Abstract
本发明提供了一种天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液,属于化妆品技术领域,包括以下重量百分数的组分:植物提取物5%~10%、乳化剂5%~10%、助乳化剂7%~14%和余量水;其中所述植物提取物包括丁香花蕾油、金银花精油、厚朴树皮提取物、小决明提取物、蒲公英提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、柑橘果皮提取物和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液。本发明通过将以上天然植物成分复配,得到天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液,安全无皮肤刺激,稳定性高,尤其对敏感肌肤和痘痘肌肤有非常好的效果。由于上述成分中含有的天然护肤养肤成分,因此添加到化妆品中还有具有护肤功效。

技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液及其制备方法。
背景技术
化妆品中含有较多利于微生物生长的营养物质,容易滋生细菌。消费者的使用过程中,不可避免地接触空气和皮肤来源的微生物,容易影响和改变产品的质量,甚至可能由于病原性微生物的次级代谢产物还会导致各种人体危害。化妆品中通常需要添加防腐剂,而化妆品中添加合成防腐剂产生越来越多的皮肤问题。天然植物防腐功效的防腐剂成为关注的热点。
CN 104983589 B一种天然植物防腐、抑菌液的自 微乳化液及其制备方法。所述自微乳化液包括以 下组分制成:植物提取物、乳化剂、助乳化剂和纯 水。但其抑菌效果并不理想。CN 116019728 A公开了一种化妆品复配防腐体系及 其制备方法和应用,涉及的是防腐剂的技术领 域。其制备原料包括:天然抑菌剂、防腐增效剂、 水,其中天然抑菌剂为多种植物提取物的组合,气味不浓郁。但其稳定性较差。
因此,需要一种安全无皮肤刺激,稳定性高的防腐产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液,安全无皮肤刺激,稳定性高,具有护肤功效,适合痘肌和敏感肌肤使用。
为了实现上述目的本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液,包括以下重量百分数的组分:植物提取物5%~10%、乳化剂5%~10%、助乳化剂7%~14%和余量为水;其中所述植物提取物包括丁香花蕾油、金银花精油、厚朴树皮提取物、小决明提取物、蒲公英提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、柑橘果皮提取物和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液。
丁香花蕾油,CAS No.:8000-34-8,主要成分是丁香酚,丁香酚具有很强的杀菌能力和防腐作用。购自江西亿森源植物香料有限公司。
金银花精油CAS号8023-93-6,含绿原酸的生物活性,能促进人体新陈代谢,具有抑菌、抗炎等作用。购自广州宝仪生物科技有限公司。
厚朴(MAGNOLIA OFFICINALIS)树皮提取物,含有厚朴总酚,厚朴总酚抗菌谱较广,而且抗菌性稳定,不易受热、酸、碱的破坏。厚朴皮中的有效成分厚朴总酚对变异链球菌有很强的抑制作用;对金黄色葡萄球菌有较好抑菌效果。厚朴总酚对引起痤疮的2种细菌痤疮丙酸杆菌和颗粒丙酸杆菌有较强的抑制作用,可以用来治疗局部皮肤炎症。购自广州睿冉生物科技有限公司。
小决明(CASSIA TORA)提取物,对白色念珠菌、黑曲菌、须发毛菌、啤酒菌具有很好的抑菌能力。购自广州宝仪生物科技有限公司。
蒲公英(TARAXACUM MONGOLICUM)提取物,有很好的杀菌和抑菌作用,具有抗炎性、对雄激素分泌的抑制,可用于预防皮肤炎症;同时能促进芽细胞等的生长,消除自由基,具有抗氧化,减缓衰老作用。购自南京泽朗生物科技有限公司。
葡萄柚(CITRUS PARADISI)籽提取物,CAS No.90045-43-5,主要成分为糖类、脂肪酸和类黄酮化合物等。抗菌谱广,仅需微量即有抑菌效果。购自广州宝仪生物科技有限公司。
柑橘(CITRUS RETICULATA)果皮提取物,含有一定量的水份、油脂、纤维素、矿物质等常规成分外,还含有类黄酮类、类胡萝卜素等生理活性成分。在桔皮的抗氧化过程中起主要作用的因子是黄酮类化合物、橙皮甙,黄酮类化合物具有很强的清除自由基的能力,黄酮类化合物可螯合金属离子而抑制自由基引发剂的产生,同时保护和还原体内的抗氧化剂,如使VE,VC活性增强。柑桔中的类黄酮对于常见的细菌,霉菌均有一定的抑制作用。橙皮甙还具有较强的抗炎活性。购自广州宝仪生物科技有限公司。
乳酸杆菌/绿豆(PHASEOLUS RADIATUS)籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液,由乳酸杆菌、绿豆、谷氨酸钠发酵出来的滤液,对敏感型肌肤具有显著的舒缓效果,能促进胶原蛋白的合成,促进成纤细胞增殖,增强皮肤屏障功能。具有调节皮肤油脂组成的作用,还有很好的保湿效果。购自广州正素生物有限公司。
