目前存在几种可用的防腐/抗菌体系。这些体系的例子通常包括可用于对抗革兰氏阳性菌的对羟基苯甲酸酯(如对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸苄酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯等)、可用于对抗霉菌的异丙炔丁基氨甲酸酯(IPBC)、可用于对抗革兰氏阴性菌的咪唑烷基脲、可用于完全对抗革兰氏阴性菌的甲基异噻唑啉酮(MIT)、可用于对抗霉菌的氯苯甘醚、可用于对抗革兰氏阳性菌、酵母菌和霉菌的苯甲酸、可用于对抗革兰氏阴性菌的辛甘醇。虽然这些体系可用于抑制各种类型的微生物的生长，但是几种体系存在从毒性到难以使用它们来配制组合物等的缺点。
化学防腐剂一个潜在的替代方案是使用天然成分。然而，这种成分可能昂贵、不是同样有效和在以有效剂量使用时实际上可能对皮肤有腐蚀性或刺激性。燕窝酸也被称为唾液酸，唾液酸可以阻止病菌入侵，对细胞具有保护与稳定作用。在制剂中需要另外的防腐剂或抗菌剂以有效抑制微生物生长。对羟基苯乙酮、山梨坦辛酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯以及1，2-辛甘醇各自具有一定防腐能力，但比较弱。
通常情况下，为了产生广谱防腐或抗菌体系，必须将几种不同类型的防腐剂组合。这增加了防腐组合物的费用，向制剂添加了另外的成分，并可能潜在地影响制剂的稳定性。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供一种防腐组合物及其制备方法。
一种防腐组合物，其特征在于，所述防腐组合物包括：
对羟基苯乙酮、山梨坦辛酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、1，2-辛甘醇和防腐酸。
进一步地，
所述防腐酸为燕窝酸、茴香酸、柠檬酸中的一种或多种酸。
进一步地，
所述对羟基苯乙酮质量占所述防腐组合物的0.3％；
所述山梨坦辛酸酯质量占所述防腐组合物的0.5％；
所述生育酚乙酸酯质量占所述防腐组合物的0.5％；
所述1，2辛甘醇的质量占所述防腐组合物的3％。
进一步地，
所述防腐酸质量占所述防腐组合物的0.2％-3％。
进一步地，
所述防腐组合物的溶剂为水。
进一步地，
所述防腐组合物被包含在化妆品制剂或药物制剂中。
进一步地，
所述化妆品制剂或药物制剂为乳液、溶液或软膏。
进一步地，
所述防腐组合物用于消毒制剂或清洁制剂中。
本发明还提供，
一种防腐组合物的制备方法，所述制备方法为：称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和0.2％-3％的防腐酸与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
本发明的防腐组合物含有对羟基苯乙酮、山梨坦辛酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、1，2-辛甘醇和防腐酸，能够有效抑制微生物的增殖和生长，有明显的防腐作用，可作为防腐、制药等领域方面的重要原料。本发明的其它特征和优点将在随后的说明书中阐述，并且，部分地从说明书中变得显而易见，或者通过实施本发明而了解。本发明的目的和其他优点可通过在说明书、权利要求书以及附图中所指出的结构来实现和获得。

本发明提供了一种防腐组合物及其制备方法，
一种防腐组合物，所述防腐组合物包括：
对羟基苯乙酮、山梨坦辛酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、1，2-辛甘醇和防腐酸。
具体地，
对羟基苯乙酮，是一种天然植物的提取物，常见于菊科植物。天然存在于菊科植物滨蒿的茎、叶，茵陈蒿、萝藦科植物人参娃儿藤等植物的根中。属于防腐物质，具有抗炎杀菌，抗氧化、舒缓的功效。
山梨坦辛酸酯，是一种新型防腐增效剂，防腐抑菌效果可与苯甲醇和苯氧乙醇等活性剂相媲美。由于它的增效作用，可以降低成品配方中芳香醇的用量。它完全采用可再生天然原料生产，具有良好的生物降解性。由于其未被列入防腐剂列表，因此可与其他未在列表中的活性物质配合使用，应用于各种不含防腐剂的体系。山梨坦辛酸酯还具有如下优点：
1)它能够在提高配方滋润效果的同时又具有柔滑的肤感，保湿效果明显。加入在某些膏霜体系中，能解决膏霜吸收慢、发黏及涂白等肤感上的缺点。
2)增效传统防腐剂，山梨醇辛酸酷能增效传统的防腐剂如苯氧乙醇、甲基异嗟唑啉酮或尼泊金甲酷等，从而减少化妆品中这些物质的用量
3)稳定性，山梨坦辛酸酷不受温度和时间影响，与大部分的常用化妆品原料相容。
生育酚乙酸酯，维生素E在机体新陈代谢过程中有防止细胞膜和细胞内不饱和脂肪酸等易氧化物被氧化，从而保护细胞膜的完整进而防止衰老的作用，能保持生殖器官的正常功能。
1，2-辛甘醇，既是一款良好的保湿剂，又具有抑菌功能，为皮肤调节剂，能够起到保湿、柔润作用，并达到温和防腐的效果，故常作为溶剂或添加剂出现在化妆品中。
进一步地，
所述防腐酸为燕窝酸、茴香酸、柠檬酸中的一种或多种酸。
茴香酸，化学名4-甲氧基苯甲酸，是合成香料的主要原料。同时也是防腐、制药等领域方面的重要原料
柠檬酸，是一种天然防腐剂。由于柠檬酸可降低饲料的pH，有害微生物的增殖及毒素的产生受到抑制，有明显的防霉作用。作抗氧化剂的增效剂，将柠檬酸与抗氧化剂混合使用，可提高抗氧化效果，阻止或延缓饲料氧化。
燕窝酸，也被称为唾液酸，唾液酸可以阻止病菌入侵，对细胞具有保护与稳定作用。在制剂中需要另外的防腐剂或抗菌剂以有效抑制微生物生长。

