Abstract
本发明提供发光效率较高的红色发光荧光体、发光器件以及荧光体的制造方法。所述红色发光荧光体的特征在于:其基本组成用式:Ka(Si1‑x,Mnx)Fb表示,在测定该荧光体的拉曼光谱的情况下,出现在拉曼位移为600±10cm‑1的范围且归属于晶体中的Mn‑F键的峰值强度相对于出现在拉曼位移为650±10cm‑1的范围且归属于晶体中的Si‑F键的峰值强度之比为0.09~0.22。该荧光体可以通过使硅源与氟化氢相对于高锰酸钾的摩尔比为87~127的反应溶液接触来制造。

本申请是申请日为2014年12月9日、中国申请号为201480065679.0且发明名称为“荧光体及其制造方法、以及使用了该荧光体的发光装置”的专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及荧光体及其制造方法、以及使用了该荧光体的发光装置。
背景技术
发光二极管(Light-emitting Diode:LED)发光装置主要由作为激发光源的LED芯片和荧光体的组合构成,通过其组合可以实现各种颜色的发光色。
放出白色光的白色LED发光装置可以使用放出蓝色区域的光的LED芯片和荧光体的组合。例如,可以列举出放出蓝色光的LED芯片和荧光体混合物的组合。作为荧光体,主要可以使用作为蓝色的补色的黄色发光荧光体,可以作为伪白色光LED发光装置使用。除此以外,还进行了使用放出蓝色光的LED芯片、绿色或者黄色发光荧光体、以及红色发光荧光体的3波长型白色LED的开发。作为在这样的发光装置中使用的红色发光荧光体之一,为人所知的有K2SiF6:Mn荧光体。

发明内容
发明所要解决的课题
本发明的目的在于:提供采用在蓝色区域具有发光峰值的光进行激发而发光的红色发光荧光体、这样的荧光体的制造方法、以及使用这样的荧光体的发光装置。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明的一实施方式涉及一种红色发光荧光体,其特征在于,所述红色发光荧光体的基本组成用下述式(A)表示:
Ka(Si1-x,Mnx)Fb (A)
(式中,1.5≤a≤2.5,5.5≤b≤6.5,0<x≤0.06)
在测定该荧光体的拉曼光谱的情况下,出现在拉曼位移为600±10cm-1的范围且归属于晶体中的Mn-F键的峰值强度相对于出现在拉曼位移为650±10cm-1的范围且归属于晶体中的Si-F键的峰值强度之比为0.09~0.22。
本发明的一实施方式涉及一种荧光体的制造方法,所述制造方法包括:准备含有高锰酸钾和氟化氢的水溶液作为反应溶液,将硅源浸渍在所述反应溶液中而使其反应;所述制造方法的特征在于:所述反应溶液中的氟化氢相对于高锰酸钾的摩尔比为87~127。
本发明的一实施方式涉及一种发光装置,其特征在于,所述发光装置具有:发光元件,其发出440nm~470nm波长区域的光;和荧光体层,其含有所述荧光体。

具体实施方式
下面就本发明的实施方式进行详细的说明。以下所示的实施方式表示的是为了使本发明的技术构思具体化的荧光体以及发光装置,本发明并不局限于以下的例示。
另外,本说明书并不将权利要求书中示出的构件特别规定为记载的实施方式。特别是实施方式中记载的构成部件的大小、材质、形状、其配置等不是对本发明的范围进行限定的宗旨,只不过是说明例。此外,即使在各附图所示的构件的大小和位置关系等中,有时为了使说明清楚而进行夸张。再者,对于相同的名称、符号,表示相同或者同质的构件,对其详细的说明予以省略。构成本发明的各要素也可以用相同的构件来构成多个要素,从而用相同的构件来兼用多个要素,相反,也可以用多个构件分担相同构件的功能来实现。
本发明人就主要由氟硅酸钾构成、且用锰激活的荧光体进行了潜心研究以及反复研究,结果通过荧光体的拉曼光谱发现:归属于晶体中的各键的峰值强度和荧光体的发光特性具有相关关系。特别发现:归属于由锰激活的氟硅酸钾构成的荧光体中含有的Si-F键的峰值强度与归属于Mn-F键的峰值强度之比处在特定的范围时,可以得到优良的发光特性。
