技术领域
本发明属于汽车混合动力装置,特别涉及一种双电机混合动力模块结构。
背景技术
随着汽车行业正在向着低碳、智能化方向发展,新能源汽车逐渐成为各大车企的新宠,新能源汽车的动力来源除了传统的发动机以外,自然少不了电机;混合动力汽车在新能源汽车家族里面充当了相当重要的角色,具有传统燃油汽车和新能源汽车(纯电)各自的优点。
混合动力车相对传统燃油车增加了电机,动力总成的布置成了难题,原有的将电机与离合器集成在一起的方案使变速器总成的轴向尺寸太大,搭载市场上主流的四缸发动机较困难,而且集成的模块成本较高,在竞争激烈的汽车市场上没有任何优势。
图2为申请人最先设计的某变速器的轴系和电机布置图,其中P3电机1、电机输出轴齿轮2、电机中间齿轮3、轴承4、轴承5、轴承6、输入轴一档齿轮7、输入轴四档齿轮8、输入轴三档齿轮9、输入轴二档齿轮10、轴承11、P2模块12、轴承13、中间轴一档齿轮14、同步器15、中间轴四档齿轮16、中间轴三档齿轮17、同步器18、中间轴二档齿轮19、中间轴常啮合齿轮20、轴承21、差速器主减速齿轮22、电机介入齿轮23、轴承24、轴承25、差速器26;但该变速器P2电机是集成在P2模块12里面,在该情况下变速器的轴向尺寸较大,在对接市场上主流的四缸发动机动力总成时,空间布置上比较困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术对应的不足,提供一种双电机混合动力模块结构,其解决了由于P2模块轴向尺寸较大,空间布置受限,与现在市场上主流的四缸发动机匹配困难,很大程度上只能对接三缸发动机的问题。
本发明的目的是采用下述方案实现的:一种双电机混合动力模块结构,包括输入轴、中间轴、差速器组件以及P2电机和P3电机,所述输入轴与中间轴平行设置,所述输入轴的两端分别通过输入轴轴承支撑在壳体上,所述中间轴的两端分别通过中间轴轴承支撑在壳体上,所述P2电机的输出轴上设有P2电机输出轴齿轮,所述P2电机输出轴齿轮与P2电机中间齿轮啮合,所述P2电机中间齿轮与输入轴上的P2电机介入齿轮啮合,所述输入轴上设有输入轴四档齿轮、输入轴三档齿轮、输入轴二档齿轮、输入轴一档齿轮,所述输入轴通过离合器用于与发动机连接,所述P3电机的输出轴上设有电机输出轴齿轮,所述P3电机输出轴齿轮与P3电机中间齿轮啮合,所述P3电机中间齿轮与中间轴上的P3电机介入齿轮啮合,所述中间轴上空套有中间轴四档齿轮、中间轴三档齿轮、中间轴二档齿轮、中间轴一档齿轮,所述中间轴上位于中间轴四档齿轮与中间轴三档齿轮之间设有第一同步器,所述中间轴上位于中间轴二档齿轮与中间轴一档齿轮之间设有第二同步器,所述中间轴四档齿轮与输入轴四档齿轮啮合,所述中间轴三档齿轮与输入轴三档齿轮啮合,所述中间轴二档齿轮与输入轴二档齿轮啮合,所述中间轴一档齿轮与输入轴一档齿轮啮合,所述中间轴上设有中间轴常啮合齿轮与差速器组件的差速器主减速齿轮啮合。

P3电机介入齿轮、中间轴四档齿轮、第一同步器、中间轴三档齿轮、中间轴二档齿轮、第二同步器、中间轴一档齿轮、中间轴常啮合齿轮从左到右依次设置在中间轴上,P3电机介入齿轮、中间轴常啮合齿轮与中间轴压装固定,第一同步器的齿毂、第二同步器的齿毂与中间轴压装固定。
本发明具有的优点是:由于P2电机从P2模块中独立出来,单独布置在变速器旁边,将电机与离合器分开,极大的减小了变速器的轴向长度,不但能够轻松匹配市场上主流四缸发动机,而且将P2电机从模块独立出来,降低成本。

