技术领域
本申请涉及袋式除尘材料制备的技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种超纤面层滤料及其生产系统。
背景技术
袋式除尘器是一种利用滤料,采用过滤原理,将气体中的固体颗粒分离,从而达到净化气体、收尘的一种过滤设备。滤料主要分为超纤面层滤料和覆膜滤料,超纤面层滤料是一种以超细纤维(纤度为0.8D,即0.89dtex及以下的有机纤维或直径5μm以下的无机纤维)为迎尘面层的滤料,其相较于覆膜滤料,具有较高的透气量,使得运行阻力较低而有利于节约能源,但过滤精度较低,排放的粉尘浓度较高。
相关技术中,存在一种高性能滤料的制备方法,包括开松梳理、形成短纤维网、与基布复合、针刺、水刺、烧毛、轧光、浸渍、烘干步骤,烧毛去除纤维层表面绒毛、轧光以使纤维层内部结构更加致密,减小纤维间的空隙,提高滤料对小粒径粒子的过滤效率,浸渍聚四氟乙烯溶液以提高滤料的疏水性、抗氧化性等性能,得到的高性能滤料透气率为238.4mm/s,粉尘排放浓度为0.23mg/m3
针对上述相关技术,发明人发现,滤料制备方法中工序较多,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
为了简化滤料的制备工艺,提高工作效率,本申请提供一种超纤面层滤料及其生产系统。
本申请提供的一种超纤面层滤料及其生产系统采用如下的技术方案:

S1、将超细纤维层纤维、细纤维层纤维、粗纤维层纤维经分裂纤维、开松、梳理、铺网形成超细纤维层、细纤维层和粗纤维层;
S2、将超细纤维层、细纤维层、基布和粗纤维层由上至下依次排列,经针刺,形成纤维层、基布层复合结构;
S3、将复合结构经预水刺、水刺、烘干定型,即得超纤面层滤料;
其中,水刺所用的液体为聚四氟乙烯浸渍液。
通过采用上述技术方案,使用聚四氟乙烯浸渍液进行水刺,一方面使聚四氟乙烯进入并填充滤料纤维的间隙内,降低了滤料的孔径和孔隙率,起到提高滤料的过滤性能、耐热性、耐寒性和耐化学腐蚀的特性,同时赋予滤料一定的拒水、拒油效果。通过使用本申请的生产系统,使得在对滤料的加工过程中经水刺后无需烧光、轧光和浸渍的工序即可直接烘干,大幅度提高了工作效率。
对本申请制得的滤料进行性能检测,其过滤效率达到99.67%,与使用浸渍工艺制得的滤料过滤效率99.72%相近,且本申请中透气率高达278.5mm/s,高于使用浸渍工艺制得滤料的261.6mm/s,表明本申请的生产系统制得的是一种过滤效果满足使用需求的滤料;本申请的生产系统为一种运行阻力低,可在一定程度上节约资源,以及工艺步骤少,可提高生产效率的超纤面层滤料生产系统。
此外浸渍工艺中使聚四氟乙烯浸渍液固化在滤料表面上,聚四氟乙烯的使用量较大,使得滤料克重得到不可逆的大幅度增长,达到566g/m2;而本申请生产系统中由于聚四氟乙烯浸渍液填充在纤维空隙内,降低了聚四氟乙烯的使用量,使得滤料可具有较低的克重,仅为535g/m2,由此表明,本申请的生产系统可制得低克重的滤料,为滤料的轻量化发展提供了一种全新的新方式。
可选的,聚四氟乙烯浸渍液包括如下重量分数的组分:
水100-180份;
聚四氟乙烯乳液20-30份;
聚苯乙烯乳液5-10份;
分散剂1-2份;
成膜剂1-3份。
通过采用上述技术方案,聚四氟乙烯乳液提高滤料的过滤性能、耐热性、耐寒性和耐化学腐蚀的特性,同时赋予滤料一定的拒水、拒油效果。聚苯乙烯乳液进一步提高滤料的耐腐蚀性,使制得的滤料是一种过滤性能好、具有耐热性、耐寒性和耐化学腐蚀较好,同时具有一定的拒水、拒油效果的滤料,具有较长的使用寿命。
对本申请制得的滤料进行性能检测,其过滤效率达到99.68-99.71%过滤效率进一步提高,也由此证明了使用聚四氟乙烯乳液和聚苯乙烯乳液的的混合液对滤料进行水刺,滤料的过滤性能更好,且耐腐蚀性进一步提高,有利于延长滤料的使用寿命。
可选的,水刺的具体步骤为:
S3-1、设置水刺压力为3-4MPa,水刺道数6-8次;
S3-2、设置水刺压力为4.5-7MPa,水刺道数3-5次;

通过采用上述技术方案,先采用较低的水刺压力,减少滤料表面破损的情况发生,并同时增加水刺道数,当水刺道数处于上述范围内时,滤料的平均孔径处于适当范围内,使得滤料的过滤效果较好,对本申请制得的滤料进行性能检测,其过滤效率达到99.76-99.79%。
