背景技术
传统保温隔热材料导热系数高,材料使用比较厚,发泡类材料使用寿短,新型气凝胶复合材料导热系数低,但是柔性不可控,大多为无机材料复合而成,表面粉尘多,极大的限制了其大范围使用。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种气凝胶自粘型隔热膜。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、气凝胶浆料的配制,
S11、将气凝胶粉体加入到含有润湿分散剂的纯水中配置成气凝胶乳液;
S12、将丙烯酸乳液、多功能助剂、防腐剂、成膜助剂、调节剂、流平增稠剂、无机填料搅拌均匀形成混合液,然后向混合液中加入消泡剂一边搅拌一边调整混合液的粘度;
S13、将气凝胶乳液加入混合液中搅拌均匀配制成气凝胶浆料;
S20、将气凝胶浆料通过涂布机刮涂到柔性带胶底膜的上表面形成气凝胶涂层,所述气凝胶涂层的上表面通过粘结剂贴合有柔性保护膜。
其中,所述气凝胶浆料的刮涂厚度为0.1-3mm,所述涂布机的干燥温度在40-80℃之间分段控制,所述涂布机的收卷速度为1-3米/min。
其中,所述柔性带胶底膜的材质为PET膜、PE膜、PVC膜、PO膜、PC膜、PP膜、PS膜、PAN膜中的一种。

其中,所述气凝胶浆料中包括下述重量份数的原料:气凝胶粉体3-40份、丙烯酸乳液20-55份、润湿分散剂0.5-1份、多功能助剂0.5-1份、成膜助剂0.5-5份、无机填料5-10份、流平增稠剂0.5-1份、防腐剂0.5-1份、调节剂0.5-1份、消泡剂0.5-1份、纯水10-50份。
其中,所述气凝胶粉体粒径在15-50微米,所述气凝胶粉体表面疏水。
其中,所述气凝胶浆料的密度为50-100克/升。
其中,所述丙烯酸乳液为纯丙乳液,硅丙乳液,苯丙乳液中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:气凝胶浆料通过涂布机刮涂到带胶底膜的上表面形成气凝胶涂层,在气凝胶涂层的上表面通过粘结剂贴合有柔性保护膜,通过调整气凝胶浆料的刮涂厚度,能够改变隔热膜的厚度,进而能够控制隔热膜的柔性;利用柔性带胶底膜和柔性保护膜将气凝胶涂层夹在中间,对气凝胶涂层起到防尘的作用。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
实施例一、一种气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、气凝胶浆料的配制,
S11、将3份气凝胶粉体加入到10份含有0.5份润湿分散剂的纯水中配置成气凝胶乳液;
S12、将20份丙烯酸乳液、0.5份多功能助剂、0.5份防腐剂、0.5份成膜助剂、0.5份调节剂、0.5份流平增稠剂、5份无机填料搅拌均匀形成混合液,然后向混合液中加入0.5份消泡剂一边搅拌一边调整混合液的粘度;
S13、将气凝胶乳液加入混合液中搅拌均匀配制成气凝胶浆料;
S20、将气凝胶浆料通过涂布机刮涂到柔性带胶底膜的上表面形成气凝胶涂层,所述气凝胶涂层的上表面通过粘结剂贴合有柔性保护膜。
气凝胶浆料的刮涂厚度为0.1mm,涂布机的干燥温度在40-80℃之间分段控制,涂布机的收卷速度为3米/min。
柔性带胶底膜的材质为PET膜。 粘结剂为耐候性好的抗老化亚克力胶水。柔性保护膜的材质为PET膜,柔性保护膜为镀铝膜。
气凝胶粉体粒径在15微米,气凝胶粉体表面疏水。气凝胶浆料的密度为50克/升。
丙烯酸乳液为纯丙乳液。
柔性带胶底膜由离型底膜和胶膜复合而成。
多功能助剂选用钠盐型分散剂。
实施例二、一种气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、气凝胶浆料的配制,
S11、将40份气凝胶粉体加入到50份含有1份润湿分散剂的纯水中配置成气凝胶乳液;
S12、将55份丙烯酸乳液、1份多功能助剂、1份防腐剂、5份成膜助剂、1份调节剂、1份流平增稠剂、10份无机填料搅拌均匀形成混合液,然后向混合液中加入1份消泡剂一边搅拌一边调整混合液的粘度;
S13、将气凝胶乳液加入混合液中搅拌均匀配制成气凝胶浆料;
S20、将气凝胶浆料通过涂布机刮涂到柔性带胶底膜的上表面形成气凝胶涂层,所述气凝胶涂层的上表面通过粘结剂贴合有柔性保护膜。
气凝胶浆料的刮涂厚度为3mm,涂布机的干燥温度在40-80℃之间分段控制,涂布机的收卷速度为1米/min。