本发明采用将P2电机从P2模块中独立出来的方式进行电机的布置方法,巧妙解决变速箱轴向尺寸太大,空间布置受限的问题,在对接四缸发动机动力总成时,可以有效解决轴向空间布置困难的问题。且将P2电机从P2模块里面独立出来,避免了强势供应商的技术垄断,降低成本。

1.一种双电机混合动力模块结构,其特征在于:包括输入轴、中间轴、差速器组件(32)以及P2电机(1)和P3电机(28),所述输入轴与中间轴平行设置,所述输入轴的两端分别通过输入轴轴承支撑在壳体上,所述中间轴的两端分别通过中间轴轴承支撑在壳体上,所述P2电机(1)的输出轴上设有P2电机输出轴齿轮(2),所述P2电机输出轴齿轮(2)与P2电机中间齿轮(4)啮合,所述P2电机中间齿轮(4)与输入轴上的P2电机介入齿轮(11)啮合,所述输入轴上设有输入轴四档齿轮(7)、输入轴三档齿轮(8)、输入轴二档齿轮(9)、输入轴一档齿轮(10),所述输入轴通过离合器(13)用于与发动机连接,所述P3电机(28)的输出轴上设有P3电机输出轴齿轮(26),所述P3电机输出轴齿轮(26)与P3电机中间齿轮(25)啮合,所述P3电机中间齿轮(25)与中间轴上的P3电机介入齿轮(15)啮合,所述中间轴上空套有中间轴四档齿轮(16)、中间轴三档齿轮(18)、中间轴二档齿轮(19)、中间轴一档齿轮(21),所述中间轴上位于中间轴四档齿轮(16)与中间轴三档齿轮(18)之间设有第一同步器(17),所述中间轴上位于中间轴二档齿轮(19)与中间轴一档齿轮(21)之间设有第二同步器(20),所述中间轴四档齿轮(16)与输入轴四档齿轮(7)啮合,所述中间轴三档齿轮(18)与输入轴三档齿轮(8)啮合,所述中间轴二档齿轮(19)与输入轴二档齿轮(9)啮合,所述中间轴一档齿轮(21)与输入轴一档齿轮(10)啮合,所述中间轴上设有中间轴常啮合齿轮(22)与差速器组件(32)的差速器主减速齿轮(30)啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双电机混合动力模块结构,其特征在于:所述P2电机中间齿轮(4)设置在P2电机中间轴上,P2电机中间轴的两端分别通过轴承支撑在壳体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双电机混合动力模块结构,其特征在于:所述P3电机中间齿轮(25)设置在P3电机中间轴上,P3电机中间轴的两端分别通过轴承支撑在壳体上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双电机混合动力模块结构,其特征在于:输入轴四档齿轮(7)、输入轴三档齿轮(8)、输入轴二档齿轮(9)、输入轴一档齿轮(10)、P2电机介入齿轮(11)从左到右依次设置在输入轴上,与输入轴压装固定,且输入轴四档齿轮(7)、输入轴三档齿轮(8)、输入轴二档齿轮(9)、输入轴一档齿轮(10)、P2电机介入齿轮(11)位于左端输入轴轴承(6)与右端输入轴轴承(12)之间,所述离合器(13)位于右端输入轴轴承(12)的右端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双电机混合动力模块结构,其特征在于:P3电机介入齿轮(15)、中间轴四档齿轮(16)、第一同步器(17)、中间轴三档齿轮(18)、中间轴二档齿轮(19)、第二同步器(20)、中间轴一档齿轮(21)、中间轴常啮合齿轮(22)从左到右依次设置在中间轴上,P3电机介入齿轮(15)、中间轴常啮合齿轮(22)与中间轴压装固定,第一同步器(17)的齿毂、第二同步器(20)的齿毂与中间轴压装固定。
