背景技术
糖尿病是由于遗传和环境因素相互作用，引起胰岛素绝对或相对分泌不足以及靶组织细胞对胰岛素敏感性降低，引起蛋白质、脂肪、水和电解质等一系列代谢紊乱综合征，其中以高血糖为主要标志。临床典型病例可出现多尿、多饮、多食、消瘦等表现，即“三多一少”症状。糖尿病是最常见的慢性病之一。随着人们生活水平的提高，人口老龄化以及肥胖发生率的增加，糖尿病的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。糖尿病是一种难以治愈的慢性疾病，并且伴有多种糖尿病并发症，包括糖尿病肾病、糖尿病眼部并发症、糖尿病足、糖尿病心血管并发症、糖尿病性脑血管病和糖尿病神经病变。
目前，对糖尿病的治疗主要采取以饮食治疗和体育锻炼为基础，根据不同病情予以降糖药治疗的综合治疗措施。目前广泛采用的胰岛素、磺酰脲类、双胍类药物，虽降糖作用明显，但也存在诸多的副作用，并且对糖尿病引起的并发症无缓解作用。

(1)将中药原料经过挑选、干燥、粉碎后，过200目筛，称量、混合，得混合中药粉备用；

(3)将所述软材在制丸机中制得湿丸；
(4)将所述湿丸烘干即可。
优选的，所述粘合剂为水、蜂蜜、蜂蜡中的任意一种。
生黄芪，甘，微温；归脾、肺经。具有益卫固表、补气升阳、托毒生肌、利水消肿的功效。
糖尿病肾病病位以脾肾二脏为主，兼及五脏，根本病机以虚为本，基础病机为气阴两虚。天花粉，味甘微苦，性微寒，有养阴清热生津的功效，天花粉具有胰岛素类似效应，在保护肾小球损伤的同时可保护肾小管的功能，对糖尿病和糖尿病肾病有缓解作用。

麦冬为百合科沿阶草属植物的干燥块茎，具有生津润肺、养阴清热的功能。

炒白术，苦、甘，温。归脾、胃经。具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗的功效。
香附，辛、微苦、微甘，平。归肝、脾、三焦经。具有疏肝解郁、调经止痛、理气调中的功效。
乌药，辛，温。归肺、脾、肾、膀胱经。具有行气止痛、温肾散寒的功效。
元胡，味辛、苦，性温。归肝、脾经。能理气止痛、活血散瘀。
柴胡，苦、辛，微寒，归肝、胆经。具有解表退热、疏肝解郁、升举阳气的功效。
益母草，苦、辛，微寒。归肝、心包、膀胱经。具有活血调经、利尿消肿、清热解毒的功效。

黄芪，甘，微温。归肺、脾、肝、肾经。具有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。能消除实验性肾炎蛋白尿，增强心肌收缩力，调节血糖含量。
龙胆草，味苦，性寒。归肺、肝经。具有清热燥湿、泻肝胆火的功效。
野菊花，苦、辛，微寒。归肝、心经。具有清热解毒之功效。
车前子，味甘、淡，性微寒。归肺、肝、肾、膀胱经。具有清热利尿、渗湿止泻、明目、祛痰的功效。
苦瓜根，味苦，性寒。具有清湿热、解毒的功效。

