Abstract

一种金属极板辊压专用机,属于金属极板制造技术领域,特征是;机体为一中间制有圆形通孔的方形体,上、下压辊安装在圆形通孔内,上、下压辊通过轴承座安装在上、下扇形的旋转体的凹槽内,分别与上、下旋转块连接,上、下旋转块对称布置,分别通过连杆机构与上、下伺服电动缸相连接,进而对上、下压辊进行微调;圆形通孔内表面上安装有四块完全一样的弧形板,用于对上、下旋转块的定位;主传动由伺服电机通过安全联轴器、减速箱、十字联轴器带动下压辊转动。优点是克服了现有技术中存在的缺点,可连续加工生产、成本较低、产品质量良好。

技术领域
本发明属于金属极板制造技术领域,具体涉及一种金属极板辊压专用机。
技术背景
目前,超薄金属极板在燃料电池中已应用,而超薄金属极板批量加工方式还是传统冲压加工,冲压加工不仅需要特殊的装夹模具,而且在每次加工完成之后还需要再重新装夹下一块金属板料,这样既会增加生产成本也会导致不能连续生产,降低生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种金属极板辊压专用机,可有效地克服现有技术存在的缺点。
本发明是这样实施的,如图1所示,其特征是:箱体1为一方形体,其正面上加工有一圆形通孔2,箱体1的上、下端制有横向贯通的上、下凸台3、3',箱体1的左、右侧面中部位分别制有进、出料口4、4',上、下部位分别制有上、下固定螺钉的孔5、5';上、下凸台3、3'的正面上制有上左、上右悬臂梁7、7'和下左、下右悬臂梁8、8',各悬臂梁上分别套装有上左、上右弹簧体9、9'和下左、下右弹簧体10、10'端部的圆孔;主传动装置包括有伺服电机11通过安全联轴器12、减速箱13、传动轴14、十字联轴器15及花键套16与下压辊17'轴端的下同步齿轮18'连接;与主传动装置连接的压下调整结构均安装在箱体1上的圆形通孔2内;如图2、3所示:上压辊17远离伺服电机的一侧轴颈上、下压辊17'靠近服电机的一侧轴颈上分别安装有前、后轴承19、19',前、后轴承19、19'通过与其对应的前、后轴承座20、20'及前、后轴承座固定板21、21'连接安装在上、下旋转块22、22'的凹槽内,凹槽底部安放有压力传感器;扇形的上、下旋转块22、22'安装调整结构,上、下及左、右对称,结构相同。为方便描述,以上部为例,进行结构描述:上旋转块22圆弧顶端上制有上支座环25,其中心制有销轴孔26,通过销轴27与上连杆28相铰接,上连杆28的另一端与支撑在上旋转套筒29上的上伺服电动缸30连接;上伺服电动缸30通过上旋转套筒29安装在上支撑座35内,上支撑座固定安装在箱体1的台阶上;在上旋转块22的正面上分别制有上左、上右旋转块支撑梁23、23',上左、上右弹簧体9、9'下端的圆孔分别套装在上左、上右旋转块支撑梁23、23'上;在上、下旋转块22、22'之间的箱体圆形通孔的表面上的上左及上右部位上分别通过固定螺钉33安装有上左、上右弧形板31、31';用于调节弧形板位置的上调节螺柱34安装在箱体1上调节螺柱孔6内,上调节螺柱34顶端部的螺纹与上左、上右形板的侧边的螺纹相啮合,转动螺柱带动弧形板位移,螺柱另一端部通过弹簧顶住,箱体1的上端面中部开设有供上支座环25通过且可供上支座环25摆动的孔道。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提出的金属极板辊压专用机,不仅可以解决冲压成形过程中生产成本和生产效率,而且还可以解决新兴辊压成形精度低,调节范围太小,达不到微辊成形精度要求,此设备成本低,能批量生产,装辊换辊方便,生产一系列产品只需要几种特定模型的压辊即可批量生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本发明是这样实现的,如图1、2所示,本发明主传动是由伺服电机11通过安全联轴器12、减速箱13、传动轴14、花键套15带动下、上同步齿轮18、18'及上、下压辊17、17'转动,进而实施对金属极板的压轧加工生产;对上、下压辊进行径向微调是由上、下伺服电动缸30、30'通过上、下连杆28、28'及与其相铰接的上、下旋转块22、22'带动上、下压辊17、17'微量转动,实现上、下压辊的径向微调;在箱体1正面开设的圆形通孔内表面上安装上左、上右、下左、下右四个弧形板31、31'、32、32'是通过固定螺栓33固定连接在箱体上的圆形通孔内表面上的,并通过调节螺柱34与弧形板的螺纹啮合实现弧形板位置的调节,弧形板的作用是限制上、下旋转块转动;上左、上右及下左、下右四个弹簧体是起支撑上、下旋转块的作用。

Claims (1)

1.一种金属极板辊压专用机,其特征是:箱体(1)为一方形体,其正面上加工有一圆形通孔(2),箱体(1)的上、下端制有横向贯通的上、下凸台(3、3'),箱体(1)的左、右侧面中部位分别制有进料口(4)和出料口(4'),上、下部位分别制有上、下固定螺钉孔(5、5');上、下凸台(3、3')的正面上制有上左悬臂梁(7)、上右悬臂梁(7')和下左悬臂梁(8)、下右悬臂梁(8'),各悬臂梁上分别套装有上左、上右、下左、下右弹簧体(9、9'、10、10')端部的圆孔;主传动装置包括有伺服电机(11)通过安全联轴器(12)、减速箱(13)、传动轴(14)、十字联轴器(15)及花键套(16)与下压辊轴端的下同步齿轮(18')连接,与主传动装置连接的压下调整结构均安装在箱体(1)上的圆形通孔(2)内;上压辊(17)远离伺服电机的一侧轴颈上、下压辊靠近伺服电机的一侧轴颈上分别安装有前、后轴承(19、19'),前、后轴承(19、19')通过与其对应的前、后轴承座(20、20')及前、后轴承座固定板(21、21')连接安装在上、下旋转块(22、22')的凹槽内,凹槽底部安放有压力传感器;扇形的上、下旋转块(22、22')安装调整结构上、下及左、右对称,结构相同;以上部进行结构描述:上旋转块(22)圆弧顶端上制有上支座环(25),上支座环(25)中心制有销轴孔(26),通过销轴(27)与上连杆(28)相铰接,上连杆(28)的另一端与支撑在上旋转套筒(29)上的上伺服电动缸(30)连接;上服电动缸(30)通过上旋转套简(29)安装在上支撑座(35)内,上支撑座固定安装在箱体(1)的台阶上;在上旋转块(22)的正面上分别制有上左、上右旋转块支撑梁(23、23'),上左、上右弹簧体(9、9')下端的圆孔分别套装在上左、上右旋转块支撑梁(23、23')上;在上、下旋转块(22、22')之间的箱体圆形通孔的表面上的上左及上右部位上分别通过固定螺钉(33)安装有上左、上右弧形板(31、31');用于调节弧形板位置的上调节螺柱(34)安装在箱体(1)上调节螺柱孔(6)内,上调节螺柱(34)顶端部的螺纹与上左、上右弧形板的侧边的螺纹相啮合,转动螺柱带动弧形板位移,螺柱另一端部通过弹簧顶住,箱体(1)的上端面中部开设有供上支座环(25)通过且可供上支座环(25)摆动的孔道。
