本发明公开了一种水刺复合无纺布,包括基布层、上中粗纤维层和下中粗纤维层,所述的基布层设置在上中粗纤维层和下中粗纤维层之间,所述的上中粗纤维层上端设置有高强玻璃纤维布与超细玻璃纤维层之间通过水刺复合。本发明水刺复合无纺布耐高温、过滤精度高、强力高,该水刺复合无纺布水刺复合过滤材料的制备方法工艺流程短、次品率低、生产效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布技术领域,具体为水刺复合无纺布及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着环保意识的增强,水刺无纺布的应用领域越来越广,比如应用于过滤,包括空气过滤,油过滤等。目前,用于过滤的水刺无纺布普遍存在纤维分布不均匀的现象,导致水刺无纺布存在过滤精度低,强力低,易断裂等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供无纺布及其制备方法以及具有该无纺布的卫生材料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种水刺复合无纺布,包括基布层、上中粗纤维层和下中粗纤维层,所述的基布层设置在上中粗纤维层和下中粗纤维层之间,所述的上中粗纤维层上端设置有高强玻璃纤维布与超细玻璃纤维层之间通过水刺复合。
进一步地,所述的基布层为PPS纤维。
进一步地,所述的中粗纤维层为纺粘长丝纤网。
进一步地,所述的混合纤维层为木浆纤维网。
一种水刺复合无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将超细玻璃纤维依次进行溶解、调浓、上浆、成型、预水刺,形成超细玻璃纤维层;
S2:将超细玻璃纤维层作为上层、高强玻璃纤维布作为下层进行叠合,
S3:将叠合后的布料送到水刺区进行网面预湿;
S4:将叠合后的布料进行复合水刺处理,形成四层结构的水刺复合无纺布,第一层为纺粘长丝纤网层,第二层为PPS纤维层,第三层为纺粘长丝纤网层,第四层为高强玻璃纤维布,第五层为超细玻璃纤维层;
S5:将复合水刺复合无纺布浸入有软化剂的槽进行软化,软化的时间为10-15分钟;
S6:将复合水刺复合无纺布送进烘箱进行烘干,烘干的温度为100-120℃,烘干的时间为6-9分钟;
S7:对复合水刺复合无纺布进行分切、收卷。
进一步地,所述的软化剂为硅油或高碳数脂肪酸乳浊液。
进一步地,所述制备方法S3中网面预湿水温为35-45℃。
进一步地,所述的水刺为经高压微细水流形成的水针进行的水刺。
进一步地,所述水针的水温为10-15℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明水刺复合无纺布耐高温、过滤精度高、强力高,该水刺复合无纺布水刺复合过滤材料的制备方法工艺流程短、次品率低、生产效率高。

实施例1
请参阅图1,一种水刺复合无纺布,包括基布层1、上中粗纤维层2和下中粗纤维层3,所述的基布层1设置在上中粗纤维层2和下中粗纤维层3之间,所述的上中粗纤维层2上端设置有高强玻璃纤维布4与超细玻璃纤维层5之间通过水刺复合。所述的基布层1为PPS纤维。所述的中粗纤维层为纺粘长丝纤网。所述的混合纤维层为木浆纤维网。
一种水刺复合无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将超细玻璃纤维依次进行溶解、调浓、上浆、成型、预水刺,形成超细玻璃纤维层;
S2:将超细玻璃纤维层作为上层、高强玻璃纤维布作为下层进行叠合,
S3:将叠合后的布料送到水刺区进行网面预湿,所述制备方法S3中网面预湿水温为35℃,所述的水刺为经高压微细水流形成的水针进行的水刺,所述水针的水温为10℃;
S4:将叠合后的布料进行复合水刺处理,形成四层结构的水刺复合无纺布,第一层为纺粘长丝纤网层,第二层为PPS纤维层,第三层为纺粘长丝纤网层,第四层为高强玻璃纤维布,第五层为超细玻璃纤维层;
S5:将复合水刺复合无纺布浸入有软化剂的槽进行软化,软化的时间为10-15分钟,所述的软化剂为硅油或高碳数脂肪酸乳浊液;
S6:将复合水刺复合无纺布送进烘箱进行烘干,烘干的温度为100℃,烘干的时间为6分钟;
S7:对复合水刺复合无纺布进行分切、收卷。
实施例2
请参阅图1,一种水刺复合无纺布,包括基布层1、上中粗纤维层2和下中粗纤维层3,所述的基布层1设置在上中粗纤维层2和下中粗纤维层3之间,所述的上中粗纤维层2上端设置有高强玻璃纤维布4与超细玻璃纤维层5之间通过水刺复合。所述的基布层1为PPS纤维。所述的中粗纤维层为纺粘长丝纤网。所述的混合纤维层为木浆纤维网。
