹性部600不仅可以应用在一对第二旋转连杆420,而且还可以应用在其他位置,从而可以施加垫框架300的复位力。
另一方面,如图3所示,止动件110可以形成在座椅支架100的后端部,当垫框架300处于未旋转的初始位置时,止动件110接触垫框架300的后端部,以限制垫框架300的移动。
如上所述,止动件110形成在座椅支架100的后端部,从而使得垫框架300准确地位于初始位置,并且当垫框架300旋转移动而恢复到原位置时,进行限制以防止垫框架300过度地向后移动。所述止动件110可以以包裹垫框架300的后端部的一部分的形式弯曲形成,从而可以稳定地安置垫框架300的后端部。
另一方面,作为旋转连杆的另一实施例,如图9所示,第二旋转连杆420可以由以多个连杆彼此可旋转地连接的多节连杆构成,第二旋转连杆420的整体长度可以形成为比第一旋转连杆410的长度长。如上所述,由于第二旋转连杆420由以多个连杆形成的多节连杆构成,在旋转时通过折叠或展开的操作可以改变长度,并且由于第二旋转连杆420的长度比第一旋转连杆410的长度长,因此当垫框架300旋转移动时,可以使垫框架300的前端部比后端部上升得更高。
此外,由于可以单独执行使垫框架300的前端部上升的操作,因此可以提供乘客所需的各种姿势。
如图10所示,在第二旋转连杆420被折叠的垫框架300的初始位置,如图11所示,当乘客通过操作杆来释放固定装置的锁定后仅使垫框架300的前端部上升时,第一旋转连杆410保持未旋转状态,并且第二旋转连杆420被展开,从而可以仅使垫框架300的前端部上升。
因此,不仅可以实现仅使垫框架300的前端部上升的放松模式,而且还可以实现通过使靠背框架20倾斜来使整个垫框架300上升的附加的放松模式。
上述示例可以对应于乘客操作杆L的手动操作模式。
另一方面,如图12所示,车辆用后座椅可以进一步包括驱动部700,驱动部700连接到垫框架300的前端部和座椅支架100,并且在操作时前后方向上的长度改变以使垫框架300的前端部上升。
驱动部700可以通过乘客的开关操作来运转,并且在运转时长度增加,使得垫框架300在座椅支架100上旋转移动。这可以对应于用于使座椅的姿势模式自动化的自动操作模式。
具体地,驱动部700可以包括:电机部710,安装在垫框架300的前端部,并且在运转时传递旋转力;以及螺杆部720,从电机部710向后延伸并可旋转地连接到座椅支架100,并且在电机运转时长度改变。
在此,电机部710可以由可正向旋转和逆向旋转的电机构成,螺杆被构造成在电机运转时长度增加。由于螺杆从安装在垫框架300的前端部的电机部710向后延伸并且可旋转地连接到座椅支架100,因此当长度增加时,螺杆可以与电机一起推动垫框架300的前端部,使得垫框架300通过第二旋转连杆420上升。
因此,如图13所示,在第二旋转连杆420被折叠的垫框架300的初始位置,如图14所示,当乘客通过操作开关来驱动电机部710时,螺杆720的长度增加,第一旋转连杆410保持未旋转状态,并且第二旋转连杆420展开,从而使垫框架300的前端部上升。
因此,不仅可以实现仅使垫框架300的前端部上升的放松模式,而且还可以实现通过使靠背框架20倾斜来使整个垫框架300上升的附加的放松模式。
根据由如上所述的结构构成的车辆用的后座椅,在座椅靠背的倾斜操作时,座椅垫与座椅靠背联动而座椅垫的角度被调节,从而提供减轻乘客的疲劳的最佳姿势,并且在座椅靠背的折叠操作时,座椅垫不联动,因此容易连接到后备箱的空间。
尽管对本发明的特定实施例进行图示并说明,但是对于本领域技术人员显而易见的是,在不脱离权利要求书中的本发明的技术思想的范围内,可以对本发明进行各种修改和改变。

Claims (16)

1.一种车辆用后座椅,包括:
靠背框架,通过倾斜器可旋转地连接到座椅支架;以及
垫框架,可旋转地安装在座椅支架,并且与靠背框架的倾斜操作联动,以在靠背框架向后倾斜时,通过靠背框架向前旋转移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,
在靠背框架的下端部设置有向下延伸并与靠背框架一起旋转的驱动杆,在座椅框架的后端部设置有向上延伸并与驱动杆匹配的连接杆,从而连接杆被在靠背框架的向后倾斜操作时旋转的驱动杆推动,使得垫框架向前旋转移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,
驱动杆设置在连接杆的后方,在驱动杆形成有从前端向后凹陷的连接槽,并且在连接杆设置有插入到连接槽的连接销。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,进一步包括:
第一旋转连杆,可旋转地连接到垫框架的后端部和座椅支架的后端部;以及
第二旋转连杆,可旋转地连接到垫框架的前端部和座椅支架的前端部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,
第一旋转连杆的长度形成为比第二旋转连杆的长度短。
6.根据权利要求4所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,
第一旋转连杆和第二旋转连杆在初始位置处于平躺的状态,并且当向前旋转而转换为竖立时,垫框架向前方上侧移动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,进一步包括:
锁定杆,在座椅支架沿前后方向延伸;
锁定滑动件,可移动地设置在锁定杆,并且位置选择性地固定在锁定杆;以及
连接连杆,可旋转地连接到锁定滑动件和垫框架,以与锁定滑动件一起固定垫框架的位置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,
锁定滑动件包括:
锁定壳体,被形成为包裹锁定杆;以及
锁定弹性部,设置在锁定壳体内部并被形成为包裹锁定杆,并且被构造成在宽度方向上可弹性变形,从而通过包裹并锁紧锁定杆来固定位置,并且所述锁定弹性部与操作线缆连接,当通过操作线缆施加拉力时,发生变形以增加宽度方向上的长度,从而所述锁定弹性部从锁定杆脱离。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,
锁定弹性部由螺旋弹簧构成,所述螺旋弹簧的一端连接到锁定壳体,另一端连接到操作线缆,并且锁定杆穿过所述螺旋弹簧的内侧。
10.根据权利要求7所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,
连接连杆由以多个连杆彼此可旋转地连接的多节连杆构成,并且连接到锁定滑动件和垫框架的前端部。
11.根据权利要求4所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,进一步包括:
复位弹性部,连接到座椅支架和垫框架并提供弹性力,以使垫框架向后旋转移动。
12.根据权利要求11所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,
复位弹性部由螺旋弹簧构成,所述螺旋弹簧的一端连接到座椅支架,另一端连接到第二旋转连杆,并且提供弹性力,以使第二旋转连杆向后旋转。
13.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,
止动件形成在座椅支架的后端部,在垫框架处于未旋转的初始位置时,所述止动件接触垫框架的后端部,以限制垫框架的移动。
14.根据权利要求4所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,
第二旋转连杆由以多个连杆彼此可旋转地连接的多节连杆构成,并且所述第二旋转连杆整体长度形成为比第一旋转连杆的长度长。
15.根据权利要求4所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,进一步包括:
驱动部,连接到垫框架的前端部和座椅支架,并且在操作时前后方向上的长度改变,以使垫框架的前端部上升。
16.根据权利要求14所述的车辆用后座椅,其特征在于,
驱动部包括:
电机部,安装在垫框架的前端部,并且在运转时传递旋转力;以及
螺杆部,从电机部向后延伸并可旋转地连接到座椅支架,并且在电机运转时长度改变。