实施方式的红色发光荧光体是主要由氟硅酸钾构成、且用锰激活的荧光体。这里,所谓主要由氟硅酸钾构成的荧光体,是指荧光体的基本的晶体结构为氟硅酸钾,且构成晶体的元素的一部分用其它元素进行置换。实施方式的荧光体的组成用下述式(A)表示。

5.5≤b≤6.5、优选为5.7≤b≤6.2,且
0<x≤0.06、优选为0.01≤x≤0.05。
实施方式的荧光体含有锰作为激活剂。在不含有锰的情况下(x=0),即使采用在从紫外到蓝色区域具有发光峰值的光进行激发,也不能确认发光。因此,所述式(A)中的x必须大于0。另外,如果锰的含量增多,则发光效率具有被改良的倾向,从而优选为0.01以上。另外,为了得到红色发光的荧光体,锰的价数优选为+4价。
但是,在锰的含量过多的情况下,将发生浓度消光现象,从而荧光体的发光强度具有减弱的倾向。为了避免这种不良情况,锰的含量(x)通常为0.06以下,优选为0.05以下。
为了分析各元素相对于整个荧光体的含量,例如可以列举出以下的方法。K、Si、Mn等金属元素可以将合成的荧光体与碱共熔,从而例如采用IRIS Advantage型ICP发射光谱分析装置(商品名:サーモフィッシャーサイエンティフィック公司生产),利用ICP发射光谱法来进行分析。另外,非金属元素F可以通过热水解而使合成的荧光体分离,从而例如采用DX-120型离子色谱分析装置(商品名:日本ダイオネクス株式会生产)来进行分析。另外,F的分析也可以在和上述的金属元素同样地与碱共熔(alkali fusion)之后,采用离子色谱法进行分析。
此外,实施方式的荧光体从化学计量上说并不含有氧。然而,由于荧光体的合成工艺中、或者合成后的荧光体表面的分解等,氧往往不可避免地混入荧光体中。荧光体中氧的含量虽然优选为零,但[氧含量]/[(氟含量)+(氧含量)]的值只要在小于0.05的范围,发光效率就不会受到大的损害,因而是优选的。
另外,实施方式的荧光体也可以少量含有Na、Rb、Cs等碱金属元素或Ti、Ge、Sn等其它元素。即使在少量含有这些元素的情况下,荧光体也显示类似的发光光谱,可以实现所希望的效果。但是,从荧光体的稳定性、荧光体合成时的反应性等角度考虑,这些元素的含量优选为较少。另外,如果欲合成含有这些元素的荧光体,则有时也需要变更合成步骤,为了抑制制造成本,优选不使用式(A)中含有的金属元素以外的金属元素。
实施方式的式(A)的荧光体组成可以通过使荧光体熔化或者分解而进行分析来求出。根据本发明人的研究,发现在实施方式的荧光体中,具有存在于荧光体内部且与氟键合而有助于发光的锰、和在荧光体表面等上以与氧键合的形态而存在且阻碍发光的锰。也就是说,采用ICP发射光谱分析可以测定荧光体中含有的Mn的总量,但会产生阻碍发光的Mn也包含在其总量中这样的不良情况。此外,这里荧光体的所谓“表面”,包含从现实的表面至采用XPS分析能够检测的深度的范围,所谓“内部”,是指比表面更靠内侧的部分。
与氟键合的锰可以通过拉曼光谱测定进行检测。拉曼光谱测定是将光照射在样品上并对散射的光进行测定,从而研究样品固有的分子结构或晶体结构的方法。具体地说,将光照射在荧光体上,并对其散射光进行测定。在该散射光中,除瑞利散射光以外,还包含与存在于晶体结构中的各种原子键相对应、且波长与照射的光不同的拉曼散射光。
因此,通过分析散射光,可以分别检测出归属于成为样品的荧光体中含有的Si-F键和Mn-F键的峰值。
具体地说,拉曼光谱测定可以采用LabRAM HR-PL装置(商品名:ホリバ·ジョバンイボン公司生产)等进行测定。测定条件可以根据作为测定对象的荧光体的种类和粒子形状等而发生变动,但例如能够在以下的条件下进行测定。
分析方法:背散射拉曼光谱测定,狭缝宽度:100μm;
光源:半导体激光器(785nm),光学系统:显微(物镜100倍);
