背景技术
目前,许多消费者已经习惯以一次性杯体装载即泡即饮的饮料如咖啡、茶饮、果汁、牛奶等,以便于携带。为避免消费者携带所述杯体时所述饮料溢出所述杯体之外,这些杯体的开口上方会封闭性地盖上一杯盖,这使得所述杯盖内表面有直接接触所述饮料的可能性,但上述杯盖大体上是以聚合物基的塑料材料制成,例如聚乙烯(Polyethylene)或乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)或聚苯乙烯(Polystyrene)或聚丙烯(PP,Polypropylene)等,消费者经常地饮用与这类塑料材料直接接触的饮料,特别是高温冲制的饮料(如以温度在90℃以上的热水冲制的咖啡或茶饮),长期下来容易对人体造成健康上的疑虑以及食品的安全问题;其次,一般消费者在饮用完该饮料后,所述杯盖大多是直接当作垃圾,被大量的丢弃而非回收,容易对环境造成极大的破坏,无法实现生物可降解(Biodegradable)或可堆肥(Compostable)的最新环保要求,且对于瓶盖的功能现如今要求越来越高,不仅仅局限在用于瓶身上,还可以用做补充能量的食物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种易降解的可食用饮料杯盖及其制备方法。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种易降解的可食用饮料杯盖,包括下部包围圈、上部凸起盖圈和盖面,所述下部包围圈的内径与饮料杯杯口的尺寸相对应,所述上部凸起盖圈设置于下部包围圈的上部,所述盖面设置于上部凸起盖圈的内部,且所述盖面上设置有凸起状的吸嘴口,所述吸嘴口的顶部设置有密封盖,密封盖的上设置有爱心状的开启件。
进一步的,所述下部包围圈、上部凸起盖圈和盖面由胚体和涂层组成,所述胚体包括由以下按重量份数计的原料:面粉20~40份,大米25-40份,果蔬渣25~50份,食品增稠剂1~8份,柠檬酸0.1~0.5份,苹果酸0.1~0.5份,天然香精0.1~0.5份,甜菊糖1~1.5份,木薯20~40份,红薯0~10份;所述涂层为食用明胶。
进一步的,一种易降解的可食用饮料杯盖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制浆:取果蔬渣25~50份用少量水进行稀释,放入打浆机进行打浆处理,用80~140目的滤网滤除残渣,滤后加入食品增稠剂1~8份和适量水,搅拌并加热至60~80℃,形成含水量25~32%之间的果蔬浆;
第二步,混料:取上述果蔬浆放入搅拌机,依次放入面粉20~40份,大米25-40份,木薯20~40份,红薯0~10份,柠檬酸0.1~0.5份,苹果酸0.1~0.5份,天然香精0.1~0.5份,甜菊糖1~1.5份和适量的水,进行搅拌,形成含水量在6~12%的湿粉状的混合料;
第三步,吸浆与预压:收集浆体并将收集到的浆体预压成湿胚体;
第四步,模压成型:配料后直接通过模具压制成含水率在70%±5%的湿坯;
第五步,热压整形:将上述含水率在70%±5%的湿坯直接转移到铝制或钢制的热压整形模内进行高温高压脱水,使产品含水率达到5-7%之间,其中,压力在15-20×103kgf之间,温度在150℃±10℃,热压时间45秒±5秒;
第六步,使用压力在1×10 3kgf切边机进行切边;
第七步,使用扣边机成型倒钩槽;
第八步,喷涂:取食用明胶粉与水按照1:1~1:3比例,浸泡40~60分钟后,加热到65~70℃,进行溶胶,形成明胶液,通过喷涂系统将明胶液喷涂到胚体的内、外表面上;
第九步,分切及干燥:喷涂后的管胚进行冷却、分切,通过输送带,进入干燥烘箱进行干燥,形成可食用杯盖;
第十步,包装:分切完以后,产品进入杯盖自动包装机,打包装箱;
第十一步,检验:对每批物料进行检验。