算盘子草，苦，凉，有小毒，甘草可解毒。归肾经。具有清热除湿、解毒利咽、行气活血的功效。
经由上述的技术方案可知，与现有技术相比，本发明技术方案取得的有益效果为：(1)无毒副作用，具有调理血糖平衡的作用，对于糖尿病及其并发症效果良好；(2)对心、肝、脾、肺、肾都有非常好的调理作用。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
(1)生黄芪40g、天花粉40g、天冬45g、麦冬40g、苍术40g、生山药45g、生地40g、丹参40g、葛根40g、赤芍45g、纯蜂蜜20g、五味子30g、生甘草40g、熟地30g、枸杞30g、炒龟板30g、桑寄生30g、焦杜仲20g、川断20g、川牛膝25g、狗脊30g、当归20g、生白芍20g、川芎30g、没药25g、鹿茸25g、补骨脂30g、骨碎补35g、红花30g、蔓荆子10g、皂角刺10g、丝瓜络15g、灸黄芪10g、紫苏10g、炒白术15g、香附15g、乌药15g、元胡10g、柴胡2g、益母草3g、土茯苓5g、红藤5g、薏仁3g、青黛2g、辛夷3g、板蓝根3g、金银花5g、夏枯草5g、黄柏3g、黄连2g、大黄2g、龙胆草2g、野菊花5g、车前子10g、苦瓜根7g、五倍子3g、土荆皮5g、首乌5g和算盘子草2g。
(2)将上述中药原料干燥、粉碎后，过200目筛，按照步骤(1)的配比称量、混合，得混合中药粉备用。
(3)向所述混合中药粉中加入水，搅拌均匀，制得软材。
(4)将所述软材在制丸机中制得湿丸。
(5)将所述湿丸在50℃下烘6h。
实施例2
(1)生黄芪45g、天花粉45g、天冬50g、麦冬50g、苍术48g、生山药55g、生地50g、丹参48g、葛根45g、赤芍50g、纯蜂蜜30g、五味子45g、生甘草50g、熟地40g、枸杞38g、炒龟板38g、桑寄生35g、焦杜仲30g、川断25g、川牛膝35g、狗脊35g、当归30g、生白芍30g、川芎38g、没药35g、鹿茸40g、补骨脂40g、骨碎补40g、红花40g、蔓荆子20g、皂角刺25g、丝瓜络25g、灸黄芪25g、紫苏20g、炒白术20g、香附20g、乌药25g、元胡20g、柴胡15g、益母草10g、土茯苓15g、红藤20g、薏仁18g、青黛15g、辛夷10g、板蓝根15g、金银花20g、夏枯草15g、黄柏15g、黄连8g、大黄8g、龙胆草15g、野菊花20g、车前子20g、苦瓜根15g、五倍子10g、土荆皮10g、首乌20g和算盘子草10g。
(2)将上述中药原料干燥、粉碎后，过200目筛，按照步骤(1)的配比称量、混合，得混合中药粉备用。
(3)向所述混合中药粉中加入蜂蜜，搅拌均匀，制得软材。
(4)将所述软材在制丸机中制得湿丸。
(5)将所述湿丸在60℃下烘4h。
实施例3
(1)生黄芪40g、天花粉40g、天冬45g、麦冬43g、苍术45g、生山药48g、生地43g、丹参40g、葛根40g、赤芍45g、纯蜂蜜22g、五味子35g、生甘草40g、熟地33g、枸杞30g、炒龟板30g、桑寄生30g、焦杜仲22g、川断20g、川牛膝27g、狗脊30g、当归22g、生白芍22g、川芎33g、没药27g、鹿茸30g、补骨脂33g、骨碎补35g、红花33g、蔓荆子12g、皂角刺15g、丝瓜络17g、灸黄芪13g、紫苏12g、炒白术15g、香附15g、乌药17g、元胡12g、柴胡2g、益母草3g、土茯苓5g、红藤8g、薏仁5g、青黛5g、辛夷3g、板蓝根5g、金银花10g、夏枯草5g、黄柏3g、黄连2g、大黄2g、龙胆草2g、野菊花5g、车前子10g、苦瓜根7g、五倍子3g、土荆皮5g、首乌5g和算盘子草2g。
(2)将上述中药原料干燥、粉碎后，过200目筛，按照步骤(1)的配比称量、混合，得混合中药粉备用。
(3)向所述混合中药粉中加入蜂蜡，搅拌均匀，制得软材。
(4)将所述软材在制丸机中制得湿丸。
(5)将所述湿丸在50℃下烘6h。
实施例4
(1)生黄芪45g、天花粉45g、天冬50g、麦冬48g、苍术48g、生山药53g、生地48g、丹参45g、葛根45g、赤芍50g、纯蜂蜜28g、五味子40g、生甘草45g、熟地35g、枸杞35g、炒龟板35g、桑寄生35g、焦杜仲27g、川断25g、川牛膝32g、狗脊35g、当归27g、生白芍27g、川芎38g、没药32g、鹿茸40g、补骨脂38g、骨碎补40g、红花38g、蔓荆子18g、皂角刺20g、丝瓜络24g、灸黄芪20g、紫苏17g、炒白术20g、香附20g、乌药23g、元胡17g、柴胡10g、益母草8g、土茯苓10g、红藤15g、薏仁10g、青黛10g、辛夷8g、板蓝根10g、金银花15g、夏枯草10g、黄柏10g、黄连5g、大黄5g、龙胆草10g、野菊花15g、车前子15g、苦瓜根10g、五倍子7g、土荆皮10g、首乌13g和算盘子草7份。
(2)将上述中药原料干燥、粉碎后，过200目筛，按照步骤(1)的配比称量、混合，得混合中药粉备用。
(3)向所述混合中药粉中加入水，搅拌均匀，制得软材。
(4)将所述软材在制丸机中制得湿丸。
(5)将所述湿丸在50℃下烘6h。
实验1糖尿病患者治疗
实验对象：临床糖尿病患者57例，患者空腹血糖大于10mmol/L。
实验分组：分成3组，实验组、对照组、空白组，在年龄、性别、病况方面无显著差异。
给药情况：实验组服用本发明实施例1的中药丸剂，每日2次，每次3g；对照组服用二甲双胍，每次0.5g，每日2次；空白组不服用任何药物，控制饮食。
治疗周期：3个月。
评价标准：治疗后，患者空腹血糖在4.4～6.1mmol/L之间，非空腹血糖在4.4～8.0mmol/L之间为显效；治疗后，患者空腹血糖在6.1～7.0mmol/L之间，非空腹血糖在8.0～10.0mmol/L之间为有效；治疗后，患者空腹血糖大于7.0mmol/L之间，非空腹血糖大于10.0mmol/L之间为无效。
实验结果见表1。