柔性带胶底膜的材质为PE膜。粘结剂为耐候性好的抗老化亚克力胶水。柔性保护膜的材质为PE膜,柔性保护膜为镀铝膜。
气凝胶粉体粒径在50微米,气凝胶粉体表面疏水。
气凝胶浆料的密度为100克/升。
丙烯酸乳液为硅丙乳液。
多功能助剂选用钠盐型分散剂。
实施例三、一种气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、气凝胶浆料的配制,
S11、将7份气凝胶粉体加入到16份含有0.6份润湿分散剂的纯水中配置成气凝胶乳液;
S12、将30份丙烯酸乳液、0.6份多功能助剂、0.6份防腐剂、1.5份成膜助剂、0.6份调节剂、0.6份流平增稠剂、7份无机填料搅拌均匀形成混合液,然后向混合液中加入0.6份消泡剂一边搅拌一边调整混合液的粘度;
S13、将气凝胶乳液加入混合液中搅拌均匀配制成气凝胶浆料;
S20、将气凝胶浆料通过涂布机刮涂到柔性带胶底膜的上表面形成气凝胶涂层,所述气凝胶涂层的上表面通过粘结剂贴合有柔性保护膜。
气凝胶浆料的刮涂厚度为1mm,涂布机的干燥温度在40-80℃之间分段控制,涂布机的收卷速度为2.5米/min。
柔性带胶底膜的材质为PVC膜。粘结剂为耐候性好的抗老化亚克力胶水。柔性保护膜的材质为PVC膜,柔性保护膜为镀铝膜。
气凝胶粉体粒径在25微米,气凝胶粉体表面疏水。
气凝胶浆料的密度为65克/升。
丙烯酸乳液为苯丙乳液。
多功能助剂选用钠盐型分散剂。
实施例四、一种气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、气凝胶浆料的配制,
S11、将30份气凝胶粉体加入到45份含有0.8份润湿分散剂的纯水中配置成气凝胶乳液;
S12、将43份丙烯酸乳液、0.9份多功能助剂、0.7份防腐剂、4份成膜助剂、0.9份调节剂、0.9份流平增稠剂、8份无机填料搅拌均匀形成混合液,然后向混合液中加入0.9份消泡剂一边搅拌一边调整混合液的粘度;
S13、将气凝胶乳液加入混合液中搅拌均匀配制成气凝胶浆料;
S20、将气凝胶浆料通过涂布机刮涂到柔性带胶底膜的上表面形成气凝胶涂层,所述气凝胶涂层的上表面通过粘结剂贴合有柔性保护膜。
气凝胶浆料的刮涂厚度为2mm,涂布机的干燥温度在40-80℃之间分段控制,涂布机的收卷速度为2米/min。
柔性带胶底膜的材质为PO膜。粘结剂为耐候性好的抗老化亚克力胶水。柔性保护膜的材质为PO膜,柔性保护膜为镀铝膜。
气凝胶粉体粒径在40微米,气凝胶粉体表面疏水。
气凝胶浆料的密度为75克/升。
丙烯酸乳液为纯丙乳液。
多功能助剂选用钠盐型分散剂。
实施例五、一种气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、气凝胶浆料的配制,
S11、将20份气凝胶粉体加入到30份含有0.7份润湿分散剂的纯水中配置成气凝胶乳液;
S12、将35份丙烯酸乳液、0.7份多功能助剂、0.7份防腐剂、0.7份成膜助剂、0.7份调节剂、0.7份流平增稠剂、7份无机填料搅拌均匀形成混合液,然后向混合液中加入0.8份消泡剂一边搅拌一边调整混合液的粘度;
S13、将气凝胶乳液加入混合液中搅拌均匀配制成气凝胶浆料;
S20、将气凝胶浆料通过涂布机刮涂到柔性带胶底膜的上表面形成气凝胶涂层,所述气凝胶涂层的上表面通过粘结剂贴合有柔性保护膜。
气凝胶浆料的刮涂厚度为1.5mm,涂布机的干燥温度在40-80℃之间分段控制,涂布机的收卷速度为2米/min。
柔性带胶底膜的材质为PC膜。粘结剂为耐候性好的抗老化亚克力胶水。柔性保护膜的材质为PC膜,柔性保护膜为透明膜。
气凝胶粉体粒径在30微米,气凝胶粉体表面疏水。
气凝胶浆料的密度为70克/升。
丙烯酸乳液为硅丙乳液。
多功能助剂选用钠盐型分散剂。
实施例六、一种气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、气凝胶浆料的配制,
S11、将32份气凝胶粉体加入到42份含有0.7份润湿分散剂的纯水中配置成气凝胶乳液;
S12、将50份丙烯酸乳液、0.9份多功能助剂、0.7份防腐剂、3.5份成膜助剂、0.7份调节剂、0.8份流平增稠剂、8份无机填料搅拌均匀形成混合液,然后向混合液中加入0.7份消泡剂一边搅拌一边调整混合液的粘度;
S13、将气凝胶乳液加入混合液中搅拌均匀配制成气凝胶浆料;
S20、将气凝胶浆料通过涂布机刮涂到柔性带胶底膜的上表面形成气凝胶涂层,所述气凝胶涂层的上表面通过粘结剂贴合有柔性保护膜。