束直径:1μm,光源输出功率:15mW
检测器:CCD多通道
累计时间:120秒、累积次数:3次
试料条件:室温、大气中
如果对实施方式的荧光体进行拉曼光谱测定,则起因于Si-F键(SiF6 2-)的3种峰值、和起因于Mn-F键(MnF6 2-)的3种峰值被检测出来。图1示出了实施方式的荧光体的拉曼光谱和其峰值的归属。
本发明人发现:组成用式(A)表示的荧光体在由上述拉曼光谱检测得到的峰值中,出现在拉曼位移为600±10cm-1的范围且与Mn-F键相对应的峰值强度(I1)相对于出现在拉曼位移为650±10cm-1的范围且与Si-F键相对应的峰值强度(I0)之比(I1/I0)为0.09~0.22的荧光体的外量子效率和内量子效率得以升高。具体地说,在实施方式的荧光体中,内量子效率达80%以上。
根据非专利文献1,出现在拉曼位移为650±10cm-1的范围以及600±10cm-1的范围的峰值分别归属于Si-F键以及Mn-F键的伸缩振动即A1g模式。也就是说,这2个峰值因为处于相同的振动模式,因而能够认为通过比较峰值强度,与Si-F键和Mn-F键的存在比相对应,比值越大,与F原子键合的Mn原子越多。以下将该峰值强度比称为RA1g。
在非专利文献1中,出现在480±10cm-1的范围且归属于Si-F键的峰值、以及出现在520±10cm-1的范围且归属于Mn-F键的峰值均归属于Eg模式,出现在410±10cm-1的范围且归属于Si-F键的峰值以及出现在310±10cm-1的范围且归属于Mn-F键的峰值均归属于F2g(T2g)模式。对于由这些归属于Eg模式以及F2g(T2g)模式的峰值强度求出的比率REg以及RF2g进行了评价,结果发现:各自在0.75~1.5以及0.31~0.61的范围的荧光体具有外量子效率以及内量子效率较高的倾向。此外,在与Mn-F键相对应的峰值强度为零的情况下,荧光体中并不存在Mn-F键,没有看到由Mn产生的激活效果,不能确认荧光体的发光。
组成用式(A)表示的荧光体中的Mn的总量如上述那样,可以采用ICP发射光谱法定量地求出,但在主要由氟硅酸钾构成的荧光体的通常的合成方法中,大多含有在荧光体表面等上与氧键合的Mn即MnOx,采用ICP发射光谱法仅检测出与发光相关联的Mn是困难的。另一方面,虽然采用拉曼光谱不能定量地求出Mn量,但可以将与发光直接关联的Mn-F键以Si-F键的强度比的形式求出。
这里,所谓外量子效率η,为将以下规定的吸收率α和内量子效率η’相乘而算出的值。

也就是说,外量子效率(η)可以通过(I)×(II)而算出。
外量子效率、内量子效率、吸收率例如可以采用C9920-02G型绝对PL量子收率测定装置(商品名:浜松ホトニクス株式会生产)进行测定。作为测定上述发光特性时的激发光,可以使用峰值波长在440~460nm附近、半峰宽为5~15nm的蓝色光。
由拉曼光谱求出的RA1g和内量子效率之间的关系以及RA1g和外量子效率之间的关系如图2以及图3所示(详情后叙)。可知RA1g在0.09~0.22的范围,内量子效率、外量子效率均为良好。
实施方式的荧光体可以采用任意的方法进行制造,但具体地说,可以采用以下的方法进行制造。
首先,准备含有高锰酸钾和氟化氢的水溶液作为反应溶液。然后,使该反应溶液与硅源接触,由此在该硅源的表面进行反应而形成荧光体。在本发明的该反应溶液中,氟化氢相对于高锰酸钾的摩尔比(以下称为rH/K)为87以上(由于有计算错误,因而对数值进行了订正。打算对说明书中的数字进行订正)127以下,优选为90以上和/或120以下。另外,反应溶液中的氟化氢的浓度[HF]优选为27质量%~40质量%,更优选为28质量%~35质量%。反应溶液中氟化氢相对于高锰酸钾之比以及氟化氢的浓度在该范围内,由此可以得到内量子效率较高的荧光体。
当反应溶液中氟化氢相对于高锰酸钾之比rH/K以及氟化氢的浓度在该范围内时,可以得到内量子效率良好的荧光体的明确的理由不很清楚,但目前可以考虑如下。
