The mulberry is originated in China, the breeding of mulberry silkworms has a long history of more than five thousand years in China, and China is a mulberry origin place and a silk auspicious place and is also the biggest silkworm silk production and export country in the world. The mulberry has the characteristics of endowing diversified utilization functions, and the mulberry leaves contain a large number of nutrient substances beneficial to human bodies and rich functional health-care components, have the effects of resisting oxidation, inhibiting bacteria, resisting mutation, enhancing immunity, reducing blood fat, reducing blood sugar, reducing blood pressure and the like, are listed as one of ten health-care foods in the 21 st century by the international food health organization, and are green new food sources for human beings. The mulberry leaf has high protein content and rich functional active substances, can enhance the body endurance and improve the disease resistance of livestock and poultry, and can play a unique role in healthy cultivation and antibiotic replacement. The mulberry is a perennial broad-leaf arbor, has strong photosynthesis and high biological yield, and has strong stress resistance such as barren resistance, salt resistance, drought resistance, waterlogging resistance and the like. At present, the ecological mulberry planting area for returning to forests, land utilization in hydro-fluctuation belts, stony desertification treatment and heavy metal soil remediation applied nationwide is over 200 ten thousand mu. In 2019, 1200 mu of mulberry field in China, the annual output value of silk industry is 1500 hundred million yuan, the silkworm cocoon and raw silk yield accounts for more than 80% of the world, and the silkworm cocoon and raw silk yield accounts for more than 75% of the country in the middle and western regions.
However, the excellent mulberry seedlings are important guarantees for improving yield, quality, economic benefits and competitiveness. The mulberry seedling quality is the basis of industrial standardized, normalized and intensive cultivation, can fully exert the yield increasing and income increasing potential of improved mulberry seeds, and is a powerful guarantee for the continuous and stable development of the silkworm mulberry industry. However, the traditional seedling raising technology has the defects of long production period, strong seasonality, unstable quality of qualified nursery stocks, serious diseases, high labor cost and the like, the number of mulberry seedlings is shriveled year by year, the mulberry diseases are generated sometimes, and the stable supply of healthy and good mulberry seedlings becomes an important factor restricting the sustainable development of the silkworm industry in China.

The invention aims to provide a mulberry plug seedling method, which can obviously reduce the seed consumption, improve the seedling quality, reduce the cost, increase the economic benefit and save cost per mu by over 1000 yuan, and the qualified seedling rate reaches more than 95%.
The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a mulberry plug seedling method comprises the following steps:
step (1), selecting the specification of a seedling tray: the specifications of the seedling raising plate are 5.0cm-6.0cm in upper caliber, 2.0cm-2.5cm in lower caliber and 9.0cm-11cm in height;
step (2), seedling raising substrate: the seedling culture substrate is peat soil: vermiculite: the perlite is added with 5.5kg/m of organic fertilizer at a ratio of 5:3:23Firstly fumigating with 2.5% formaldehyde, and then airing for later use;
step (3), period: 4 sowing in the middle 3, 4, 5 and 6 months, wherein the mulberry seeds used in the middle 3 and 4 months are harvested mulberry seeds in the previous year, and the mulberry seeds used in the middle 5 and 6 months are harvested mulberry seeds in the current year;
step (4), sowing: disinfecting a seedling raising plate and a substrate, spraying water, and spraying 48% butralin 200mL/667m2Weeding by using closed herbicide, dibbling, sowing at the depth of 2cm and 2-3 mulberry seeds/holes, covering a film on a seedling tray after sowing in 3 middle-month days, keeping the temperature at about 20 ℃ and shading, and sowing in other periods only by shading; when the emergence rate of the mulberry seedlings reaches more than 85 percent and the mulberry seedlings grow to 2 cotyledons, uncovering the film and removing the shading net, paying attention to ventilation and keeping a certain temperature and humidity, thinning in time, sprinkling water for 1 time every day for 2-3 days, and keeping the water content of the matrix at about 80 percent;
step (5), seedling management: spraying 10% urea water when the seedlings are 10 cm high, topdressing for 2-3 times, and topdressing 10kg/667m of urea when 5-7 main leaves grow out from the seedlings for the first time2-20 kg/667m2Later, according to the specific growth condition of the mulberry seedlings, top dressing is combined, 5000-time liquid of 90 percent waring crystal or 5000-time liquid of enemy can be used for killing long-acting pesticides such as the leaf roller, cutworms and the like after seedling emergence; after seedling emergence, 50% of thiophanate 1000-fold liquid or 70% of thiophanate methyl 1500-fold liquid and other bactericides are sprayed to prevent and control the mulberry seedling damping off and damping off.