可选的,步骤S3-1与步骤S3-2中,水刺方向相反。
通过采用上述技术方案,减少由于持续水刺引起的滤料破损的情况发生,且制得的滤料过滤性能好,其过滤效率达到99.81%。
可选的,聚四氟乙烯浸渍液的温度为70-90℃。
通过采用上述技术方案,促使滤料表面纤维变软,使得水刺可在较低的水刺压力下完成水刺效果,且升高滤料温度,加快滤料中水分的快速蒸发,降低烘干定型所需时间,进而节约资源,对本申请制得的滤料进行性能检测,其过滤效率为99.83-99.84%,过滤效果较好。
可选的,预水刺所用的液体包括如下重量分数的组分:
水90-130份;
纳米银颗粒0.5-1份;
丙烯酸乳液15-20份;
分散剂1-2份。
通过采用上述技术方案,预水刺过程中,纳米银一方面对滤料表面造成磨损,提高后续聚四氟乙烯浸渍液与滤料纤维之间的粘接效果,另一方面纳米银颗粒进入滤料的纤维空隙内,填充纤维空隙并赋予滤料抑菌的特性,有利于延长滤料的使用寿命。而纳米银与滤料纤维之间的粘接效果较差而易流失,因此使用丙烯酸乳液增加纳米银与滤料纤维之间的粘接性,使纳米银滞留在纤维空隙内。
对本申请制得的滤料进行性能检测,其过滤效率进一步提升至99.88%,由此证明使用含有纳米银颗粒和丙烯酸乳液的液体进行预水刺,可进一步提高滤料的过滤性能。
可选的,预水刺的具体步骤为,水刺压力2-3MPa,水刺道数5-7次,每道预水刺的水刺方向相反。
通过采用上述技术方案,对本申请制得的滤料进行性能检测,其过滤效率达到99.94-99.95%,表明当预水刺中的水刺压力和水刺道数处于上述范围内时,可进一步提高滤料的过滤性能。
可选的,烘干定型的具体步骤为,先在70-100℃下烘干30-50min,再在120-140℃下烘干至恒重。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请中优选使用先低温预烘干,后高温加速烘干的工艺方法,相较于直接使用高温烘干的工艺,由于进少了聚四氟乙烯乳液的流失,使过滤效率达到99.97%,且制得的滤料仅为549.9g/m2,低于浸渍工艺中滤料克重566g/m2,表明本申请的生产系统可制备过滤性能好,克重低的滤料。
可选的,所述超细纤维层纤维包括芳纶纤维、聚苯硫醚纤维、涤纶纤维、腈纶纤维、棉纤维、汉麻纤维中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
通过采用上述技术方案,在实际使用中,可根据需要使超细纤维层纤维在上述纤维内进行选择,具有较高的实用性。
第二方面,本申请提供一种超纤面层滤料,采用如下的技术方案:
一种超纤面层滤料,由上述的超纤面层生产系统加工而成。
通过采用上述技术方案,制得的超纤面层滤料过滤性能好,过滤效率最高可达99.97%,透气率满足使用需要,克重最高仅为549.9g/m2,低于使用浸渍工艺处理的滤料克重566g/m2,表明本申请的滤料过滤性能好,克重低,为滤料的轻量化发展提供了一种新思路。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、本申请通过使用聚四氟乙烯浸渍液作为水刺工艺使用的液体,对滤料进行水刺,一方面聚四氟乙烯浸渍液填充纤维空隙,降低滤料的孔径和孔隙率,起到提高过滤效率的效果,另一方面缩减了烧毛、轧光和浸渍的工艺步骤,使得工艺流程得以简化,提高效率;
2、本申请通过控制聚四氟乙烯浸渍液的成分及其用量,使得聚四氟乙烯乳液最大限度滞留在纤维空隙内,提高滤料的过滤性能;
3、本申请通过使用含有纳米银颗粒和丙烯酸乳液的液体进行预水刺,一方面提前加湿滤料,提高水刺效果,另一方面纳米银颗粒对滤料纤维造成适量磨损,提高聚四氟乙烯乳液预滤料纤维之间的粘接性,提高过滤效率,同时丙烯酸乳液提高纳米银颗粒与滤料纤维之间的粘接性,使纤维捕集纳米银并滞留在纤维空隙内,赋予滤料抑菌的效果,延长滤料的使用寿命。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
实施例
实施例1
一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,其包括以下步骤:
