背景技术
茶是人们喜爱的一种日常饮品,在中国已具有数千年的悠久历史。随着生活水平的不断提高,普通茶叶本身所固有的功能已不能满足人们在保健、养生方面日益强烈的需求。
沉香是指植物油脂和木质的凝结物经过纯化得出植物精华。能结沉香的植物树种收到昆虫咬伤,细菌侵蚀,雷击或者认为砍伐等伤害时,植物为了自我保护而进行自我修复,在自我保护的修复过程中分泌出油脂和木质凝结成沉香。中医典籍中的相关记述也颇多:
李杲:“沉香,能养诸气,用为使,最相宜。”
《雷公炮制药性解》:“沉香属阳而性沉,多功于下部,命肾之所由入者。然香剂多燥,未免伤血,必下焦虚寒者宜之。若水脏衰微,相火盛炎者,误用则水益枯而火益烈,祸无极矣。今多以为平和之剂,无损于人,輙用以化气,其不祸人者几希。”
《本草经疏》:“沉香,气芬芳,《本经》疗风水毒肿者,即风毒水肿也。水肿者,脾湿也脾恶湿而喜燥,辛香入脾而燥湿,则阳虚则恶气易入,得芬芳清阳之气,则恶气除而脾胃安矣。”“沉香治冷气、逆气,气郁气结,殊为要药。”
《本草通玄》:“沉香,温而不燥,行而不泄,扶脾而运行不倦,达肾而导火归元,有降气之功,无破气之害,洵为良口。”
《药品化义》:“沉香,纯阳而升,体重而沉,味辛走散,气雄横行,故有通天彻地之功,治胸四肢诸痛诸痛及皮肤作痒。且香能温养脏腑,保和卫气。若寒湿滞于下部,以此佐攻痰药,能降气安神。总之,疏通经络,血随气行,痰随气转,凡属痛痒,无不熟愈。”
沉香味辛、苦,性微温,具有行气止痛、温中止呕、纳气平喘的功效,用于治疗胸腹胀闷疼痛、胃寒呕吐呃逆、肾虚气逆喘急。沉香能对抗组织胺或乙酰胆碱对肠平滑肌的兴奋作用,缓解其痉挛性收缩,能降低新斯的明引起的肠道蠕动亢进,从而降低肠肌的应激能力,缓解痉挛性绞痛。
最新药理学研究发现,沉香有明显的抗癌作用,其抗癌药理表现为:沉香的热水提取物体外实验,对JTC-26(人子宫颈癌细胞)抑制率为70%-90%;从沉香的茎皮中提取两种细胞毒成分,经淋巴性白血病的388细胞系统体外实验,它们分别在0.8ug和0.0022ug之间浓度显示活性,均达到该系统体外实验规定的半数有限量EDSO4ug的标准。据此可研制沉香的抗癌药物。在临床上,沉香常用于治疗食管癌、胃癌、贲门癌、肠癌、肝癌等癌症。
然而沉香的制取过程十分漫长,无论是天然结香还是人工结香都比较困难,而且耗费时间较长,很大程度限制沉香药材的应用。相比沉香,沉香叶更易获取,而且沉香叶里含有多种与沉香类似的活性成分。
灵芝为多孔菌科植物赤芝或紫芝的干燥子实体,甘,平。归肺、心、肝、肾经,具有补气安神,止咳平喘的功效。用于眩晕,心悸气短,虚劳咳喘。主含氨基酸、多肽、蛋白质、真菌溶菌酶,以及糖类(还原糖和多糖)、麦角甾醇、三萜类、香豆精甙、挥发油、硬脂酸、苯甲酸、生物碱、维生素B2及C等;孢子还含甘露醇、海藻糖等。灵芝多糖有镇痛、抗炎、抗氧化、抗辐射、抗肿瘤作用,还能降压、降血糖、降血脂、强心和保肝。
迄今为止,尚未见将沉香叶、灵芝配伍制茶使用的报道。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中所存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种益寿沉香灵芝养生茶及其制备方法,所得茶品能够通便排毒,养肝护肝,功效显著。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术手段是,一种益寿沉香灵芝养生茶,由下列重量百分比的原料制成:沉香叶51%~74%、灵芝26%~49%。
本发明还提供了一种益寿沉香灵芝养生茶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将采摘下的沉香叶经过晒青、摇青、炒青、揉捻、初烘、多次反复团揉、复烘、焙火工序处理;将灵芝切成薄片或丝,采用纳米破壁萃取工艺,得到灵芝孢子提取物;再将处理后的沉香叶与灵芝混合均匀。
优选的,摇青步骤包括:
(1)一摇,摇青时间8~10分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青1~1.5小时,
(2)、二摇,摇青时间15~25分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青2~2.5小时,
(3)、三摇,摇青时间35~50分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青2.5~3小时,
(4)、四摇,摇青时间60~90分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青4~6小时。
优选的,炒青步骤中,翻炒需先快后慢,先高温后低温,翻炒至用手压沉香叶茎梗时具柔软感。
优选的,所述初烘和复烘采用炭火烘焙,将整形后的沉香叶置于特制的大缸中,叶子摊开,缸底部放有燃烧的带文火的木炭。
优选的,将混合后的灵芝和沉香叶装袋,得到成品。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采将采摘下的沉香叶经过晒青、摇青、炒青、揉捻、初烘、多次反复团揉、复烘、焙火工序处理,通过古法手工制茶,减少了制备过程对营养成分造成的流失,更易冲泡出来没,且香味醇厚、持久,长期饮用能够有效地改善身体机能,通便排毒,养肝护肝,抗癌功效显著;另外对沉香叶药用价值的开发研究,可以充分利用资源,变废为宝,扩大沉香的药用部位。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
