Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of hair washing gel, and discloses oil-control hair washing gel and a preparation method thereof. The oil-control hair washing gel provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-30 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 1-5 parts of cocoamidomethyl MEA (methyl MEA), 5-15 parts of cocoamidopropyl betaine, 0.1-3 parts of polyquaternary ammonium salt-7, 1-5 parts of disodium cocoyl amphodiacetate, 1-10 parts of sodium cocoamidopropionate, 1-5 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 1-10 parts of disodium cocoamidoMIPA-sulfosuccinate, 1-10 parts of potassium cocoyl glycinate, 1-10 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 1-6 parts of decyl glucoside, 0.1-2 parts of cellulose and 11-35 parts of modified activated carbon.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shampoos, in particular to oil-control hair washing gel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hair washing gel is a daily cleaning agent for cleaning hair, is usually prepared by taking a surfactant as a main component, is in the shape of gel, can be used for cleaning hair and scalp by adding water into a proper amount of hair washing gel in hands, kneading the hair and scalp to obtain foam, and washing the hair and scalp after kneading for a proper time, so that dirt on the hair and grease on the scalp are taken away.
However, since the scalp secretes oil, in order to achieve a high oil removal effect, a chemical agent with a corresponding effect is usually added to the conventional hair gel, so as to achieve a strong oil removal effect, but the hair gel can damage the scalp of a user, the user usually feels tight after washing the hair, the hair is dry, knotted and dry, and the scalp and the hair of the user can be seriously damaged after long-term use, in particular, for the user of oily hair with abundant oil secretion, the user of oily hair usually needs to wash the hair everyday to remove the oil, the hair is more easily damaged, and the health of the user is not good.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention firstly aims to provide the oil-control hair washing gel which can control oil efficiently and is mild and non-irritant to the scalp, thereby achieving the purposes of deep cleaning and health care of the hair.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the oil-control hair washing gel.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the oil-control hair washing gel comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-30 parts of sodium laureth sulfate, 1-5 parts of cocamidomethyl MEA, 5-15 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.1-3 parts of polyquaternary ammonium salt-7, 1-5 parts of disodium cocoyl amphodiacetate, 1-10 parts of sodium cocoyl amido propionate, 1-5 parts of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, 1-10 parts of disodium cocoyl MIPA-sulfosuccinate, 1-10 parts of potassium cocoyl glycinate, 1-10 parts of sodium cocoyl glycinate, 1-6 parts of decyl glucoside, 0.05-0.5 part of disodium EDTA, 0.1-2 parts of cellulose, 0.001-2 parts of citric acid, 11-35 parts of modified activated carbon powder, 50-100 parts of water and 0.1-0.5 part of ethylhexyl glycerol.
Preferably, the oil-control hair washing gel further comprises 0.05-1 part of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.
Preferably, the oil-control hair washing gel also comprises 0.05-1 part of hydrolyzed keratin.
Preferably, the oil-control hair washing gel further comprises 0.1-3 parts of essence.
Preferably, the modified activated carbon powder is treated by the following method: providing activated carbon, sea salt and ginger, cleaning and performing irradiation sterilization operation on the ginger, beating the ginger into ginger juice through a wall breaking machine, adding the activated carbon into the ginger juice, uniformly stirring, performing cooking operation, filtering to obtain an activated carbon mixture, adding the sea salt into the activated carbon mixture, uniformly stirring, performing drying operation to obtain dried modified activated carbon, performing grinding operation on the dried modified activated carbon, and sieving to obtain the modified activated carbon powder.
Preferably, the dried modified activated carbon may be ground by a grinder and then sieved through a 400-mesh screen to obtain the modified activated carbon powder.
Preferably, in the cooking operation, the cooking temperature is controlled to be 75-85 ℃, and the cooking time is 1.5-2.5 h.
Preferably, in the drying operation, the drying operation is an air drying operation.
Preferably, the particle size of the sea salt is 0.1mm to 0.2 mm.
Preferably, the cellulose is carboxymethyl cellulose.
Preferably, the water may be deionized water.
