Abstract
本发明公开了属于农药范围的一种适用于农用无人机撒施的颗粒剂。所述颗粒剂可以直接用于无人机撒施,且具有缓释性能。所述颗粒剂尤其适用于防治在作物幼嫩部位尤其是心叶危害的害虫,能在自然重力和无人机下旋气流共同作用下到达作物心叶底部。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于农用无人机撒施的缓释颗粒剂。
背景技术
农作物在生长过程中往往受到病虫害的危害,农药撒施是防治农作物病虫害的常用手段之一。农药撒施方法有多种,如喷雾法、喷粉法、颗粒撒施法等。其中颗粒撒施是农药使用的重要手段之一,但目前颗粒剂撒施主要以人工徒手撒施和通过手动撒施器撒施为主。
农用无人机在中国近年来得到了迅猛发展。农用无人机目前在国内以喷雾为主,颗粒撒施基本没有涉及。据分析,无人机颗粒撒施基本没有涉及的原因之一在于缺乏相应的颗粒撒施技术和适宜的颗粒。撒施本发明所设计的颗粒可以得到如下好处:
1)本发明中的缓释颗粒大小为0.1~5mm,优选颗粒大小为0.1~1.0mm。在0.1~1.0mm范围,通过无人机撒施该颗粒在一定程度上可以达到和喷雾类似的效果。原因在于喷雾雾滴大小与本发明中的优选颗粒大小范围相同。
2)农用无人机喷雾有难以克服缺点,即农用无人机喷雾雾滴往往比常规喷雾雾滴细小,喷出的细小雾滴在沉积过程中发生水分蒸发而产生飘移,对环境和非靶标生物都有一定的风险。而撒施本专利设计的颗粒,不但可以达到类似喷雾的效果,还能避免雾滴蒸发带来的飘移风险。
3)许多害虫的危害部位是作物的新生组织或幼嫩部位,尤其是作物的心叶。如迁飞性害虫草地贪夜蛾往往危害玉米的心叶,钻蛀性害虫玉米螟的危害部位也是心叶,而且这2种害虫是在心叶的底部危害,喷雾雾滴很难达到该部位。而单子叶植物如玉米等在生长过程中会以心叶为中心形成喇叭装结构,无人机撒施本专利颗粒过程中该喇叭装结构可以起到收集作用,在无人机下旋气流作用下,本专利中的球形或近球形颗粒很容易到达心叶底部,从而到达害虫危害部位,增加药剂靶向性。
4)本专利的颗粒具有缓释作用,到达靶标部位后,将颗粒中的有效成分逐渐释放,可以起到持久控制作用,从而达到省时省力的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于农用无人机撒施的缓释颗粒剂。通过无人机撒施该颗粒剂不但可以达到类似喷雾的效果,还可以使药剂有效沉积到农作物的心叶或心叶底部,有效减少药剂飘移,并在害虫危害部位发挥持续控制作用,省时省力。该颗粒剂包含:
1.颗粒中的农药活性成分为杀虫剂,其中的杀虫剂选自下列中的一种或两种:甲氨基阿维菌素、毒死蜱、氯虫苯甲酰胺、多杀菌素、乙基多杀菌素、乙酰甲胺磷、氟虫腈、茚虫威、甲氧虫酰肼、四氯虫酰胺、氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、甲氰菊酯。农药活性成分的重量百分比为0.01~30%;
2.缓释颗粒大小为0.1~5mm,优选颗粒大小为0.1~1.0mm;
3.缓释颗粒形状为球形或近似球形;
4.缓释颗粒的载体为为膨润土、高岭土、凹凸棒土、硅藻土、陶土、海泡石粉、沸石粉的一种或多种;
5.含有加工成缓释颗粒剂所必需的其它辅助成分,辅助成分为缓释高分子材料、湿润剂、粘结剂和警戒色,
所述的缓释高分子材料的重量百分比为0.1~10%,选自乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、醋酸纤维素、预胶化淀粉、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、交联聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或多种;
所述润湿剂的重量百分比为0.1~10%,选自烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、月桂醇聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸钠、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、油酸钾、油酸钠、烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物、长链聚羧酸盐、丙烯酸-磺酸盐共聚物中的一种或几种;