Step (6) and harvesting: according to market demands, generally mulberry seedlings can be lifted, graded, packaged and sold according to actual conditions after growing for 2-3 months. Every 500 or 1000 seedlings are bundled and need to be transported outside for a long distance, the root part needs to be filled with a moisturizing material or the root part needs to be pasted with slurry or a water-retaining agent, wet grass bags, gunny bags, plastic films or woven bags are used for moisturizing and wrapping, and labels are hung outside the packaging bags. During the transportation process of the nursery stock, the long-time accumulation and heavy pressure, wind and sun exposure, rain and freezing damage should be prevented. If the nursery stock can not be planted in time, temporary planting should be carried out immediately. The temporary planting should be carried out at the sheltering position with good drainage, and a temporary planting ditch with the depth of 50cm and the width of 40cm is dug. One side of the ditch is a slope of 45 degrees, the individual seedlings are arranged along the slope, 1/3-1/2 of the seedling stems are buried in moist fine soil or sand and irrigated thoroughly, so that the lower parts and root systems of the seedling stems are tightly combined with the soil, and a drainage ditch is reserved around the temporary planting ditch without water accumulation at the roots. In cold and windy seasons, the overground part of the nursery stock is preferably covered by rice straw, wheat straw and the like.
Further, the physicochemical properties of the organic fertilizer in the step (2) are pH 6.00, total nitrogen 1.0g/kg, total phosphorus 0.7g/kg, total potassium 1.2g/kg, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen 88.00mg/kg, available phosphorus 3.50mg/kg and available potassium 138.00 mg/kg.
Further, in the step (4), the keeping of a certain temperature and humidity means that the temperature of the seedling raising tray substrate is above 15 ℃ and the temperature is 25 ℃.
Preferably, in the step (3), the purity of the mulberry seed variety is not less than 95.0%, the purity is not less than 98.0%, the germination rate is not less than 85%, and the moisture content is not more than 12.0%.
In the step (4), the water content of the seedling raising substrate with the sprinkling degree is 70% -80% of the field soil water holding capacity, no water is accumulated, the closed herbicide spraying mode is a spraying method, and the spraying period is spraying after sowing and before germination.
In the step (5), raising the mulberry seedlings for field planting, wherein the height of the box is 30cm, the width of the box is 150cm, the distance between the boxes is 100cm, 4 rows of mulberry seedlings are planted in each box, and the row spacing of the mulberry seedlings is 20cm multiplied by 40 cm.
In the step (6), the diameter of the seedlings out of nursery is not less than 2.5mm, the variety purity is not less than 95.0%, the main roots are complete, the root length is not less than 100.0mm, the seedlings are fresh, the seedlings are dry and full, and the mulberry buds are full.

As shown in FIGS. 1-4, it is a diagram of the plug seedling state of mulberry at different growth times.
Example 1 influence of seeding amount and seedling Density on the quality of Mulberry seedlings
The seeding rate is the basis for determining reasonable density, and directly influences the yield and quality per unit area. The seeding quantity is excessive, seeds are wasted, and the thinning workload is increased; the seeding quantity is too small to reach reasonable density, and the yield of seedlings per unit area is low. The seeding rate is increased within a certain range, the yield of qualified seedlings is also increased, and when the seeding rate is increased to be close to a certain proper boundary line, the qualified seedlings in unit area reach the maximum value, namely the optimal seeding rate. If the seeding rate exceeds the proper limit, the yield of qualified seedlings gradually decreases although the total yield of seedlings per unit area increases. The stress on production is solved to obtain the minimum seeding quantity, and the maximum qualified nursery stocks are produced. The seeding coefficient most influencing the seeding rate is designed by referring to a Kocabas AM, Kucuktas H, Dunham RA and etal (2002) improved formula, and the experimental design is shown in a table 1. Cell area 5m2, repeated 3 times.