益寿沉香灵芝养生茶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、采摘清理,选8~10年以上树龄的沉香树,可选国产白木香、奇楠沉香、印度老山沉香或其他东南亚产区沉香;在每年8~12月份,于晴朗的天气上午晨露干后8~11时和下午2~4进行采摘,剥离沉香树枝上的新鲜嫩叶,去掉叶片表面的灰尘和杂质,并用炭火烘干。
2、晾青,将烘干的沉香叶置入室内阴凉通风透气的晾青架上,进行晾青处理,使叶子散发热气,降低叶温和平衡调节叶内的水分,以恢复叶子的紧张状态。
3、重复摇青,采用手工摇青,包括:
(1)一摇,摇青时间8~10分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青1~1.5小时,
(2)、二摇,摇青时间15~25分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青2~2.5小时,
(3)、三摇,摇青时间35~50分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青2.5~3小时,
(4)、四摇,摇青时间60~90分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青4~6小时;
摇青的作用是:甩掉沉香叶表面的粉末,同时利用机械摩擦力造成沉香叶的叶细胞损伤,使茶多酚酶促氧化,诱发香气。
4、炒青,将沉香叶在温度为180~220℃的铁锅中翻炒1~2分钟后,逐渐降温到100~150℃继续翻炒;翻炒需先快后慢,先高温后低温,翻炒时间为8~18分钟,用手压沉香叶茎梗时具柔软感即可;
炒青的作用是:1)利用高温破坏酶的活性,制止茶多酚与酶参与氧化,保持叶片的品质特征;2)散发青草气,增进香气;3)改变鲜叶化学成份的变化,促进叶质柔软,便于整形成条;炒青后叶片失水率为30%。
5、揉烘塑形,包括揉捻、初烘、包揉、复烘、焙火工序,通过包揉和炭火烘焙交替的方式使叶片形成紧结的外形;
其中,初烘采用炭火烘焙,将整形后的沉香叶置于特制的大缸中,叶子摊开的厚度为5cm,缸底部放有燃烧的带文火的木炭,烘焙的温度控制在75℃,持续时间为5h;
复烘采用炭火烘焙提香,将整形后的沉香叶置于特制的大缸中,摊开的厚度在10cm,缸底部放有燃烧的带文火的木炭,烘焙的温度控制在90~100℃,持续时间为8h。
6、处理灵芝,将灵芝切成薄片或丝,引进德国尖端纳米破壁萃取工艺,得到灵芝孢子提取物。
7、混合,取重量占比为51%的烘干沉香叶与49%的灵芝提取物混合均匀。
8、包装,将混合后的灵芝和沉香叶装袋,即为成品。
实施例2
与实施例1不同的是,混合步骤中,沉香叶与灵芝的重量占比分别是74%和26%。
本发明的养生茶的使用方法为:用开水泡饮,冲饮至味淡,适合长期服用。
上述虽然对本发明的具体实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明并不限于上述实施例,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化,而不具备创造性劳动的修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。
Claims (6)
1.一种益寿沉香灵芝养生茶,其特征在于,由下列重量百分比的原料制成:沉香叶51%~74%、灵芝26%~49%。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的益寿沉香灵芝养生茶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将采摘下的沉香叶经过晒青、摇青、炒青、揉捻、初烘、多次反复团揉、复烘、焙火工序处理;将灵芝切成薄片或丝,采用纳米破壁萃取工艺,得到灵芝孢子提取物;再将处理后的沉香叶与灵芝混合均匀。
3.根据权利要求2所述的益寿沉香灵芝养生茶的制备方法,其特征在于,摇青步骤包括:
(1)一摇,摇青时间8~10分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青1~1.5小时,
(2)、二摇,摇青时间15~25分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青2~2.5小时,
(3)、三摇,摇青时间35~50分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青2.5~3小时,
(4)、四摇,摇青时间60~90分钟,摇青后取出沉香叶晾青4~6小时。
4.根据权利要求2所述的益寿沉香灵芝养生茶的制备方法,其特征在于,炒青步骤中,翻炒需先快后慢,先高温后低温,翻炒至用手压沉香叶茎梗时具柔软感。
5.根据权利要求2所述的益寿沉香灵芝养生茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述初烘和复烘采用炭火烘焙,将整形后的沉香叶置于特制的大缸中,叶子摊开,缸底部放有燃烧的带文火的木炭。
6.根据权利要求2所述的益寿沉香灵芝养生茶的制备方法,其特征在于,将混合后的灵芝和沉香叶装袋,得到成品。