所述粘结剂的重量百分比为0.01-5%,选自可溶性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、明胶中的一种或多种;
所述警戒色的重量百分比为0.01-3%,选自甲基紫、溴酚蓝、胭脂红、刚果红、玫瑰红中的一种或几种;
6.所述的颗粒剂可以通过将农药活性成分、载体、缓释高分子材料、湿润剂、粘结剂和警戒色混合,粉碎,将粉碎后的粉体直接造粒;
7.所述的颗粒剂可以通过将农药活性成分、载体、缓释高分子材料、湿润剂、粘结剂和警戒色混合后加水研磨成料浆,再将料浆涂敷在母粒表面,所选母粒为沙粒、陶瓷素丸、木粉、蛭石颗粒、漂珠、沉珠中的一种或多种。
缓释颗粒剂的制备工艺
1通过粉体直接造粒
①圆盘法或离心法造粒将农药活性成分、载体、缓释高分子材料、湿润剂、警戒色混合,粉碎至325目或更细小粉体。将粘结剂溶于水中形成一定浓度的水溶液,将粘结剂水溶液逐渐喷到粉体上,采用圆盘法或离心法造粒,得到球形或近似球形粒子。
②挤压整形造粒将农药活性成分、载体、缓释高分子材料、湿润剂、粘结剂、警戒色混合,粉碎至325目或更细小粉体。在粉体中加入一定量的水,采用旋转挤压法或摇摆法造出棒状颗粒,然后在滚圆机上对棒状颗粒进行整形,得到球形或近似球形颗粒。
2涂敷法造粒
将农药活性成分、载体、缓释高分子材料、湿润剂、粘结剂和警戒色混合,兑水,砂磨至颗粒细度为325目或更细,由此得到的料浆不但具有一定的润湿性,还具有一定粘着性能。在包衣锅或糖衣锅中将料浆逐渐涂敷到母粒表面,干燥后即可。
实施例
为了更好的说明本发明,下面通过实施例予以进一步说明,但特别说明的是本申请并不限于下述实施例的范围:
实施例1
0.4%乙基多杀菌素缓释颗粒剂
将4g乙基多杀菌素、20g乙基纤维素、40g预胶化淀粉、10g拉开粉Bx、5g玫瑰红和911g海泡石粉混合,粉碎至325目,投入到圆盘造粒机中。将10g聚乙烯醇17-88溶于190mL水中配制成5%水溶液,在转盘旋转条件下逐渐将5%聚乙烯醇17-88水溶液喷到圆盘造粒机中的粉体上,所得颗粒分别过10目和20目筛。干燥,即可得粒径0.8~1.7mm缓释颗粒。
实施例2
5%毒死蜱缓释颗粒剂
将50g毒死蜱、25g醋酸纤维素、35g预胶化淀粉、15g十二烷基硫酸钠、1g溴酚蓝和872.5g膨润土混合,粉碎至325目,投入到离心造粒机中。将1.5g羧甲基纤维素钠溶解在500mL水中配制成0.3%羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液,在旋转状态下将0.3%羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液逐渐喷到离心造粒机中的粉体上,所得颗粒分别过80目和60目筛。干燥即得0.2~0.3mm缓释颗粒
实施例3
2%高效氯氰菊酯缓释颗粒剂
将20g高效氯氰菊酯、30g交联聚丙烯酸钠、40g预胶化淀粉、10g十二烷基硫酸钠、3g羧甲基纤维素钠、2g玫瑰红和895g膨润土混合,粉碎至325目。加水湿润,在摇摆造粒机上安装0.2mm筛网,摇摆造粒。将摇摆造粒所得棒状颗粒投入到滚圆机中整形,干燥即可得0.2mm球形颗粒。
实施例4
0.4%氯虫苯甲酰胺缓释颗粒剂
将4g氯虫苯甲酰胺、10g交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、35g预胶化淀粉、15g十二烷基硫酸钠、1.5g黄原胶、1g羧甲基纤维素钠、1.5g玫瑰红和160g水混合,在砂磨机中研磨至粒径约30μm,得造粒料浆。
将上述造粒料浆与882g粒径约0.2mm的球形漂珠在包衣锅中混合,搅拌干燥即得0.4%氯虫苯甲酰胺缓释颗粒剂
缓释动态试验
药剂:实施例4中所制得0.4%氯虫苯甲酰胺缓释颗粒剂。
将20g 0.4%氯虫苯甲酰胺缓释颗粒剂装入透水性好的无纺布小袋,在玻璃瓶中加入1000mL 30%甲醇水溶液,将装有颗粒剂的无纺布袋置于1000mL 30%甲醇水溶液。电磁搅拌。每隔一定时间取样1mL,所取溶液用0.2μm滤膜过滤。每次取样后补充1mL 30%甲醇水溶液。
每次过滤所得滤液用HPLC进行测定。测定条件如下:
安捷伦高效液相色谱仪HP1100,配备可变波长紫外检测器;