由表1结果可知，本发明药物的治疗效果优于对照组，总有效率达到了94.7％。
并且，对照组服用二甲双胍后，9名患者出现了不良反应，包括3例腹泻和6例腹胀、排气次数增多；实验组服用本发明的药剂，无不良反应。
实验2糖尿病并发症患者治疗
实验对象：合并神经病变病患33例。
实验分组：分成3组，实验组、对照组、空白组，在年龄、性别、病况方面无显著差异。
给药情况：实验组服用本发明实施例1的中药丸剂，每日2次，每次3g；对照组服用依帕司他胶囊，每次1粒，每日3次，饭前服用；空白组不服用任何药物，控制饮食。
治疗周期：3个月。
评价标准：显效：患者临床症状明显改善，神经功能改善；有效：患者临床症状开始改善，神经功能开始改善；无效：患者临床症状未发生任何变化，神经功能未发生变化或加剧。
实验结果见表2。

由表2结果可知，本发明中药对于糖尿病并发症有很好的疗效，总有效率达到了93.9％。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述，每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处，各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。
本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下，在其它实施例中实现。因此，本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的实施例，而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

1.一种治疗糖尿病及其并发症的中药，其特征在于，包括如下质量份数的组分：生黄芪40～45份、天花粉40～45份、天冬45～50份、麦冬40～50份、苍术40～48份、生山药45～55份、生地40～50份、丹参40～48份、葛根40～45份、赤芍45～50份、纯蜂蜜20～30份、五味子30～45份、生甘草40～50份、熟地30～40份、枸杞30～38份、炒龟板30～38份、桑寄生30～35份、焦杜仲20～30份、川断20～25份、川牛膝25～35份、狗脊30～35份、当归20～30份、生白芍20～30份、川芎30～38份、没药25～35份、鹿茸25～40份、补骨脂30～40份、骨碎补35～40份、红花30～40份、蔓荆子10～20份、皂角刺10～25份、丝瓜络15～25份、灸黄芪10～25份、紫苏10～20份、炒白术15～20份、香附15～20份、乌药15～25份、元胡10～20份、柴胡2～15份、益母草3～10份、土茯苓5～15份、红藤5～20份、薏仁3～18份、青黛2～15份、辛夷3～10份、板蓝根3～15份、金银花5～20份、夏枯草5～15份、黄柏3～15份、黄连2～8份、大黄2～8份、龙胆草2～15份、野菊花5～20份、车前子10～20份、苦瓜根7～15份、五倍子3～10份、土荆皮5～10份、首乌5～20份和算盘子草2～10份。

(1)将中药原料经过挑选、干燥、粉碎后，过200目筛，称量、混合，得混合中药粉备用；
(2)向所述混合中药粉中加入粘合剂，搅拌均匀，制得软材；
(3)将所述软材在制丸机中制得湿丸；
(4)将所述湿丸烘干即可。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种治疗糖尿病及其并发症的中药，其特征在于，所述粘合剂为水、蜂蜜、蜂蜡中的任意一种。