S1、将超细纤维层纤维、细纤维层纤维、粗纤维层纤维经分裂纤维、开松、梳理、铺网形成厚度1mm的超细纤维层、厚度1mm的细纤维层和厚度2mm的粗纤维层;
其中,超细纤维层纤维为长度51mm、纤度0.2D的芳纶纤维和长度51mm、纤度1D的PPS纤维按重量比1:1组成的混合物;
细纤维层纤维为长度38mm、纤度1.5D的涤纶纤维;
粗纤维层纤维为孔数36F、纤度75D的涤纶长丝;
S2、将超细纤维层、细纤维层、基布和粗纤维层由上至下依次排列,经针刺(针刺深度为12mm,针刺密度为100刺/cm2,单向针刺),形成纤维层、基布层复合结构;
基布为玄武岩纤维机织布,厚度2mm;
S3、将复合结构经预水刺(水刺压力为1.5MPa,水刺道数2次,单向水刺,)、水刺(水刺压力为7MPa,水刺道数5次,重复两组,单向水刺)、140℃下烘干至干燥定型,即得超纤面层滤料;
其中,水刺所用的液体为聚四氟乙烯浸渍液,聚四氟乙烯浸渍液由浓度为60wt%的聚四氟乙烯乳液、成膜剂和水按重量比1:0.05:5混合制得,温度为25℃;成膜剂为卡波姆940;
预水刺所用的液体为水,温度为25℃。
实施例2
一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,与实施例1的区别之处在于,聚四氟乙烯浸渍液的制备方法不同,液体A由100kg水、20kg浓度60wt%聚四氟乙烯乳液、5kg浓度40wt%聚四氟乙烯乳液、1kg分散剂KMT-7301、1kg成膜剂混合制得;
其中,成膜剂为卡波姆940。
实施例3
一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,与实施例2的区别之处在于,聚四氟乙烯浸渍液中各组分的重量不同,水、浓度60wt%聚四氟乙烯乳液、浓度40wt%聚四氟乙烯乳液、分散剂KMT-7301、卡波姆940的重量比为140:25:7:1.5:2。
实施例4
一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,与实施例2的区别之处在于,聚四氟乙烯浸渍液中各组分的重量不同,水、浓度60wt%聚四氟乙烯乳液、浓度40wt%聚四氟乙烯乳液、分散剂KMT-7301、卡波姆940的重量比为180:30:10:2:3。
实施例5
一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,与实施例3的区别之处在于,水刺步骤不同,其具体步骤为:
S3-1、设置水刺压力为3MPa,水刺道数6次;
S3-2、设置水刺压力为4.5MPa,水刺道数3次;
步骤S3-1、S3-2交替重复各两组,步骤S3-1、S3-2水刺方向相同。
实施例6
一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,与实施例3的区别之处在于,水刺步骤不同,其具体步骤为:
S3-1、设置水刺压力为3.5MPa,水刺道数7次;
S3-2、设置水刺压力为6MPa,水刺道数4次;
步骤S3-1、S3-2交替重复各两组,步骤S3-1、S3-2水刺方向相同。
实施例7
一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,与实施例3的区别之处在于,水刺步骤不同,其具体步骤为:
S3-1、设置水刺压力为4MPa,水刺道数8次;
S3-2、设置水刺压力为7MPa,水刺道数5次;
步骤S3-1、S3-2交替重复各两组,步骤S3-1、S3-2水刺方向相同。
实施例8
一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,与实施例6的区别之处在于,步骤S3-1、S3-2水刺方向相反。
实施例9
一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,与实施例6的区别之处在于,聚四氟乙烯浸渍液温度为70℃。
实施例10
一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,与实施例6的区别之处在于,聚四氟乙烯浸渍液温度为80℃。

一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,与实施例6的区别之处在于,聚四氟乙烯浸渍液温度为90℃。