In the formula: x is the seeding quantity, g/m 2; p is the weight of thousand seeds, g; n is the design density, strain/m2(ii) a E is the seed purity,%; k is the germination rate of the seeds,%; and C is a seeding coefficient.
TABLE 1 Experimental design of the influence of seeding rate and seedling density on the quality of mulberry seedlings (Guisangyou 12)
1.1 Effect of different seeding quantities on the growth of Mulberry seedlings
The height, the ground diameter, the main root length, the lateral root number and the fresh quality of leaves, diameters and roots of the mulberry seedlings with different seeding amounts are investigated in the middle growth period (7 middle ten days) and after fallen leaves (12 middle ten days) of the mulberry seedlings, and the influence of different seeding amounts on the growth of the mulberry seedlings is analyzed.
1.2 relationship between different seeding quantities and seedling quality
The sowing quantity is different, so that the quality of the seedlings is reflected to have certain difference, the difference is reflected in the aspects of seedling height, ground diameter and the like, and the close correlation exists between the sowing quantity and each grade of the seedlings, the sowing quantity is too large, the quality does not necessarily meet the requirement although the yield is high, the sowing quantity is small, the quality of the seedlings can reach the standard, the yield is low, the requirement cannot be met, and the proper sowing quantity standard is determined.
Determines that the suitable seeding rate is 500g/667m2。
Example 2 study of chemical weeding technique in Mulberry nursery
In a mulberry nursery, weeds and mulberry seedlings almost emerge at the same time, even the weeds emerge earlier, the competitiveness of the mulberry seedlings on the weeds is weak, the mulberry seedlings are particularly easy to be damaged by the weeds, and the weeds are extremely easy to form wasteland if the weeds are not timely removed. Therefore, mulberry nursery weeding is one of the most key techniques for raising seedlings. At present, the mulberry nursery mainly depends on manual weeding, which wastes time and labor and has high labor intensity, and meanwhile, the manual weeding is also difficult due to close planting and seeding of mulberry seedlings. Cell area 5m2Randomized block design, with no control of weeds. Pre-emergence herbicide: butralin, acetochlor, pendimethalin, oxyfluorfen, sec-Lin-acetochlor and ethoxy-iso-methyl amyl. An accurate, moderate, simplified and efficient mulberry nursery cultivation management technology is explored.
Measurement indexes are as follows: randomly extracting 4 points per cell, and 0.5m for each point2The weed occurrence base was investigated before the application and the control effect was calculated by investigating 20d and 40d after the application. Including weed species, plant number/m2Fresh weight/m2Plant control effect and fresh weight control effect; the pre-emergence test is carried out by observing the emergence and growth conditions of the mulberry seedlings at 7d and 15d after the application, and the total seedling number, seedling height, ground diameter and leaf number of the mulberry seedlings are investigated at 20d and 40d after the application. In the post-emergence test, the phytotoxicity of the mulberry seedlings is visually observed at 7d and 15d after the application, and the total number of the mulberry seedlings, the height of the mulberry seedlings, the ground diameter and the number of leaves are investigated at 20d and 40d after the application.
Weed plant control effect:
wherein: a: plant control effect; b: control zone weed population (plants/0.52); c: number of weeds in treated area (plant/0.5 m)2)。
Fresh weight control of weeds:
wherein: a: fresh weight control effect; b: fresh weight of weeds in control area (g/0.5 m)2) (ii) a c: fresh weight of weeds in treatment area (g/0.5 m)2)
The results show that after the nursery trays and the matrix are disinfected, water is sprayed, and 48% butralin is sprayed to 200mL/667m2The closed herbicide has the advantages of weeding, dibbling and optimal seeding depth of 2 cm.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any simple modifications or equivalent substitutions of the technical solutions that can be obviously obtained by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