一种水刺复合无纺布的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将超细玻璃纤维依次进行溶解、调浓、上浆、成型、预水刺,形成超细玻璃纤维层;
S2:将超细玻璃纤维层作为上层、高强玻璃纤维布作为下层进行叠合,
S3:将叠合后的布料送到水刺区进行网面预湿,所述制备方法S3中网面预湿水温为45℃,所述的水刺为经高压微细水流形成的水针进行的水刺,所述水针的水温为15℃;
S4:将叠合后的布料进行复合水刺处理,形成四层结构的水刺复合无纺布,第一层为纺粘长丝纤网层,第二层为PPS纤维层,第三层为纺粘长丝纤网层,第四层为高强玻璃纤维布,第五层为超细玻璃纤维层;
S5:将复合水刺复合无纺布浸入有软化剂的槽进行软化,软化的时间为10-15分钟,所述的软化剂为硅油或高碳数脂肪酸乳浊液;
S6:将复合水刺复合无纺布送进烘箱进行烘干,烘干的温度为120℃,烘干的时间为9分钟;
S7:对复合水刺复合无纺布进行分切、收卷。
本发明水刺复合无纺布耐高温、过滤精度高、强力高,该水刺复合无纺布水刺复合过滤材料的制备方法工艺流程短、次品率低、生产效率高。

1.一种水刺复合无纺布,包括基布层(1)、上中粗纤维层(2)和下中粗纤维层(3),其特征在于:所述的基布层(1)设置在上中粗纤维层(2)和下中粗纤维层(3)之间,所述的上中粗纤维层(2)上端设置有高强玻璃纤维布(4)与超细玻璃纤维层(5)之间通过水刺复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水刺复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述的基布层(1)为PPS纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水刺复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述的中粗纤维层为纺粘长丝纤网。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水刺复合无纺布,其特征在于,所述的混合纤维层为木浆纤维网。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种水刺复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将超细玻璃纤维依次进行溶解、调浓、上浆、成型、预水刺,形成超细玻璃纤维层;
S2:将超细玻璃纤维层作为上层、高强玻璃纤维布作为下层进行叠合,
S3:将叠合后的布料送到水刺区进行网面预湿;
S4:将叠合后的布料进行复合水刺处理,形成四层结构的水刺复合无纺布,第一层为纺粘长丝纤网层,第二层为PPS纤维层,第三层为纺粘长丝纤网层,第四层为高强玻璃纤维布,第五层为超细玻璃纤维层;
S5:将复合水刺复合无纺布浸入有软化剂的槽进行软化,软化的时间为10-15分钟;
S6:将复合水刺复合无纺布送进烘箱进行烘干,烘干的温度为100-120℃,烘干的时间为6-9分钟;
S7:对复合水刺复合无纺布进行分切、收卷。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种水刺复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的软化剂为硅油或高碳数脂肪酸乳浊液。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种水刺复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法S3中网面预湿水温为35-45℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种水刺复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的水刺为经高压微细水流形成的水针进行的水刺。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种水刺复合无纺布的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水针的水温为10-15℃。