本发明通过将以上天然植物成分复配,得到天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液,安全无皮肤刺激,稳定性高,由于上述成分中含有的天然护肤养肤成分,因此添加到化妆品中还有具有护肤功效。
为了提高自微乳化液的抗菌性,更进一步地,所述植物提取物包括以下重量份数的组分,丁香花蕾油1.1~2.3份、金银花精油0.4~0.8份、厚朴树皮提取物0.5~1.4份、小决明提取物0.8~1.6份、蒲公英提取物1.5~2.6份、葡萄柚籽提取物0.7~1.5份、柑橘果皮提取物0.4~1.2份和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液3.4~4.5份。
进一步地,所述植物提取物包括以下重量份数的组分,丁香花蕾油1.7份、金银花精油0.6份、厚朴树皮提取物0.9份、小决明提取物1.4份、蒲公英提取物2.2份、葡萄柚籽提取物1份、柑橘果皮提取物0.8份和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液3.8份。
本发明中选用丁香花蕾油、金银花精油、厚朴树皮提取物、小决明提取物、蒲公英提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、柑橘果皮提取物形成天然植物成分体系,以期提高乳化液的抑菌性和舒缓效果,然而申请人在研发中发现,虽然乳化液的抑菌性良好,却存在稳定性不佳的问题,申请人猜测可能是植物成分体系复杂,尤其是在油相体系内添加植物提取物更会因为多种活性成分在不同温度下活性和彼此作用能力差距较大,进而导致体系不稳定。为了解决稳定性问题,申请人多次调节配方组分、乳化剂等种类,却意外地发现加入特定含量的乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液能解决本发明复杂植体的长期高低温稳定性问题,但对于循环稳定性的效果不显著。
更进一步地,所述乳化剂为非离子表面活性剂。
更进一步地,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚山梨醇酯-60、聚山梨醇酯-80。
更进一步地,所述助乳化剂为霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类。
进一步地,一种天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液,包括以下重量百分数的组分:植物提取物7%、乳化剂8%、助乳化剂10%和余量水;所述非离子表面活性剂为聚山梨醇酯-80。购自淄博海杰化工有限公司。所述霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类购自广州市利隆日化有限公司。
发明人发现本体系中添加聚山梨醇酯-80和霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类,使用恰当的比例与天然植物提取物进行复配,具有很好的效果,得到的自微乳化液的循环稳定性高。通常情况下将乳化液在不同温度下容易导致表面活性剂临界胶束浓度产生变化,导致乳化液的体系不稳定。发明人猜测是合适的配比使聚山梨醇酯-80在植物提取物单体表面可以足量吸附,可以满足超小尺寸纳米颗粒的超低界面张力,液滴不易凝结,同时添加霍霍巴蜡PEG-120 酯类协同调控聚山梨醇酯-80的HLB值在本发明的体系中能实现合适的亲水亲油性能,提高循环稳定性,霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类可以为聚山梨醇酯-80的增溶作用提供足够的空间,避免聚山梨醇酯-80形成不溶的结晶或液晶,起到助乳化效果。在实际的市场调研中发现,个别皮肤健康的消费者却不能使用含有聚山梨醇酯-80成分的化妆品,会产生皮肤脂溢性皮炎等情况。
更进一步地,所述乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液的总黄酮≥2000ppm,总生物碱≥4000ppm。
发明人发现添加乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液还可以降低聚山梨醇酯-80对使用者皮肤的敏感度。尤其是所述乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液的总黄酮≥2000ppm,总生物碱≥4000ppm,尤其对痘痘肌使用效果显著,无敏感。猜测是乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液中的具有总黄酮舒缓皮肤的功效,总生物碱对多种革兰氏阳性菌、革兰氏阴性菌及真菌等有明显的抑制作用,可以防止皮肤的不良反应。
更进一步地,所述丁香花蕾油、厚朴树皮提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、柑橘果皮提取物和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液的重量比为(1.5~2.0): (0.7~1.0):1:(0.5~1.0):(3.5~4.0)。
