本发明公开了一种汽车涂料及其制备方法,涉及涂料技术领域。本发明所述汽车涂料为双组份涂料,包含主剂和固化剂;所述主剂包含有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂、硅油和填料;所述固化剂包含有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂和硅油。以本发明所述配方制备出的汽车涂料,硬度达50‑60HD,粘度达2000‑6000cp,反射率达95‑97%,并且所述涂料为无溶剂型,对人体伤害较小,对环境的污染也相对更小,并且室温稳定性好,无需冷藏保存。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
有机硅是第一个获得广泛应用的有机高分子化合物,因其独特的化学结构而具有优异的性能,广泛应用于国民经济的各个领域,在涂料工业中亦占有相当重要的地位.有机硅涂料是以有机硅聚合物或有机硅改性聚合物为主要成膜物质的涂料,它具有优良的耐热耐寒、电绝缘、耐辐射、耐潮湿和憎水、耐候、耐沾污及耐化学腐蚀等性能,近年来在产品性能改进及应用方面都得到了迅速发展。现今涂料工业的两大支柱为建筑涂料与汽车涂料.汽车的发展将推动汽车涂料在质量、产量和品种上迈上新台阶.汽车内外饰件涂料用于新车内外饰件涂装,以及汽车后市场更换零部件涂装。其中,外饰大件涂料与OEM原厂涂料市场格局相似,欧美日韩垄断寡头占领大部分市场。随着全球汽车行业进入拐点增长放缓,市场残酷竞争压力层层传导,主机厂成本管控能力变成生死之战。对于既能获得汽车主机厂质量认证,又具备相对成本优势的中国汽车涂料品牌供应商来说,市场充满机会和挑战。
随着中国经济发展,中等收入群体快速崛起,2019年接近3亿人,未来十年还将翻番,必将改变包括汽车产业在内的多数行业规则。汽车制造商、汽车零部件供应商在选择汽车涂料时,必然向更多品质保障和更强服务能力的企业倾斜。打造自有品牌、提高国产产品的市场占有率,并逐步打破国外垄断的格局。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种无溶剂型汽车涂料及其制备方法,所述汽车涂料具有低黏度、高硬度和高反射率的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种汽车涂料,所述汽车涂料为双组份涂料,包含主剂和固化剂;所述主剂包含有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂、硅油和填料;所述固化剂包含有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂和硅油。
本发明采用双组份的方式制备涂料,可以提高两种组分的稳定性,延长保存时间,避免两种组分混合后粘度过高,不利于喷涂或刷涂,造成涂料的浪费。并且,有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂具有良好的耐腐蚀性和耐高温性、不增粘,以其为主要成分制备的产品具有良好的耐老化性和抗紫外线性,长期使用无黄变。而硅油具有良好的粘温性,在宽温范围内粘度变化小,可长期贮存不变质。
优选地,所述主剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂28-36份、硅油9-23份和填料28-50份;所述固化剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂4-6份和硅油2.7-5.5份;所述主剂与固化剂的重量比为(80-120):(8-12)。
优选地,所述主剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂30-34份、硅油13-19份和填料30-47份;所述固化剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂4-4.5份和硅油2.7-3.85份。
优选地,所述主剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂30份、硅油13份和填料30份;所述固化剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂4.5份和硅油3.3份;所述主剂和固化剂的重量比为100:10。本发明申请人经过多次实验,最终确定,以所述配比制备出的汽车涂料具有最低粘度,极易进行喷涂,可适用于多种使用方式。
优选地,所述主剂还包含增粘剂0.3-1.5份、填料28-50份、消泡剂0.05-0.5份和阻聚剂0.008-0.02份;所述固化剂还包含铂金催化剂0.05-0.5份。
优选地,所述硅油包含乙烯基硅油和含氢硅油中的至少一种;所述填料包含钛白粉、白炭黑、氧化锌、氧化镁、碳酸钙、滑石粉、立德粉和硫酸钡中的至少一种。
优选地,所述主剂和固化剂中的硅油包含乙烯基硅油、多乙烯基硅油、苯基乙烯基硅油、甲基含氢硅油和苯基含氢硅油中的至少一种。
优选地,所述主剂中的硅油为乙烯基硅油和含氢硅油的复配物;所述固化剂中的硅油为乙烯基硅油。本发明申请人经多次实验证实,主剂以两种硅油复配制备出的汽车涂料的综合性能明显优于仅仅使用乙烯基硅油或仅仅使用含氢硅油的汽车涂料。
优选地,所述填料包含钛白粉、滑石粉和立德粉。
优选地,所述主剂中乙烯基硅油与含氢硅油的重量比为(6-15):(3-8)。
优选地,所述有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将有机硅单体、纯水和环己烷混合,加热至50-80℃,反应5-8h;
(2)待反应完成后,排去污水,升温至80-120℃,脱去溶剂和低沸物,冷却,得到所述有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂。
优选地,所述有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂的制备步骤(1)中,有机硅单体、纯水和环己烷的体积比为:有机硅单体:纯水:环己烷=(0.5-2):(0.5-2):(0.5-2)。
优选地,所述有机硅单体包含甲基三氯硅烷、甲基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷、苯基三氯硅烷、苯基三甲氧基硅烷、苯基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基二氯硅烷、二苯基二甲氧基硅烷、二苯基二乙氧基硅烷、甲基苯基二氯硅烷、甲基苯基二甲氧基硅烷、甲基苯基二乙氧基硅烷、二甲基乙烯基乙氧基硅烷、甲基乙烯基二甲氧基硅烷、四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷、四甲基二硅氧烷、甲基氢环硅氧烷中的至少一种。
同时,本发明公开了所述汽车涂料的一种应用方法,所述应用方法为:将主剂和固化剂混合均匀,加热至100-150℃,烘烤1-3h。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:与现有技术相比,本发明为无溶剂型,减少了使用过程中有机溶剂对人体健康的损害以及对环境的污染。此外,本发明不同于传统的环氧树脂涂料,能耐高温、耐寒,具有高硬度和高反射率。并且,本发明所述的汽车涂料粘度低,可用于涂刷,也可用于喷涂;且双组份型涂料,室温下稳定,无需冷藏保存。
具体实施方式
为更好地说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1~5
本发明所述汽车涂料的实施例,实施例1~5的配方如表1所示。
实施例1~5所用的有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将苯基三甲氧基硅烷、纯水和环己烷按体积比1:1:1混合,加热至65℃,反应6.5h;
(2)待反应完成后,排去污水,升温至100℃,脱去溶剂和低沸物,冷却,得到所述有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂。
实施例1~5的主剂的制备方法为:将有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂、含氢硅油、增粘剂、填料和消泡剂混合均匀,然后经三辊机研磨,再加入脱水机中,120℃脱除水分,降温后加入行星机中,再加入阻聚剂,搅拌均匀,出料。
实施例1~5的固化剂的制备方法为:将有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂和硅油混合,经三辊机研磨后,再加入脱水机中,120℃脱除水分,降温后加入行星机中,再加入铂金催化剂,搅拌均匀后,出料。
实施例1~5的的主剂和固化剂的重量比均为100:10。

