本发明属于中药技术领域,涉及一种治疗慢性乙肝、肝硬化和肝腹水的药物。
背景技术
乙型肝炎是一种常见病、多发病,也是一种顽固疾病,病毒性乙型肝炎危害大、传播广、发展快,严重危害人类的健康。近年来,有关治疗乙肝后肝纤维化和肝硬化的药物及治疗方法已有比较尖端的理论研究。根据现代医学:通过免疫学、动物试验、肝活检病理学,特别是运用细胞、分子及基因生物学手段,现已阐明,乙肝后肝纤维化的发病机理,是因乙肝病毒在体内复制,引起患者免疫系统攻击自身肝细胞,引起肝脏长期炎症和损伤,致枯否细胞及血小板释放各种细胞因子如转化生长因子,激发肝星状细胞活化,促进细胞外基质的分泌,I、III型胶原沉积而形成肝纤维化和肝窦毛细管化,导致肝细胞营养障碍,门脉血流受阻引起肝硬化。抗病毒、免疫调控、抗炎、保肝、改善肝微循环是预防肝纤维化的措施。根据中医理论:慢性乙型肝炎后肝纤维化及肝硬化的病因和病机是病邪(乙肝病毒)侵入人体,导致正虚邪盛,湿热未尽兼血瘀,癥积痞块,肝郁脾肾气血虚。故活血化瘀、软坚散结为治疗该疾病的根本治则,同时还应兼顾祛邪扶正、补虚补肝肾、益气健脾、疏肝理气及养血柔肝等,可使肝硬化的治疗取得明显的效果。
目前治疗乙肝、肝硬化和肝腹水之类疾病的药物很多,以西药居多,但是这些药的副作用较大,而且药效还不尽人意,大多数患者还在深受病痛的折磨。在对乙肝、肝硬化的治疗上还没有特效的药物。

本发明的目的是提供一种治疗慢性乙肝、肝硬化和肝腹水的药物。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种治疗慢性乙肝、肝硬化和肝腹水的药物,由以下重量份数的原料药制成:何首乌400~600份、当归200~300份、川芎100~200份、白芍100~200份、白术100~200份、黄连100~200份、生地黄100~250份、熟地黄150~250份、鸡内金100~200份、神曲100~200份、黄精100~200份、佩兰100~200份、玉竹100~200份、延胡索100~200份、桔梗100~200份、龙胆草150~250份、木香100~200份、青皮100~200份、莲子100~200份、枸杞子150~250份、车前子100~200份、菊花200~300份、柴胡100~200份、大枣400~600份、北沙参100~200份、甘草100~200份、黄芩150~250份。
所述原料药可制成丸剂、合剂、胶囊、片剂或汤剂。
制作丸剂,制备时将各原料粉碎、混合,然后加入蜂蜜制成药丸,每丸约9克。成人服用时每次1丸,每日3次,1个月为一个疗程,一般一个疗程即可治愈,最多2~4个疗程可愈。

实施例3:何首乌600份、当归300份、川芎200份、白芍200份、白术200份、黄连200份、生地黄250份、熟地黄250份、鸡内金200份、神曲200份、黄精200份、佩兰200份、玉竹200份、延胡索200份、桔梗200份、龙胆草250份、木香200份、青皮200份、莲子200份、枸杞子250份、车前子200份、菊花300份、柴胡200份、大枣600份、北沙参200份、甘草200份、黄芩250份。
可将以上原料按常规方法制成汤剂。
以上各实施例中的份数为重量份。
以下为典型病例:
病例1:许某,女,40岁,驻马店人,患者腹部膨大如鼓,青筋外突,腹围为86cm,移动性浊音明显,脘腹胀满,纳食不振,口渴喜饮,肌肤灼热,口苦头晕,少寐乏力,大便秘结,下肢呈凹陷性水肿,脉沉而弦,舌苔白边有紫瘀。此系肝失条达,气血郁滞,经络瘀阻,水气停留。治宜化瘀、利水、清热、通腑。患者服本发明的药丸10天,浮肿见退,尿量增多,再服10天后,腹胀减退,纳食增多,病势大见起色。随后继续服药丸一月有余,腹水消尽,精神好转,并能做少量家务劳动,治愈后未见复发。
病例2:李某,女,42岁,新蔡县人,患者患肝炎多年,近月来面色黄如烟熏,神疲肢倦,腹大如抱瓮,膨之如鼓,腹壁青筋怒张,四肢头面皆肿,以下肢为甚,舌苔薄腻,脉细弱,肝脾肿大。超声波检查:见腹水平段,肝功能:黄疸指数50单位,白血球倒置,红细胞135万/mm3,白细胞6000/mm3,血小板11万mm3,诊断为肝硬化腹水。后服用本发明的药丸,服用百日后,腹水及全身浮肿消退,面色转红润,精神饱满,肝脾已不大,肝功能检查恢复正常,可参加少农业劳动。
病例3:陈某,男42岁,平舆县人,患者出现黄疸,伴有腹胀、厌油等症状,经县医院检查发现肝肿大,肝功欠佳,诊为肝炎。后虽经中西药治疗,黄疸消退,但未痊愈。近来病情渐进,日渐消瘦,头晕,口干,恶心,腹胀明显,腹部逐渐膨大,食少,小腿浮肿,身体沉重,步履艰难,夜寐不实,小便短赤,24小时尿量650ml,大便偏燥,体温37.4℃,呼吸28次/分,血压130/80mmHg,舌质红绛,神志清楚,面色晦暗,形体消瘦,左颊及左胸可见蜘蛛痣共4个,腹部膨隆如鼓,腹围92cm,移动性浊音,按之坚满,腹壁静脉轻度曲张,两下肢有指压性凹陷,神经系统检查未发现异常。肝功能检查:谷丙转氨酶80单位,白蛋白2.30g,超声波检查可见分隔波及液平反射,西医诊断为肝硬化腹水,中医判断肝肾阴虚,治宜善阴利水。病人服用本发明的药丸百日后,腹水全消,复查肝功正常,恢复健康。
病例4:郑某,男,60岁,平舆县人,患者肝硬化,肝功异常,住院治疗195天,好转出院,后症状变重,症见腹部胀满,青筋暴露,腹围89cm,上肢不肿,下肢浮肿,按之凹陷,面色苍白,神疲乏力,食多则胀,四肢欠温,口不渴,小便短少,大便正常,舌质淡,苔薄白。西药曾用过双可、肝泰乐、维生素、氯化钾,也曾用速尿数次,症状未见缓解。后采用本发明的药丸进行治疗,服药百日后,症状明显好转,腹部肿消,腹围由89cm减至65cm,下肢浮肿消退,进食正常,精神佳,继续服用一月余进行巩固后治愈。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗慢性乙肝、肝硬化和肝腹水的药物,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料药制成:何首乌400~600份、当归200~300份、川芎100~200份、白芍100~200份、白术100~200份、黄连100~200份、生地黄100~250份、熟地黄150~250份、鸡内金100~200份、神曲100~200份、黄精100~200份、佩兰100~200份、玉竹100~200份、延胡索100~200份、桔梗100~200份、龙胆草150~250份、木香100~200份、青皮100~200份、莲子100~200份、枸杞子150~250份、车前子100~200份、菊花200~300份、柴胡100~200份、大枣400~600份、北沙参100~200份、甘草100~200份、黄芩150~250份。
2.如权利要求1所述治疗慢性乙肝、肝硬化和肝腹水的药物,其特征在于:所述原料药可制成丸剂、合剂、胶囊、片剂或汤剂。
