技术领域
本发明属于混合动力汽车的技术领域,尤其涉及一种单电机混合动力变速系统。
背景技术
目前纯电动汽车受续航里程及充电设施的制约,市场化进程受到严重阻碍。混合动力汽车具有加油方便、节能环保、续航里程长等诸多优势,成为目前行业发展的新趋势。根据电机数量可将混动车型分为:单电机混动和双电机混动。单电机混动中无需对传统车辆进行大的改动即可将混合动力系统安装在车辆上,成本相对较低,许多厂商也在奋力开展研究。现有的动力构架包括P1和P3两种,P1的架构为电机置于变速箱之前,安装在发动机曲轴处,与发动机之间没有离合器的混合动力架构,在P1架构中由于发动机与电机之间没有离合器,只要电机旋转就会带动发动机的曲轴旋转。虽然电机与发电机可共用变速箱档位,但也存在无法利用电机单独驱动车轮、发动机换挡过程中存在动力中断等问题。在制动回收和滑行模式下也会因为必须带动发动机曲轴旋转而浪费一部分动能并带来噪声和振动问题;P3架构为电机置于变速箱的输出端,与发动机分享同一根输出轴,同源输出的混合动力架构。P3架构中电机直接与输出轴耦合,动力传递路径中齿轮副啮合数较少,搅油损失相对较小,纯电驱动以及制动能量回收过程中效率更高,但此架构不具备停车发电功能且无法利用变速箱的档位,负载调整灵活度较低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述存在的问题,提供一种单电机混合动力变速系统,在不增加齿轮副的前提下,实现纯电驱动模式的多档位驱动。

二档:第一双边同步器A1于右侧与二挡从动齿轮G22结合,第二双边同步器A2于中间分离状态,牙嵌式离合器C与四档从动齿轮G42分离。发动机输出动力经过扭转减震器Da依次经过发动机输入轴S1、二档主动齿轮G21、二档从动齿轮G22、第一双边同步器A1、输出轴齿轮G7、差速器Di传输至车轮。

模式二:发动机处于一挡驱动车轮时,牙嵌式离合器C与四档从动齿轮G42相结合。电机输出动力依次经过电机输入轴齿轮G6、中间轴齿轮G5、四档主动齿轮G41、四档从动齿轮G42、牙嵌式离合器C至输出轴S4,与发动机动力一同传递至车轮。
模式三:发动机处于二挡驱动车轮时,第二双边同步器A2位于右侧与四档主动齿轮G41相结合。电机输出动力依次经过电机输入轴齿轮G6、中间轴齿轮G5、四档主动齿轮G41、第二双边同步器A2至发动机输入轴S1处,与发动机动力一同传递至车轮。
模式四:发动机处于二挡驱动车轮时,牙嵌式离合器C与四档从动齿轮G42相结合。电机输出动力依次经过电机输入轴齿轮G6、中间轴齿轮G5、四档主动齿轮G41、四档从动齿轮G42、牙嵌式离合器C至输出轴S4,与发动机动力一同传递至车轮。
模式五:发动机处于三挡驱动车轮时,牙嵌式离合器C与四档从动齿轮G42相结合。电机输出动力依次经过电机输入轴齿轮G6、中间轴齿轮G5、四档主动齿轮G41、四档从动齿轮G42、牙嵌式离合器C至输出轴S4,与发动机动力一同传递至车轮。
模式六:发动机处于四挡驱动车轮时,电机输出动力依次经过电机输入轴齿轮G6、中间轴齿轮G5至四档主动齿轮G41,与发动机动力一同传递至车轮。
行车发电:
模式一:发动机处于一挡驱动车轮时,第二双边同步器A2位于右侧与四档主动齿轮G41相结合。发动机动力在驱动车辆的同时,传递至发动机输入轴S1上的一部分动力依次经过四档主动齿轮G41、中间轴齿轮G5、电机输入轴齿轮G6、电机输入轴S3带动电机旋转发电。