本发明的一实施方式的荧光体具有将KaSiFb母体中的Si位置的一部分用Mn置换而成的晶体结构。在通过将硅源浸渍于含有高锰酸钾和氟化氢的反应溶液中而合成荧光体的方法中,硅源被高锰酸钾氧化而转换为二氧化硅,该二氧化硅被HF氟化,进而通过离子交换反应而生成KaSiFb母体。另一方面,高锰酸钾在将硅源氧化后,成为4价的Mn而编入KaSiFb母体中。在该反应过程中,由二氧化硅生成KaSiFb的反应非常快。另一方面,4价Mn的生成反应比KaSiFb的生成速度慢。
在此,KaSiFb的生成速度依赖于反应溶液中的质子[H+]浓度和[K+]浓度之比。也就是说,如果HF浓度升高,则二氧化硅的溶解速度得以促进,从而KaSiFb的生成反应加快。另一方面,由于Mn的价数变化的速度没有变化,因而如果HF的浓度过高,则编入KaSiFb母体中的Mn量减少。其结果是,可以认为荧光体中Mn-F键相对于Si-F键的比例减少。另外,如果KMnO4的浓度过高,则Mn-F键的比例较多,此时Mn彼此之间发生相互作用,从而有时也引起被称之为浓度消光的效率降低。因此,反应溶液中氟化氢相对于高锰酸钾之比以及氟化氢的浓度需要处在特定的范围。
另外,如果反应溶液中含有的HF的浓度较高,则促进KaSiFb的生成,因而是优选的,但如果过度地高,则反应溶液中的[K+]浓度比例减少,因而一般认为离子交换反应难以进行,从而荧光体的收率明显减少。
在这样制造的荧光体粒子的表面,例如为了防湿和器件制作时的涂布性的提高,也可以采用涂布处理形成表层。作为构成该表层的材料,可以列举出由选自有机硅树脂、环氧树脂、氟树脂、四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)、二氧化硅、硅酸锌、硅酸铝、聚磷酸钙、硅油以及硅润滑脂之中的至少1种构成的材料。硅酸锌以及硅酸铝例如分别用ZnO·cSiO2(1≤c≤4)、以及Al2O3·dSiO2(1≤d≤10)来表示。表层没有必要完全覆盖荧光体粒子表面,也可以使粒子表面的一部分露出。如果在荧光体粒子的表面的一部分上存在由上述的材质构成的表层,则即使整个表面没有完全覆盖,也可以得到该效果。表层通过在其分散液或者溶液中将荧光体粒子浸渍规定时间之后、采用加热等使其干燥而进行配置。为了不损害作为荧光体本来的功能而获得表层的效果,表层优选为以荧光体粒子的0.1~5%的体积比例而存在。
另外,实施方式的荧光体也可以根据向所使用的发光装置上的涂布的方法而进行分级。在使用于蓝色区域具有发光峰值的激发光的通常的白色LED等中,优选使用一般分级为1~50μm的荧光体粒子。如果分级后的荧光体的粒径过度地小,则发光强度往往降低。另外,如果粒径过度地大,则在涂布于LED上时,荧光体堵塞荧光体层涂布装置,从而有时可能导致作业效率和成品率的降低、以及做好的发光装置的颜色不均匀。
本发明的实施方式的荧光体通过与在蓝色的波长区域具有发光峰值的发光元件组合而可以得到实施方式的LED发光装置。实施方式的LED发光装置与使用以前的K2SiF6:Mn红色荧光体的LED发光装置相比,发光强度较高。
实施方式的荧光体可以采用从紫外至蓝色区域具有发光峰值的激发光源进行激发。在将该荧光体用于发光装置的情况下,由图5所示的实施方式的荧光体的激发光谱可知:优选利用在440nm~470nm的波长区域具有发光峰值的发光元件作为激发光源。从发光效率的角度考虑,使用在上述的波长范围外具有发光峰值的发光元件是不优选的。作为发光元件,可以使用LED芯片和激光二极管等固体光源元件。
实施方式的荧光体为产生红色发光的荧光体。因此,通过组合使用绿色发光荧光体和黄色发光荧光体,可以得到白色发光装置。所使用的荧光体可以与发光装置的目标相一致地任意加以选择。例如,在提供色温较低的白色发光装置时,通过组合实施方式的荧光体和黄色发光荧光体,便可以提供效率和演色性得以兼顾的发光装置。