对比例1
一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,其包括以下步骤:
S1、将超细纤维层纤维、细纤维层纤维、粗纤维层纤维经分裂纤维、开松、梳理、铺网形成厚度1mm的超细纤维层、厚度1mm的细纤维层和厚度2mm的粗纤维层;
其中,超细纤维层纤维为长度51mm、纤度0.2D的芳纶纤维和长度51mm、纤度1D的PPS纤维按重量比1:1组成的混合物;
细纤维层纤维为长度38mm、纤度1.5D的涤纶纤维;
粗纤维层纤维为孔数36F、纤度75D的涤纶长丝;
S2、将超细纤维层、细纤维层、基布和粗纤维层由上至下依次排列,经针刺(针刺深度为12mm,针刺密度为100刺/cm2,单向针刺),形成纤维层、基布层复合结构;
基布为玄武岩纤维机织布,厚度2mm;
S3、将复合结构经水刺(水刺压力为7MPa,水刺道数5次,重复两组,单向水刺);
S4、将水刺后的复合结构烧毛(温度500℃、速度15m/min)、轧光(进布速度10m/min、辊温度180℃、压力2.75×105-3.5×105Pa);
S5、将轧光后的复合结构浸入20倍其质量的60wt%的聚四氟乙烯乳液,浸渍10min,于140℃下烘干至干燥定型,即得超纤面层滤料。
性能检测
将使用实施例和对比例中的生产系统制得的超纤面层滤料进行如下性能测试,测试结果记录在表1当中:
试验一:粉尘过滤效率,根据标准GB/T 6719-2009《袋式除尘器技术要求》检测滤料的动态过滤效率,单位%。
试验二:透气率检测,根据标准GBT5453-1997《纺织品织物透气性的测定》检测滤料透气率,单位mm/s。

结合实施例1-18、对比例1和表1相应数据,对本申请制得的纤维滤料的性能做以下介绍。
实施例1中的粉料过滤效率达到99.65%,透气率达到278.5mm/s,对粉尘的过滤效果与对比例1过滤效率99.72%、透气率261.6mm/s,二者过滤效率相近,表明由本申请的生产系统可在使制得的滤料达到与浸渍工艺制得滤料具有相近的过滤效果,满足使用需要的基础上,省略烧毛、轧光和浸渍步骤,缩减了工艺成本,且提高了生产效率。并且,采用本申请的生产系统制得的滤料具有更高的透气率,有利于降低运行阻力,节约资源。
此外,对比例1与实施例1的区别之处在于,二者工艺不同,使得使用相同材质的滤料,经烘干定型后的克重不同。对比例1中因使用浸渍工艺,使聚四氟乙烯乳液固化在滤料表面,具有较大的接触面积,使得滤料克重得到不可逆的大幅度增长,达到566g/m2,而实施例1中因采用水刺工艺,使聚四氟乙烯乳液直接填充在织物纤维间隙内,从而大幅度降低了聚四氟乙烯乳液的使用量,进而使滤料克重的增长幅度小于浸渍工艺,使得滤料克重仅为535g/m2,由此表明本申请的生产系统可制备出低克重的面层滤料,为滤料的轻质化发展提供了一种独有的新方式。
实施例2-4与实施例1的区别之处在于,水刺使用的聚四氟乙烯浸渍液的制备方法不同。实施例2-4中通过添加聚苯乙烯乳液,进一步提高滤料的防腐性能,延长滤料的使用寿命,且滤料的过滤性能达到99.68-99.71%,由此表明本申请的生产工艺制得的滤料是一种过滤性能好,防腐性优异的滤料,具有较高的实用性。
实施例5-7与实施例3的区别之处在于,水刺步骤不同,其中水刺压力和水刺道数均不同。实施例5-7中由于先使用先低压后高压的水刺步骤,并在一定范围内增加水刺道数,在保障滤料完整的情况下,使得聚四氟乙烯浸渍液充分进入纤维空隙内,使得滤料过滤效率提升至99.76-99.79%,提高了滤料的过滤性能。
但随着水刺道数的增加,滤料密实度更高,实施例5-7滤料透气率相较于实施例3均略有下降,对比实施例6、7,二者滤料的过滤效率相近,但实施例7中透气率下降幅度较大,因此实施例6的水刺步骤在实际生产中制得的滤料性能更优。
实施例8与实施例6的区别之处在于,水刺步骤中,S3-1、S3-2水刺方向相反,增加超细纤维层、细纤维层、基布和粗纤维层之间的密实度,使各层之间不易分离,且减少由于持续水刺导致滤料表面大面积破损的情况发生,保障滤料的过滤性能。
实施例9-11与实施例8的区别之处在于,水刺所用的聚四氟乙烯浸渍液的温度不同。实施例9-11中使用高温的聚四氟乙烯浸渍液,使滤料升温,且加快浸渍液的烘干速度而减少流失,保障水刺效果滤料过滤效率达到99.83-99.84%,过滤效率进一步提高,且降低了烘干所需的时间,提高生产效率。
