黄芪,又名绵芪。多年生草本,高50-100厘米。主根肥厚,木质,常分枝,灰白色。茎直立,上部多分枝,有细棱,被白色柔毛。多年生草本,高50-100厘米。产于内蒙古、山西、甘肃、黑龙江等地。黄芪的药用迄今已有2000多年的历史,其有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。黄芪是百姓经常食用的纯天然品,民间流传着"常喝黄芪汤,防病保健康"的顺口溜,意思是说经常用黄芪煎汤或泡水代茶饮,具有良好的防病保健作用。黄芪和人参均属补气良药,人参偏重于大补元气,回阳救逆,常用于虚脱、休克等急症,效果较好。而黄芪则以补虚为主,常用于体衰日久、言语低弱、脉细无力者。有些人一遇天气变化就容易感冒,中医称为"表不固",可用黄芪来固表,常服黄芪可以避免经常性的感冒。现代医学研究表明,黄芪有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。能消除实验性肾炎蛋白尿,增强心肌收缩力,调节血糖含量。黄芪不仅能扩张冠状动脉,改善心肌供血,提高免疫功能,而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。黄芪食用方便,可煎汤,煎膏,浸酒,入菜肴等。
茯苓又称玉灵、茯灵、万灵桂、茯菟。是拟层孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核,常寄生在松树根上,形如甘薯,球状,外皮淡棕色或黑褐色,内部粉色或白色,精制后称为白茯苓或者云苓。中医认为茯苓性味甘淡平,入心、肺、脾经。具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神的功效。茯苓可治小便不利,水肿胀满,痰饮咳逆,呕逆,恶阻,泄泻,遗精,淋浊,惊悸,健忘等症。茯苓之利水,是通过健运脾肺功能而达到的,与其它直接利水的中药不同。苓桂术甘汤、四君子汤、四苓汤等均是有茯苓配伍的常用方剂。
目前市场一般酒的主要成份是酒精,化学名叫乙醇,乙醇进入人体,能产生多方面的破坏作用,如对男士精子造成影响:长期饮酒也是男性不育的原因之一,长期饮酒者容易导致慢性酒精中毒,一旦出现慢性酒精中毒的情况患者会出现睾丸萎缩,导致精液的质量下降,研究发现喝醉酒一次最少需要三个月的调理才能恢复到醉酒前的状态,专家认为,有生育计划的男子,起码要在醉酒以后三个月才可让妻子受孕,这样才能保证胎儿的健康。

原料组成:液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料、富马酸、碳酸氢钾和麦芽糊精。
液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料由以下原料按重量份制备而成:黄芪20份、茯苓10份、甜菊叶10份、枸杞10份。
制备方法:将原料混合后按料液比1:20g/mL加入水浸提,温度60℃,浸提时间20min,过滤后得到的浸提液浓缩至相对密度为1.2。
黄芪茯苓甜酒的制备方法包括以下步骤:向液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料中加入100g米酒、1g冰糖,所述米酒占总质量的35%,混合均匀,浸泡,得到黄芪茯苓甜酒。
实施例2黄芪茯苓甜酒
原料组成:液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料、富马酸、碳酸氢钾和麦芽糊精。
液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料由以下原料按重量份制备而成:黄芪50份、茯苓30份、甜菊叶20份、枸杞10份。
制备方法:将原料混合后按料液比1:40g/mL加入水浸提,温度80℃,浸提时间40min,过滤后得到的浸提液浓缩至相对密度为1.5。
黄芪茯苓甜酒的制备方法包括以下步骤:向液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料中加入300g米酒、1g冰糖,所述米酒占总质量的50%,混合均匀,浸泡,得到黄芪茯苓甜酒。
实施例3黄芪茯苓甜酒
原料组成:液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料、富马酸、碳酸氢钾和麦芽糊精。
液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料由以下原料按重量份制备而成:黄芪35份、茯苓20份、甜菊叶15份、枸杞10份。
制备方法:将原料混合后按料液比1:30g/mL加入水浸提,温度70℃,浸提时间30min,过滤后得到的浸提液浓缩至相对密度为1.35。
黄芪茯苓甜酒的制备方法包括以下步骤:向液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料中加入麦芽糊精,混合均匀后进行喷雾干燥,进样流速向液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料中加入200g米酒、1g冰糖,所述米酒占总质量的42%,混合均匀,浸泡,得到黄芪茯苓甜酒。
测试例1
测试对象:实施例1-3制得的黄芪茯苓甜酒。
1、pH测定
取黄芪茯苓甜酒1mL,投入25mL水中,测定pH值,重复三次。
测试结果如下:

溶液的pH均在4.7~6.5。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种固体黄芪茯苓甜酒,具有低糖、健康的固体饮料,满足人们对健康饮食模式的需求,同时也适合肥胖、糖尿病患者饮用,将具有良好的市场前景。

Claims (8)
1.一种黄芪茯苓甜酒,其特征在于,包括下述组分:液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料、米酒、冰糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种黄芪茯苓甜酒,其特征在于,所述液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料由以下原料制备而成:黄芪、茯苓、甜菊叶、枸杞,制备方法为将原料混合后加入水浸提,过滤后得到的浸提液浓缩至相对密度为1.2-1.5。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种黄芪茯苓甜酒,其特征在于,所述液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料的制备原料中黄芪、茯苓、甜菊叶、枸杞的质量比为(2-5):(1-3):(1-2):1。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种黄芪茯苓甜酒,其特征在于,所述浸提条件为温度60-80℃,浸提时间20-40min,料液比1:20-1:40g/mL。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项权利要求所述黄芪茯苓甜酒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:向液体黄芪茯苓复合饮料中加入米酒、冰糖,混合均匀,浸泡,得到黄芪茯苓甜酒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸泡时间为5-10天。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述米酒、冰糖的质量比为(100-300):1。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述米酒占总质量的35-50%。
