Abstract
一种多用途轮船,它对目前油轮存在的不安全性、单一的运输功能、对环境的污染等问题,提供了新的解决办法。本船的货仓为钢性结构和柔性结构相结合的构造,原油在仓内处于外壳、内壳、水垫层及喷淋层、胆囊四重保护下,使得其安全性大为提高。由于这种船所具有的特殊的货仓结构及相应的设施,使得其即可以运油,也可以运水、运货,具有出色的多用途性,经济性及安全性、环保性。
Description
本发明涉及一种新型的多用途轮船。
目前的油轮在发生碰撞、触礁等事故时,一旦船体破裂,大量的原油便会流出船外,造成环境的污染。为了减少这一事故的发生和减轻事故发生后造成的损害,目前能够采取的技术措施是:原油在油轮内分仓储存;油轮采用双层壳体:增加船体的钢板厚度。
原油在运输中,本身所含的杂质将有一部分在油仓内沉积下来,所以在一定的时期内就要对这些杂质进行清洗,这需要相应的洗仓设施和将产生一定的清洗污水。
油轮在空载的状态下需要一定量的压载水,专门的主载水仓不产生污染,但需占居油轮的一部分有效载荷空间,用油仓装压载水,将会受到污染,所以需要装设相应的水处理设备。
油轮单一的运油功能使其往往只能单程运输。
本发明的目的是要提供一种新型的多功能轮船,它即能有效的降低原油泄露事故的发生率,又可以不需要专门的洗仓设施及压载水仓,也不产生运行污水,并且具有运油、运水、运货的功能,使得该轮可以双程运输。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:这种船的货仓结构是由外壳、隔仓(密封)、内壳(设有联接阀门平时不密封)胆囊所构成(见图1)。这是一种钢性结构和柔性结构相结合的构造,在运油状态下,油在仓内处于外壳、内壳、水垫层与喷淋层,胆囊四重保护之下,一但发生碰撞等事故,碰撞能量基本上都作用到了外壳体和内壳体这两层钢性结构上,胆囊受力很小,即使发生很大的变形,也不会破裂。而胆囊与外壳体之间的水垫层和喷淋层(处于水垫层水面之上)则可以有效的防止碰撞起火。水垫层提供的对胆囊的外压力还可以平衡掉大部分原油对胆囊的内压力。在运水状态下,将水直接的注入刚性结构的货仓内就可以了(见图2)。抽走货仓内的水,通过提升索将胆囊收于货仓的上部,这种船就可以从事多种固体货物的运输(见图3)。
由于采用上述方案,使得这种船与目前的油轮相比安全性大为提高,而且不产生运行污水,使得油轮的配套设施大大的简化,并且在保证船体结构强度的同时,可以一定程度的降低船体钢板的厚度,从而降低造船成本,并且由于该船具有的直接的运油、运水、运货功能。使得该船的运输效率与普通油轮相比至少提高一倍。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。

图中1、外壳,2、内壳,3、水仓结排水口,4、水仓及水垫层,5、自动阀门,6、原油,7、胆囊,8、喷淋管,9、拦阻栅栏,10、收受油口扫油口消防喷孔等,11、仓盖,12、胆囊提升索,13、备用胆囊提升索,14、备用胆囊。
在图1中,货仓处于运油状态,仓内的原油(6)处于胆囊(7)水垫层(4)及喷淋层(喷淋层处于喷淋管(8)之下,水垫层(4)之上)内壳(2)外壳(1)四重保护之下。收受油口、扫油口、消防喷孔等油仓运行设施(10)从上部进入油仓(6),抽油口下部的原油靠水仓(4)内水位的升高来抬升,拦阻栅栏(9)的功能是拦住胆囊以不被吸入抽油口内。自动阀门(5)为常开状态,当胆囊发生泄露时予以关闭。
图2为货仓处于运水状态时的实施例示意图,此时胆囊(7)漂浮在货仓内水面之上。仓内水的收受靠水仓给排水口(3)来完成。
图3为货仓处于运货状态时的实施例示意图,此时货仓内的水通过给排水口(3)已排出仓外,胆囊(7)通过胆囊提升索固定在货仓的上部。
图4为胆囊结构示意图,备用胆囊平时折叠在胆囊的底部,叠缝处用低强度的耐水粘结剂简单的粘接,一旦胆囊破裂,用备用胆囊提升索(13)迅速的将备用胆囊打开恢复胆囊的密封性能。
Claims (3)
1、一种多用途船,船的货仓结构为外壳体、内壳体、储油胆囊,其特征是:在钢性结构的货仓内置有一个柔性结构的储油胆囊和胆囊与钢性结构之间的水垫层及喷淋层,对原油进行复合式的多层防护运输。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轮船货仓结构,其特征是:这种船同时具有的运油、运水、运货功能。
3、根据权利要求1所述的轮船货仓结构,其特征是:一旦外壳体、内壳体、胆囊失去密封,用备用胆囊对原油进行保护。