气凝胶浆料的刮涂厚度为2mm,涂布机的干燥温度在40-80℃之间分段控制,涂布机的收卷速度为1.5米/min。
柔性带胶底膜的材质为PP膜。粘结剂为耐候性好的抗老化亚克力胶水。柔性保护膜的材质为PP膜,柔性保护膜为透明膜。
气凝胶粉体粒径在40微米,气凝胶粉体表面疏水。
气凝胶浆料的密度为70克/升。

实施例七、一种气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S10、气凝胶浆料的配制,
S11、将10份气凝胶粉体加入到20份含有0.7份润湿分散剂的纯水中配置成气凝胶乳液;
S12、将30份丙烯酸乳液、0.7份多功能助剂、0.7份防腐剂、2份成膜助剂、0.7份调节剂、0.7份流平增稠剂、7份无机填料搅拌均匀形成混合液,然后向混合液中加入0.7份消泡剂一边搅拌一边调整混合液的粘度;
S13、将气凝胶乳液加入混合液中搅拌均匀配制成气凝胶浆料;
S20、将气凝胶浆料通过涂布机刮涂到柔性带胶底膜的上表面形成气凝胶涂层,气凝胶涂层的上表面通过粘结剂贴合有柔性保护膜。

S12、将35份丙烯酸乳液、0.7份多功能助剂、0.7份防腐剂、1.5份成膜助剂、0.7份调节剂、0.7份流平增稠剂、7份无机填料搅拌均匀形成混合液,然后向混合液中加入0.7份消泡剂一边搅拌一边调整混合液的粘度;
S13、将气凝胶乳液加入混合液中搅拌均匀配制成气凝胶浆料;
S20、将气凝胶浆料通过涂布机刮涂到柔性带胶底膜的上表面形成气凝胶涂层,气凝胶涂层的上表面通过粘结剂贴合有柔性保护膜。
气凝胶浆料的刮涂厚度为1.5mm,涂布机的干燥温度在40-80℃之间分段控制,涂布机的收卷速度为2米/min。
柔性带胶底膜的材质为PAN膜。粘结剂为耐候性好的抗老化亚克力胶水。柔性保护膜的材质为PAN膜,柔性保护膜为镀铝膜。
气凝胶粉体粒径在30微米,气凝胶粉体表面疏水。
气凝胶浆料的密度为65克/升。
丙烯酸乳液为纯丙乳液。
多功能助剂选用钠盐型分散剂。

1.一种气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S10、气凝胶浆料的配制,
S11、将气凝胶粉体加入到含有润湿分散剂的纯水中配置成气凝胶乳液;
S12、将丙烯酸乳液、多功能助剂、防腐剂、成膜助剂、调节剂、流平增稠剂、无机填料搅拌均匀形成混合液,然后向混合液中加入消泡剂一边搅拌一边调整混合液的粘度;
S13、将气凝胶乳液加入混合液中搅拌均匀配制成气凝胶浆料;
S20、将气凝胶浆料通过涂布机刮涂到柔性带胶底膜的上表面形成气凝胶涂层,所述气凝胶涂层的上表面通过粘结剂贴合有柔性保护膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述气凝胶浆料的刮涂厚度为0.1-3mm,所述涂布机的干燥温度在40-80℃之间分段控制,所述涂布机的收卷速度为1-3米/min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述柔性带胶底膜的材质为PET膜、PE膜、PVC膜、PO膜、PC膜、PP膜、PS膜、PAN膜中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为耐候性好的抗老化亚克力胶水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述柔性保护膜的材质为PET膜、PE膜、PVC膜、PO膜、PC膜、PP膜、PS膜、PAN膜中的一种,所述柔性保护膜为透明膜或者镀铝膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述气凝胶浆料中包括下述重量份数的原料:气凝胶粉体3-40份、润湿分散剂0.5-1份、丙烯酸乳液20-55份、多功能助剂0.5-1份、成膜助剂0.5-5份、无机填料5-10份、流平增稠剂0.5-1份、防腐剂0.5-1份、调节剂0.5-1份、消泡剂0.5-1份、纯水10-50份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述气凝胶粉体粒径在15-50微米,所述气凝胶粉体表面疏水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述气凝胶浆料的密度为50-100克/升。
9.根据权利要求1所述的气凝胶自粘型隔热膜制备方法,其特征在于:所述丙烯酸乳液为纯丙乳液,硅丙乳液,苯丙乳液中的一种。
