Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning supplies, in particular to oil control shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The shampoo is a hair care product with the functions of removing dandruff, relieving itching, treating hair oil, nourishing hair and the like, is a daily-use cleaning agent, contains a plurality of components in shampoo, has the comprehensive effects of mainly cleaning scalp and hair, can be used for rubbing a period of time by removing a proper amount of shampoo from palms and adding a proper amount of water to generate foam after mixing, and can be used for cleaning hair by being used for washing the hair for a period of time and then being washed clean by clear water.
However, with the development of modern society and the acceleration of life rhythm, the pressure of people is increased, and diet is unbalanced, which easily causes excessive sebum secretion, and the hair is easily greasy, especially for people with oily hair, even the second day after shampooing, the hair roots will immediately become greasy, the scalp will be accumulated on the hair roots as thick scales, and the hair is easily itchy, and many people are troubled by oily hair.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention mainly aims to provide mild and efficient oil control shampoo.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the oil control shampoo.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an oil control shampoo comprises the following components: surfactant, hair conditioner, pH regulator, viscosity regulator, oil control complexing agent and water;
wherein, the oil control complexing agent comprises cymene, OCT and sea salt.
Preferably, the coating comprises the following components in parts by mass: 19-30 parts of surfactant, 0.7-2.1 parts of conditioner for hair, 0.1-0.5 part of pH regulator, 2-10 parts of viscosity regulator, 0.06-0.08 part of cymene, 0.2-0.3 part of OCT, 0.1-0.3 part of sea salt and 70-80 parts of water.
Preferably, the surfactant comprises AES, sodium lauroyl glutamate and disodium cocoamphodiacetate.
Preferably, the surfactant comprises, by mass, 10-15 parts of AES, 6-10 parts of sodium lauroyl glutamate and 3-5 parts of disodium cocoyl amphodiacetate.
Preferably, the hair conditioner comprises at least one of polyquaternium-7, polyquaternium-10 and polyquaternium-22.
Preferably, the pH adjusting agent is citric acid.
Preferably, the viscosity modifier is physiological saline.
Preferably, the concentration of the physiological saline is 0.9%.
Preferably, the oil control shampoo comprises the following components in parts by mass: 10-15 parts of AES, 6-10 parts of sodium lauroyl glutamate, 3-5 parts of disodium cocoyl amphodiacetate, 0.5-1.5 parts of polyquaternium-7, 0.1-0.3 part of polyquaternium-10, 0.1-0.3 part of polyquaternium-22, 0.1-0.5 part of citric acid, 2-10 parts of normal saline, 0.06-0.08 part of cymene, 0.2-0.3 part of OCT, 0.1-0.3 part of sea salt and 70-80 parts of water.
Preferably, the oil control shampoo can also be added with proper components such as chelating agent, emollient, skin conditioner, essence, preservative and the like.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the oil control shampoo, which comprises the following steps:
(1) adding a surfactant and a pH regulator into a part of water according to a proportion, heating to 70-80 ℃, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) and cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding the hair conditioner, the oil control complexing agent, the viscosity regulator and the rest amount of water into the mixed solution A in proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain the oil control shampoo.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages and technical effects:
(1) the shampoo provided by the invention adopts the compounding of cymene, OCT and sea salt as an oil control complexing agent, the components are mild and non-irritant, specifically, OCT is the abbreviation of piroctone olamine, OCT blocks the external channel generated by scurf fundamentally through the sterilization and antioxidation effects, thereby effectively and fundamentally removing the scurf and achieving the itching relieving effect, cymene also has the antibacterial, sterilization and antisepsis effects, and the sea salt contains mineral substances, can be absorbed by scalp epidermal cells, increases the cell vitality, promotes the activation and metabolism of scalp superficial layer cells, deeply purifies scalp, improves the problems of scalp cutin and grease, simultaneously, the sea salt also can play the sterilization and antisepsis effects, can prevent the inflammation and the infection of skin in time by matching with the cymene, thereby being beneficial to helping the skin regeneration, promoting the activation and the metabolism of skin superficial layer cells, purifying scalp deeply, and improving the problems of scalp cutin and grease, the hair loss is reduced, the hair fiber, especially magnesium element contained in sea salt is strengthened, a layer of water film can be formed in the scalp after hair washing, moisture can be kept continuously, the moisture of the scalp which is lack of water can be improved in time, the moisture can be deeply nourished and supplemented while the obvious oil control effect is achieved, the situations of tightness, dryness, knotting and the like are avoided, the comfort level of a user is improved, the safety of cymene, OCT and sea salt to eyes and skin is very reliable, absolute non-toxicity, irritation and sensitization are achieved, the effects of resisting bacteria and inhibiting bacteria can be achieved through the compound use of the cymene, the OCT and the sea salt, the effect of obviously reducing oil secretion is achieved, the oil control effect is fundamentally achieved, and the efficient oil control effect is.
(2) The oil control shampoo adopts the normal saline as the thickening agent, the normal saline is a solution, the solution can be quickly dispersed into a system, the thickening effect is well played, the preparation of the oil control shampoo is facilitated, the clear liquid with good properties and fluidity can be formed by compounding the oil control shampoo with AES, so that the oil control shampoo with stable properties can be prepared, the thickening agent adopts the normal saline which has no stimulation to skin, the normal saline is easy to obtain and has low price, and the oil control shampoo has a certain antibacterial effect, the stability of the finished oil control shampoo is further improved, the cell activity can be improved, the oil control effect can be improved by compounding the oil control complexing agent, the scalp health is improved, and the hair quality is improved.
(3) The sea salt and the cymene are compounded in the shampoo, so that the generation of bacteria around the scalp can be effectively inhibited, the antiseptic effect is achieved, other preservatives are not needed, the use of chemical reagents is reduced, the stimulation to the scalp is reduced, the formula is mild and non-irritant, the shampoo is suitable for long-term use, and the oily hair does not damage the hair and the scalp after being used every day.