所述山梨坦辛酸酯质量占所述防腐组合物的0.5％；
所述生育酚乙酸酯质量占所述防腐组合物的0.5％；
所述1，2辛甘醇的质量占所述防腐组合物的3％。

所述防腐酸质量占所述防腐组合物的0.2％-3％。

所述防腐组合物的溶剂为水。

所述防腐组合物被包含在化妆品制剂或药物制剂中。

一种防腐组合物的制备方法，所述制备方法为：称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和0.2％-3％的防腐酸与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
本发明提供12种具体防腐组合物实施例。
实施例1：防腐组合物的制备
称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和1％的燕窝酸与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
实施例2：防腐组合物的制备
称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和1％的茴香酸与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
实施例3：防腐组合物的制备
称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和1％的柠檬酸与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
实施例4：防腐组合物的制备
称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和1％质量比为1:1:1的燕窝酸、茴香酸和柠檬酸混合物与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
实施例5：防腐组合物的制备
称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和0.2％的燕窝酸与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
实施例6：防腐组合物的制备
称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和0.2％的茴香酸与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。

实施例8：防腐组合物的制备
称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和0.2％质量比为1:1:1的燕窝酸、茴香酸和柠檬酸混合物与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
实施例9：防腐组合物的制备
称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和3％的燕窝酸与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
实施例10：防腐组合物的制备
称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和3％的茴香酸与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
实施例11：防腐组合物的制备
称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和3％的柠檬酸与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
实施例12：防腐组合物的制备
称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和3％质量比为1:1:1的燕窝酸、茴香酸和柠檬酸混合物与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
抑菌能力检测：
选取上述实施例1-4中的防腐组合物进行抑菌能力检测实验，采用生理盐水作为对照组。抑菌能力检测步骤为：
(1)将培养基和生理盐水以及需要的一些仪器进行高温灭菌；
(2)上述实施例1-4中配制好的的防腐组合物以及生理盐水接种大肠杆菌在恒温箱中培养两天；
(3)将培养好的大肠杆菌及防腐组合物进行梯度稀释然后涂布到LB培养基中；
(4)将上述涂布好的LB培养基置于37℃恒温箱中培养两天观察大肠杆菌的生长情况；
(5)两天后取出LB培养基，根据菌落数分析实验组防腐组合物以及对照组生理盐水的抑菌能力。
如图1-5所示，结果表明，对照组图5长满了菌落，但实验组图1-4都无任何菌落，说明实施例1-4中所配制的防腐组合物有很好的抑菌能力。
尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解：其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改，或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换；而这些修改或者替换，并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种防腐组合物，其特征在于，
所述防腐组合物由对羟基苯乙酮、山梨坦辛酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、1，2-辛甘醇、防腐酸和溶剂水组成；
所述对羟基苯乙酮质量占所述防腐组合物的0.3％；
所述山梨坦辛酸酯质量占所述防腐组合物的0.5％；
所述生育酚乙酸酯质量占所述防腐组合物的0.5％；
所述1，2-辛甘醇的质量占所述防腐组合物的3％；
所述防腐酸质量占所述防腐组合物的0.2％-3％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐组合物，其特征在于，
所述防腐酸为燕窝酸、茴香酸、柠檬酸中的一种或多种酸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防腐组合物，其特征在于，
所述防腐组合物被包含在化妆品制剂或药物制剂中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防腐组合物，其特征在于，
所述化妆品制剂或药物制剂为乳液、溶液或软膏。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的防腐组合物，其特征在于，
所述防腐组合物用于消毒制剂或清洁制剂中。
6.一种根据权利要求1或2所述的防腐组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，
所述防腐组合物的制备方法为：称取质量比为0.3％对羟基苯乙酮、0.5％山梨坦辛酸酯、0.5％生育酚乙酸酯、3％的1，2-辛甘醇和0.2％-3％的防腐酸与溶剂水混合，水浴加热，水温70℃，然后用均质机搅拌制得100g的防腐组合物。
