Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a herbivore full ration by utilizing bagasse straws, which comprises the following raw materials: 30-50 parts of bagasse straw, 20-40 parts of corn, 20-40 parts of soybean meal, 10-25 parts of straw, 10-15 parts of carrot, 60-100 parts of green-green mixture, 2-5 parts of salt, 10-20 parts of dandelion, 20-30 parts of artemisia argyi, 10-15 parts of dried kelp, 15-23 parts of honey, 3-5 parts of complex enzyme, 3-5 parts of trace element premix and 3-5 parts of compound vitamin premix. The mugwort, the dandelion and the dried kelp wrapped on the outermost side can effectively relieve the risk of mildewing of the whole daily ration and improve the storage time; the green mixture is treated in an oxygen-free environment, so that the oxidation of vitamin E can be reduced, and the nutrient content can be improved. The invention not only can prolong the storage time, but also has richer nutrition and high utilization rate.

Description

Method for preparing whole ration for herbivorous animals by using bagasse straw
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of total daily ration for herbivores, in particular to a method for preparing the total daily ration for herbivores by utilizing bagasse straws.
Background
At present, the high-quality forage grass feed required by the breeding of dairy cows, beef cattle and mutton sheep in China is seriously insufficient, the commercialization degree of the forage grass feed for herbivorous animals is very low, and the gap of the forage grass feed reaches more than 1.4 hundred million tons every year in China. Meanwhile, as cattle and sheep are over-herded in grassland in northern pastoral areas of China, grassland desertification is serious day by day, and the development of the herbivory and animal husbandry is severely restricted by the lack of pasture. Wherein, the utilization rate of the bagasse straws is not high.
In addition, the conventional whole-day food for herbivores is easy to deteriorate, the storage time is short, and in the preparation process, internal nutrient substances are easy to oxidize, so that the loss of nutrients is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the technical defects and provides a method for preparing the total daily ration of the herbivore by utilizing bagasse straws.
In order to solve the problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the method for preparing the total ration for the herbivorous animals by utilizing the bagasse straws comprises the following raw materials: 30-50 parts of bagasse straw, 20-40 parts of corn, 20-40 parts of soybean meal, 10-25 parts of straw, 10-15 parts of carrot, 60-100 parts of green-green mixture, 2-5 parts of salt, 10-20 parts of dandelion, 20-30 parts of artemisia argyi, 10-15 parts of dried kelp, 15-23 parts of honey, 3-5 parts of complex enzyme, 3-5 parts of trace element premix and 3-5 parts of compound vitamin premix.
Further, the green mixture is composed of 20-35 parts of wild pea, 30-50 parts of alfalfa, 15-20 parts of sweet potato leaves and 10-20 parts of peanut vine; the compound enzyme comprises 10-15 parts of amylase, 10-20 parts of protease and 20-35 parts of pectinase; the microelement premix consists of 10-15 parts of calcium hydrophosphate, 5-8 parts of zinc carbonate, 3-5 parts of copper element, 2-4 parts of cobalt element and 1-3 parts of selenium-rich element; the compound vitamin premix consists of 2-4 parts of cod liver oil and 80-100 parts of river salvage; the river salvage consists of waterweeds, small crucian carps, grass carps and river shrimps.
The method for preparing the whole ration of the herbivore by utilizing the bagasse straws comprises the following steps:
(1) uniformly spreading bagasse straws, corns, bean pulp, straws, carrots, green and green mixture, dandelion, mugwort and dry kelp at a cool and ventilated place for airing for 1-2 days, and turning over once every 3-8 hours to obtain air-dried raw materials;
(2) putting bagasse straws, corns, bean pulp, straws, carrots, dandelions and mugwort into a pulverizer to obtain particles A with the particle diameter of 1.8-2.7 mm; putting the aquatic weeds, the small crucian carps, the grass carps and the shrimps into a pulverizer to obtain particles B with the particle diameter of 1.8-2.7 mm; putting the green mixture into a vacuum grinder for grinding to obtain particles C with the particle size of 1.5-3 mm; putting herba Taraxaci, folium Artemisiae Argyi and dried herba Zosterae Marinae into pulverizer to obtain granule D with diameter of 1.2-2.4 mm;
(3) uniformly mixing the particles A, the particles B, the salt, the complex enzyme, the trace element premix and the vitamin complex premix, wrapping the particles C with the particles C to obtain mixed particles E, wrapping the heated honey on the outer sides of the mixed particles E, and wrapping the particles D on the outer sides of the honey-wrapped mixed particles E to obtain mixed particles F;
(4) and packaging the obtained mixed particles F to obtain a finished product.
Further, the step (3) is carried out in an oxygen-free environment in the whole process.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the mugwort, the dandelion and the dried kelp wrapped on the outermost side can effectively relieve the risk of mildewing of the whole daily ration and improve the storage time; the green mixture is treated in an oxygen-free environment, so that the oxidation of vitamin E can be reduced, and the nutrient content can be improved. The invention not only can prolong the storage time, but also has richer nutrition and high utilization rate.