实施例12-14与实施例10的区别之处在于,预水刺所用的液体不同。实施例12中因使用含有纳米银颗粒和丙烯酸乳液的液体进行预水刺,一方面纳米银颗粒造成滤料纤维表面磨损,提高聚四氟乙烯乳液与滤料纤维之间的粘接性,使制得的滤料的过滤效果进一步提高至99.88%,另一方面丙烯酸乳液提高纳米银颗粒与纤维之间的粘接性,使得纳米银颗粒滞留在滤料纤维空隙内,赋予滤料抑菌的特性,延长滤料的使用寿命。
实施例15-17与实施例13的区别之处在于,预水刺的处理方法不同。实施例15-17相较于实施例13,滤料过滤效率进一步提高至99.94-99.95%,滤料的过滤性能更好。
实施例18与实施例16的区别之处在于,烘干定型的处理方法不同。实施例18中先在较低温度下预烘干,再高温烘干,相较于实施例16中直接高温烘干,实施例18的滤料过滤效率更高,高达99.97%,制得的滤料过滤性能好,且克重最高仅为549.9g/m2,低于对比例1中滤料克重566g/m2,表明本申请的生产系统可制备过滤性能好,克重低的滤料。
本申请中,以涤纶纤维、腈纶纤维、棉纤维、汉麻纤维为超细纤维层所用纤维制得的滤料与芳纶纤维、聚苯硫醚纤维为超细纤维层纤维制得滤料的过滤性能相近,制得的滤料均具有较好的过滤效率,超细纤维层纤维可根据实际需求在芳纶纤维、聚苯硫醚纤维、涤纶纤维、腈纶纤维、棉纤维、汉麻纤维中进行选择。

Claims (10)

1.一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将超细纤维层纤维、细纤维层纤维、粗纤维层纤维经分裂纤维、开松、梳理、铺网形成超细纤维层、细纤维层和粗纤维层;
S2、将超细纤维层、细纤维层、基布和粗纤维层由上至下依次排列,经针刺,形成复合结构;
S3、将复合结构经预水刺、水刺、烘干定型,即得超纤面层滤料;
其中,水刺所用的液体为聚四氟乙烯浸渍液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,其特征在于:聚四氟乙烯浸渍液包括如下重量分数的组分:
水100-180份;
聚四氟乙烯乳液20-30份;
聚苯乙烯乳液5-10份;
分散剂1-2份;
成膜剂 1-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,其特征在于:水刺的具体步骤为:
S3-1、设置水刺压力为3-4MPa,水刺道数6-8次;
S3-2、设置水刺压力为4.5-7MPa,水刺道数3-5次;
步骤S3-1、S3-2交替重复各两组。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,其特征在于:步骤S3-1与步骤S3-2中,水刺方向相反。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,其特征在于:聚四氟乙烯浸渍液的温度为70-90℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,其特征在于:预水刺所用的液体包括如下重量分数的组分:
水 90-130份;
纳米银颗粒0.5-1份;
丙烯酸乳液15-20份;
分散剂1-2份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,其特征在于:预水刺的具体步骤为,水刺压力2-3MPa,水刺道数5-7次,每道预水刺的水刺方向相反。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,其特征在于:烘干定型的具体步骤为,先在70-100℃下烘干30-50min,再在120-140℃下烘干至恒重。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种超纤面层滤料生产系统,其特征在于:所述超细纤维层纤维包括芳纶纤维、聚苯硫醚纤维、涤纶纤维、腈纶纤维、棉纤维、汉麻纤维中的一种或多种组成的混合物。
10.一种超纤面层滤料,其特征在于:由权利要求1-9中任一所述的超纤面层滤料生产系统加工而成。
