但是,现有的营养补充品种类较多,一些营养补充品在服用的过程会存在蛋白质难于吸收和利用,容易导致婴幼儿便秘,同时还会破坏婴幼儿的肠道健康,出现肠胃不舒服的现象,且现有的营养补充品生产工艺简单,稳定性不高,吸收效果不佳,需要进行改进。

S2、制作包衣:将大豆分离蛋白溶于纯净水中,待溶解充分后,再将大豆分离蛋白倒入成型模具中,大豆分离蛋白溶液在模具内烘干定型后脱模,制备得到大豆分离蛋白包衣;
S3、混合:将乳清蛋白粉、坚果粉、水果粉、松茸粉、猴头菇、蛋白多肽、葡萄糖酸锌、低聚果糖、DHA藻油粉、维生素、矿物质和牛磺酸依次加入到容器中进行搅拌,同时将益生菌加入温水中稀释溶化,得到益生菌液,将益生菌液加入到容器中,继续混合呈糊状;
S4、烘干:将混合后的糊状固体进行烘干,并将烘干后的半成品进行粉碎,并将粉碎后的半成品过筛,得到营养粉;
S5、包埋:利用设备将包衣包裹在营养粉外部,形成胶囊状营养补充品成品。

S1、配料:乳清蛋白粉15份、坚果粉8份、水果粉8份、松茸粉6份、猴头菇粉6份、蛋白多肽3份、葡萄糖酸锌3份、低聚果糖3份、DHA藻油粉3份、维生素3份、矿物质2份、益生菌3份、牛磺酸1份、麦芽糊精3份和大豆分离蛋白3份;其中,坚果粉为核桃、杏仁、腰果、榛子、松子、南瓜子中的任意两种或多种粉碎后混合制成;水果粉由苹果、菠萝、芒果、香蕉、草莓、木瓜、橙子中的任意两种或多种水果冻干后粉碎混合制成
S2、制作包衣:将大豆分离蛋白溶于纯净水中,待溶解充分后,再将大豆分离蛋白倒入成型模具中,大豆分离蛋白溶液在模具内烘干定型后脱模,制备得到大豆分离蛋白包衣;制作包衣时,将麦芽糊精加入水中稀释,然后将麦芽糊精溶液通过喷涂器均匀喷涂在大豆分离蛋白包衣外表面,形成二层包衣;
S3、混合:将乳清蛋白粉、坚果粉、水果粉、松茸粉、猴头菇、蛋白多肽、葡萄糖酸锌、低聚果糖、DHA藻油粉、维生素、矿物质和牛磺酸依次加入到容器中进行搅拌,同时将益生菌加入温水中稀释溶化,得到益生菌液,将益生菌液加入到容器中,继续混合呈糊状;温水的温度在40度,将益生菌液分三次加入混合容器中,边加入边搅拌,将益生菌液与其他原料混合均匀;
S4、烘干:将混合后的糊状固体进行烘干,并将烘干后的半成品进行粉碎,并将粉碎后的半成品过筛,得到营养粉;烘干前,将混合物进行灭菌处理,烘干时的烘干温度为45度,烘干时间为6小时
S5、包埋:利用设备将包衣包裹在营养粉外部,形成胶囊状营养补充品成品。
综上所述:本发明通过采用包埋技术,并添加乳清蛋白、坚果粉、水果粉、矿物质、维生素及其他有益物质,使之配伍产生协同效果,不但改善婴幼儿偏食或厌食的症状,而且有助于婴幼儿肠胃健康,促进营养吸收,起到预防营养不良的作用,同时利于婴幼儿对蛋白质的吸收和利用,可以提高婴幼儿的免疫力,保证婴幼儿的营养吸收率,同时采用包埋技术,产品稳定性高,便于婴幼儿食用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (7)

1.一种包埋技术应用于婴幼儿营养补充品制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、配料:乳清蛋白粉10-15份、坚果粉5-8份、水果粉5-8份、松茸粉4-6份、猴头菇粉4-6份、蛋白多肽2-3份、葡萄糖酸锌2-3份、低聚果糖2-3份、DHA藻油粉2-3份、维生素1-3份、矿物质1-2份、益生菌2-3份、牛磺酸1-2份、麦芽糊精2-3份和大豆分离蛋白2-3份;
S2、制作包衣:将大豆分离蛋白溶于纯净水中,待溶解充分后,再将大豆分离蛋白倒入成型模具中,大豆分离蛋白溶液在模具内烘干定型后脱模,制备得到大豆分离蛋白包衣;
S3、混合:将乳清蛋白粉、坚果粉、水果粉、松茸粉、猴头菇、蛋白多肽、葡萄糖酸锌、低聚果糖、DHA藻油粉、维生素、矿物质和牛磺酸依次加入到容器中进行搅拌,同时将益生菌加入温水中稀释溶化,得到益生菌液,将益生菌液加入到容器中,继续混合呈糊状;
S4、烘干:将混合后的糊状固体进行烘干,并将烘干后的半成品进行粉碎,并将粉碎后的半成品过筛,得到营养粉;
S5、包埋:利用设备将包衣包裹在营养粉外部,形成胶囊状营养补充品成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包埋技术应用于婴幼儿营养补充品制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,乳清蛋白粉12份、坚果粉6份、水果粉7份、松茸粉5份、猴头菇粉5份、蛋白多肽2份、葡萄糖酸锌3份、低聚果糖2份、DHA藻油粉2份、维生素2份、矿物质2份、益生菌3份、牛磺酸2份、麦芽糊精3份和大豆分离蛋白3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种包埋技术应用于婴幼儿营养补充品制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,坚果粉为核桃、杏仁、腰果、榛子、松子、南瓜子中的任意两种或多种粉碎后混合制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种包埋技术应用于婴幼儿营养补充品制备方法,其特征在于,S1中,水果粉由苹果、菠萝、芒果、香蕉、草莓、木瓜、橙子中的任意两种或多种水果冻干后粉碎混合制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种包埋技术应用于婴幼儿营养补充品制备方法,其特征在于,S2中,制作包衣时,将麦芽糊精加入水中稀释,然后将麦芽糊精溶液通过喷涂器均匀喷涂在大豆分离蛋白包衣外表面,形成二层包衣。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种包埋技术应用于婴幼儿营养补充品制备方法,其特征在于,S3中,温水的温度在30-40度之间,将益生菌液分三次加入混合容器中,边加入边搅拌,将益生菌液与其他原料混合均匀。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种包埋技术应用于婴幼儿营养补充品制备方法,其特征在于,S4中,烘干前,将混合物进行灭菌处理,烘干时的烘干温度为45-55度,烘干时间为4-6小时。