实施例6~10
本发明所述汽车涂料的实施例,实施例6~10所述汽车涂料的配方如表2所示,其中,有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂的制备方法及主剂和固化剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。主剂和固化剂的重量比均为100:10。

实施例11~13
本发明所述汽车涂料的实施例,实施例11~13所述汽车涂料中主剂和固化剂的配方与实施例1中的实施例2相同,有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂的制备方法及主剂和固化剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。实施例11中主剂和固化剂的重量比为80:12,实施例12中,主剂和固化剂的重量比为120:8,实施例13中,主剂和固化剂的重量比为100:20。
实施例14~18
本发明所述汽车涂料的实施例,实施例14~18所述汽车涂料的配方如表3所示,其中,有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂的制备方法及主剂和固化剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。实施例14~18的主剂和固化剂的重量比均为100:10。

性能测试
将每个实施例的主剂和固化剂分别混合,搅拌均匀,测试每组涂料的粘度、硬度和反射率。测试结果如表4所示。对涂层进行检测时,喷涂厚度为100μm。

从表4中可知,实施例2具有最低的粘度和最高的硬度,且具有最高的反射率,也更利于涂刷。本发明采用有机硅树脂及固化体系作为涂料的主要成膜物,钛白粉、滑石粉、立德粉复配物作为填料提高涂料的反射率,当采用其他的填料时,反射率无法达到95%,不符合高反射率汽车涂料的要求。

1.一种汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述汽车涂料为双组份涂料,包含主剂和固化剂;所述主剂包含有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂、硅油和填料;所述固化剂包含有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂和硅油。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述主剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂28-36份、硅油9-23份和填料28-50份;所述固化剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂3-6份和硅油2.7-5.5份;所述主剂与固化剂的重量比为(80-120):(8-12)。
3.如权利要求2所述的汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述主剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂30-34份、硅油13-19份和填料30-47份;所述固化剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂4-4.5份和硅油2.7-3.85份。
4.如权利要求3所述的汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述主剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂30份、硅油13份和填料30份;所述固化剂包含如下重量份的成分:有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂4.5份和硅油3.3份。
5.如权利要求1所述的汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述硅油包含乙烯基硅油、含氢硅油中的至少一种;所述填料包含钛白粉、白炭黑、氧化锌、氧化镁、碳酸钙、滑石粉、立德粉、硫酸钡中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求5所述的汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述主剂中的硅油为乙烯基硅油和含氢硅油的复配物;所述固化剂中的硅油为乙烯基硅油;所述填料包含钛白粉、滑石粉和立德粉。
7.如权利要求6所述的汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述主剂中乙烯基硅油与含氢硅油的重量比为(6-15):(3-8)。
8.如权利要求1~7任一项所述的汽车涂料,其特征在于,所述有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将有机硅单体、纯水和环己烷混合,加热至50-80℃,反应5-8h;
(2)待反应完成后,排去污水,升温至80-120℃,脱去溶剂和低沸物,冷却,得到所述有机硅苯基乙烯基硅树脂。
