Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfectant preparations, in particular to a hand-washing-free disinfectant gel containing hydrogen-rich water and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In various organs of a human body, hands are the most frequent parts of the human body contacting the outside, and during daily activities of people, the hands can inevitably contact microorganisms and even pathogenic microorganisms. The warm and moist environment of the hand provides proper conditions for the growth and the propagation of microorganisms, and the microorganisms not only can possibly infect the hands, but also can be spread to other people by means of shaking hands, contacting articles and the like.
The hand disinfection can kill most microorganisms on the hand, so that the number of common pathogenic microorganisms is reduced to a safe level, and a proper hand washing disinfection product can effectively kill a plurality of pathogenic microorganisms on the hand skin.
The common hand sanitizer has limited sterilization effect, only 20-30% of bacteria can be taken away under the action of water flow in the hand washing process, and highly pathogenic germs such as staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans and the like adhered to hands cannot be killed, and meanwhile, the water-based hand sanitizer is easy to spray and drip when used, is poor in use experience, and is difficult to meet outdoor use requirements; the broad-spectrum bactericidal property of the hand washing and disinfecting product still needs to be improved.
With the progress of medical research on hydrogen, people have gradually come to recognize the important role of hydrogen in removing free radicals and resisting oxidation, and hydrogen-rich water has attracted more and more attention as a hydrogen-rich product which can be taken as drinking water for a long time, but no report is found on a hand washing and disinfecting product containing hydrogen-rich water.
Therefore, the development of the non-washing hand disinfection gel containing hydrogen-rich water, which has strong bacteriostatic ability, is safe to skin and has no stimulation, is of great significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a hydrogen-rich water-containing hand-washing-free disinfection gel and a preparation method thereof, which are used for solving the problems in the prior art, so that the disinfection gel has an excellent antibacterial and disinfection effect, and the oxidation resistance of skin can be obviously improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme:
the invention provides a hydrogen-rich water-containing hand-washing-free disinfection gel which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
further, the hydrogen concentration in the hydrogen-rich water is 1200-1600 ppb.
Further, the pH regulator is aminomethyl propanol or triethanolamine.
Further, the thickening agent is one or more of carbomer U21, carbomer U20, carbomer 470 or carbomer 471.
Further, the emollient is one or more of aloe oil, vitamin E, grape seed essential oil or olive oil.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the hydrogen-rich water-containing hand-washing-free disinfection gel, which comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly mixing the thickening agent and the purified water according to the formula amount, standing for 2-3h, and stirring the obtained mixture in a stirrer at the stirring speed of 700rpm for 15-20min to obtain a mixture A;
(2) uniformly mixing hydrogen-rich water, saccharicterpenin, chinaberry bark, an emollient and dittany bark according to the formula ratio to obtain a mixture B;
(3) under the stirring state, uniformly mixing the mixture A and the mixture B to obtain a mixture C;
(4) controlling the stirring speed to be 1000rpm, and adding ethanol with the formula amount into the mixture C to obtain a mixture D;
(5) and (3) dropwise adding the pH regulator into the mixture D according to the formula amount, increasing the stirring speed to 1500rpm after the dropwise adding is finished, and stirring for 10-15min to obtain the hand-washing-free disinfection gel.
Saccharicterpenin is a natural effective component extracted from plants, mainly comprises polysaccharide and triterpenoid saponin substances, and has great potential in eliminating free radicals.
The cortex meliae is loaded in the first part of the 2010 edition of the Chinese pharmacopoeia, is the dry bark and root bark of Melia toosendan Sieb. et Zucc. or Melia meliae Meliazedarach L. of meliaceae, and has the efficacy of killing insects and treating tinea.
Cortex Dictamni Radicis is loaded in the first part of the 2010 edition of the Chinese pharmacopoeia, and is a dried root bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz, a rutaceae plant, and has effects of clearing heat, eliminating dampness, dispelling pathogenic wind and removing toxic substances.
The invention discloses the following technical effects:
the application adds the traditional Chinese medicine components of the chinaberry bark and the dittany bark into the hand-washing-free disinfection gel, so that the hand-washing-free disinfection gel has good bacteriostatic and disinfecting effects, and the damage to the skin caused by the addition of chemical disinfection substances in the existing hand washing products is avoided.
According to the invention, a small amount of saccharicterpenin is added into the hand washing gel, and the antibacterial and disinfection effects of the hand washing gel can be obviously improved by adding the saccharicterpenin. Meanwhile, the hand washing gel has good antioxidant effect by adjusting the proportion of the traditional Chinese medicine components and the saccharicterpenin, and can obviously improve glutathione contained in skin surface cells after long-term use.
The hand washing gel disclosed by the invention is also added with hydrogen-rich water, and the gel structure of the hand washing gel can efficiently retain high-concentration hydrogen in the hydrogen-rich water, so that the stability of the hydrogen in the product is ensured, and meanwhile, the hand washing gel can ensure that the hydrogen is fully contacted with the skin surface in the use process, and a good antioxidant effect is ensured.
The volume content of ethanol in the hydrogen-rich water-containing hand-washing-free disinfection gel can reach 70-80%, staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, candida albicans and the like can be effectively killed, the antibacterial and disinfection effects are obvious, the antioxidant capacity of skin can be obviously improved after long-term use, and meanwhile, the preparation method is simple and has great industrial production value.

Effect verification:
firstly, skin irritation test:
a skin irritation test method is adopted, 7 healthy adult white rabbits with the weight of 2.2-2.5kg are selected, hairs on two sides of the spinal column of the back of the rabbit are cut off 24 hours before the test, the hair removal range of each side is 3cm multiplied by 3cm, 0.5g of the hand washing gel of the invention examples 1-4 and the comparative examples 1-3 is respectively smeared on the hair removal skin on one side of the back of the rabbit, the hand washing gel is washed with warm water after 4 hours, and the skin on the other side without smearing the hand washing gel is used as a control. The application is carried out once a day for 14 d. The skin reaction was observed 24h after each application and the irritation intensity was evaluated.
The result shows that the hand washing gel of the invention is used as a test object, and the phenomena of redness, swelling, inflammation, ulceration and the like do not appear on the part of the skin of a test rabbit of 7 rabbits after the hand washing gel is contacted, and the hand washing gel of the invention has no any stimulation to the skin and can be used safely.
Second, bacteriostatic effect
The 140 volunteers were randomly grouped into groups of 20 persons, the hand washing gels of examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-3 were used to detect the residual quantity of each pathogenic bacterium in the hands of each group of volunteers, the bacteriostasis rate was calculated, the experiment was repeated 3 times, and the average value was calculated, the results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Third, the increase rate of glutathione in skin surface cells is compared
After using the hand sanitizer of the invention for 2 months, the increase rate of the glutathione content in skin surface cells is measured, and the result is shown in table 2.