模式六:发动机处于四挡驱动车轮时,发动机动力在驱动车辆的同时,传递至四档主动齿轮G41上的一部分动力依次经过中间轴齿轮G5、电机输入轴齿轮G6、电机输入轴S3带动电机旋转发电。
制动能量回收/换挡扭矩补偿:
车辆在制动或滑行工况下,第一双边离合器A1和第二双边离合器A2处于中间位置,与两侧齿轮均处于分离状态,牙嵌式离合器C与四档从动齿轮G42相结合。车轮处动力依次经过差速器Di齿轮、输出轴齿轮G7、输出轴S4、牙嵌式离合器C、四档从动齿轮G42、四档主动齿轮G41、中间轴齿轮G5、电机输入轴齿轮G6、电机输入轴S3带动电机旋转发电。在档位切换过程中,电机产生的动力反向传递至车轮,对换挡过程中的动力损失进行补偿。
换挡过程中,用驱动电机补偿扭矩,用BSG电机调速,减小同步器输入输出端的转速差到极小的范围,可减小换挡冲击,使换挡平顺,同时降低对同步器元件的技术要求和成本;
起步过程,用BSG电机调速,使发动机转速上升到高效区再开始输出扭矩,保证发动机在高效区启动运行,以降低油耗。

Claims (7)

1.一种单电机混合动力变速系统,其特征在于,包括发动机、发动机输入轴、发动机输出轴、电机、电机输入轴、差速器、中间轴,所述发动机输入轴、发动机输出轴、电机输入轴和中间轴平行间隔设置,所述发动机通过扭转减震器与发动机输入轴相连,发动机输入轴上依次设有一档主动齿轮、二挡主动齿轮、三档主动齿轮和四档主动齿轮;发动机输出轴上依次设有输出轴齿轮、一档从动齿轮、二挡从动齿轮、三档从动齿轮和四档从动齿轮,发动机输出轴齿轮与所述差速器的齿轮相啮合,所述一档、二挡、三挡、四挡从动齿轮分别与所述一档、二挡、三挡、四挡主动齿轮相啮合;电机输入轴上设有电机输入轴齿轮,中间轴上设有中间轴齿轮,所述中间轴齿轮分别与所述电机输入轴齿轮及四档主动齿轮相啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单电机混合动力变速系统,其特征在于,所述一档主动齿轮、二挡主动齿轮均与所述发动机输入轴固连,所述三档主动齿轮和四档主动齿轮均空套在发动机输入轴上,所述输出轴齿轮、三档从动齿轮均与所述发动机输出轴固连,所述一档从动齿轮、二挡从动齿轮、四档从动齿轮均空套在发动机输出轴上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种单电机混合动力变速系统,其特征在于,所述发动机输出轴上还设有第一双边同步器,位于所述一档从动齿轮和二挡从动齿轮之间,所述发动机输入轴还设有第二双边同步器,位于所述三档主动齿轮和四档主动齿轮之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单电机混合动力变速系统,其特征在于,所述一档主动齿轮、二挡主动齿轮均空套在发动机输入轴上,所述三档主动齿轮和四档主动齿轮均与所述发动机输入轴固连,所述一档从动齿轮、二档从动齿轮均与发动机输出轴固连,所述三档从动齿轮和四档从动齿轮均空套在发动机输出轴上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种单电机混合动力变速系统,其特征在于,所述发动机输入轴上还设有第一双边同步器和第二双边同步器,所述第一双边同步器位于一档主动齿轮和二档主动齿轮之间,所述第二双边同步器位于所述三档主动齿轮和四档主动齿轮之间。
6.根据权利要求3或5所述的一种单电机混合动力变速系统,其特征在于,所述发动机输出轴上还设有离合器,位于所述三档从动齿轮和四档从动齿轮之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种单电机混合动力变速系统,其特征在于,所述离合器为牙嵌式离合器。