色谱柱:250mm×4.6mm(i.d)不锈钢柱,内装Zorbax SB-C18、5μm填充物;
流动相:乙腈:水(0.1%磷酸)=50:50(体积比)
流量:1.0mL/min;
柱温:30℃;
检测波长:270nm
进样体积:20μL
根据测定结果计算0.4%氯虫苯甲酰胺缓释颗粒剂在30%甲醇水溶液中的累积释放率动态变化,结果见图1:
从上图1可以看出,所制得颗粒剂具有显著的缓释性能,氯虫苯甲酰胺从颗粒中能缓慢释放。在72h,91.9%氯虫苯甲酰胺从缓释颗粒剂释放到30%甲醇水溶液中。
比较例1
本比较例在于比较无人机撒施缓释颗粒剂和无人机喷雾对防治草地贪夜蛾差异。草地贪夜蛾属于迁飞性害虫,主要在玉米心叶危害。试验地点选在广西南宁,试验地玉米正处于拔节期,玉米平均株高约40cm,玉米密度约4000株/亩。农用无人机为安阳全丰自由鹰ZP,配备喷雾系统和颗粒播撒系统。所用颗粒剂为实施例4中所制得0.4%氯虫苯甲酰胺缓释颗粒剂,颗粒撒施量为1Kg/亩(4g a.i./亩);对照药剂为5%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂,用量为80mL/亩(4g a.i./亩)。农用无人机颗粒撒施时飞行高度为3m,飞行速度3m/S;农用无人机颗喷雾时飞行高度为2m,飞行速度3m/S,喷液量为1L/亩。小区面积300平方米,每处理重复4次,以不施药小区为空白对照。施药当天调查虫口数,药后3天、药后7天调查最新2片叶危害状况,根据Davis指数对所调查的植株进行评分(0-9分),具体分级标准如下表。每小区调查50株,根据Davis指数计算防治效果。

防治效果见表2。从表2可以看出,无人机撒施缓释颗粒剂相比无人机喷雾具有更好的防治效果,且药效更持久,说明撒施缓释颗粒剂比无人机喷雾更适于防治草地贪夜蛾。

Claims (2)
1.一种适于农用无人机撒施的农药缓释颗粒剂,该缓释颗粒剂的特征在于:
a)重量百分比为0.01~30%的农药活性成分,所述的农药活性成分为杀虫剂,其中所述的杀虫剂选自下列中的一种或两种:甲氨基阿维菌素、毒死蜱、氯虫苯甲酰胺、多杀菌素、乙基多杀菌素、乙酰甲胺磷、氯虫腈、茚虫威、甲氧虫酰肼、四氯虫酰胺、氯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯、甲氰菊酯;
b)缓释颗粒大小为0.1~1.7mm;
c)缓释颗粒形状为球形或近似球形;
d)缓释颗粒的载体为膨润土、高岭土、凹凸棒土、硅藻土、陶土、海泡石粉、沸石粉的一种或多种;
e)含有加工成缓释颗粒剂所必需的其他辅助成分,辅助成分为缓释高分子材料、湿润剂、粘结剂和警戒色,
所述的缓释高分子材料的重量百分比为0.1~10%,选自乙基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素和醋酸纤维素中的一种或多种与预胶化淀粉的组合、交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、交联聚丙烯酸钠中的一种或多种;
所述湿润剂的重量百分比为0.1~10%,选自烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钙、月桂醇聚氧乙烯基醚硫酸钠、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、油酸钾、油酸钠、烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物、长链聚羧酸盐、丙烯酸-磺酸盐共聚物中的一种或几种;
所述粘结剂的重量百分比为0.01-5%,选自可溶性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠、明胶中的一种或多种;
所述警戒色的重量百分比为0.01-3%,选自甲基紫、溴酚蓝、胭脂红、刚果红、玫瑰红中的一种或几种;
f)所述的颗粒剂通过将农药活性成分、载体、缓释高分子材料、湿润剂、粘结剂和警戒色混合,粉碎,用粉体直接造粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适于农用无人机撒施的农药缓释颗粒剂,其特征在于,所述缓释颗粒大小为0.1~1mm。
