本发明涉及一种通讯线缆线夹一体成型加工方法,其使用了一种通讯线缆线夹一体成型加工装置,该通讯线缆线夹一体成型加工装置包括安装底板、支撑柱、匚型架、攻丝机、攻丝滑板、攻丝气缸、输送机构和折弯机构,本发明可解决在进行通讯线缆线夹一体成型加工过程中无法实现电力线夹的自动供给,人工作业劳动强度大,降低了加工工作的工作效率,而且难以在线夹放置到位后自动对线夹的两端同时进行夹持定位作业,便于攻丝机对线夹的两端同时进行攻丝作业,也难以在攻丝作业完成后自动对线夹进行折弯,并在折弯的同时对线夹的两端同步进行支撑,避免单边受力过大造成线夹的折弯角度发生变形等问题。