绿色发光荧光体和黄色发光荧光体可以称之为在520nm~570nm的波长区域具有主发光峰值的荧光体。作为这样的荧光体,例如可以列举出(Sr,Ca,Ba)2SiO4:Eu、Ca3(Sc,Mg)2Si3O12:Ce等硅酸盐荧光体,(Y,Gd)3(Al,Ga)5O12:Ce、(Ca,Sr,Ba)Ga2S4:Eu等硫化物荧光体,以及(Ca,Sr,Ba)Si2O2N2:Eu、(Ca,Sr)-αSiAlON等碱土类氮氧化物荧光体等。此外,所谓主发光峰值,是发光光谱的峰值强度成为最大的波长,在迄今为止的文献等中已经报告了所例示的荧光体的发光峰值。此外,由于荧光体制作时元素的少量添加和稍微的组成变动,有时可以看到10nm左右的发光峰值的变化,而这样的荧光体也设定为包含在上述例示的荧光体中。
另外,在使用实施方式的荧光体的发光装置中,上述以外的蓝绿色发光荧光体、橙色发光荧光体、红色发光荧光体也可以根据用途而加以使用。
作为橙色发光荧光体、红色发光荧光体,可以列举出(Sr,Ca,Ba)2SiO4:Eu等硅酸盐荧光体,Li(Eu,Sm)W2O8等钨酸盐荧光体,(La,Gd,Y)2O2S:Eu等硫氧化物荧光体,(Ca,Sr,Ba)S:Eu等硫化物荧光体,以及(Sr,Ba,Ca)2Si5N8:Eu、(Sr,Ca)AlSiN3:Eu等氮化物荧光体等。实施方式的荧光体通过进一步组合使用这些荧光体,不仅可以进一步改善效率,而且可以进一步改善在照明用途中的演色性、和在背光灯用途中的颜色范围。但是,如果所使用的荧光体的数量过多,则荧光体彼此之间产生吸收并发出光的再吸收现象、和荧光体的发光再度照射在荧光体上而产生散射现象,从而使发光装置的效率降低。
图4示出了本发明的一实施方式的发光装置的断面。
在图示的发光装置中,发光装置具有引线100以及引线101和芯柱(stem)102、半导体发光元件103、反射面104、荧光体层105。半导体发光元件103通过Ag浆料等而装配于底面中央部。作为半导体发光元件103,可以使用进行紫外发光的元件、或者进行可见区域的发光的元件。例如,可以使用GaAs系、GaN系等半导体发光二极管等。此外,引线100以及引线101的配置可以进行适当的变更。
在发光装置的凹部内配置有荧光体层105。该荧光体层105可以通过将实施方式的荧光体以5质量%~50质量%的比例分散于例如由有机硅树脂构成的树脂层211中来形成。荧光体可以借助于作为有机材料的树脂或作为无机材料的玻璃等各种粘结剂而附着在一起。
作为有机材料的粘结剂,除上述的有机硅树脂以外,环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂等耐光性优良的透明树脂也是合适的。作为无机材料的粘结剂,使用了碱土类硼酸盐等的低熔点玻璃等、用于使粒径较大的荧光体附着的超微粒子的二氧化硅、氧化铝等、以及采用沉淀法得到的碱土类磷酸盐等是合适的。这些粘结剂既可以单独使用,也可以组合使用2种以上。
另外,荧光体层中使用的荧光体可以根据需要,在表面实施涂布处理。通过该表面涂布,可以防止荧光体因热、湿度、紫外线等外界因素而引起的劣化。再者,可以调整荧光体的分散性,从而能够使荧光体层的设计容易地进行。
作为半导体发光元件103,也可以使用在同一面上具有n型电极和p型电极的倒装芯片型元件。在此情况下,通过解决金属丝(wire)的断丝和剥离、因金属丝导致的光吸收等起因于金属丝的问题,能够得到可靠性高的高辉度的半导体发光装置。另外,半导体发光元件103使用n型基板,也可以设计为如下的构成。具体地说,在n型基板的背面形成n型电极,在基板上的半导体层上表面形成p型电极,将n型电极或者p型电极装配在引线上。p型电极或者n型电极可以通过金属丝而另一引线连接。半导体发光元件103的尺寸、凹部的尺寸以及形状可以进行适当的变更。