发明人意外发现,当所述丁香花蕾油、厚朴树皮提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、柑橘果皮提取物和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液的重量比为(1.5~2.0): (0.7~1.0): 1:(0.5~1.0):(3.5~4.0)时,所述天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液对痘痘肌的使用效果非常优异。发明人猜测是通过多种组分结合乳化剂和助乳化剂的复配,在防腐功能上具有协同增效作用,其抑菌效果显著高于各组分抑菌效果之和,对于细菌和真菌的生长抑制具有显著的效果,使自微乳化液具有广谱抗菌功效以及长期的抗菌作用,延长了化妆品的良好的使用效果时间。同时,可以保持合理的生物碱含量,生物碱含量过高会对皮肤产生刺激,性质更加温和。
本发明还提供了所述的天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将丁香花蕾油、金银花精油、厚朴树皮提取物、小决明提取物、蒲公英提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、柑橘果皮提取物和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液,混合均匀,得到油相混合物;将所述助乳化剂和水混合均匀,得到水相混合物;
(2)向所述油相混合物中加入乳化剂,搅拌均匀后得到混合物;
(3)将所述水相混合物加入到所述混合物中,搅拌均匀;然后升温加热,再依次进行均质、密闭、自然冷却到室温得到自微乳化液。
更进一步地,所述步骤(2)25~30℃下搅拌25~35min,所述步骤(3)在25~30℃下搅拌40~60min,然后升温至50~60℃,均质15~20min;搅拌速率为 10000~15000rpm。
为了减小自微乳化液油滴的直径,进一步地,所述步骤(2)28℃下搅拌30min,所述步骤(3)在28℃下搅拌50min,然后升温至55℃,均质20min;搅拌速率为 12000rpm。
本发明还提供了所述的天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液在制备化妆品中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和有益效果为:
1、本发明通过将天然植物成分复配,得到天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液,安全无皮肤刺激,稳定性高,由于上述成分中含有的天然护肤养肤成分,因此添加到化妆品中还有具有护肤功效。本发明的体系中不含有纯天然植物防腐成分之外的其他化学合成防腐剂,在保证良好的防腐效果前提下,对皮肤更加温和。
2、本发明体系中添加聚山梨醇酯-80和霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类,使用恰当的比例与天然植物提取物进行复配,得到的自微乳化液的稳定性高。
3、发明人发现添加乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液可以降低聚山梨醇酯-80对使用者皮肤的敏感度。尤其是所述乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液的总黄酮≥2000ppm,总生物碱≥4000ppm,尤其对痘痘肌使用效果显著,无敏感。
4、当所述丁香花蕾油、厚朴树皮提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、柑橘果皮提取物和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液的重量比为(1.5~2.0): (0.7~1.0): 1:(0.5~1.0):(3.5~4.0)时,所述天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液对痘痘肌的使用效果非常优异。
5、本发明还提供了所述的天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液的制备方法,制备方法简单易于操作,便于大规模生产和使用。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液,包括以下重量百分数的组分:植物提取物7%、乳化剂8%、助乳化剂10%和余量水;所述植物提取物包括以下重量份数的组分,丁香花蕾油1.7份、金银花精油0.6份、厚朴树皮提取物0.9份、小决明提取物1.4份、蒲公英提取物2.2份、葡萄柚籽提取物1份、柑橘果皮提取物0.8份和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液3.8份。
所述乳化剂为聚山梨醇酯-80。所述助乳化剂为霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类。
所述乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液的总黄酮≥2000ppm,总生物碱≥4000ppm。购自广州正素生物有限公司。