2、采用榨汁后的果蔬渣制造管胚,充分利用现有资源,减少了白色污染。
3、采用琼脂粉与果蔬中的纤维果胶结合,可以解决面粉干燥后容易裂开的问题,延长杯盖沾水后刚性,采用喷涂工艺,不仅可以防止吸管干燥时出现裂口,而且可以延长吸管入水软化的时间,达到提高产品质量的目的。
4、本杯盖的盖面上设置有凸起的吸嘴口,只需要扳动开启件,打开密封盖,就可以嘴对吸嘴口直接喝饮料,简化了喝饮料的步骤,且省去吸管,节省了制造吸管的材料。

第四步,模压成型:配料后直接通过模具压制成含水率在70%±5%的湿坯;
第五步,热压整形:将上述含水率在70%±5%的湿坯直接转移到铝制或钢制的热压整形模内进行高温高压脱水,使产品含水率达到5-7%之间,其中,压力在15-20×103kgf之间,温度在150℃±10℃,热压时间45秒±5秒;
第六步,使用压力在1×10 3kgf切边机进行切边;
第七步,使用扣边机成型倒钩槽;
第八步,喷涂:取食用明胶粉与水按照1:1~1:3比例,浸泡40~60分钟后,加热到65~70℃,进行溶胶,形成明胶液,通过喷涂系统将明胶液喷涂到胚体的内、外表面上;
第九步,分切及干燥:喷涂后的管胚进行冷却、分切,通过输送带,进入干燥烘箱进行干燥,形成可食用杯盖;
第十步,包装:分切完以后,产品进入杯盖自动包装机,打包装箱;
第十一步,检验:对每批物料进行检验,检验的范围包括长度、高度、直径、重量、承重力和冷热水变形时间的检测。

Claims (5)

1.一种易降解的可食用饮料杯盖,其特征在于,包括下部包围圈(1)、上部凸起盖圈(2)和盖面(3),所述下部包围圈(1)的内径与饮料杯杯口的尺寸相对应,所述上部凸起盖圈(2)设置于下部包围圈(1)的上部,所述盖面(3)设置于上部凸起盖圈(2)的内部,且所述盖面(3)上设置有凸起状的吸嘴口(4),所述吸嘴口(4)的顶部设置有密封盖(5),密封盖(5)的上设置有爱心状的开启件(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易降解的可食用饮料杯盖,其特征在于,所述下部包围圈(1)、上部凸起盖圈(2)和盖面(3)由胚体和涂层组成,所述胚体包括由以下按重量份数计的原料:面粉20~40份,大米25-40份,果蔬渣25~50份,食品增稠剂1~8份,柠檬酸0.1~0.5份,苹果酸0.1~0.5份,天然香精0.1~0.5份,甜菊糖1~1.5份,木薯20~40份,红薯0~10份;所述涂层为食用明胶。
3.一种易降解的可食用饮料杯盖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制浆:取果蔬渣25~50份用少量水进行稀释,放入打浆机进行打浆处理,用80~140目的滤网滤除残渣,滤后加入食品增稠剂1~8份和适量水,搅拌并加热至60~80℃,形成含水量25~32%之间的果蔬浆;
第二步,混料:取上述果蔬浆放入搅拌机,依次放入面粉20~40份,大米25-40份,木薯20~40份,红薯0~10份,柠檬酸0.1~0.5份,苹果酸0.1~0.5份,天然香精0.1~0.5份,甜菊糖1~1.5份和适量的水,进行搅拌,形成含水量在6~12%的湿粉状的混合料;
第三步,吸浆与预压:收集浆体并将收集到的浆体预压成湿胚体;
第四步,模压成型:配料后直接通过模具压制成含水率在70%±5%的湿坯;

5.根据权利要求3所述的一种易降解的可食用饮料杯盖的制备方法,其特征在于,在第二步中,检验的范围包括长度、高度、直径、重量、承重力和冷热水变形时间的检测。