图5示出了炮弹型发光装置的例子。半导体发光元件51经由装配材料52而安装在引线50’上,并用预浸料54覆盖。引线50通过金属丝53而与半导体发光元件51连接,并用流延材料(casting material)55加以密封。在预浸料54中,含有实施方式的荧光体。
如上所述,实施方式的发光装置例如白色LED不仅作为一般照明等是最合适的,而且作为组合滤色器等滤光器和发光装置来使用的发光器件例如液晶用背光灯用光源等也是最合适的。具体地说,也可以作为使用了液晶的背光灯光源和蓝色发光层的无机电致发光装置的红色发光材料加以使用。
以下示出实施例以及比较例而对本发明进行更详细的说明,而本发明只要不超出其宗旨,就并不局限于以下的实施例。
实施例
[实施例1~3]
作为原料,准备了市售的Si单晶。另外,将KMnO4粉末10.8g、HF水溶液(49质量%)250ml以及纯水150ml充分混合而制成反应溶液。该反应溶液中氟化氢相对于高锰酸钾的摩尔比为103,氟化氢的浓度[HF]为31.5质量%,在上述反应溶液中使Si单晶于室温(20℃)下反应40分钟。此时,慢慢地进行搅拌并使其反应,从而使反应溶液变得均匀。其结果是,在Si单晶的表面形成荧光体,生长而增大的荧光体粒子从Si单晶表面剥离,并沉积于容器底部。
测定所得到的荧光体的拉曼光谱,从而算出RA1g。进而采用C9920-02G型绝对PL量子收率测定装置(商品名:浜松ホト二クス株式会生产)对内量子效率和外量子效率进行了测定。
变更原料的配比而调配出实施例2和3以及比较例1和2的荧光体,同样求出RA1g、内量子效率以及外量子效率。所得到的结果如表1、图2以及图3所示。

使用KMnO4粉末和HF水溶液,变更它们的配比而调配出表2所示的反应溶液,使用该反应溶液并采用与实施例1同样的方法而调配出荧光体。所得到的荧光体的内量子效率、外量子效率以及荧光体的收率也一并表示在表2中。另外,吸收率、内量子效率以及外量子效率相对于[HF]浓度的变化以及荧光体收率相对于[HF]浓度的关系如图6以及图7所示。

Claims (6)
1.一种荧光体,其特征在于,所述荧光体的基本组成用下述式(A)表示:
Ka(Si1-x,Mnx)Fb (A)
式中,1.5≤a≤2.5、5.5≤b≤6.5、且0<x≤0.06;
在测定该荧光体的拉曼光谱的情况下,出现在拉曼位移为600±10cm-1的范围且归属于晶体中的Mn-F键的峰值强度I1相对于出现在拉曼位移为650±10cm-1的范围且归属于晶体中的Si-F键的峰值强度I0之比I1/I0为0.09~0.22;
由出现在520±10cm-1的范围且归属于Mn-F的峰值强度相对于出现在480±10cm-1的范围且归属于Si-F的峰值强度求出的比率REg为0.75~1.5;
由出现在310±10cm-1的范围且归属于Mn-F的峰值强度相对于出现在410±10cm-1的范围且归属于Si-F的峰值强度求出的比率RF2g为0.31~0.61。
2.根据权利要求1所述的荧光体,其中,所述荧光体的内量子效率为85%以上,外量子效率为58%以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的荧光体,其中,所述式(A)的x为0.01以上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的荧光体,其中,所述式(A)的x为0.06以下。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的荧光体,其中,所述荧光体的[氧含量]/[(氟含量)+(氧含量)]的值小于0.05。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的荧光体,其中,在所述荧光体中,具有存在于比采用XPS分析能够检测的深度更深的荧光体内部且与氟键合的锰、和存在于采用XPS分析能够检测的深度的荧光体表面且与氧键合的锰。