本实施例还提供了所述的天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将丁香花蕾油、金银花精油、厚朴树皮提取物、小决明提取物、蒲公英提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、柑橘果皮提取物和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液,混合均匀,得到油相混合物;将所述助乳化剂和水混合均匀,得到水相混合物;
(2)向所述油相混合物中加入乳化剂,搅拌均匀后得到混合物;
(3)将所述水相混合物加入到所述混合物中,搅拌均匀;然后升温加热,再依次进行均质、密闭、自然冷却到室温得到自微乳化液。
所述步骤(2)28℃下搅拌30min,所述步骤(3)在28℃下搅拌50min,然后升温至55℃,均质20min;搅拌速率为 12000rpm。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的不同在于:所述乳化剂为聚山梨醇酯-60,含量为5%,购自淄博海杰化工有限公司。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别为:一种天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液,包括以下重量百分数的组分:植物提取物10%、乳化剂7%、助乳化剂7%和余量为水。

性能测试
1、抗菌性测试:用生理盐水将大肠杆菌(8099)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)和白色念珠菌(ATCC10231)的培养物,分别稀释成浓度为106 CFU/ml的菌悬液,将菌悬液制成菌苔,取灭菌滤纸圆片,分别均匀沾取相同量的实施例和对比例的乳化液,再分别贴在三种不同菌悬液制成的平板上。细菌培养24h,观察结果见表1,菌种来源均为市售。

2、稳定性测试
将相同质量的实施例和对比例的产品分别置于-15℃、5℃、40℃环境内30天以及6个循环环境,观察组合物的外观,其中1个循环为在-8℃、-40℃环境内各放置24h。观察产品的外观。

3、敏感性测试
试验一:将1.5重量%实施例和对比例的产品添加到无印良品基础润肤乳液(市售)中,每组随机选取年龄为20~40岁的痘肌的男性和女性各5名,每天早晚各一次进行面部涂抹,试用半个月,统计使用情况。见表3。

Claims (4)
1. 一种天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分数的组分:植物提取物5%~10%、乳化剂5%~10%、助乳化剂7%~14%和余量水;其中所述植物提取物包括丁香花蕾油、金银花精油、厚朴树皮提取物、小决明提取物、蒲公英提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、柑橘果皮提取物和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液;所述植物提取物包括以下重量份数的组分,丁香花蕾油1.1~2.3份、金银花精油0.4~0.8份、厚朴树皮提取物0.5~1.4份、小决明提取物0.8~1.6份、蒲公英提取物1.5~2.6份、葡萄柚籽提取物0.7~1.5份、柑橘果皮提取物0.4~1.2份和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液3.4~4.5份;所述乳化剂为非离子表面活性剂,所述非离子表面活性剂为聚山梨醇酯-60或聚山梨醇酯-80;所述助乳化剂为霍霍巴蜡 PEG-120 酯类;所述乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液的总黄酮≥2000ppm,总生物碱≥4000ppm;所述丁香花蕾油、厚朴树皮提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、柑橘果皮提取物和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液的重量比为(1.5~2.0): (0.7~1.0): 1:(0.5~1.0):(3.5~4.0)。
2.权利要求1所述的天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将丁香花蕾油、金银花精油、厚朴树皮提取物、小决明提取物、蒲公英提取物、葡萄柚籽提取物、柑橘果皮提取物和乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液,混合均匀,得到油相混合物;将所述助乳化剂和水混合均匀,得到水相混合物;
(2)向所述油相混合物中加入乳化剂,搅拌均匀后得到混合物;
(3)将所述水相混合物加入到所述混合物中,搅拌均匀;然后升温加热,再依次进行均质、密闭、自然冷却到室温得到自微乳化液。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中25~30℃下搅拌25~35min;所述步骤(3)中在25~30℃下搅拌40~60min,然后升温至50~60℃,均质15~20min;搅拌速率为 10000~15000rpm。
4.权利要求1所述的天然植物防腐功效的自微乳化液在制备化妆品中的应用。
